Ordered here 4 times: The pizza and calzone tasted great 👍🏻 The lasange didn't suit our taste, but to each his own. If you don't necessarily order after 5:45 p.m., the delivery times stated on Lieferando are also suitable. All in all, we would order again.

Ordered for delivery for the second time today, both times significantly later than stated (over 1 hour the first time and 30 minutes today) In addition, it is possible that we ordered a soup from the Indians, which is on the menu with rice, but the rice was not included. It's a shame, we will prefer a more reliable delivery service from now on

Ordered via Lieferando. What was delivered to us was an absolute disgrace. 10€ for a gyro plate, the meat looked so unappetizing and not like gyros. Indefinable pieces. Salad for €9 very small bowl and no fresh ingredients. We would never order from Rialto again.

No matter what you order, it's always delicious

I ordered a carbonara with a tomato salad. The carbonara was definitely a convinience product. Quite ok, but not restaurant quality. It's on the same level as the tetrapack sauce of good and cheap. The salad consisted of an unripe tomato, half an onion and some rocket. Overall disappointing.

Food great, delivery was quick, staff friendly, very inexpensive, tastes very good

Very dissatisfied, pizza partially burnt, dough not of good quality and toppings very thin, the meter pizza was saved and the customer paid dearly. The main thing is that you get full... had to get my wife something from MC's.

The food was really very tasty!!!! The pizza was perfect and the filled pizza rolls were also great. We ordered via Lieferando 1 minute before closing time and still received our delivery within 25 minutes. Many thanks again to the nice staff! We will definitely order again.

We ordered at 7:33 p.m. The app said the food would arrive after 55 minutes. Our food arrived at 9:02 p.m. The pizzas weren't even cut. The delivery person was rude as was the staff who answered the phone. Not recommended.

Ordered for delivery: the pizzas (Pizza Felix & Pizza Rialto Spezial) are very tasty there, the dough is thin, crispy and not so dough-heavy. The pizzas are also well topped and nothing is lacking in terms of taste, even the edge tastes delicious and not dry. The only drawback with the Felix pizza topped with gyros was that the gyro meat was sometimes a bit greasy and unfortunately not of the best quality. No complaints with the chicken breast fillet. As a starter we tried out a bit of Indian cuisine. There was samosa (2 pieces) Deep fried dumplings filled with seasoned potatoes and peas, these were crispy on the outside and generously filled with potato and chickpea puree on the inside. However, not a highlight in terms of taste. As well as the Gobi Pakoras (spicy) cauliflower fried in chickpea flour batter, these were unfortunately no longer crispy after delivery, but limp and rather weak in taste. Each starter came with a salad, which was fresh and delicious. The dressing for the salad had a very strong mustard note and could have been mixed with a little more yogurt. The other 2 dips for the starters, mint dip and a kind of ketchup, were hardly spicy and not of outstanding taste, it could be better here. The naan bread, one with garlic and the other with garlic chilli, was fluffy and delicious with a fine garlic herb taste. We wouldn't try the Indian starters again because, among other things, the dips and the overall taste didn't blow us away. We would be happy to order the pizzas again. The delivery was extremely fast and arrived at the door after 15-20 minutes even though the waiting time was stated as 45 minutes, so service was top!

My food was late and cold so I give one star but they called me. And told me that they will make it up. And that is why I give 5 stars now. I hope they do it and keep there word for next time. It is already good that they called me.

Waited 1 1/2 hours for the order. I ordered and paid for an extra topping on the pizza and didn't get it... the pizza had hair on it -.-

Verstehen anscheinend die einfachsten Bestellungen nicht. Außerdem wurde mir zugesagt, dass ich, weil die Bestellung vom Vortag durcheinander gebracht wurde, am nächsten Tag die richtige Lieferung bekommen sollte, was natürlich vergessen wurde

Lieferung direkt bis aufs Stand up paddle an der Hollager Schleuse. Die Bestellung kam bereits nach 15 Minuten. Bester Service und zudem schmeckte die Pizza super und das Getränk war sehr kühl. Wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein :)

Ich verstehe die negativen Rezensionen nicht. Ist das Essen mal nicht brühend heiß, kann man es aufwärmen. Die Fahrer fahren schließlich mehrere Kunden an, da verliert es schon mal ein paar Grad. Alle Fahrer sind super nett, höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Lieferung erfolgt nahezu immer vor der angegebenen Zeit und es wurden immer alle Sonderwünsche berücksichtigt. Und sollte dabei irgendwann mal etwas schiefgehen: Bitte fair bleiben! Auch dort arbeiten nur Menschen und Fehler können passieren. Dann nimmt man eben Kontakt auf und klärt das Ganze und gibt keine schlechte Bewertung ab, ohne denen eine Chance zu geben, es zu korrigieren. Wir werden weiterhin gerne bei Rialto bestellen und unser leckeres Essen von dort genießen.

Pizza und Pizza Brötchen waren gut Hatte die scharfe Tequila Pizza ( und verdammt die ist echt scharf)

Haben heute Abend etwas bestellt. Da wir dieses schon mehrfach gemacht haben, waren wir heute etwas enttäuscht. Essen fast ganz kalt und Geschmack auch nicht so gut, wie es sonst der Fall war.

Das Essen war nur durchschnittlich gut. Die Preise allerdings außerirdisch abgehoben. Essen nur zum Liefern oder Abholung hinten in der Küche. Für 3x Nudeln mit Käse-Sahne-Sauce und eine Pizza haben wir fast 40€ bezahlt! Preis Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht! Bin echt sauer! Preise werden einfach geändert, ohne die Karte fertig gedruckt zu haben. Keine Preistafel zum einsehen. Da bestelle ich nie wieder!

Hatten jetzt mehrfach bestellt. Es war immer lecker, immer früher als angegeben geliefert und der Fahrer hat den Wunsch des Anrufens anstatt klingeln immer ausgeführt. Also alles top!

Sehr lecker,allerdings muss man sagen das die Pizzabrötchen im Verhältnis zu anderen Läden für den Preis Ziemlich wenig sind. Ansonsten Essen ist gut und die Lieferzeit ist in Ordnung.

Viel zu lange auf die Pizza gewartet. Freitagabend 19:30 bestellt und 21:20 da. Geht gar nicht

Das Essen schmeckt immer gut. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Die Bestellungen passten immer und waren noch heiß als sie ankamen, dazu waren die Lieferzeiten immer schneller wie angegeben. Bei Problemen ist man sehr zuvorkommend und es wird Kundenorientiert gehandelt! Ich empfehle Rialto weiter.

Schmeckt ja ganz gut aber bei fast jeder Bestellung fehlt was. Schnitzel ohne Pommes und Salat. Auch wenn es ohne gewünscht war hätte man drauf hinweisen können das man trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen muss denn dann hätte ich gleich gesagt das wir es dann auch haben wollen. Wurde zwar kostenfrei nachgeliefert aber da war das Schnitzel schon gegessen. Pizzabrötchen ohne Ailoi , wurde auch nachgeliefert aber die ailoi wird oft vergessen. Kleine Pizza bestellt allerdings normalgröße erhalten aber ich habe den Differenzbetrag zurückbekommen Und das ist leider nicht die Ausnahme. Letzte mal wurde mir mein Hähnchennudelauflauf ohne Nudeln geliefert. Echt Schade denn schmecken tut es ja gut. Geschmacklich gut aber organisatorisch noch luft nach oben .
