Pizzeria Pronto Salvatore in Meerbusch

Food was very good. Staff very friendly. Everything fine.

We spent three wonderful days in Meerbusch and were very lucky to discover this fantastic restaurant on the first evening. Our enthusiasm was so great that we decided to reserve a table again for the next day. We haven't eaten such authentic and delicious Italian food in a long time. Every bite was a delight that transported us straight to Italy. We would also like to particularly highlight the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, who made the stay a completely successful experience. We absolutely cannot understand some of the negative reviews - everything was perfect for us!

The restaurant is small and cozy. The menu contains many dishes and the pizza selection is huge. There is an additional menu, this time with mussels, whether with pizza or pasta. The wine list has a very wide range.

delicious food but huge menu making it difficult to choose. Less would be better! Prices match quality and portion size. Good, but not perfect service, the number of service staff is a bit too small in relation to the number of guests. Relatively cramped seating.

Unfriendly gentleman on the phone recommended that I order somewhere else!!!

Like every year, we go here in front of the Buretheater and with us many others. Therefore pre-order! The staff knows that guests have to be "finished" around 7:30 p.m. and despite the stress, they are always friendly, in a good mood and accommodating. And of course the food tastes good! We'd love to come back.

We liked this place very much. Food is very delicious as always. But last time we asked to take away the rest of the food and waiter came to us with boxes to pack the food and gave us to do it by ourselves. I have never experienced something like this.

How can you be so listless and unfriendly in the service sector?

My companion (female) was tickled on the waist by the waiter as we sat at the table - no go! Water from the bottle was only poured into her glass. "You can do it yourself and have a beer." - was the saying to me - 2. No Go! Sorry, never again! Absolute embarrassment regarding behavior and friendliness.

It says on the internet that they're open until 12 p.m., but suddenly not. Very bad!

Beautiful Place in the Lanker city Center. While there are many cars, its still quite good.

Worst service. Unfriendly. Never again!! And not for the first time!! Next time there will be fries on Mühlenstr. At least the man is happy when you come in.

Spontaneous on Saturday evening - solid thing: starter platter and 2 main course salads. Everything tasty and good! Special requests were taken into account. Service OK, we were later asked if we wanted to move outside after there was room again. Unfortunately, 2 of about 10 dishes on the daily menu were sold out since Friday.

The Diavola has regular salami. When spoken to, the answer came that there was the right one, he had now made it sharp. Never again, not authentic

Spontaneously got a place in the evening when the weather was beautiful. Service very friendly and quick. Good menu with promising dishes. For acceptable prices we had a really tasty dinner. Excellent Italian cuisine. Can be recommended with a clear conscience.

I like coming here because it is also open for lunch on some days. The food I have eaten so far has been very good.

We recently had accommodation near the restaurant. After a long journey from Hamburg, we wanted to have a nice meal on Thursday evening and came across the restaurant. There were no seats outside, which wasn't a bad thing, so we ate inside. The service was very friendly, attentive and the food was very tasty. The selection was varied, including plenty for vegetarians. We came back another day to grab a pizza. Unfortunately, the gentleman was very unfriendly, was more interested in the “regular customers” and just chatted with them instead of taking my order. It's a shame, because it was otherwise a great visit.

A very nicely decorated restaurant with a nice ambience and lots of space. There is also seating outside in front of the restaurant. I recommend reserving a table if you want to eat there.

Great Italian restaurant in the heart of Meerbusch-Lank! The place to be! Fresh, regional food is transformed into delicious, typically Italian dishes! A cheerful, friendly and attentive team looks after the guests. The local audience often and happily meets here! The boss himself is in the kitchen and has creative ideas for changing daily dishes. Definitely try it out!

The owner is Italian. Very friendly. Once you are in a relationship, you cannot go to another restaurant. because? Because I sit outside every day and greet people. I can't shake off those eyes. the food is pretty good

I have never experienced anything less friendly. After asking if I could take a look at the menu, because at first glance I couldn't tell which cuisine it was, I was told straight away that there would be no more space if I wanted to take a look first what I don’t want to pay for afterwards anyway”. The food can't be that good for me to want to be treated like that.

Didn't eat in the restaurant. We wanted to look at the menu before sitting down and I was spoken to so disrespectfully and cheekily by a waiter that we decided to leave. They took away our hunger, but not in the way restaurants usually do.

We were traveling in Meerbusch and were looking for a restaurant. It should be Italian. As soon as we arrived and asked the gentleman (I assume it was the boss) if he had anything free, his short answer was: "not outside", so we went in. He wasn't in a good mood, only said the bare minimum and you had the feeling: "Hurry up, there will be others coming soon". When we only ordered water his mood got even worse. The food came quickly, was very tasty and the rest of the staff was very nice. I noticed that he could be very nice to other guests, but it must have been because of us. His cool, reserved way of dealing with people is certainly not very helpful in this industry, because we won't be coming back, despite the good food. When we left, everything outside was still empty. The atmosphere of the waitress is transferred to the guest and that is what makes the evening. The feeling of being unwanted, of being served coldly and without a smile because you might not be driving sales with a small order, keeps guests from coming back. Maybe we would have reserved our next company party there... because the food was very tasty.?

I haven't been to Pronto Salvatore for a while due to health reasons. Yesterday it was the first time in a very long time. Actually, I wasn't even surprised, but apart from the fact that Franco rebuilt everything, everything actually stayed the same or even got better. The team was great and friendly, the food was great as always and everything around it was simply wonderful. Thank you for still being you.

I have to say...I've never eaten anything so delicious in a pizzeria. Everything is homemade... the olive oil is high quality... the food is super creative... I am more than thrilled Everything is fresh, nothing is spared! 100 stars from me

Visited the restaurant as a family. We were nearby and found it through Google. We arrived 20 minutes before opening, the door was open. When we asked if we could go in, we were told that they wouldn't open for 20 minutes. Well. Service was quick, we didn't have to wait long for our pizzas, and they were delicious too. Price performance=slightly overpriced. However, like some previous speakers, we found the service inadequate. We were on first name terms - the drinks lady made cheeky jokes with our children and the bill only came on the second attempt (the restaurant was almost empty, as you might notice). We had leftover pizza and took it with us - on the bill we were charged €0.50 for the packaging, which is really outrageous. At €13 per pizza, it's really audacious to charge for the packaging. Since we were on the move it was ok, but we wouldn't visit again.

Great pizzeria, starters are always very good too. You should reserve a table as a group.

Eating together with colleagues after visiting the flight simulator in Meerbusch. Great restaurant with a very appealing ambience. The service is exceptionally good, friendly, courteous and always in a good mood. The food was excellent from the starters to the main courses (there was no room for dessert...)! Whether vitello tonnato, carpaccio or antipasti, everything was excellently prepared. The restaurant was packed on a Monday evening, further proof of the top quality. Even if the route from Mönchengladbach and Neuss is a little further, we will definitely come back. Keep it up ...

Very good pizzeria, but very tight to sit. In our opinion there is too much seating for this space. Therefore also very loud. Otherwise great!!!!

Das war die beste Pizza , die ich bis jetzt gegessen habe ! Da stimmte alles : ausgefallen, Geschmackvoll , die Größe und der Preis Danke schön für den kulinarischen Genuss

Leider haben wir diesen tollen Ort zu spät entdeckt. Das Essen sowie der Service sind meisterhaft. Jeder muss einmal die Pizza mit dem Vulcano-Teig gegessen haben. Dieser Teig ist schwarz und hat ein unbeschreiblich gutes Aroma. Das Personal ist zudem sehr freundlich und macht einem den Aufenthalt so bequem wie es geht :))

Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Ausgezeichnetes Essen, toller und freundlicher Service, vor allem sehr lobenswert, dass man hier auch glutenfrei essen kann. Wir kommen gern wieder 😊👍

Great Pizzeria in the center of Meerbusch. Solid and tasty Italian style Pizza with a great selection of basics and some more special stuff. Great atmosphere in the scenic center of the town, without lots of cars and lots of people around. Today there was even a bouncy castle for kids. Waiters could be a little more attentive though.

Wir wohnen noch nicht lange in der Umgebung sind aber bereits ein paar mal hier zum Essen gewesen. Stets freundliches Personal und sehr gut zubereitete italienische Speisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder ;)

Heute waren wir spontan Pizza essen und was soll ich sagen die glutenfrei Pizza war so was von gut. Gerne konmen wir mal wieder. Die Auswahl hat uns Anfangs etwas überfordert so groß ist die Auswahl, und jede Sorte ist in glutenfrei möglich.Auch Pasta wäre möglich gewesen.

Weibliche Bedienung sehr freundlich. Eine männliche Bedienung seltsam " machohaft" . Lage ganz gut. 2 Sterne wegen Unverbindlichkeit dieses einen Mitarbeiters. Aber für Andere sicher kein Mangel. Selber testen .

Sehr leckeres Essen und super netter Service. Zu empfehlen sind die speziellen schwarzen Vulcano Pizzen. Diese sind im Teig mit medizinischer Kohle verfeinert.

Wir hatten uns spontan entschlossen essen zu gehen und uns erdreistet ohne Reservierung dorthin zu gehen. Wir bekamen einen Tisch für 1 Stunde ! Früher waren die Italiener freundlicher, höflicher und zuvorkommender ! Als fremder Gast geduzt zu werden ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache... Essen nur durchschnittlich !

Besonders toll war die schnelle und heiße Lieferung! Mega ist, dass man alles auch glutenfrei bekommt! Die Pizza vegetarisch/ glutenfrei war super köstlich!

Wir bestellen meist telefonisch und holen ab. Klappt immer wunderbar, Service freundlich und auch für Sonderwünsche offen. Ambiente innen etwas dunkel und älter, Terrasse draußen sehr schön. Pizzen unschlagbar lecker, wunderbarer Boden!

Schöner, gemütlicher Laden mit toller Atmosphäre. Pizzen sind sehr lecker und die Bedienung ist auch gut. Alles so weit gut.

Egal wie gut eine Pizza ist, wobei sie hier durchschnittlich war, so furchtbar möchte ich nie wieder behandelt werden. Für mich ist es unbegreiflich dass sich diese Pizzeria hält. Der Besitzer ist einfach nur unverschämt, unfreundlich, inkompetent, nicht für einen Beruf mit anderen Menschen geeignet. Es lag nicht an uns, wir haben kein besonderes auffälliges Verhalten an den Tag gelegt. Wir durften durch Beobachtung und eigenem empfinden uns von seinem Verhalten vergewissern. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Holt euch besser eine Tiefkühlpizza!
