This was our second time there for a casual dinner, and we enjoyed it because the food was well-prepared, perfectly seasoned, and truly delicious! The service was very friendly, and the prices were reasonable, with something for everyone. We'll be back!

Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. The spaghetti aglio/olio was a mix of spaghetti and tagliatelle, and it lacked garlic and seasoning. Worst of all, the onion soup was essentially a plain pepper soup (!) with a few onions in it. The tomatoes in the tomato salad were okay, but the green salad had some extremely pale, greenish tomato slices... The pizza and lasagna were good. The service was friendly but rather slow, even though we were the only guests besides one other table. In short: the quality was rather marginal, but the price was easily average, so it wasn't quite right for us...

Unfortunately, we can't give a better rating for several reasons. 1. Beer: According to the advertising sign and the information provided by the waitress, this beer was supposed to be Erzquell. As regular draft beer drinkers ourselves (mostly Erzquell), we immediately noticed: The beer served was either a different brand or of significantly lower quality – flat, warm, and with an unusually sweet taste. We returned the beer with appropriate explanation and received a new glass without hesitation – which, unfortunately, was also disappointing in terms of quality. Neither the cooling nor the CO₂ setting were correct. Ultimately, we opted for bottled beer. 2. Food: The pizzas were solid in terms of taste – certainly not a culinary highlight, but generally enjoyable. The pasta was also okay, albeit a bit overcooked and far from "al dente." The Hawaiian schnitzel, on the other hand, was a real low point. Apparently, it was an industrially manufactured product (comparable to a convenience toastie) that was deep-fried, topped with canned pineapple and cheese, and then smothered in a tomato and cream sauce. Why a tomato and cream sauce was used on a Hawaiian schnitzel is beyond us. In terms of both taste and concept, this dish was unacceptable for a restaurant. 3. Menu: There's nothing wrong with variety in principle, but offering Italian dishes, burgers, and even Indian cuisine on a single menu seems overly ambitious. Instead of focusing on such a broad range of themes, it would make more sense to focus on a smaller, well-thought-out selection and present it in a high-quality and coherent manner. 4. Kitchen Hygiene: On the way to the restroom, we were able to glimpse into the kitchen. Pans – regardless of their condition – were lying on the floor. This is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective and raises serious questions about compliance with kitchen standards. 5. Positives: The service was extremely friendly and attentive. This deserves special praise and represents the only positive impression of our visit. Conclusion: Given the above points, this was unfortunately our first and probably last visit to this restaurant.

It's a super delicious pizzeria with very friendly staff. Prices are still reasonable. The Indian food is also very good. Drink prices are good.

So I ordered lasagna and pizza. Unfortunately, I have to say I was disappointed with the lasagna. The cheese wasn't melted and was oily. You can see that on the photo. The pizza was really delicious. I can hardly believe it, it's not the first time I've ordered from here, and everything tasted good.

Ordered 12 meals for delivery today for our team day. It arrived on time, fresh, and delicious!

Well, it's a shame, but nothing was as expected. The mushrooms, which already seemed quite expensive for an appetizer, weren't simply baked as advertised, but were swimming in an ultra-fatty tomato and cream sauce. The half-raw cannelloni also came in the same sauce, and I lost my appetite after finding the second hair in them! So, in summary, a costly disappointment. In terms of both taste and quality.

The food was incredibly delicious. The prices are also very good!! The staff are very nice and friendly. Would come here again and again :)

The food was delicious. We were there during the week at lunchtime, and it wasn't busy. Nevertheless, it was freshly prepared; the schnitzels were piping hot, the breading was crispy, and the salads were freshly cut. We enjoyed it.

The price/performance ratio is still right here. Food was delicious. Could be even better if you used fresh canned mushrooms and peppers instead. I would also be willing to pay more for it. Service is friendly. Ambiance is ok. It's already getting a bit old. I often eat there because it's still affordable.

I ordered a family pizza and a regular one. The tomato sauce was missing on both pizzas, as was the salami. The order was placed at 8:30pm, I would have appreciated being told they didn't have enough ingredients for our pizza. The bottle of cola that I got for free didn't make up for the fact that unfortunately the pizzas couldn't be eaten.

I ordered the pasta aglio e olio and just got pasta without garlic and without herbs. It had no taste unfortunately.

That was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Over-salted and like it's made of cardboard. Zero taste. The salad was swimming in dressing, which was vinegar water. The squid rings were like rubber and totally over salted. The fries were OK.

Absolute failure! The pizza tasted like cardboard with ketchup on it. The service was a disaster - unfriendly and disinterested. I've fished better meals out of the trash. Never again!

I have never eaten such an inedible lasagna. A disaster in terms of taste, totally over salted. So that was everything but no lasagna. And visually it resembled vomit. The Maccaroni-Gorgonzola dish (which has nothing to do with a cheese sauce) was more of a light cream sauce and didn't taste like anything. Never again !!!

Review of the food at Pizzeria Sorrento. The service made an effort, but the owners have nothing to do with Italy, let alone Italian cuisine. So unfortunately you can't recommend the food because there were no Italian roots and the food was Ohlala standard.

The experience at this pizzeria was disappointing. The pizza was cold and tasteless, the toppings were sparse and the crust was limp. The service was slow and rude. I definitely won't be back and can't recommend this pizzeria.

I was in this cafe recently. I got around to writing a report about it. Because it's outrageous. I was cheated on. I am Muslim and I was served a dish with pork mixed with beef instead of beef. I was cheated on. I will never come here again. In addition, it was initially claimed that the parking lot was covered. That's a lie. It is a swamp and a dump, not a parking lot. The inside of this place smells like old stuff. That's not retro, that's a stink. I'm sorry I wasted my time and money on this place.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Well, that was a failure!! Ordered pizza for delivery and finally received it after 2 hours... cold and no taste.

I was assured by the pizzeria over the phone that pizza would be delivered to me on Christmas Eve. I called and ordered a week in advance and then came the big disappointment on Christmas Eve: the long-awaited pizza simply wasn't delivered!

Wir hatten Pizza Mista (ganz ok) und Tortellini alla Panna (mit Sahne / Tomatensoße ???) Die Nudeln waren unterirdisch! Zum Glück musste ich diese nicht bezahlen, nachdem ich sie reklamiert hatte! Der Appetit war mir aber auch vergangen! Service Mitarbeiterin sehr nett und freundlich!

Ein unglaublich guter Pizzaladen, da bestelle ich immer wieder gerne. Vor allem auch weil der Lieferant sehr cool drauf und extremst freundlich war. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl, wenn man dort bestellt!

Ich habe Heute Abend hier eine Pizza bestellt und muss sagen das das wirklich eine der besten Pizzen war die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Der Service war ebenfalls perfekt. Der Lieferer war pünktlich und sehr freundlich, die Pizza hat geschmeckt als ob noch frisch aus dem Ofen gekommen ist. Wirklich eine absolute Empfehlung meinerseits.

Sehr nette Bedienung/Eigentümer, leckers Essen. Durch Zufall dort vorbei gekommen, und ohne Probleme einen Tisch für zwei bekommen. Und das auf einen Sa.-Abend. Preislich völlig in Ordnug. Alles Top.

Meine Lieblingspizza! Habe schon öfters bestellt und es wurde immer pünktlich geliefert, schmeckt hervorragend und mir gegenüber waren stets alle freundlich :-) Immer gerne wieder!

Das Personal ist freundlich und die Pizza wirklich lecker! Aber da man dort ausschließlich mit Bargeld zahlen kann musste ich einen 3/4 Kilometer zum nächsten EC Automaten laufen und dort zusätzliche 4,55€ lassen. Nur weil ich ein braver Pfadfinder bin habe ich die Leute nicht einfach sitzen lassen, was wohl beinahe jeder andere getan hätte.

Wir waren schon mehrmals im Sorrento. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und das Essen top. Ebenso ein gutes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne hin.

Meiner Meinung nach eine Top Pizzaria. Lieferung immer top und im Restaurant auch. Freue mich aufs nächste mal wieder

Es war sehr lecker und Bedienung und Service einfach klasse. Kommen immer wieder gerne zum Essen und Trinken.

Hatten div. Familienpizzen welche jedoch wirklich schlecht waren. Die Pizza schmeckte nach Pappkarton und sonst nichts. Den Teig bekommt jeder zu Hause besser hin. Das Zitat einer Freundin, deren Mann eine eigene Pizzeria hat, war:“ die würde ich noch nicht mal besoffen essen können“ passte recht gut. Nochmal wird’s es keine Pizza von Sorento geben.

Grundsätzlich hat es gut geschmeckt. Pizza und Pasta sind wirklich lecker, der Rest der Speisekarte zum Teil weniger. Die Bedienung war allerdings sehr langsam und eher unaufmerksam. Was mich sehr gestört hat, ist dass man auf dem Weg zur Toilette an verschmierten Plastikbehältern vorbeikam, in denen offensichtlich einmal Lebensmittel aufbewahrt worden waren und in einem Karton lag neben irgendwelchen Tüten ein Salatkopf. Das ist alles unappetitlich und stillos. Kann man so leider nicht empfehlen.

Das Risotto war mit normaler Reis mit Sahnesauce und war NICHT mit mit Risotto-Reis zubereitet. Warum???? Die Pizza Quattro Formaggi war leider ohne Gorgonzola.

Die Pizzeria ist generell sehr zu empfehlen. Diesmal jedoch hat die Lieferzeit 45 Minuten länger gedauert als vorbestellt. Die Pizza Party war rechts am Rand, oben wie unten sehr dunkel gebacken (verbrannt). Der Rest war wie immer sehr gut und zu empfehlen. Ich denke das war eine Ausnahme.

Hab heute Essen bestellt! Das Essen war heiß, lecker und in 35 Minuten da! Werde da definitiv wieder bestellen! Danke für das gute Essen!

Meine Familie und ich haben heute Vorort zu Mittag gegessen. Super Service, Essen war sehr lecker und meine Kinder sind begeistert - Generell kann man sich also echt nicht beschweren, auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist überraschend gut. Jedoch zerstören die Nachbarn, welche über der Pizzeria wohnen, das Ambiente. Die ganze Zeit hört man ein nerviges Geflenne, das ist ehrlich nicht auszuhalten und macht es unmöglich, das Essen zu genießen. Bitte beheben. Ansonsten 4 Sterne.

Wir haben 3 Pizzen am Sonntag Abend bestellt. Die Pizzen wurden nach knapp 1 std geliefert und waren ok aber nicht herausragend. Relativ dünn belegt, relativ dicker Teig, viel Käse.

Eines der besten Restaurant seit langem. Das Essen schmeckt super und die haben auch eine große Auswahl von Pasta und Pizzen... Auch leckere fleischgerichte gibt es dort. Ich kann das nur preislich weiterempfehlen und auch das Personal ist immer super und nett

Zunächst möchte ich mal die außergewöhnlich freundliche Bedienung loben. Das gibt es wirklich selten. Negativ war nur, dass nicht nachgefragt wurde, ob wir noch was trinken möchten, als die Gläser leer waren. Das Essen war ok, die Pizza war lecker, aber auf Schnellimbissniveau. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut. Was mich zu lediglich 3 Punkten bewegt hat, ist die Sauberkeit. Auf den Lampen über den Tischen befindet sich eine dicke Staubschicht, teilweise Spinnweben. Das geht gar nicht. Des Weiteren war kurz vor Ostern noch teilweise die Weihnachtsdekoration vorhanden. Die Deko an sich ist unterirdisch und einfach irgendwie zusammengewürfelt. Wenn mal ordentlich geputzt und aufgeräumt wird, dann würde ich einen Punkt mehr vergeben.

service ist top...auswahl an speißen vielfaelltig...fuer jeden etwas dabei...hatte lachs vom grill mit bratkartoffeln und gefuellte pilze (ueberbacken mit kaese), als vorspeise...geschmacklich absolut top, aber optisch ein wenig spaerlich...lachs lag mit einer zitrone und bratkartoffel wuerfeln auf einem riesen teller und der salat war in einem xtra teller, was aber fuer mich kein grund ist, meine bewertung negativ ausfallen zu lassen...salat auf dem gleichen teller, wuerde es optisch ein wenig voller aussehen lassen...lieferung auch nach hause... jederzeit wieder! **** service is perfect and friendly...nice selection of meals - something for everyone...steaks, fish, pizza, pasta...very quiet and relaxing location, with a nice terrace...food is absolutely delicious...i definitely recommend this place...family friendly and a nice atmosphere...i just moved here and i will absolutely come back... they also offer home delivery service...

Wir haben sehr frisches und leckeres in Form von Pizza und Pasta dort gegessen! Die gemischten Salate waren ebenfalls ein Highlight! Tolles Dressing und knackig frische Zutaten! Das kleine gemütliche Restaurant läd zum Verweilen ein bei einem leckeren Lambrusco! Die Bedienung war sehr freundlcih und stes um unser Wohl bemüht! Das wird eine unserer Lieblingspizzerien!

Muss eine gute italienische Küche von Italienern zubereitet werden? Das Sorrento beweist, dass dies nicht Voraussetzung ist. Wir waren in den letzten Jahren unzählige Male hier mittags essen und die freundliche Crew und das leckere Essen haben sich schon lange eine gute Bewertung verdient. Wir mögen Pizza, die dünn und mit Mozzarella belegt ist- hier bekommt man sie. Ich mag keinen Schinken in der Lasagne. Normalerweise ist die Standardantwort auf diese Problematik: das Gericht ist schon vorbereitet und kann daher nicht verändert werden. Im Sorrento die Antwort des immer lächelnden Chefs: kein Problem, die Lasagne machen wir immer frisch. Auch alles andere stimmt hier, man bekommt, was man bestellt und es schmeckt! Volle Punktzahl in jedem Bereich.

El servicio en este restaurante fue muy malo. No lo recomiendo. Fueron arrogantes por qué ordenamos un café y una cerveza antes de comer y no un plato.

Das Lokal liegt etwas versteckt abseits der Hauptstrasse des Siegener Stadtteils. Das Lokal bietet traditionelle italienische sowie deutsche Küche in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Ein kleiner Biergarten ermöglicht den Aufenthalt auch im Freien. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und es fällt schwer, sich zwischen Pasta, einer reichlich belegten Pizza oder einem leckeren Fleisch- oder Fischgerichte zu entscheiden. Antipasti oder leckere Salate bieten sich als Vorspeisen an. Zu empfehlen sind auch die gefüllten Champignons nach Art des Hauses (enthalten Hackfleisch.) Für vegetarisch orientierte Besucher sind die Maccharoni vegetarisch oder die Lasagne vegetarisch eine besonders leckere Wahl. Das Sorrento bietet einen Lieferservice an und ist auch der Bestellplattform "Lieferando.de" im Internet angeschlossen. Das frisch gezapfte Pils stammt von der Erzquell-Brauerei. Die Bedienungen sind ausgesprochen nett. Das Restaurant ist auch im Siegener Gutschein-Buch 2016 vertreten. Wir waren bereits zweimal hier und kommen ganz sicher wieder.
