Leider leider von der Stammpizzaria zum nie wieder gewandert. Lieferzeit um einige Stunden überschritten und dann gar nicht geliefert. Am Telefon angelogen worden " wir sind schon unterwegs" Geld vorab per Paypal. Kein Geld Zurück. Unfassbar

Vieles probiert und bin voll begeistert

Für einen Geburtstag bestellt, für 18:30 Uhr...nach 30 min Wartezeit, also gegen 19:00 Uhr, sagte man mir, dass das bestellte Essen gehen 19.45 Uhr kommt. Bekannte Rufnummwt wurde danach weggedrückt. Mit fremder Handynummer angerufen, gegen 19.50 Uhr. Man sagte mir, dass Essen käme in 20 min. Ich stornierte nun die Lieferung dankend und sagte, dass man jetzt den Grill anzünden würde. Der Angestellte legte auf, ohne sich zu verabschieden... Danke, aber nie wieder!

Heute erneut dem Laden eine Chance gegeben anständig zu liefern und erneut enttäuscht wurden. Nach einer angesagten Wartezeit von 40 Minuten sitzt man hier bereits über 2 Stunden und erhält nach wie vor nichts. Von einem warmen Essen konnte man bereits beim letzten Mal entsprechend nicht mehr reden. Wirklich schade sowas. Würde keinem dem warmes Essen wichtig ist empfehlen hier zu bestellen.

Absoluter Dreck, wurden mehrfach belogen, dass essen kam nie an. Frechheit und betrug.

Vor ein paar Jahren noch sehr zufrieden, mittlerweile unterirdisch. Lieferzeit von 1 Stunde mehr als verdoppelt, und nach zweimaligem Rückruf noch nicht geliefert. 2,5 Stunden später kommt das Essen Hier wird nicht mehr bestellt 👎👎👎

Wir haben per Telefon bestellt, man sagte uns, es dauert 90 min. Leider war das Essen nach 180 min immer noch nicht da, trotz 3 mal nachfragen wo das Essen bleibt. Wortlaut: Fahrer müsste jeden Moment da sein...Der Laden hat jetzt zu und wir haben immer noch keine Bestellung erhalten...

Falsche Angabe der Lieferzeiten.... bereits mehrmals passiert. Aktuell warten wir seit über 1,5 Stunden, obwohl 40 Minuten angegeben wurde. Ich kann lange Lieferzeiten ja nachvollziehen, aber bitte seid hier transparent, sonst wartet man doof auf sein Essen und die Abendp-Planung ist kaputt.. Ich habe erstmal zum letzten Mal dort bestellt...

3 Stunden auf die Lieferung gewartet, unhöflich am Telefon ohne jegliche Erklärung.

Wir haben nach Bottrop- Grafenwald bestellt.Das Essen kam zur angekündigten Zeit sehr heiss an.Pizza sowie Nudeln waren richtig lecker.Danke dafür,wir bestellen wieder👍

Vorher leckere Pizzen dort gegessen, weshalb 2 Sterne. Vor 2 Wochen haben wir dann erneut bestellt. Das Essen kam erst nach 3 Stunden an trotz mehreren Anrufen bei denen uns immer wieder gesagt wurde das Essen sei unterwegs. Als wir dann abbestellen und unser Geld wiederhaben wollten war das Telefon plötzlich abgeschalten. Das Essen wurde dann um 23:30 in der Woche geliefert wo das Lokal längst geschlossen hatte. Nach Diskussion mit dem Fahrer, dass wir das Essen nicht annehmen und unser Geld zurück möchten wurde uns von dem mitgeteilt, er lasse uns das Essen da und würde morgen sofort mit dem Chef sprechen dass wir unser Geld bekämen. Ausreden wie es war voll wurden uns genannt. Wir hatten uns in der Zwischenzeit wo anders essen bestellt. Das Essen dieses Lokals wurde dann auf Seite gestellt in dem Gedanken man könne es ja morgen essen. Tatsächlich haben wir einen Löffel der bestellen Nudeln probiert, da sie komisch riechten. Die Nudeln waren vollkommen verkocht und ungewürzt. Die carbonara schmeckte als wären es Nudeln in Schlagsahne gelegt, mehr auch nicht. Das Essen ist entsprechend nach der Lieferung direkt in der Tonne gelandet - leider. Bei Lieferung wurden Nummern ausgetauscht und jeden Tag Rücksprache gehalten was mit dem Geld ist. Immer nur Chef ist nicht da morgen. Mittlerweile wurden wir auf allen wegen blockiert und haben unser Geld nie wieder gesehen. Eine bodenlose Frechheit wie man in dem Laden mit Kritik umgeht. Kann nicht empfehlen im Voraus zu zahlen, ihr seht euer Geld nie wieder! Ein vernünftiger Laden hätte die Kritik angenommen und eine Lösung ausgehandelt hier wird nur das Geld abgezockt und wie im Kindergarten blockiert. Leider überhaupt kein empfehlenswertes Lokal vor allem aufgrund des katastrophalen Services!!

Qualität des Essens - ok! Lieferzeit angesagt: 1h Geliefert (nach Anruf): 1h 45min Auf den im Angebot bezahlten aber nicht gelieferten Salat warteten wir vergebens - auch wenn der Fahrer angab diesen direkt nachzuliefern. 1.Mal = letztes Mal!

Leider muss ich meine Bewertung korrigieren. Essen ist immer noch gut, jedoch lässt die Lieferung in den letzten Monaten zu wünschen übrig. Lieferzeiten werden mittlerweile kontinuierlich überschritten, teilweise über eine Stunde zu spät (60min angegeben, nach 130 Minuten erst geliefert). Pünktlich kam meine Bestellung in den letzten drei Monaten nur einmal an, bei ca 20 Bestellungen. Es wird sich nur entschuldigt, aber nichts geändert. Wer also bestellt, sollte Geduld haben, meine ist aufgebraucht.

Absolute Empfehlung für die Pomodoro Pizzeria in Gladbeck! 🍕 Hier stimmt einfach alles: Die Lieferzeit ist jedes Mal super kurz, das Essen kommt heiß und frisch an und die Qualität ist konstant top. Die Pizza ist für mich definitiv die beste in Gladbeck – perfekt belegt, leckerer Teig und einfach unglaublich guter Geschmack. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den freundlichen Service: Bestellungen werden immer korrekt, höflich und unkompliziert aufgenommen und die Fahrer sind jedes Mal super nett und respektvoll. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Qualität und Kundenfreundlichkeit gearbeitet wird. Wir bestellen regelmäßig und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Klare 5 Sterne! 🌟

Hallo, war früher immer sehr zufrieden dort, aber in der letzten Zeit lässt es doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung sollte das Essen in ca. 39 Minuten geliefert werden. Leider hat es dann über 2 Stunden gedauert und der Salat war schon sehr mappig und hatte mit knackig nicht viel zu tun. Schade eigentlich, aber beim nächsten Mal werde ich definitiv woanders bestellen.

Wir haben das erste und letzte Mal bei dieser Pizzeria bestellt . Die Lieferzeit ist eine Katastrophe. 2 Pizzen online bestellt . Diese sollten nach langer Wartezeit um 22 Uhr geliefert werden. 22:15 Uhr angerufen: Fahrer ist unterwegs . 23 Uhr : Keine Lieferung erhalten .

Das war der erste Besuch und nicht der letzte. Die Pizzen vor Ort waren aller erster Güte. Der Pizzateig war 1A. Der Belag, ob Thunfisch, Champignons, Tomatensauce, Schinken und Käse, waren bester Qualität und sehr lecker! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir warten seit 2h auf unser Essen, werden vertröstet und jetzt habe ich auch keinen Hunger mehr um 21:43.

Jeder Stern zuviel! Unglaubliche Lieferzeiten, lauwarmes Essen mit Pappe Geschmack. 18.30 zur Lieferung nach Feldhausen bestellt mit Ankündigung das es 1 Std. Dauert wegen vieler Bestellungen. Soweit so gut. Aber das Essen wurde dann lauwarm um 21.30 Uhr geliefert! In der Zwischenzeit 3 mal angerufen, zwar höflich am Telefon aber ein angekündigtes Getränk zur Entschuldigung nicht erhalten und vollen Preis bezahlt. Pizza hatte dann auch ein Papparoma der Schachtel bereits angenommen und war labberig. Ich war eher gewillt die Bestellung durch die Verzögerung nicht anzunehmen wenn mein Sohn sich nicht so sehr auf die Pizza gefreut hätte. Den vollen Preis zu zahlen und dann noch einen unfreundlichen Boten der sich nicht entschuldigt und sich nichts annimmt zu schicken ist eine bodenlose Unverschämtheit. Auf die Frage was mit dem angekündigten Getränk sei, hieß es erst ab einem Bestellwert von 30€, auf den Verweis das es mir angekündigt wurde, hieß es: das nächste mal. Das wird es aber nicht mehr geben. Denn: Nie wieder Pomodoro!

We've been ordering from here regularly for about a year now. The food quality is consistently good. We're particularly impressed with the salads, thanks to their freshness and flavor. The pizzas and pasta dishes are also always excellent. They handle individual requests in a friendly and reliable manner. The staff are nice, attentive, and courteous. Overall, we feel well taken care of and will gladly order again. 👍🏼👍🏼

Everything is great at my new pizzeria.

The food is really delicious. The service in the restaurant is very good. But I won't be ordering delivery from there again. I've tried twice so far, and both times the delivery time was 60 minutes plus about a 30-minute delay. Both times, they said on the phone that the driver was already on his way. Despite that, they still gave me the "apology Coke," and the pizza was still very hot (not a bad thing in itself, but it suggests to me that we were probably forgotten).

Yesterday we ordered from Promodoro via Lieferando for the first time. The food arrived later than expected, but that wasn't a big deal. We ordered two gyros plates, one currywurst with fries, and one tuna pizza. We also ordered a salad. Aside from the salad and the pizza rolls, we couldn't eat any of the other items. It was truly awful. The gyros plate definitely didn't contain any gyro meat, but some kind of processed meat that didn't even taste like gyro. It tasted like hard, tasteless pieces of meat. They reminded me extremely of processed meat. The pizza was burnt on the top and bottom. The sausage in the currywurst was simply hard and tasted terrible. I've never eaten so badly.

A thoroughly enjoyable restaurant visit! We had schnitzel and pizza – both were truly excellent. The prices were unbeatable, and the service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm – we immediately felt welcome and well taken care of. 🤗 We were particularly surprised by the side salad – it was the best side salad we've ever had! If we ever find ourselves in the area again, one thing is certain: we'll definitely be back! Best regards from Frankfurt ☺️

After Movie Park, we had to eat somewhere and came across this place. If you eat here, you'll be shocked at how cheap it is! (Much higher in the Netherlands!) And it was delicious! We went back the next day for dinner; it was truly delicious! I definitely recommend eating here. 😊 The staff is also super friendly! And don't forget the gas station around the corner. 😉 That's also a lot cheaper than in the Netherlands.

It's sad that a regular customer can be so disappointed by a pizzeria. I understand that on Sundays, things can get pretty hectic, and you can wait 1-1.5 hours for your food. But having to wait over 2 hours for a salad and a pizza is pretty cheeky. Unfortunately, all attempts to call fail. After using Lieferando's chat assistant, you get a cell phone number that sometimes answers the phone. There, too, they just spoke to you rudely and told you to contact the pizzeria. We received the confirmation at 7:35 p.m., and the delivery time was scheduled for 8:50 p.m. The food arrived at 9:45 p.m.… I don't need to eat pizza at 10 p.m. on a Sunday.

The food is delicious and inexpensive, and the people there are very friendly. Definitely recommended for a quick bite or if you don't feel like cooking but still want a more delicious meal!

Hey, if you want to have a really great meal, especially chicken schnitzel with a soooo delicious sauce and even fried potatoes, you have to stop by Pomodoro! Ordered there for the first time and I am very satisfied. Fast delivery and the food arrived hot. I cannot confirm the criticism about the dough. The base was crispy and the pizza crust was even relatively fluffy. The pizzas were generously topped and they didn't skimp on the cheese either. The filled pizza rolls have enough cheese on and inside. I like it. A must for cheese lovers 👍 Will definitely order there again.

A very good shop! Once I was there with a group and ate a Vindaloo curry. That was really good! Portion size also good. The others at the table were mostly happy too. Another time I ordered something there to be delivered. A “normal” chicken curry (see photo). Portion size was good again - not too little. Very well seasoned, meat juicy and so on... I also tried currywurst there. This one is good too! So - absolutely recommended!

Passed by here by chance as I parked at Wunschel train station. Very friendly, delicious Pizza Magherita and pizza rolls with herb butter are a delight. By the way, at least during my visit, there were also pleasant other guests. It's a shame that I won't be back in the area (Moviepark😉) anytime soon, but visit this pizzeria, you can't go wrong!👍

Ordered for the first time today. It worked easily online. Even the things that came as an extra request were really there. Everything was right, delivered on time and tasted good.

What a great welcome and service. Ended up here by chance to eat with 6 people. Nothing was too much. Tables were put together and when we sat outside after dinner, enough places were created. The food was fresh, hot and very tasty. Highly recommended.

We are here on vacation and went out to eat. The food was really delicious, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. It is particularly important to emphasize how child-friendly it is here! We were here with two small children and all wishes were warmly welcomed. For the “too long” waiting time (for the kids) there were pizza balls with dip for free! Simply great and attentive! We spontaneously ordered here today because my husband read that it was supposed to be delicious. It took over 1 1/2 hours for the two pizzas to arrive. One thing has to be said, they were hot. But that's actually the only positive thing. The pizzas had far too many toppings so they weren't baked through. Additionally, my bin of onions tasted sour. We paid €10.50 and €9. As you can see in the photo, I took a few bites and then threw the pizza away for fear of a stomach ache. It's a finished dough base that isn't even baked through. Conclusion: we have had stomach problems for three days now. We will never order there again.

After our visit to the theme park, we wanted to end the day with a delicious meal and came across this pizzeria because of the good reviews. Unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Despite repeated requests, it took half an hour for us to place our order and another 45 minutes for the food to be served. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the quality of the food was disappointing. The dishes were not served at the same time and the waiter did not know what dishes he was serving. Overall, a disappointing experience that we cannot recommend.

Finally went in to eat after driving past 1000 times. I have to say fortunately, very nice service and an excellent pizza that is definitely homemade and fresh from the dough to the sauce. Dough was airy and crispy and not that typical tough edge. Sufficiently topped with good cheese, really a great dish. Pizza was the #13 Fiery

We ordered 3 pizzas there today, 1 pizza was delivered incorrectly, instead we received filled pizza rolls, we immediately called and complained and after a short time the pizza that was ordered was delivered and we could keep the filled pizza rolls as compensation. Pizza is good, but I also like to order the currywurst with fries. I like it even better than in the grill next door. My daughter has already had the bad luck twice that what was ordered didn't come. But the correct one was delivered without any problems. Otherwise quite good and tasty.

Verwacht geen haute cuisine maar wel kwalitatief prima eten. Met 6 volwassen en 5 kinderen gegeten. Een prima restaurant, echt Italiaans gezellig, met Tl verlichting, niets mis mee. Bediening vriendelijk en zeker niet duur. Een aanrader als je lekker gewoon met elkaar ongedwongen wilt eten.

Wir hatten Schnitzel mit Pommes, Kroketten und Salat. Die Schnitzel sind hervorragend. Auch die Pommes und Kroketten sind perfekt. Der Salat total frisch. Das Ambiente ist toll und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Die Pizzaria ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. TOP!

Wir bestellen zwischendurch immer gerne dort. Der Inhaber/ die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich. Wir haben schon fast alles durch. Von Pizza, Nudeln, Salate, gefüllte Pizzabrötchen über Burger mit Pommes und überbackene Gerichte. Geschmacklich war bisher immer alles top! Die Portionen sind groß, die Zutaten immer frisch und wir werden immer satt. Wir holen es immer ab und müssen nie lange auf unser Essen warten. Daher kommen wir auch immer gerne wieder.

Lecker gegessen. Sehr kinderfreundlich, auch der Hund hat ein Leckerli bekommen. Perfekter Service, vernünftige Preise. Sehr zu empfehlen!
