I was there and bought pizza and tortellini. I don't want to say anything more about the food except that it's not tasty. However, I ask the question: Where do the great recessions come from? Rialto has not offered in-restaurant service for several years, only delivery or pickup. How can you rate the great service or the great ambience. To me the many positive reviews look bought. If you don't want to believe me, I can only recommend that you see for yourself on site.

Unfortunately I can't get close, but only the best can be expected from acquaintances. The boss puts a lot of heart into the restaurant.

Just perfect! The Pizzeria Rialto is a real highlight in Trier. The food was simply delicious – fresh, authentic and full of flavor. You can immediately tell that the cooking here is made with love. The pizza in particular was to die for. Crispy base, great topping, simply heavenly! The service was also great: super friendly employees who made you feel welcome. You immediately feel comfortable and in good hands. I'll definitely come back - absolute recommendation!

I took out a pizza and I must say, despite the service being friendly, the pizza was not good. It was hard and burnt on the sides. As I come primarily for the food, therefore only 2 stars, sorry guys. Maybe in a few months or so I will try again but this was not the best.

We would have ordered, but unfortunately there were no drivers left. Who could have brought the food. We picked it up but were also generously compensated with two bottles of lemonade. The food was also very good.

I ordered pizza yesterday, but didn't know that card payment wasn't possible, the owner told me everything and trusted that I would bring him the money today. He didn't know me, and did it anyway, thank you very much. The food was better than the previous owner's...I don't understand the reviews here...a lot went wrong with the previous owner, please don't forget that!!!! Furthermore, the new owner is a former employee and knows what he is doing. Give him a chance. I will be ordering there more often now.

There is one star because the owner took over the old name. The rest unfortunately zero stars. Food more expensive and less since the change of ownership. Delivery service drives without a navigation system and then has to call three times and ask for the exact route.

We have been ordering from the Pizzeria Rialto [approx. 26/27 years]. We were actually always very satisfied, mainly with the food, but also with the service and, above all, with the friendliness of the staff. We sometimes even have 2xwtl. Ordered there and almost always had it delivered. And there were never really any problems. But now that the owner has changed, things are different! My mother wanted to order a pollo salad yesterday and have it delivered because she can't drive. When she was asked what else she wanted to order and she replied that that was all since she was alone, she was told that that wouldn't be possible because the minimum order value was €30!! This is a joke in my opinion. This never happened with the previous owner! I might have understood it if the minimum order value for delivery to Kenn was €15 or €20. But €30?? Ridiculous! We decided not to order there anymore even though the food was always good. There are also other very good pizzerias in the area that are not so strange.

Delivery to the wrong address, a pizza was forgotten, the taste was at the lowest level.

Auswahl auf der Karte, wie bei anderen Pizzerien auch, groß mit den üblichen Gerichten (Pizza, Pasta, Salate, etc., ohne Besonderheiten). Qualität und Größe der Pizza gut, Belag im richtigen Ausmaß und Zutaten frisch. Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich. Ambiente Mischung aus Möbelhauskatalog und 50er-Jahre Nostalgie, aber hat auch seinen Charme :-) Sauberkeit im Speiseraum und auf den Toiletten sehr gut. Preise überraschend niedrig im Trierer Vergleich (die meisten Pizzen <10 EUR, mit Getränken haben meine Freundin und ich zusammen 25 EUR bezahlt). Kartenzahlung nicht möglich, kommt aber auch bei anderen Restaurants so vor. Kannten die Pizzeria bisher nicht, würden aber wieder hin gehen.
