We stayed at the Pöltner Hof for two nights. The rooms were very nice and modern, with a large bathroom. The restaurant was lovely with excellent food. The reception and service staff were very competent and friendly, always willing to find a solution for even the smallest problems. We were very satisfied and would gladly return!

I had a thoroughly pleasant stay at this hotel. I was warmly welcomed by the staff upon check-in – all of them are extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The rooms are modern, clean, and tastefully furnished, making you feel at home immediately. The hotel's location is also excellent, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast was outstanding: a wide selection, fresh produce, and egg dishes that you could order individually. I was particularly impressed by the excellent coffee. Here, too, the staff were attentive and consistently friendly. In the evening, I ate in the hotel's restaurant and was delighted – the dinner was delicious and of high quality. Overall, a beautiful, modern hotel with excellent service and very good cuisine. Highly recommended, I would gladly come back! Top.

A wonderful ambiance, very good food, but not great service. The two of us didn't have a reservation (Wednesday evening). Apparently, there were no tables available outside. Just as we were seated inside, a group of three and a couple arrived after us, all without reservations, but they were given seats outside. It makes you wonder... They didn't even offer to have an aperitif and wait at the bar until something became available outside. The cellar was businesslike, but rather busy; hardly a word was spoken. After the main course, no one asked for dessert or coffee – disappointing given the high prices. There were also countless flies. Personally, I felt we probably would have been treated better if we had been accompanied by men. At least, that was the case for everyone else. What a shame – the place has potential, both in terms of the cuisine and the decor and interior design.

We celebrated our family reunion at the Pöltner Hof this weekend with 28 people, including some children. We felt very comfortable here. The rooms were very nice, and the dinner (on two evenings) was excellent. Many thanks to the entire team (hotel and restaurant) for the excellent and attentive service. Thank you also for fulfilling our special requests, some of which were made at very short notice.

We stayed there for one night while passing through and had three rooms. A very nice hotel, with modern yet traditional furnishings. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. It's close to the center of Weilheim. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free on site or in the garage. The food in the restaurant was very good, although the prices were high. Breakfast was sensational, with a great selection of bread and freshly prepared egg dishes. We'd love to come back! Thank you.

We were invited to a wedding reception at the Pöltner Hof. From the very beginning, we had a great impression of the hotel. The hall, with its period style and thick wooden beams in the roof, created a cozy atmosphere. The restrooms were always clean, and there were always plenty of paper towels available. The food (watermelon, feta, and arugula salad, sea bream fillet on rosemary potatoes and vegetables, yogurt mousse with fresh fruit) was very, very delicious. I can highly recommend it. But now I come to the big negative point: The service...absolutely terrible! Initially, there was a champagne reception where everyone could help themselves to a glass. Afterward, a few guests were seated and would have liked a different drink. (There was still and sparkling water on the tables.) Unfortunately, the waiters never once asked (I know of at least two tables where it wasn't available) "What would you like to drink?" Or "Can I get you something else to drink?"... at 11:07 PM we were asked that question for the FIRST TIME (and we'd already been in the hall since about 2 PM)!! That's absolutely unacceptable. As a server (I speak from years of experience!), the top priority should be to keep guests satisfied and happy. Asking for drinks is right at the top of the list, and regularly! But, for example, after dinner, it was apparently more important to clear the salt and pepper shakers from the tables than to ask for drinks... or to stand behind the bar and chat with colleagues... I've never experienced guests at a wedding reception regularly having to get their own drinks from the bar because there's no server in sight... so THAT could definitely be improved! All in all, I'm only giving it 2 stars, because service is one of the key elements of a great stay.

Unfortunately, the service was particularly disappointing. After all the drinks were on the table, I politely asked for my wine after about 10 minutes. Apparently, the waitress had forgotten it, as the wrong wine was ultimately brought. However, her snippy comment was simply, "I only have two hands." Considering the level of service, which is also reflected in the prices, this was completely uncalled for. Overall, the service was very slow, with the restaurant at about 30% capacity, even with repeat orders. But the worst of it was that we ordered two gnocchi without octopus, as there was no vegan option at all, yet these dishes were charged in full. For example, if you leave out the cheese on a pizza, it's one thing to ignore the price. However, if you ask for a vegan option (even after calling a week in advance), are offered it, and then the most expensive component is omitted, charging the full price is absolutely outrageous. The food was otherwise quite good, only parts of the salad were wilted. Unfortunately, the salad plates were full of greasy fingerprints.

A very nice hotel. Conveniently located near the center of Weilheim. The rooms are very well-equipped and extremely clean. The staff is friendly and always cheerful. There's a parking garage at no extra charge. Bicycle storage is also available. The restaurant serves excellent food. The breakfast is amazing! Very tasty and high-quality. Despite prior reservations and requests for a nice table, this was only possible after repeated requests. The food was very delicious, but the service could unfortunately be improved.

Very nice hotel. Adequately sized rooms; I had a single room. Good breakfast selection. Very good restaurant with an extensive menu. I stayed there as part of a BG RCI seminar in Hohenpeisenberg. Parking is available in a spacious underground garage.

We went for the first time today for the three-course lunch menu. It was delicious and there was a lot of it, really great for the price. The main course was delicious, and the dessert – apple strudel – was also great. The restaurant is really nice and clean. The server was very friendly and personable. I can recommend it to everyone 👍🏻☺️

Everything was perfect except the reception. The receptionist was unfriendly, unsmiling, and unhelpful.

Absolutely perfect wedding location. After endless searching and viewing several locations for our wedding, my wife and I came across the Pölten Hof. So we called and were able to come over and take a look around without any hassle. The hall is stunningly beautiful and rather rustic. Everything we had wished for was implemented exactly as we wanted; we were able to express ourselves completely freely and thus celebrate our perfect celebration. The service was extremely friendly, and the tables were lovingly set and decorated. All of our wishes were fulfilled. The overnight stay in the hotel was also top-notch: the beds are extremely comfortable, a large, bright, and modern room with a spacious bathroom and balcony. Last but not least, we were surprised by the value for money. Not only do you get more, but everything is taken care of like at other locations, and it's also significantly cheaper. If we had to plan our wedding again, we would go to the Pölter Hof again!

Since I've never stayed there, I think it's only fair to judge the location, service, and food! Absolutely worth seeing and beautiful beer garden. I've eaten there three times: once for breakfast and twice for lunch or dinner. The breakfast is varied and very tasty, and the topic of lunch or dinner is, well, if the plates were the right size, I would dig into the food. I've never eaten beef as tender as there, and can we talk about how amazing the vanilla carrots are? Wow, the food is a well-deserved 10 out of 10 for me. From now on, I'll eat there more often when I'm in Weilheim👍. And the hospitality is also a 10 out of 10. P.S.: Unfortunately, I only have one photo of breakfast, sorry😅✌️

I thought it was rude of the waiter to reject us like that. There was a concert today and we wanted to find a place. When we asked if more chairs could be added, we were dismissed in a rude tone. Of course the matter could have been handled differently.

We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve stay at the Pöltnerhof. We became aware of it via the Internet. My wife and I liked it immediately. Upon arrival, we were "shocked" in love with the combination of a modern hotel building with very comfortable rooms (junior suite) and the old, perfectly restored former stable building in which the restaurant is located. We were greeted warmly and friendly at reception and this feeling was conveyed to us by each and every one of the staff. The service in the restaurant is highly professional, attentive and at the same time unobtrusive. The quality of the dishes was very good and the taste was a delight. New Year's Eve, with an aperitif in the outdoor area and the subsequent 6-course New Year's Eve menu, was the highlight of our stay. Everything just worked! Thanks to the entire Pöltnerhof team! We will be back and can only advise others to see for themselves. It's definitely worth it!!

Very nice room. You can only hear the loud street slightly when the window is closed. The nearby church wasn't a problem either. There is air conditioning for the summer. The breakfast was very tasty. Omelettes, eggs and pancakes are freshly prepared upon request. 👍

Had a very nice little Christmas market in the inner courtyard with a Christmas atmosphere with mulled wine and sausages.

Church fair lunch... Seafood starter.....with parmesan cheese.....a matter of taste...... DUCK BREAST with 2 small dumplings....meat very well done and chewy..... No requests for dessert etc. High prices... I don't have to have it anymore... have to correct myself... In the meantime we have been to the beer garden several times for lunch... The food was always very good and the seating was nice, the service was always nice... we would love to come back...

We booked one of their restaurant areas for a family dinner after our wedding. Truly fantastic and highly recommended - be it for a larger occasion, for work or for a romantic dinner for two. Courteous staff, great atmosphere and fantastic food, all in Weilheim. Unique!!

We stayed at the Hotel Pöltner Hof Weilheim this weekend with a total of 6 people. Since we only came to Bavaria because of the Oktoberfest in Munich, we arrived on Friday, had dinner in the restaurant that evening and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Overall we were happy with the stay! The rooms were very modern and everything was clean! The rest of the hotel also has a great and tasteful atmosphere. The food was very, very tasty, we all agreed that we hadn't eaten so well in a long time, and the veal liver was particularly well received. One star goes into the deduction because we didn't find the breakfast that exciting. Some of the dishes and glasses were dirty, with lots of water stains, some still had leftover food from the previous user and they felt dull. The glasses didn't look "washed" either. Unfortunately, there was a bit of disgust. Selection was ok but everything was refilled very slowly, for example it took 15 minutes. Waited a long time until there were rolls and plenty of cold cuts again. Service was tried but visibly overwhelmed. It wasn't cleared away and not all guests were asked for egg dishes, which is why you had to run after them, which you actually don't feel like doing because you want to have a relaxed breakfast. I think there is still room for improvement on this point. Otherwise it was a really great weekend and we'll definitely come back! :)

Good price-performance ratio. Beautiful restored inn with a delicious restaurant. Fine German cuisine. Room was renovated and clean. Unfortunately you can hear the cars on the street at night - so you have to close the window. Inn is close to the city center. Free parking space in the underground car park. Very tasty dinner and good and rich breakfast buffet.

We spent a few days here on vacation and can recommend the hotel and restaurant. We had a beautiful room with a terrace. The breakfast was delicious. What I also thought was great was a free underground car park with enough space. The restaurant is very good and has a great ambience. We ate here every evening and everything was great. Very good quality, large portions and then the price-performance ratio is also good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We will definitely recommend the Pöltner Hof. Thanks to the entire team for the wonderful days.

That was a pleasant stay. The building is attractive, clean and tidy. Free parking in the underground car park. Friendly staff. The room was also clean and tidy; Everything I needed was there and everything worked perfectly. Breakfast also good. I suggested that boiled eggs be made available there "in stock" (like in other houses) and not only "on request" with an unnecessary waiting time.

It started off relatively well at the beginning, then fell into (rightly?) disrepute like some other restaurants in Weilheim. Became relatively clean through public work. I've been there several times and now the price/performance ratio no longer fits at all. Sometimes the schnitzel is raw, the fish is completely done. Service sees nothing. 100€ for two steaks that were not cooked correctly, 1 bottle of wine, no clearing away. Well, whoever likes it. I don't anymore.

Beware! Once you've visited, you won't want to leave! What a top hotel. First park in the garage, then a friendly welcome by the reception. On to fantastic rooms with everything you need at a high level. On to the beautiful bar with fine products. And Trumer craft pils, kudos!!! Delicious food in the stable that has been converted into a restaurant. Sleep wonderfully and then a top breakfast with salmon and prosecco. If you are going to book here, please consult with us, otherwise we will not have a place on our next visit. Because that will definitely happen!

Last Friday we went to the Pöltner Hof for the after-work chicken. We had reserved a table for the two of us in the outdoor dining area. What we immediately noticed was the young, friendly service team. The young people were quick, attentive and well trained. The beer glass was always placed on the table with the guest's logo on it. As already mentioned, we were there because of the chicken. The chicken was on the menu with potato salad for €14.50. Changing the side dish to French fries was no problem and didn't cost anything extra, as was a small place setting with ketchup and mayonnaise with the fries. The chicken was good and not dry, considering that they have to be grilled in stock from 5 p.m. The chicken was spicy. The fries could have been a bit fresher. At the Pöltner Hof there are sturdy, non-slip napkins available for guests, which absorb the chicken fat well, but a lemon tissue would have been a good addition to the chicken. In the guest garden you sit quietly behind the building and don't notice any of the traffic on Pollinger Straße, while the evening sun illuminates the scene and a two-man entertainment duo provides musical accompaniment.

For everything 5 stars, it was a perfect hotel.

TOP-equipped rooms, super friendly service, good breakfast buffet (could be a little more varied if you're there for longer than three days), very cozy atmosphere. A very good, varied menu and very, very good results on the plate. A big compliment to the kitchen. The location is optimal. No matter whether Zugspitze, Lake Starnberg, Munich and much more, everything can be reached within an hour All in all: we'll be back.

If only the team were able to manage operations! No booking confirmation, although promised and requested several times. Indicated prices will be charged with a surcharge of 17% without further explanation. Inability to correctly enter customer information into their system despite the information being provided multiple times. Even copying legible information on their own registration form represented an enormous, insurmountable challenge for them. And when asked if one could borrow a corkscrew, the receptionist replied that kettles were not available! /shakes his head. Apparently no one understands German in this Bavarian company. Overall, there is an annoying and unnecessary communication deficit. [Is this a company that supports disadvantaged people, e.g. For example, if someone has a learning disability, this assessment can of course be ignored.]

Nice atmosphere and nice male waiters. The beer garden is cozy. However, the food is not worth the money. We wanted the onion roast roast well done and medium, so we got 2x shoe soles. The chocolate cake still had an ice cream core. The asparagus was too soft. Salads and soups were very good. We didn't complain because we were very hungry.

A hotel where everything was right. THE food was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've rarely experienced something like that. It was above average.😃
