The “Quartieri Spagnoli” in Ludwigshafen is a real gem! The name is perfect because as soon as you enter the restaurant you feel like you are in the heart of Naples. The pizza here is simply incomparable - aromatic and so authentic that you feel like you are in Italy. Added to this is the wonderful ambience that invites you to linger, the great atmosphere and the incredibly friendly staff, which makes every visit a real experience. If you are looking for the best pizza, traditional Italian cuisine and a touch of Italy, “Quartieri Spagnoli” is the right place for you!

I was there on August 16, 2024 with my friend... there were only 4 tables occupied... and we still waited 40 minutes for 2 pizzas. Instead, the manager was busy humiliating the staff...in a loud voice...disturbed us a lot (personnel management) out of place. Conclusion.. Pizza Fritta (Old Oil) And Pizza Frutti di Mare(baking soda helped me afterwards. Was in Naples for 20 years... worked in the catering industry... and I think it's a shame that the image of Neapolitan cuisine is so mistreated in Germany... Tip... it's best to just sell arancini... it's quick and protects the employees... Adieu

We ordered through Uber Eats and the food came after 1.5 hours. Pizza was therefore completely cold and the starter platter for €19 (!?) was a joke. Absolute rip off, never again

We were there as a group and the food was just terrible! Partly raw dough not cooked properly, fries and pizza fritta were black from (probably old oil). The next day we all felt bad!!!! Never again!!!!! This was anything but Neapolitan pizza! Plus we were sitting in the rain! Just a complete disaster!!!!

The good reviews here led us to Quartieri Spagnoli. What is there to say that is similarly positive? It's quick: the pizza we ordered was tasty. And otherwise? The service staff was already in good demand when ordering, perhaps she was new and probably also worked in the kitchen. It took almost three quarters of an hour for the pizza to be served. It would have been helpful if you had been informed when you placed your order that you would have to wait a while. In total there were eight guests with us. In between, the delivery service picked up several times. The order at the neighboring table also took some time. Upon request, the guest was informed that pizza and pasta were prepared in separate rooms and that several walking routes were therefore required for staff. The pizza we ordered was a bit burnt on one edge (see also photo). That shouldn't happen, but it can happen. As a guest, you might have expected and gladly accepted a small explanation or nice apology, even for the wait. When the guests at the neighboring table, also sitting outside, asked to pay, they were told that they should come inside themselves. We also did the same without being asked. There was no need to say thank you for rounding up the amount when paying, as is customary in the industry. The price-performance ratio, which includes more than the pizza ingredients and other goods used, is overall at the limit. The price for the beers ordered, Moretti brand, in the 0.3 l bottle (4 €) simply served without a drinking glass, was not listed on the menu, nor for other beers. Overall, from our perspective, there are opportunities for optimization. Well, maybe it will work better another time...

Best pizzas in the Mannheim/Ludwigshafen/Heidelberg area. Dont order on delivery services (uber eats etc..) cos they come late and cold. Try calling them directly.

Was immediately greeted unfriendly. We got the wrong food and kept it out of indulgence, but unfortunately we didn't get any kind of accommodation from the restaurant in this regard. Burrata salad far too small for over €15 and only 3 mini cherry tomatoes in it. Very unfriendly service. Totally inattentive, sometimes we ate without plates because we shared the food and put it in the middle. Strangely, the waiter was very quick to clear away the food. The waiter caused problems when paying because he wanted us to pay in cash. I don't understand how the restaurant can be rated so well. We only came because of the good reviews and will avoid the restaurant in the future.

Finding a 100% Made in Italy restaurant in the area was fantastic 🤩🥳 We will certainly return, but I would like to inform the public that everything (cuisine, ingredients, staff, venue etc...) is concentrated so well that it really feels like home. Congratulations to all, excellent work.

The pizza was again very tasty, but despite the reservation (or because of it?), the seven of us were squeezed into shaky mini tables in the corner, where two pizza plates across the street barely fit. Food great, but service and ambience could be improved

I think the current hype surrounding the pizzeria is a bit bigger than what it actually offers. The prices (for both the pizzas and the drinks) are too high for the area - I think. Then you are asked if you would like a glass...!? Should I drink from the bottle in a restaurant? :) The pizza dough was still very tasty - hence the 4 stars. Topping could be a little more generous...

Unfortunately very unfriendly... It said 10 minutes and 20-30 minutes at the front when I went into the store it said they were waiting outside. I paid €26 and was told 30 would fit. I was only given €4 of €40 in change instead of €10!!! Food still tastes good.

I'm sorry to make this comment but it happened to us and I have to say it for the people who go often and in groups to eat, So the food was delicious, and the service was also efficient, but always ask for the receipt because they make mistakes when they have to cash, we went with two people, we ordered 2 pizzas and two drinks, when it's time to pay the girl says: it's €57 😱 she not given the receipt, then we thought that it seemed too much and this price didn't seem fair to us, we asked for the receipt and the girl had half an extra meal for us that we hadn't ordered, she did the bill and returned it to us back €20 euros! ,ok you can make mistakes but not even an excuse? I don't know what this is called, what if I make a mistake or try to steal? We don't come there anymore, we lost two customers... So be careful! Always ask for the receipt

We were there yesterday and had high expectations due to the good reviews. We found a small pizzeria with seating on site. It looked very inviting at first but upon closer inspection we found very uncomfortable chairs and side tables. The waitress was alone in service and the store wasn't really at its capacity, but she still seemed very overwhelmed. Apparently there was time to answer the cell phone even though the finished pizzas were already stacked up and getting cold. As for the pizza itself, we were all actually satisfied with the taste, the finer details still need to be adjusted a bit, such as a slightly better dough and the distribution of the ingredients, but these are just small things and just my opinion.

So, tested it today, reviews are awesome. Pizza ordered for pickup. The restaurant looks stylish, our taste. Pizza? Extremely cool, so I'll be eating in the restaurant soon, the lady was also very friendly. A gem in the area.

It's just great to eat. This is the best pizza I've eaten so far. The restaurant is very inviting and you can tell that there is passion in it. Best pizza within 100 km. The pizza dough is prepared in the Neapolitan style, without yeast and is therefore not heavy on the stomach. The whole restaurant, as well as the owner Angelo, come across as very authentic and personable.

There were three of us and we tried a few things from the menu. Deep-fried pizzas, normal pizza with friarelle and salsiccia (it was square and was signposted that way) and pizza Nutella. Upon request, we were served fries with mozzarella off the menu. A pizza cost between €12-14. For the quality I thought the price was okay. The only flaw in my opinion was the price of drinks. Cola was only available in 0.2l bottles for €3 each. But I ignore that when I rate it because the food was great. By the way employees/owners were very nice.

If I could give 6 stars it would be 6! Great atmosphere, pizza simply sensational, I've never eaten such a good one before. I had a vegan pizza. We were served in a friendly manner, probably by the owner himself, and despite the many guests and only one pizza maker, everything went quite quickly.

Great shop! Absolutely authentic owner. If you want to eat real Neapolitan pizza, this is the right place. Be sure to try the dessert and be amazed. Until next time and this time we'll pay for the espresso :)!

Waren gestern zum ersten aber nicht letzten Mal da! Kleines „Restaurant“ mit Flair und Charakter! Freundliche Bedingung durch den Chef persönlich. Aber die Hauptsache: Eine der besten Pizzen die ich je gegessen habe! Top Auswahl/Kreationen, vor allem die Pizza-Frite bzw. Dessert-Pizza! Der „Hammer“ sind allerdings die eingelegten gelben Tomaten in der Vorspeise hmmmmmmm!

Wir haben Pizza bestellt und abgeholt ! Sorry die Pizza war kalt , keinen Geschnack 😡, ganz wenig Belag und der Teig war latschig wie Kaugummi!!! Also eine absolute Katastrophe 😡😡😡 überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!

Die beste nepaolitanische Pizza Deutschlands. Ich bin leidenschaftlicher Pizza Esser und backe auch selber regelmäßig Pizzen. Diese Pizza ist einfach der Wahnsinn: Geschmack 10/10 Teig 10/10 Rand 10/10 Tomatensoße 10/10 Käse 10/10 Basilikum 10/10 10/10 Ich war in jeder Großstadt in Deutschland schon Pizza essen und es kam kaum eine an diese Pizza ran. Ein wahres Schmuckstück in einer der Gegenden in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. Wer eine gute Pizza essen möchte, muss unbedingt hierher. Ich bin jedes Mal hier, wenn ich in der Gegend bin. Die kleine Axt ist der Pizza-Schneider. Wie süß ist das bitte!

Great glutenfree Pizza, a bit expensive but delicious. Communication about the booking was not ideal and the pizza was not with every topic. But we received a second pizza on house. This is customer focus. Overall great flair. Side not: Communication in the Team looks from the outside not the best. The team looked stressed.
