Addendum October 27, 2025: We were at “da Piccolo” again today, the fourth time this year. As always, it was very tasty. Pizza, wine and service are simply top notch. Little pizza place just a bit too modern for us. Food was delicious but portion could be bigger. We had one pizza and Caesar salad. Staff was nice. There was a lot of local people coming for orders so I guess it is a very popular place.

Parmisan cheese isn't vegetarian per definition....

My last visit was a total failure. I ordered a spaghetti dish. They were fried in the pan and some of them were fried and hard spots were found. They were dry and without any taste. Some of them were only lukewarm. When I pointed out that I would like freshly cooked pasta in a pizzeria, the waitress replied: "That's it. That's right." and turned around and left. I won't have an experience like this again in this pizzeria

Small fine pizzeria! Very tasty pizzas with a crispy base and creative toppings. The service staff are very friendly and accommodating, and special requests are also happy to be fulfilled. Definitely a recommendation!!!

The pizza isn't bad but it's not particularly good either and in general the food there is way too expensive. The staff is unfriendly. You try to point it out and you hear stupid sayings. It has often happened that you get something different than what was ordered. Then you had to wait for the correction. During this time the other food got cold. The herb butter is often forgotten when making pizza rolls. The highlight was when far too much was charged. When I went back to the store I asked if the prices had increased. After checking, unfortunately 6 euros were overcharged. As a customer, you are always checking and correcting, which means you simply no longer feel like it or trust it. I also no longer feel like eating cold or wrong food. Unfortunately, you will only receive an invoice upon express request. In my opinion, this is of course part of it. I'm not one of those people who give a quick negative review, but when the manager is unfriendly to the customers and the mistakes are often repeated, I have no understanding of something like that. There is also another pizzeria in Balve where you as a customer are valued accordingly and the food also tastes much better!

We visited Balve for the weekend and had already found out where we could go out to eat. Since we were impressed by the good rating of the pizzeria “Da Piccolo”, a visit was definitely planned. Now what can we say? We are very surprised that almost only the very tasty pizza was rated here. The pizzeria “Da Piccolo” is more than a pizzeria, it is a small restaurant. Very tasty meat and fish dishes sweetened our evening. The selected wines are also a pleasure. We are coming back to Balve next year and a visit to the restaurant-pizzeria “Da Piccolo” is planned. Die Pizza war lecker, der Service, naja ... Sollten mal ein bisschen an Ihrer Freundlichkeit arbeiten, man kommt sich nicht willkommen vor. Auch sehr negativ, keine EC Kartenzahlung möglich, nur in bar !! Alles in allem, muss ich nicht nochmal hin.

Essen ist ok. Leider gibt es für Kinder keine Gerichte auf der Speisekarte. Habe den Chef auf die fehlenden Gerichte für Kinder angesprochen. Zitat: An Kindergerichten könnte er kein Geld verdienen.

Bei diesem Italiener hat einfach alles gestimmt! Sehr leckeres Essen, überaus freundliche Bedienung und top Service!

Sehr leckeres Essen und schönes Ambiente! Preise sind für die Qualität in Ordnung und das Personal steht's freundlich. Leider gibt es keine richtig gute Internetseite, wo sie sich Präsentieren zur Weiterempfehlung.

Wir werden hier nicht nochmal bestellen. Zunächst haben wir online keine Karte gefunden. Die bestellte Pizza war unterdurchschnittlich und mit über 10€ für take-away sehr teuer. Hier zahlt man den Pizzakarton mit Logo mit.

Waren zum ersten mal dort essen. Essen wurde mit Liebe gemacht. Sehr schönes Ambiente, gemütlich. Essen schmeckte echt gut. Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Gerne öfters.

Absolut empfehlenswert, das Essen war so lecker -egal ob die Nudeln oder die Pizza- und in der Weihnachtszeit war es dort super schön geschmückt und gemütlich. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und kommen gerne wieder hierhin zum Essen. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen.

Beste Pizzeria in Balve. Qualitativ in allen Bereichen zu empfehlen. Die Pizza schmeckt wie in Bella Italia und das Ambiente sowie der Service runden den Besuch perfekt ab.

Absolut bestes Restaurant in Balve. Hier ist Klein und Fein ganz Groß! Schickes Ambiente mit vielen Echtholz Aplikationen an Tischen, Tresen und Fußboden. Wäre das Restaurant an einem Urlaubshotspot,so könnte man sich dort vor Gästen nicht retten. Schwarzl/Weiß Bilder mit Sophia Loren und Anderen Stars an den Wänden. Es fehlte nur noch Fernandel und De Niro bei Rot/Weiß karrierten Tischdecken. Der Caprone höhrte sich ein wenig an wie Don Corleone. Pizzen mit dünnem Boden, frischem Gemüse und Echtem Schinken. Die Pasta al Forno wird Klassisch mit Erbsen und Sahnesauce Serviert. Das ist zwar Alles nur Geschmacksache aber so manch ein Möchte gern ' Pizza Anbieter " serviert nur mit billiger Tomatensoße! Hier weiß der Gastgeber so gar, dass dem Kunden bei Dreierlei Pasta kein Löffel an die Seite gelegt wird. Personal in Allen Belangen total Authentisch!
