Pizzeria Romantica in Hagen

They don't deserve a single star, and their customers probably don't need more. They told me I ordered somewhere else, but they wanted to keep my PayPal payment even though the order was canceled. I've experienced everything there: Cold food Burned food Food arrived after 2 hours Wrong/missing ingredient on pizza Food missing a dish Unfriendly, arrogant, lying, and cheating. Every Lieferando and the like should throw you out.

Simply a fantastic pizzeria. We were very impressed by the friendly service. The food was also simply excellent.

It's almost outrageous! Inattentive service, no bread is served before the pizza, and then this "pizza," if you can even call such a product that. A completely oversalted dough that seems to have been rubbed in salt, with a thin "slab" of rubbery cheese that has absolutely no place on a professional pizza, no olives on top, and rubbed with cans of tomato juice underneath! A disgrace! On top of all that, a slick of oil! Perhaps the health department will take care of how salt is being used in restaurants and then impose appropriate bans on the right people. Salt is no less harmful to health than smoking and alcohol. But ultimately, it's incomprehensible to me that a pizza maker doesn't get a kick out of it when everyone else can make a better pizza at home than he can.

Do they have a new chef? I ordered pasta with meat sauce alforno last week. The meat sauce lacked any seasoning. And the sauce had a strange consistency; it was really thick 😵‍💫 One positive thing I can say is that the delivery person was very friendly and accommodating.

Generally a good pizzeria. I'm annoyed that the last delivery was of poor quality. I ordered large pizza trays, and they were delivered partially burnt (see photo). They shouldn't deliver things like that.

Friendly and helpful staff, enjoyable food, pizzas in two sizes (thank you - only able to eat a small one), tasty Frutti di Mare. As pizza restaurants in Germany go, good value for money all round.

Good value for money, very friendly staff and prompt service, and the small pizzas much appreciated by pensioners. Canned music annoying, but the others didn't notice it, so just me, and it wasn't so loud that it drowned conversation.

The food is always great and we usually bring it home. It has been reliably open for years, despite a lack of staff. And if there's a little thing that's not right, what the heck, just fix it!!! Was self-employed for 45 years, we have to get rid of the perfectionism. We are approaching the standards of southeastern countries in everything, and that is not the end of the world either. Many people go there on vacation and think it's great!

Actually always satisfied and always happy to eat there because it tastes very tasty but from today on there is one less customer there. I wanted to order something to be delivered and on the phone I was simply told no, we won't be delivering today and they simply hung up on me. I live 10 minutes by car from the pizzeria. Politeness is different.

This is the most delicious pizza in Hagen. We had Hawaiian, Italian and Margherita. Next time I will try different spaghetti. A nice girl works at the bar, always with a smile. The cozy atmosphere is conducive to romantic dates or time alone. I recommend...

Absolutely cheeky. On the map it says delivery from €10 and delivery costs in the center are €1 and for all other areas €1.50. We wanted to order for an order value of around €23. The delivery route would have only been 11 minutes and we were denied delivery. We would only be supplied for orders over €50. Then they keep their food. Service nil. I would have preferred to give 0 stars.

Good Italian atmosphere - very tasty dishes - e.g. B. Salad with good olive oil (not watered down), pasta, pizza and a mixed platter lovingly put together. For me, a restaurant to visit again - gladly again.

An absolutely fantastic experience at this Italian restaurant! The ambience was cozy and authentic, and the food was simply heavenly, fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned and lovingly prepared. I would especially like to thank the young waitress who looked after me during my visit. She was incredibly friendly, attentive and very professional. You can tell that she does her job with passion. I felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Very nice staff, pizza was crispy. We didn't like the vegetable casserole at all. The potatoes tasted old and the sauce tasted like it came from Maggi or Knorr, which overshadowed the otherwise nice green and crunchy broccoli. Too bad. It's actually not that difficult vegetable casserole...

In my opinion, the best pizzeria in Hagen at the moment. No matter whether delivered or directly in the restaurant. If it takes longer to order, then there is a lot going on. Nevertheless, it has remained within limits so far. I think in all the years that I've been ordering there, I've only been less than satisfied once. Since I have always experienced good quality before, I filed this one away as an “exception”. After that it was back to normal: very good! The location itself is clean and the ambience is quite inviting with appropriate "background music". Including a cheerful and very attentive service without being intrusive. I think that even with the price increase in recent years, the price-performance ratio is still good. And the pizza....! ♥ ♥ ♥

The friendly people in service make you feel welcome straight away as a guest. The menu is varied. Even those without meat will definitely find something delicious to eat.

The food tastes excellent and the portion sizes are also very generous. Unfortunately, there is one major point of criticism: the way we deal with customers. A few months ago my calzone was made with the wrong ingredients. When I called to clarify this, I was immediately told that I had ordered incorrectly - which was definitely not the case. Today I ordered something in the afternoon and the delivery person was really annoyed. He complained why I was ordering at this time (2:30 p.m.) because there was so much traffic. Honestly, if that's a problem, why are you even taking the order? Last week I ordered Haspe from Romantica at around 9:30 p.m. The opening times for the delivery services are until 10 p.m., but the delivery person still rudely pointed out to me that it was already late. If late orders are a problem, why not adjust opening hours? Or rejects the orders outright? I order really often and I've rarely experienced anything like that at other restaurants. It's a shame that the great taste of the food is always ruined by such unfriendly comments. As a loyal customer, you want to be treated with respect - no matter what time of day it is.

When we still lived in Hagen, we were here often. Even back then, the pizza was very tasty and every visit was worth it. When we visited Hagen today and were happy to discover that the restaurant still exists, we of course had to go there immediately so we could eat this delicious pizza again. After all these years the pizza is still very tasty. The prices are also fair (almost too cheap for the delicious food). The waitress was also very nice and you could tell she enjoyed her job. If we are in Hagen again, we will definitely come back!

We had ordered the party service for 10 people. That is a sheet of pizza, 1 sheet of pasta, 1 plate of salad and pizza rolls. He came everything on time. And everything was perfect. The salad was very fresh, the pasta and the pizza were really tasty. There were a lot of pizza rolls and there was also herb butter. We were really excited. It would have easily fed 12 or 13 people. That definitely wasn't the last time we ordered there.

You can tell that the pizzeria focuses on quality. I, who never eat the edges of a pizza, loved the dough as it was perfectly crispy but fluffy at the same time! The pizza with spinach was a particular highlight - the cheese was tender and creamy. The margherita also tastes great! Delivery was faster than expected and the driver was VERY friendly. The nice thing is that you don't have to worry about whether the employee understands you when you're on the phone! One thing is for sure: This wasn't my last order.

The Pizzeria Romantica is and remains the absolute favorite in Hagen and the surrounding area for me and my family. So far we have always been more than satisfied with every delivery. The employees were always very friendly, the delivery was always reliable and quick. The food was always delivered perfectly as we ordered and was always warm and fresh. In terms of taste, it has always been very enjoyable, as well as in terms of appearance. But it's not just the delivery that has always been perfect, but also the restaurant itself. There is also a very nice atmosphere and the staff give good advice, not only when choosing the food but also when choosing the right wine (drink). You can either spend a nice evening there as a couple or a nice evening with the whole family (There is also a small play area for the children). I can only recommend it to every individual and every family. Just a great shop.

My father and I have been ordering from Romantika more often since we are not mobile at the moment. The food is really great. The fish dishes are also very good. You will be treated kindly and delivery is quick and friendly. We can only recommend it.

Very good pizza, great value for money

Every standard known to us regarding friendliness and pleasant demeanor is effortlessly undermined here.

The food came cold after 1 hour. The wrong house number was written down to the driver (who, by the way, was the only one who was very nice and friendly). After I saw him drive around our house several times, I went out onto the street and intercepted him, otherwise the food would be there didn't arrive at all... (in retrospect it would actually have been better)! The entire top layer of the lasagne with the cheese was completely black, burnt and extremely hard, with only oil instead of sauce. The schnitzel and fries were also completely cold and not edible, 26 euros for the barrel! They are also not capable of criticism. When I complained about the food on the phone, I was told in a completely unfriendly tone that I should order somewhere else in the future!!!! We will definitely do this in the future, we promise :-) It's a shame that you have to give 1 star to be able to post it here because there should be 10 minus stars for the campaign

I can't say much about the place itself. However, today we ordered two pizzas, which arrived after about 60 minutes. €25.30 for pizzas that were only lukewarm is a no go. In addition, the dough is unfortunately rubbery and the pizzas don't really have any taste. We've already been to a number of pizzerias in Hagen, and unfortunately Romatica has performed the worst so far. 🤷🏼‍♂️

We ordered two pizzas and pizza rolls with herb butter online. After about an hour I asked by phone whether our order had been received. I was kindly told on the phone that our food should arrive any moment. That's how it was. The waiting time was due to the time (peak hour). The pizzas are well topped and tasty; the price-performance ratio is right. The herb butter is mildly spiced, which we really like. We will definitely order there again.

As I often do, I order pasta and pizza there. And as always, on time, warm and tasty. The word customer service is really important. They are super friendly and keep their promises! Anyone who doesn't order there is stupid.

Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker dort und auch die Nudel dort sind sehr lecker. Am liebsten habe ich dort die Spagetti Cabonara. Der tiramisu ist auch wunderbar. Das Essen kam schnell zum Tisch und der personal war überaus freundlich. Der Laden sind ebenfalls toll aus. Alles ist top 😍
