Pizzeria Royal in Geldern

If a pizza comes out of the oven burnt, why would you think it's still saleable? Thanks, that was our last order. An hour and a half later, we're still waiting for our food. Shame on you.

We ordered from Lieferando and received two raw pizzas. Then we were delivered another one, which was also raw and tasted absolutely disgusting.

Ordered at 7:15 p.m., delivery time given as 8:26 p.m.! (Lieferando) We ordered two large and one small spaghetti bolognese pizzas. At 8:30 p.m., after an hour and 15 minutes, my husband called and was told the driver was on his way! (Lieferando says "almost there")! 40 minutes later, at 9:10 p.m., there was still no delivery person in sight, so my husband decided to call again. They said the delivery person was on his way! My husband asked him how long he would take, since it had already been 40 minutes! After some back and forth, a loud "BOY" came from the other line, and that was it for my husband. He just said, in a rage, that he shouldn't call him a boy and hung up! Who calls a grown man a boy on the phone when he's been waiting almost two hours for his food? Very professional! Finally, at around 9:45 p.m., the food arrived. It was warm to hot, so it must have just been freshly made! To the owner or whoever was there, just be honest so you'll have fewer angry customers on the phone! HONESTY LASTS THE LONGEST!!!! Oh, and by the way: P.S. They delivered two large spaghetti pizzas and a margarita. So we had to call again because it was wrong... we don't know yet if the driver will refund us the difference, no one has been here yet! P.S. I'm very annoyed!!!

Delicious food, full of flavor - the best kebab I've had in Germany - I recommend everyone to try it.

Great food and a huge choice of Italian, Turkish and Indian menus, pizzas, fresh salads, casseroles, etc. etc. Very friendly owner and partners, who treat their customers with great respect and care.

It used to be good, I've now ordered and had it delivered twice and it's definitely not what it used to be, fries were bad, salad was brown and withered, schnitzel wasn't cooked properly! Never again.

There was hair in two pizza rolls

Ordered several portions of pizza rolls today. First of all, the delivery took more than 60 minutes (20-45 minutes were stated). 3 times normal pizza rolls filled with cheese, where there was very little cheese in it. Almost only bread was eaten. They were also in the oven for a bit too long (very crispy, but not completely burnt). We had another order of pizza rolls filled with kebab meat, where the outside of the kebab meat was burnt and the rolls were dry.

Doesn't taste very royal. More like scorched earth. Delivery man talking on the phone with flashlight.

We've enjoyed getting food here for years. :) It's always super tasty, super fast, super friendly and the price/performance ratio is completely right. It's even cheaper than others. Portions are always large, you will be more than full and there is always something left over. Kind regards to the boss ☺️

I really like the restaurant, I think the food is really tasty and the delivery times are always quick while the food is still steaming hot. The delivery person is really very nice and friendly. I would recommend you to try the pizzas there, they are really delicious.

Herbal cream costs €1 and was not delivered. No additional delivery ever came, even though it was promised.

Always been a loyal customer. Ordered food today, kebab WITHOUT tomatoes and there were a lot of tomatoes in it. For someone who is allergic, this would have backfired. Likewise the pizza rolls. Burnt black and cold. Well, it's a shame...

Petard!!! It's not that I'm a kebab lover, but the type of kebab they serve with, the salad and everything perfectly seasoned, and the crispy brown bread does a great job, it's really tasty. I recommend it to everyone

I would prefer to give 0 stars if that were possible. Absolut dirt. The schnitzel is far too small for being overcooked. The fries are made of cardboard and are absolutely inedible and you pay €9.90 for them, which is an absolute disgrace. The kebab consists more of cheap waste meat and sauce than a normal kebab. The taste really left something to be desired. I honestly wonder what the hygiene is like, I assume it's not good. Short version absolute dirt in plain German I can't recommend "dirty shop" to anyone, save your money.

Am Telefon 30 min gesagt und es hat über ne Stunde gedauert. Als ich angerufen habe um sie drauf aufmerksam zu machen, war der Fahrer angeblich unterwegs. Ich kenn das meine Freunde, ich habe selber lange in einer pizzeria gearbeitet aber ich will mich nicht verarschen lassen. Seit einfach ehrlich und sagt dass ihr es vergessen habt. Letztendlich waren die pommes nicht durch und die Pizza auch nicht. Vom Essen war ich eh nie begeistert, von daher war es meine letzte Bestellung bei euch.

War dort und die Toiletten waren voller Schimmel hat mir dann den Hunger vertrieben danke das ich Geld sparen durfte.

Wenn ich bei meiner Schwester in Geldern bin hole oder lasse ich etwas liefern . Je nachdem . Alles immer lecker und frisch .nur da kaufe und esse ich meinen Döner. echt lecker .immer wieder .

Nette Leute sehr freundlich, leidet der Pizzaboden wie von einer fertigen, gefrorenen Pizza,hart,ungenießbar, auf der Hawaiipizza war kein Schinken vorhanden, schade, nie wieder.

Habe nach dem Essen mich übergeben müssen da das Dönerfleisch (Hähnchen) halb roh ankam und die Pizza halb durch war. (Habe es nicht aufgegessen!) Die zusätzlich bestellte Sauce Hollandaise war trotz hohem Preis nicht einmal dabei. Würde wenn möglich nicht einen Stern Vergeben und rate keinem dort jemals zu bestellen oder zu essen.

Extrem lange Lieferzeit. Mehr als das doppelte der Lieferzeit die von lieferando angezeigt wurde. Essen war dafür auch nicht so lecker.

Bestelle dort seit ca. 1,5 Jahren, noch nie entäuscht worden, Essen kommt immer heiß an, Personal sehr freundlich und man kann dort alles super gut essen. Egal ob Pommes, Pizza, Döner oder Burger, alles top 😊👍🏽

Hatt uns abgezogen .Wir sagten 2 türkische pizza und ein döner gab uns 1 döner mit irgendwas drauf und gaben 50 Euro und die sagten 12 Euro

Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lieferung war falsch und die angeblichen Maccaroni sind Penne. Ich war sehr hungrig und hatte mich auf meine Bestellung gefreut, jedoch habe nicht das erhalten. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben. :(

Lange Lieferzeit, leider wurde nicht alles geliefert und Nachlieferung dauerte auch ca eine 3/4 Std. Es wurde sich aber mehrfach entschuldigt. Geschmacklich ok.
