Just ordered and got the worst pizza I've ever ordered. It's dripping with grease, no parsley or anything like that on it, and the dough isn't cooked through. But the filled pizza rolls are black. I don't know how anyone could screw up a salami pizza like that. Any frozen pizza is better. If I have to put the one I received back in the oven for another 15 minutes, I can save myself the trouble. They forgot two salads when I ordered, but they delivered the pizza rolls, no point. We've ordered several times before, but it's never been this bad! At least they unexpectedly delivered the pizzas to my home again.

The quality of the food was satisfactory; however, there are legitimate complaints regarding the billing. When I ordered a Pizza Tonno over the phone at the agreed pickup price of €7.50, I was charged €8.00 on the spot. Despite contactless payment via card reader, I insisted on subsequent payment due to a lack of cash. This additional payment unexpectedly increased the price to €8.50, i.e., €1.00 more than the originally communicated amount. This practice is unacceptable and violates the agreed terms and conditions. The originally quoted price of €7.50 must be adhered to. This unprofessional practice, which has already occurred repeatedly and led to price deviations of €1.00 to €2.00, is intolerable and is hereby criticized.

Food was very tasty and very good service

I recently ate here and was surprised how delicious the food tasted. The staff were very friendly and nice to talk to. The food always arrived on time and was still hot as if it had just come out of the oven.

We've ordered here several times and we as a family can't complain. We've tried a lot of pizzas and we like them, the toppings are plentiful and it's fresh too. We always pick up the pizza, so far nothing has been prepared incorrectly when we pre-ordered over the phone. Everything was as ordered.

The pizza is okay, except for the dough being a little too thick. The lasagne, on the other hand, is a disgrace! Instead of a delicious lasagne, I got two/three layers of pasta, the bottom of which was caked on the bottom and black, sauce and cheese. Then it was baked in advance and when I ordered it, there was a lot of cheese on it and it was warmed up/baked again. So much cheese at once is disgusting and inedible!! As I said: a disgrace!!

Last night we ordered from the pizzeria. The call alone proved to be a challenge. When our order arrived, we were disappointed to discover that instead of 1 salami pizza and 4 margaritas, we received 5 margaritas. In retrospect, this was a stroke of luck, as the salami in the Pizza Mista looked extremely unappetizing and chemical-like and was ultimately inedible. However, the worst awaited us after dinner. A total of eight out of nine people felt construction pain “purely by chance” that evening.

Food was ordered and it was to be paid for with an EC card. Food arrives and I quickly bring the food into the kitchen and presto the driver was gone. But since I'm an honest person, I called the pizzeria to pay for my meal afterwards... No thanks - no nothing... Ordered there last time. Food was so-so

It was already late and had to be done quickly, so we checked with Lieferando to see who would deliver the fastest. There was the Insalata Caprese and a mozzarella pizza. The salad consisted of a cheap mozzarella and a bit of tomato on a bed of lettuce (iceberg lettuce, lots of it). In my opinion it was too expensive at €9, there was nothing special about it and little at all. The pizza disappointed me. The dough was limp, the tomato sauce was too sweet for me personally and it wasn't particularly special either. I only ate part of it. The driver was very friendly though!

Super nice employees! Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding on the phone but we got the correct pizza delivered straight away! Fresh and super tasty!

Reasonable pizzas and pasta dishes for years.

Naja mal ist es gut, mal eher weniger.

Essen heute nach Reklamation bedeutend besser als gestern und anstandslos ersetzt.

Viel besser geworden! Hatten vor einiger Zeit nicht mehr bestellt, weil wir mit der Qualität nicht zufrieden waren. Aber nun innerhalb von 2 Wochen 2 mal bestellt und es war immer sehr lecker und wir werden bei Euch jetzt zukünftig wieder regelmäßig bestellen. Weiter so!!!!!

Also, seit langem keine so gute frische Pizza gegessen. 17 Minuten vom Telefon zu mir nachhause, brannt heiß. Danke sehr lecker
