Preis-Leistung schlecht, Pizza fast gar nicht belegt, Teig nicht lecker, Pastasoße wenig schmackhaft und kaum Fleischanteil, ger. Käse musste extra bestellt werden-1,5 Esslöffel für 2 € ein Witz, Lieferdienst zügig, Pasta noch heiß, Beide Gerichte nicht empfehlenswert

Pizza war lecker und auch pünktlich geliefert. Leider total unkoordiniert, wir haben am Dienstag bestellt für Donnerstag und als wir am Donnerstag nochmal uns versichert haben, dass alles kommt, wurde uns gesagt, dass es vergessen worden wäre ohne unseren Anruf. Weiterhin: die verlinkte Speisekarte hat andere Preise. Wir haben 23 (!!!) euro mehr zahlen müssen, obwohl die Speisenkarte online andere Preise hat. Man ist uns null entgegen gekommen. Wir sind absolut enttäuscht und werden nicht wieder bestellen.

Die beste Pizza und das beste Tiramisu in Kiel

Pizza und Pasta waren okay/gut und auch preislich in Ordnung. Obwohl das Restaurant so gut wie komplett leer war, mussten wir sehr lange Warten. Der Kellner wirkte sehr unerfahren, war aber stets freundlich und bemüht. Das Tiramisu hingegen war unterirdisch. Es kam in einem Eimer, bestand aus geschmackloser Sahne und hartem Keks. Da der Keks nicht in Espresso, wie üblich, eingelegt wurde und das Tiramisu gerade frisch gemacht wurde, schmeckte es dementsprechend. Die Sahne hatte kein Geschmack, der Keks schmeckte folglich nicht nach Kaffee und war zusätzlich steinhart. Das Tiramisu war also eher ein Becher Sahne mit Keks. So etwas zu servieren und nach einer Bemerkung trotzdem dafür den vollen Preis zu nehmen ist ehrlich gesagt unverschämt. Dennoch war der Kellner freundlich, aber aufgrund der sehr langen Wartezeit bei leerem Restaurant, dem Essen welches in Ordnung war und dem wirklich unterirdischen Tiramisu leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Pizza in super Qualität. Handpizza für 3,50 ein mehr als fairer Preis. Bin bei jedem Heimspiel von Holstein da auf dem Weg zum Stadion. Immer nett, immer lecker. Freue mich immer vorbeizukommen

Wir haben jetzt schon öfter zur Lieferung bestellt, meist ist das Essen auch schnell da. Einmal war eine Pizza falsch, die Nachlieferung dauerte leider 1Stunde. Das war schade, aber wenn viel los ist, kann das natürlich passieren. Die Pizzen sind richtig lecker und das Personal bisher immer sehr freundlich! 😊

Sehr traurig man bestellt regelmäßig da bezahlt mit Liefergebühr 20 € für ne Pasta die dann verbrannt schmeckt. Daraufhin ruft man an bekommt erzählt dass man bei der nächsten Bestellung die wieder gutgeschrieben bekommt beim nächsten Anruf angegeben und keiner weiß von etwas und man versucht mich abzusprechen mit 20 % auf die Bestellung einen Nachlass zu erteilen

Pizza ist klasse, Vorspeisen auch. Der Service ist sehr nett. Das Ambiente wirkt etwas abgenutzt und die Toiletten hätte ich mir sauberer gewünscht.

My pizza arrived without the extra cheese I ordered, and even with less cheese than usual (in some parts there was no cheese at all). It was also folded over and looked haphazardly stuffed together.

We ordered four pizzas with vegan cheese (€2 extra) for pickup. Unfortunately, one of the pizzas had salami instead of spinach. When we called the restaurant, they only offered to make us drive the 10 kilometers back to exchange the pizza. Furthermore, their website stated that we would receive a 20% discount with a customer account, but we had to pay full price.

We stopped there spontaneously before an event. It's a small, authentic Italian pizzeria that mainly offers delivery and takeout. They have outdoor seating and two small tables inside; the atmosphere is more like a casual eatery. The pizza was good quality, nice and thin, and had plenty of toppings. The staff was friendly and even cleared a table for us late at night.

Just ordered it for the first time: GREAT!!! - Had the pizza with goat cheese, green asparagus, and figs - amazing! I love this wafer-thin crust - nothing on it that doesn't belong - and I can't understand why some reviewers criticize the very thing that distinguishes an authentic Italian pizza from a German one...

At first, the delivery took a really long time. When they finally arrived, and to our great joy, the pizzas were unfortunately completely cold… What a shame, because otherwise, they tasted delicious! ☹️ One reason for me not to order online from them again…

The food wasn't particularly tasty. I ordered something not spicy as described on the menu, but the food was spicy. The service was very poor. I ordered apple juice, but it never arrived. I only received my apple juice after asking twice.

Unfortunately disappointing: I ordered three pizzas (two the same, one different) and one pasta arrabiata for a company lunch – but three of them were delivered the same pizza. The pasta came in a mild tomato sauce, completely unseasoned. A real shame.

For those who are hungry in a hurry, the pizza lives up to expectations.

Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't what it used to be on our last visit. As far as I remember, there was a change of management some time ago. In any case, the quality has declined significantly since our last visit. The wait was extremely long, as despite having a reservation, we had to wait for one of over 30 takeaway orders. The quality of the food has also declined considerably. I think this was the last time I ate at POI in Kiel.

If you're looking for a proper pizza, this is the place for you! Great quality, great taste, and you won't have to wait long.

The salad with figs and goat cheese, arugula, and honey balsamic dressing could easily pass for dessert. The only thing I could taste was honey. It was served with pizza rolls.

Whenever I'm in or around Kiel, I can't resist enjoying a delicious pizza here. For me, it's truly the best pizza in Kiel, there's no doubt about it.

Best and cheapest pizza to take away.

The thin, authentic Italian dough is wonderfully crispy and reminiscent of authentic Neapolitan baking. The toppings are deliberately understated, allowing each ingredient to fully develop its flavor – not an overly opulent pizza, but a delicate, balanced composition. Along with this, there are small delicacies that you should definitely treat yourself to. For me, this pizza is definitely one of the best you can find in Kiel – a true taste experience for all lovers of Italian cuisine.

We ordered two pizzas. They stated a delivery time of 60 minutes, but the pizza arrived 1.5 hours later... unfortunately, it was only lukewarm and completely dry because it had been in the oven too long, and the driver had been driving around with the pizzas for over 25 minutes, as we were told when we called. (We order frequently, so we were familiar with the otherwise very good quality.) In addition, the price was increased, which isn't a problem in principle, but when the quality suffers so much, it's unacceptable. Unfortunately, this was our last order for the time being.

If you like classic Italian or Neapolitan pizza (thin and crispy), it's definitely the best you can get in Kiel. Great as a delivery service, but even better with the new restaurant on Holtenauer! Update 2025: Unfortunately, we've been kicked out of the delivery area despite the short distance. When ordering, the pizza now comes from Schützenwall. It's unfortunately abysmal. It tastes of smoke, and the calzone is simply stuffed with halved onions. In short: we've lost a delivery customer, but we still enjoy going to the restaurant, where the quality still matches the prices.

Pizza with a very large and dry crust. Barely any toppings. Really disappointing for €18. I ordered spinach with feta cheese. Four small islands of spinach and a few pieces of cheese, some onion, and otherwise just a large base with a little tomato sauce that could have been a bit more seasoned. It's disproportionate to the high price. The second salami pizza I ordered had a slightly better topping, but the salt that was missing from my pizza was apparently used there. A shame. At least the delivery went smoothly.

Delicious pizza, fast service, and such friendly staff. I was out with my dog, and he was immediately given a bowl of water without asking. Very attentive :) The pizza magerita was fresh from the oven and had a crispy crust.

Quite simply the worst pizza in Kiel. The quality is poor, and the toppings are skimped on. The dough is also simply bad.

Good pizza with SOME STREAMS. (Ordered for delivery) 1. The pizza tastes good. The aromas of the individual ingredients are recognizable and also really tasty BUT 2. The pizza arrived half cold 3. The pizza was in the oven for far too long and the dough was relatively soft and floppy 4. Several olives had stones in them 5. Tomato sauce was not well distributed and so there were some dry spots in the middle 6. The basic cheese (paid several euros EXTRA for buffalo mozzarella) could not have been applied more sparingly. The ratio of tomato sauce and cheese just wasn't right and I don't even like a lot of cheese 7. Instead of one large pizza, I got two small ones. This isn't a big problem in itself since the areas combined are almost the same, but with two small ones you still have significantly more margin overall than with one large one 8. Delivery was delayed about 30 minutes. Apparently there is a staff shortage 9. The minimum order of 35 euros and then charging a delivery fee is a disgrace. If I hadn't eaten anything during the day, I wouldn't have done it. 10. On Lieferando the minimum order quantity is reduced to 30 euros. However, certain products or ingredients suddenly cost up to 50% more. Incomprehensible 11. Addendum: The garlic dip tastes like mush mixed with water from the 10L Metro bucket (at least on my taste buds)

Can be recommended! For a snack in between if you like thin Italian pizza dough!

Great tiramisu. Pizza is good too. A little too close to the Holtenauer to be really comfortable. But delicious.

Food is ok, but the ambience makes poi a good meeting place with friends

It feels like you're being pulled away here. Almost €7 for a few simple, small pizza rolls made from simple yeast dough without filling is really way too expensive. Magherita with additional sour cream and salmon. Neither tomato sauce nor cheese, as is usual on the Magjerita, was put on the pizza! Just the bonus ingredients. 5 small pieces of salmon on the pizza for €5 more is also cheeky. All in all disappointing.

I ordered ONE pizza at 9pm and had to stand outside in the cold for over half an hour while it was raining because I was told the pizza would be brought out to me. The pizza tasted very good.

The service staff only works for the money, with no customer service experience. The pizza was only topped in the middle?? It looks like it was thrown on. The crust is thin. You can't expect more for €12. The atmosphere is OK.

The staff sold my boyfriend pork even though he's Muslim. That's completely unacceptable!!!!!! The food was still amazing! I'm still avoiding the place.

My pizza had, among other things, green and black olives. The black ones actually had stone in them, almost broke a tooth.

Delicious pizzas, but everything takes a little longer than before. If you pick up your pizza yourself, I think it's audacious to ask for a tip.

We have lived right next to the Poi for almost 4 years. We used to order and pick up weekly or sometimes several times a week. The quality varies greatly. Sometimes the pizza is tasteless, sometimes it's still white and doughy, sometimes it's black, sometimes you have to look for the topping and sometimes you're surprised with a completely different pizza. The only constant is rising prices. The unfriendly service doesn't bother me because I just order and pick up. However, the reason for the negative rating is the last order. The arugula was unwashed on the pizza. Regardless of the germ load (salmonella and listeria, which can have dramatic consequences for pregnant women), it is simply unappetizing to have small, dead flies on the pizza and if it crunches when you chew it.

The pizzas are really delicious, but unfortunately the delivery times given are completely arbitrary. If the website says the pizza will be there in 40 minutes, it can sometimes take 120 minutes (especially on weekends). It's happened to me several times now. You have to pay in advance if you don't want to register with the restaurant.

We ate here on the recommendation of a friend and we really weren't disappointed! This has to be the tastiest pizza I have ever eaten. Great class - thanks for the culinary delight!!

We've always enjoyed ordering here, but the last two times we've been disappointed. Apparently the ham was swapped for a cheaper alternative and more was then put on the pizza. Unfortunately you can really taste the difference as it just tasted salty. The tiramisu has also worn off. It has a creamy taste, which we don't like at all. We won't be ordering any more for now.

The pizza there was very tasty. And it doesn't take that long until the pizza is ready. We ordered three family pizzas at the time and it was very quick.

Service really underground. If the store is empty, wait 50 minutes for a pizza while standing right in front of the store. Only to be told that the order was lost. Not even an apology or any accommodation. Never again, I'd rather go to KiPi, the pizza is better there anyway.

Pizza base sticks to dad, over 1/4 of the pizza only eaten the toppings. Otherwise we think the pizza is delicious.

Ordered 3 pizzas by phone on Saturday evening - the waiting time was perfectly fine, there was certainly a lot to do. Unfortunately, the pizzas were very carelessly prepared, poorly topped, everything was peppered in a pile, nothing special in terms of taste, frozen spinach was unseasoned, mascarpone blobs only in the middle, not distributed... the pizzas were barely baked through. Very annoying since we also paid 41 euros for the 3 pizzas. Then not again, even if there is a lot to do, the quality must not suffer!!!

A little longer waiting time than predicted, but understandable due to the high frequency of guests/orders. Unfortunately the pizzas/pizza dough were too salty. Too bad😕

The Poi is always worth a visit, especially since they are open all day long, i.e. with lunch. This is best for us because we eat lunch later (around 2 p.m. - 3 p.m.) the staff is very attentive and very friendly. We really enjoy going there, also because there are so few Italians in Kiel.

Actually a great pizzeria, but the quality varies wildly depending on how busy it is. To celebrate our wedding anniversary we ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. The pizzas were very poorly topped, smaller than usual and not completely cooked through, the salad was sandy and therefore not edible. It's a shame that you can't rely on the quality, we won't be ordering from here again for celebrations or special occasions.

Dies ist eine Bewertung für das Restaurant poi napoletana, nicht den Lieferservice. Ich lese gerade, dass das poi napoletana einen neuen Betriebsleiter sucht und denke, dass das nach unserem gestrigen Abend eine gute Idee ist. Zunächst: Pizza und Pasta sind gut, deshalb gehen wir dort immer gerne hin. Aber: der Service ist relativ langsam und offenbar ungeschult, dabei in Teilen muffelig. Die Tische wurden nach den Gästen nicht abgewischt, immer erst, wenn neue Gäste kamen, die dann an dreckigen Tischen Platz nahmen (es war nicht viel zu tun). Bei sehr eng gestellten Tischen wird den Gästen das Essen von hinten rübergereicht, von da, wo man es nicht sieht und sich undrehen muss. Und leider gab es keine adäquate Lösung oder Reaktion auf einen kleinen Fehler der Küche. Dann muss man aber auch nicht an den Tisch kommen und fragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Was uns aber Anfang/Mitte Juni am meisten irritierte: in den Karten (Zettel) findet sich immer noch die Winterkarte! Die Begründung: einige der Sachen haben wir ja noch - wie wäre es dann mal mit neu gedruckten Karten? Dazu passten aber die Weihnachtskugeln und der Panettonekarton auf der Fensterbank. Befremdlich im Sommer. Hier fehlt eindeutig eine ordnende , strukturierende Hand.

While the Poi restaurant on the Holtenauer delivers truly top Italian cuisine and is not considered the best Italian restaurant in Kiel for nothing (the osso bucco is to die for, the homemade pasta is one of the best and the pizzas are divine), the dishes from the delivery service are of extremely below-average quality . There are probably two very different chefs at work, the one at the delivery service should change careers!

The Tonno pizza was good. All draft beer. Also the house brand bottled beer and that on a Saturday for the KSV home game. We were then referred to Störtebecker beer. Good choice… Service was quick and very friendly.

The transaction is slow, and the hosting and service employ rude and slow workers.

Nom nom nom...I'll enjoy it. Simply the best pizza in Kiel. The prices are more than magnificent for low earners. €9.50 for a 36 pizza, you can't complain. Be sure to go there and take one home with you. Bomb🙌🏻

Before attending an event at the Metro Kino last Sunday, we ended up in this great pizzaria! We live 75 km away and therefore don't know much about Kiel... What luck that chance sent us to this house. A stroke of luck, because we have never had a better pizza anywhere! We would have liked to try another dessert, but we couldn't fit any more! 🤗 Very nice and friendly smiling service! We felt very comfortable and welcome with you. Thank you!! 🥰☀️🥰

The P.O.I. is the best Italian cuisine in Kiel... Great pizza (Italian) so deliciously thin and the dough is not overloaded with sauces and toppings... and the tiramisu is soooo delicious... that has to be right at the end...

It's a shame but we won't come back to eat here again. With the exception of the bruschetta, all the pasta dishes weren't really tasty. For me there was almost no meat at all, even though it was the most expensive dish. The sugo was not tasty. The scallops in the other pasta dish were changed to clams. The noodles themselves are very firm and very oily. The homemade iced tea consisted of syrup that tasted very artificial. The draft beer, well not recommended.

I have always liked and regularly ordered pizza from POI and also eaten there. I have also advised many friends and acquaintances to eat at POI, but I am now very disappointed. The pizzas are becoming more and more expensive and the quality is getting worse. For the umpteenth time I haven't had date tomatoes on the bruschetta pizza (as it says on the menu) but "just" normal beefsteak tomatoes. Sorry, but beefsteak tomatoes are simply flourier and not as aromatic as date tomatoes. I can easily tell the two tomatoes apart. Beef tomatoes are also cheaper, which is probably why they are increasingly being used as an ingredient. But the Tiramisu took the cake. Back then it was €4.50 and an approx. 15 x 10 cm large plastic box, today €6.50 and a paper cup measuring approx. 7cm in diameter that is only half full. The cream also tastes like it has been stretched with cream. It's hard for me to prove this, but it would fit into the price savings policy. By the way, the cream taste was noticed by several people. Unfortunately, my conclusion is very sobering. I will no longer eat at POI due to the high prices and poor quality.

The place was very bohemian, I went at night and of course at the moment it is very cold but the atmosphere was delicious!

The food was good. The salad was unseasoned and the dressing was almost non-existent. Then we wanted to drink a Veccia Romania, Ramazzoti and Sambucca....after about 10 minutes.....we didn't have the Veccia. But it was on a shelf in the restaurant. It was served after another 20 minutes with lots of ice cream. The Ramazzotti was good. The Sambucca wasn't served... upon request...ummm we don't have Sambucca. It's a shame...everything was on the map. .. but unfortunately not a single Italian or anyone who knows Italian works there. knows about spirits. If it's Italian then please have an idea...
