I watched for a long time and said nothing, now something has to be said. Experienced several cases and crossed the line today. Waiting time for a salami baguette to take away with moderate visitors - 1 hour. Without asking repeatedly, you can probably plan on waiting for a longer time. When passing the time, you notice a completely haphazard collaboration between service and kitchen staff. After the aforementioned waiting time, I finally got a baguette, drove home and realized: instead of salami it was ham/tuna and it was definitely not freshly prepared. Otherwise the food was actually great, but on the last 3 visits we only had major problems. (period 6 months). The decision to put the money into the till of the long-established, well-known kebab shop in the city (SideGrill) is much easier...

Very friendly staff, delicious food and large portions The Turkish pizza and the Porto Stella pizza were very tasty.

Was there with 5 people. One person was brought the wrong noodles twice and then they were still inedible. People who picked up also received the wrong items. Average waiting time >1h Service very slow. There were also mice in the restaurant that evening. Other guests were also more than annoyed. Definitely couldn't recommend a visit!

I would say the “better kebab shop”. Went there spontaneously and immediately got a place on the terrace. Even though there wasn't much going on, it took a long time for service to arrive and the food also took a long time to arrive. Food was quite good, only canned mushrooms on the pizza. The price was okay, even quite cheap. BIG plus: I had a stomach reduction and was able to order a children's pizza with toppings from a normal pizza and still only be charged the price of the children's pizza. This is not a given.

I ordered a Dürüm and a baguette to pick up, and on the phone they said the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I was able to watch on site how a meal was prepared and then it sat around for over half an hour. I had to wait 50 minutes for two things!!!

We had a large group. The food was fresh and good. The flies and bees were very bad. It took time to get our refills for our drinks, but there were other tables also. I think ceiling fans would help with the flies and air flow. Also, i think they should put bread on the tables automatically instead of having to order it and wait. A better variety of appetizers would also be nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. We will go back but maybe not with a large group.

We ordered food (to pick up), we placed 4 orders and all 4 were wrong. waiter treated us terribly. food wasn't appetizing. That was the first and last time I picked up food here. not recommended at all. I'm really speechless and want to stop everyone from eating there.

I placed a pickup order from this restaurant and am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Upon arrival it turned out that my order was wrong. The staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. My order had to be redone twice, which caused significant delays. When I finally got the food the quality was absolutely unacceptable. The meat was tough, dry and tasted like it was of poor quality. It was clearly not fresh and had an unpleasant aftertaste. The side dishes were also disappointing: the salad was wilted and unappetizing, and the other side dishes were carelessly prepared. The entire process, from ordering to pickup, was frustrating and disappointing. The staff was rude and didn't seem the least bit interested in customer satisfaction. I didn't feel welcome throughout the entire visit and will definitely not be returning. This restaurant has failed across the board. The quality of the food was poor, the service was poor and the entire experience was just disappointing. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant and strongly advise against ordering here.

Unfortunately there is a little bit of meat but otherwise it tastes good and the sauces are good 👌

We ordered pizza with 4 people and received the worst pizza ever 4 times. After waiting an hour, we discovered that the floor was rock hard and the surface was completely dry. The waitress couldn't answer simple questions and said she hadn't baked the pizza. Just unbelievable!

We ordered a colorful selection, pizza, tortellini, schnitzel, unfortunately everything was of very, very poor quality. Ambience and service were okay.

Our visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing and I would like to describe our frustration in more detail so you can understand why. We had already had bad experiences with ordering errors during previous collections and wanted to avoid exactly that this time. When we arrived there were only three tables occupied and we were a party of six. When ordering, it was clear that the waitress spoke little German and wasn't particularly friendly. It was particularly embarrassing to watch when our drink order was taken and the waitress didn't even know that an Uludag was on the drinks menu. Even when a guest at the next table held up the green bottle to point out the drink, the waitress seemed unfamiliar with it and even had to move closer to read the name. This was a clear sign that the waitress was not familiar with the basics of the restaurant. Although the food order was noted down with numbers, there were errors. Extra requests during the order, such as a baguette without tomatoes, were met with eye rolls. After 30 minutes only part of our group received their food and even then errors in the orders were obvious. For example, the kebab meat was missing from the Turkish pizza, even though it was ordered without salad. After three people had their food, the waitress came and asked me and my partner if we had even ordered. We had to point out to her that she had written down our meal on the back of the note. When the last baguette was missing and we pointed it out to the waitress, she seemed surprised and horrified. Despite the delicious food, we spent the evening upset due to the poor service. It's frustrating to see that despite years of complaints nothing has changed in the ratings. It's probably a complete waste of time to write something since the owner obviously doesn't care.

Unfortunately I'm really disappointed with Porto Stella. We had to wait over 1 hour for our food. The kebab plate was good, unfortunately a bit cold. The chicken burger looked a bit empty, but there were lots of fries on it.

Unfortunately the worst kebab ever. The bread was ready-made bread that was just way too dry, rock hard and overtoasted. The meat had nothing to do with kebab, was dry and had a strange taste. There was hardly any sauce and overall everything just tasted dry and old. The filling of the kebab was practically non-existent… We used to pick something up more often because it was good, but we definitely won't be doing this in the future. Absolutely not recommended!

Great food, nice atmosphere. It's a shame that the pizzeria is only open in the winter months, as it attracts a different target group than the all-day restaurant below.

Service was horrible. We waited over an hour for our food. The waitress completely ignored the table until we called her over. At least 5 tables that arrived after us were served before ours. Well, I don't actually do anything like that, but now I've had enough. My wife and I were there at 6:30 p.m. and ordered a kebab with a little turkey and lots of salad and I had a mixed kebab with everything and a kebab box. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for this alone, then we got our order and drove 15 kilometers home again, then we noticed that there were 3 kebabs in there and labeled beef and mixed. We hadn't ordered that because my wife but can't eat beef, we called and said we got the wrong one, it was mixed up and we'll come back and pick up our correct order, all well and good, then we were back and within 5 minutes we had 2 doner kebab and a kebab box. When I got home, my wife unpacked her kebab and again it wasn't what we had ordered, her kebab had beef on it and almost no salad and it was also spicy, so honestly, they can still keep their business, I was but me. I then called and said it was the wrong one again. What does the gentleman on the phone say: "Come by again and you'll get the right thing", what an impudence is that. It doesn't cost anything, it's only 15 kilometers... He wasn't really interested in that. We won't eat there anymore, that's absolutely not possible and you have to say they've neglected the food... By the way, that wasn't the first time something went wrong...

Have eaten several times, always top service. Bottom drawer today, had to wait a long time until the order for the drinks was accepted. Waiting again until the order came, we noticed the displeasure of other guests who had to wait over half an hour with a small child for the black-haired lady to register something. At first we thought he was exaggerating, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The lady often walked past our table without paying any attention to us. We would have understood it if there was a lot going on, but with 4-5 occupied tables it was a no go. Yay, after half an hour she finally took the order for the drinks. After another half hour this lady came to take the food order. After 15 minutes she came back to tell us that there was no schnitzel (14.50€ three times) anymore, so we had to look again and then we decided on the kebab plate (2× 9.50 and a dürüm 6€, 2 cokes for 5.40€, a water for 2.70€ and Aperol for 6€) decided and wwwaarrtten. Food came, five stars for that. Then we wanted to pay and wait again. The bill finally arrived and it didn't say our food, but rather the schnitzel. This lady looked at the price that was on the bill and then calculated for her what it really cost. After she used her cell phone to come up with the price we had calculated (€24), we got our change back. The service is so bad that you can't even call it a service anymore. Not even an apology came. The tables were cleared after an hour, the woman walks past and doesn't see it (blinders open). We would have liked to ask the manager if it wasn't so late. We'd love to come back, but we'll check the service first.

Also von den langen Wartezeiten abgesehen, bin ich maßlos enttäuscht. Nachdem wir vor Ort eine Bestellung von zwei Döner, einer mit Pute und viel Salat, der andere mit gemischten Fleisch und allem und eine Dönerbox mit Putenfleisch aufgegeben haben und wir dann nach 20 min. mit drei Dönern und einer Dönerbox, alles mit Rindfleisch daheim angekommen sind, haben wir angerufen, um das Problem zu schildern, es wurde nur gefragt, ob wir das auch annehmen könnten, ich aber kein Rindfleisch esse, sind wir dann nochmal 15km zurück gefahren, um ihnen eine zweite Chance zu geben. Man glaubt es kaum, war die neue Bestellung auf einmal in 2 Min. fertig. Und was war in der Wundertüte, einer scharfer Döner mit Rindfleisch, ein Döner mit gemischten und eine Dönerbox, die tatsächlich gestimmt hat. Wir haben dann nochmal angerufen und uns beschwert, andere Leute wären beim ersten Mal schon etwas anders geworden, aber dann sowas zu erleben und den Sprit für nichts und wieder nichts auszugeben, nie wieder. Keinerlei Einsicht. Nicht mal ein Entgegenkommen oder irgendwas. Und ich bin schon seit meiner Schulzeit dort essen gegangen, aber anscheinend hat sich das Personal geändert und somit auch das Einsetzen der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Richtigkeit von den Bestellungen.....sehr schade, aber da geh ich nicht mehr hin.

Nie erreicht Öffnungszeiten passen nicht wollen angeblich kein Geschäft mehr machen sonst wurden sie die Öffnungszeiten anpassen

Nie wieder nach telefonischer (60 minuten vorher) Bestellung hatte man uns 45 Minuten zusätzlich im Lokal warten lassen

Guter, reichhaltig belegter Teig mit Tomatensoße, Gemüse und Käse. (Das eigentliche Wort darf man nicht mehr verwenden) Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Habe die Speisen dort abgeholt und auch dort gegessen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich muss sagen dieses Restaurant ist sehr gut! Das Essen schmeckt so lecker. Meine Cousine und ich haben da in einer Woche schon 3x mal bestellt. Wir finden diese Baguette mit Tomaten Mozzarella sehr lecker! Und der Chicken Burger mit Pommes. Ich kann es euch allen nur empfehlen!! Sehr sehr lecker hier!! Da gebe ich euch bei allem 5 Sterne

Der beste Italiener mit Döner in Kemnath. Preise ziemlich stark gestiegen, aber sehr solides Essen. Die Pizzen sind groß, Döner ohne Zusatzstoffe und aus richtigem Fleisch. Gefällt mir sehr gut.

Sehr gutes Essen und faire Preise....sehr nettes Personal...schönes gemütliches Ambiente.... gerne wieder. Haben sehr stark nachgelassen...Entweder Die Bedienung versteht einen nicht richtig oder der Koch kann das was die Bedienung aufschreibt nicht richtig lesen. Portionen werden stetig kleiner...Pommes sind labberig...sehr wenig Sauce.

Egal ob Pizza oder Döner, alles ist lecker! Manchmal etwas lange Wartezeiten bei Abholung.

Service war schon mal besser. Haben bestellt beim Abholen wurde dann erstmal die Nudelportion vergessen. Dann haben die statt einen gemischten Salat einen Italienischen Salat mitgegeben dieser kostet natürlich mehr. Schade passiert aber in letzter Zeit häufiger!

Immer wieder eine Überraschung was man dort bekommt.. Selten was man eigentlich bestellt hat...

Bitte keine Nachspeise Eis mit heißen Himbeeren essen! Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne vergeben!

War heute mit meinen Kindern zum Abendessen dort! 1 x Schnitzel mit Pommes und einer doch relativ großen Salatschüssel, 2 x Pizza. Qualität und Geschmack des Essens absolut top, einfach super. Wartezeit liegt mit 30 Minuten absolut im Normbereich. Wer schneller will sollte halt bitte zum Fast Food gehen. Ambiente sehr ansprechend. Bedienung sehr freundlich und vor allem aufmerksam! Die Kinder haben auf der Heimfahrt mindestens 10 Mal wiederholt, dass sie bald möglichst wieder dort essen gehen können. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Wir haben außen gegessen. Terrasse liegt zwar am Parkplatz, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Pizza hatte eine gute Größe und war sehr lecker. Bezahlen nur mit Bargeld.

Haben 1,5 stunden auf die Pizza gewartet Bedienung heillos überfordert und um Ausreden nicht verlegen, Essen ist auch nichts besonderes

Am Anfang war ich vom Döner echt begeistert, weil der richtig aus Fleisch ist und ohne künstliche Geschmacksstoffe auskommt. das gefällt mir sehr gut. Auch die scharfe Soße ist wirklich gut. Die italienischen Gerichte finde ich eher dünn und ziemlich überteuert. Die letzte Pizza hat so in Öl geschwommen und war ziemlich über den Punkt, dass ich einfach mal eine Porto Stelle Pause eingelegt habe, obwohl ich immer noch regelmäßig in der Gegend bin. Die Preise wurden ziemlich rabiat erhöht im Vergleich zu 2020, Das Essen ist in der Zeit aber immer schlechter geworden, dass am Ende die halb so teure Pizza aus dem Side Grill besser war. Strengt Euch mal ein bisschen an, auch wenn der neue An- und Umbau sehr schön geworden ist. Ich will nicht das Ambiente zahlen, sondern das Essen.

An sich sehr schön das Essen für Kinder war etwas scharf über gewürzt. Mein Nudel Gericht etwas ubersalzen, tortelinie mit Bolognese zu gut gewürzt leider enteuscht

Kann beim besten Willen nichts Schlechtes sagen, denn das Essen und die Zutaten gut und lecker. Ort angenehm, auch wenn viel los ist, kommt das Essen relativ schnell. Nur erwähne ich immer „extra heiß bitte“, und die Soße seperat. 👍

Modernes Ambiente in entspannter Atmosphäre. Wir haben zu absolut fairen Preisen Pizza, Schnitzel und Döner Teller (unbedingt die Sauce Spezial nehmen!) gegessen und die Kinder haben sich über ihre frisch gemixte KiBa gefreut. Der Laden war brechend voll und der Strom an Kunden nahm kein Ende. Trotzdem war der Service super! freundlich und routierte pausenlos und immer lächelnd. Die offene Küche war tipp topp sauber und die Teller trotz des Stress' schön angerichtet. Wir kommen im nächsten Urlaub wieder!

80% Preissteigerung von Janur bis jetzt, das ist ne Ansage! Ich habe Verständnis für vieles und mir sind die Preissteigerungen bekannt. Wenn aber etwas das weniger als 1€ Wareneinsatz hat für 8.50€ verkauft wird ist das schon eine Frechheit. Das ist nicht mit gestiegen Preisen zu erklären.

Die Pizzeria Porto Stella hat super schmeckendes Dönerfleisch aus RIND... Ja, aus Rinderfleisch, ihr lest richtig... :))) und natürlich auch aus Putenfleisch, was es ja heute überall gibt. ;) Ich habe ewig an einem Rinderdöner gesucht, und ihn hier gefunden... Also, wer wie ich einen guten Rinderdöner gesucht hat, wird hier fündig... Die Soßen zum Fleisch sind ebenfalls alle sehr lecker. Sogar der Salat bei einem Dönerteller bekommt Soße, was anscheinend heute nicht mehr normal ist. Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden, und ich komme immer wieder... Guten Appetit
