Danger! Every critical review will be deleted! Original review: Was immediately greeted unfriendly. We got the wrong food and still kept it out of indulgence, but unfortunately we didn't get any kind of accommodation from the restaurant in this regard. Burrata salad far too small for over €15 and only 3 mini cherry tomatoes in it. Very unfriendly service. Totally inattentive, sometimes we ate without plates because we shared the food and put it in the middle. Strangely, the waiter was very quick to clear away the food. The waiter caused problems when paying because he wanted us to pay in cash. I don't understand how the restaurant can be rated so well. We only came because of the good reviews and will avoid the restaurant in the future.

We went here for dinner this evening based on a recommendation. The food is highly recommended and the service is also great. We will come back very soon.

The pizza was very tasty, my friend was made a white pizza after a lack of understanding (thanks for that)! We both thought it tasted very good I think the man behind the counter was pretty stressed and showed it, but unfortunately he was a bit relaxed... and the pizza was very expensive… we spent €47 for 2 pizzas and two glasses of that Paid house wine.

I just called and was surprised at the rude tone. My girlfriend and I wanted to order two pizzas and asked if there was a chicken and mushroom pizza. The only answer was that nothing like that was offered - and without further explanation the conversation ended with a curt “bye”. I find this kind of behavior towards customers unprofessional.

The pizza (Toto) was tasty, but there weren't enough toppings on it, there were more onions than tuna and the olives weren't pitted. You have to reserve in advance, he was able to offer us a place. After several recommendations, we wanted to try the culinary rarities here too. Table reserved. There on time. People were waiting outside, the door was locked. You were invited in. Small room, ok. Things can get tight when you come and go. The boss handles everything here personally. Casual atmosphere, a touch of street art and interesting furnishings. It took more than 30 minutes for the appetizer platter to be served. 38€. Ingredients good. For this money, the size of the plate should be more important than the quantity of the variety. Dry arugula salad was the largest portion. The main course was good, but not exceptional. After about 1 hour we wanted to have some wine and dessert. Instead, we were told that we couldn't stay any longer because there were already people waiting outside. So we had about an hour to eat and we paid while standing up to the boss. We've never experienced anything like this before. Feed it, pay it, go. Such an approach should have been informed when making the reservation. You are complimented as a customer, profit before customer loyalty. Comfortable is different. Food is overpriced. It is also allowed if the quality is good. As I said, it was good, but it's also good elsewhere, sometimes better. I didn't feel welcome as a guest. We won't eat there again.

The pizza was really, really good and the atmosphere was also very nice. Unfortunately I'm only giving 4 stars because they got the pizza wrong (I ordered a white pizza with tomato sauce). However, the staff was immediately ready to make them right. The pizza fritta was also very good. Tomato sauce was still charged, but unfortunately I didn't notice it straight away as they didn't provide a receipt. The prices are relatively high, but if I'm in the area again I would still go there again.

We reserved a table and ordered our pizzas after 30 minutes. When asked about types of meat and ingredients, there were contradictory and unclear answers, which seemed unprofessional. After 40 minutes we were informed that the preparation had not yet started. Since we didn't want to wait any longer, we got up and left. When we paid we were told that the long waiting time was due to the failure of one of the pizza makers. However, that wasn't an argument for us because the shop was very small and a pizza shouldn't take that long. Despite the total waiting time of 70 minutes, we had to pay for the drinks. The ambience was pleasant, but we can't say anything about the food.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing evening today. I recommended this place to my friends because I had a good pizza here recently. That's why I made a reservation for 6 people at 7:00 p.m. and in advance: we were on time, which cannot be said about the service staff. Unfortunately, our orders weren't even taken until 7:25 p.m. and the filling of the pizzas didn't even start at 8:05 p.m. That was the reason for us to get up and leave. Here the waitress had the chance to say that the soft drinks were on the house (as compensation). That wasn't offered to us and that's why I don't come to this pizzeria anymore.

I ordered a pizza from Wolt. The pizza was super tasty. One of the best pizzas I've eaten so far. Will definitely order again. 12/10

A pearl in the Bronx. A restaurant so authentically Italian, you feel like you're on a trip to Naples. No room for chi-chi but for a meal of the highest quality. Ludwigshafen doesn't have much to offer, but the Quartieri Spanioli is worth a visit. This oasis gives me hope. Thanks!

First about the quality of the pizza. This was my fourth time there, having previously discovered the pizzeria by chance. I was thrilled with the pizza the first few times and on the next visit I brought friends who were also very impressed with the pizza. What everyone noticed was, to put it harmlessly, that the boss wasn't exactly friendly and that he sometimes had a rude tone towards the staff. But we overlooked it given the quality of the food. In between, the shop was temporarily closed. There must have been a reason. Maybe also that the pizza cook has quit, because I noticed immediately when we were eating with a larger group yesterday, February 1st, 2025, that there is now a pizza cook instead of the cook. And what do I have to say: All of my friends who have been there independently noticed that the quality of the pizza had deteriorated significantly, from the original 5 stars to 2 or 3 stars. We were there on February 1st. so a group of 8 people and a total of 4 paying parties. When it came time to pay, the really nice waitress said that she had to collect the entire table. We asked them, on the grounds that in the era of smart wallets, no one has enough small change to be able to give it to each other, but to please deduct the only 4 parties separately using the calculator. She also kindly complied with this request. I also told her that this also has the advantage that she gets 4 times the tip and therefore gets significantly more tips in total, to which she replied that she wasn't allowed to keep any tips. But she still picked us up separately as requested and very friendly, time spent perhaps 5 to 7 minutes. A short time later the boss appeared at the table fuming and said in a more than unfriendly tone that something like that would never happen again and that in the future the entire bill would have to be paid by one person. I also told him that none of us had enough small change to settle accounts with each other. He angrily left the table with a rude tone and the words “I don’t care!” Two women at our table have experience as waitresses themselves. Afterwards they regretted the nice service because waitresses usually live off tips. It is absurd that guests are asked to settle the bill for each other internally. That has nothing to do with good service. What matters even more, however, is the boss's very unfriendly and rude manner. Conclusion: Service: 5 stars Boss: minus 5 stars Food: 2-3 stars Overall: 1 star We all agreed. You don't have to go out to eat again.

In terms of taste, a 10 out of 10. The pizzas are extremely tasty, you can tell that the ingredients have been chosen very carefully. The atmosphere is very nice and you feel at home. However, the service needs improvement, lacks focus and is forgetful. Drinks had to be requested. A pizza was also forgotten and so one of the four of us ate alone. A digestif was also completely forgotten. But still 5 stars because the pizza is really tasty.

The ambience is nice, but the food is not. Attention!! If you're looking for a Neapolitan pizza, you've come to the wrong place!!! Dough really thick and apparently the salt shaker fell into the tomato sauce, absolutely over salted. It's a shame and a shame for my waiting time + disappointment.

Terrible service! We didn’t even have the chance to sit down. The staff member at the door didn’t bother to ask how many people were in our group and rudely state that there were no tables available. He also complained about our baby stroller, despite the restaurant being completely empty. He was extremely arrogant and impolite. This was my first time attempting to visit, and it will definitely be my last.

Great Dubai pizza and everything else too

Unfortunately, we cannot share the many good reviews here. The owner was already unfriendly and hectic on the phone, which continued in the restaurant when it was picked up (after an acceptable waiting time). Here too, rudeness, hecticness, no smile. You don't feel comfortable there. The pizzas tasted okay, the 4cm edge had no toppings and no sauce. Just dough. In a few places the dough was even slightly raw. The surface is rather poor, very manageable. The side salad consisted of 90% rocket. 3 cocktail tomatoes, 3 pieces of iceberg lettuce and a few strips of carrots. It was oversalted and oversoured with balsamic vinegar. Unfortunately for us the first and last time. We were particularly annoyed by the unfriendliness.

I only ordered and wasn't in the restaurant, so I can't comment on the service or ambience. The calzone was incredibly tasty and generously filled. The dough is perfect. Thanks.

We found the pizzeria by chance on Google and ordered two pizzas to take away. I never thought I would find something so exceptionally good in the Hemshof. Neapolitan pizza is really trendy right now. But I've never had one this good anywhere. The ingredients are all perfectly coordinated. We'll definitely be back. The pizza was more expensive than elsewhere, but it was definitely worth it.

A little piece of Napoli in the middle of Hemshof (Lufwigshafen am Rhein) with very authentic, delicious cuisine. Top hosts and great service. The Neapolitan wisdom in the form of cartoons is also nice Pictures and texts that very successfully decorate the walls of this small, cozy atmosphere. A visit is definitely worth it (reservation is recommended). We are already looking forward to the next time.

The owner was extremely unfriendly and literally left us standing at the door. Instead of inviting us in, we had to wait in the cold while he took our order outside, unimpressed. After 30-35 minutes in the cold, we finally got a “Dubai pizza,” which, ridiculously, only tasted like chocolate - there was no taste of the promised pistachios anywhere. Really disappointing and disrespectful.

Diego Maradona will be proud where he is... the pizza, the service and the whole ambience is really authentic. The food tastes good... the pizza dough is airy and grandma's schnapps is a dream. You can tell how proud the boss is of his life's work and rightly so!!!

The “Quartieri Spagnoli” in Ludwigshafen is a real gem! The name is perfect because as soon as you enter the restaurant you feel like you are in the heart of Naples. I was there on August 16, 2024 with my friend... there were only 4 tables occupied... and we still waited 40 minutes for 2 pizzas. Instead, the manager was busy humiliating the staff...in a loud voice...disturbed us a lot (personnel management) out of place. Conclusion.. Pizza Fritta (Old Oil) And Pizza Frutti di Mare(baking soda helped me afterwards. Was in Naples for 20 years... worked in the catering industry... and I think it's a shame that the image of Neapolitan cuisine is so mistreated in Germany... Tip... it's best to just sell arancini... it's quick and protects the employees... Adieu

We ordered through Uber Eats and the food came after 1.5 hours. Pizza was therefore completely cold and the starter platter for €19 (!?) was a joke. Absolute rip off, never again

We were there as a group and the food was just terrible! Partly raw dough not cooked properly, fries and pizza fritta were black from (probably old oil). The next day we all felt bad!!!! The good reviews here led us to Quartieri Spagnoli. What is there to say that is similarly positive? It's quick: the pizza we ordered was tasty. And otherwise? The service staff was already in good demand when ordering, perhaps she was new and probably also worked in the kitchen. It took almost three quarters of an hour for the pizza to be served. It would have been helpful if you had been informed when you placed your order that you would have to wait a while. In total there were eight guests with us. In between, the delivery service picked up several times. The order at the neighboring table also took some time. Upon request, the guest was informed that pizza and pasta were prepared in separate rooms and that several walking routes were therefore required for staff. The pizza we ordered was a bit burnt on one edge (see also photo). That shouldn't happen, but it can happen. As a guest, you might have expected and gladly accepted a small explanation or nice apology, even for the wait. When the guests at the neighboring table, also sitting outside, asked to pay, they were told that they should come inside themselves. We also did the same without being asked. There was no need to say thank you for rounding up the amount when paying, as is customary in the industry. The price-performance ratio, which includes more than the pizza ingredients and other goods used, is overall at the limit. The price for the beers ordered, Moretti brand, in the 0.3 l bottle (4 €) simply served without a drinking glass, was not listed on the menu, nor for other beers. Overall, from our perspective, there are opportunities for optimization. Well, maybe it will work better another time...

Best pizzas in the Mannheim/Ludwigshafen/Heidelberg area. Dont order on delivery services (uber eats etc..) cos they come late and cold. Try calling them directly.

Finding a 100% Made in Italy restaurant in the area was fantastic 🤩🥳 We will certainly return, but I would like to inform the public that everything (cuisine, ingredients, staff, venue etc...) is concentrated so well that it really feels like home. Congratulations to all, excellent work.

The pizza was again very tasty, but despite the reservation (or because of it?), the seven of us were squeezed into shaky mini tables in the corner, where two pizza plates across the street barely fit. Food great, but service and ambience could be improved
