The pizzas are ok. The wheat beer is sometimes not served at all or served warm. Unfortunately, it is often quite loud when the restaurant is full. Otherwise it's the pizzeria on the square in Heeren.

Great service at this pizzeria. The young gentleman who took our order was extremely friendly and attentive. He took the time to explain the selection to us and was very accommodating. This makes eating out fun.

The atmosphere is quite nice. The service is very attentive and courteous. The food is quite ok, some pizzas are good, some not so much. Unfortunately the pizzas are drowned in cheese, sometimes less is more, everything just tastes like cheese. I wouldn't recommend schnitzel, they were very dry. In general, the food is average without any major highlights, but there is a large selection of dishes.

And what's more important, especially here in the village, they have reasonable opening times until after 10 p.m. I would love to get an extra star for that 🌟

Food is ok but delivery is a disaster. It takes 2 hours and when you ask you are told “the driver will be there soon” without actually checking. Recently our order was completely forgotten and only checked on the second call and then delivered after more than 2 hours. There is still room for improvement here.

Very nice, clean restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, every wish is fulfilled. I have to say the food is amazing, the salad and pasta dish were simply great. Overall, it's just great to eat here. We'll be happy to come again.

We used to love going to Pinocchio. Since the ownership changed, every frozen pizza is better than this. There was no need to save on the surface, and the pond was pretty dry. I had the feeling he even squeaked a bit when he chewed. Absolutely no longer recommended, sorry.

I haven't been there for a few years because the store was too expensive for me. I was there again recently by chance. The prices for a pizza with one topping really shocked me...Filled pizza rolls with jalapeno sganden aren't on the menu...but it probably won't be more expensive than with tuna, for example...I thought. They charged even more than what was on the card. 11 euros instead of 10.50 for a pepper pizza....The filled pizza rolls 8.5 euros +0.5 extra for dips that weren't ordered with it? And 4 euros for a 0.33 Vita malt? 28 euros for what you can see in the photo...sorry people...Lebanese pizzeria from Kamen-Heeren...with Munich prices...unfortunately not for me...

As always, everything was great and incredibly tasty. Even saved a lot with a voucher book/gourmet pad. We'll be happy to come back, thank you very much.

Ordered pizza for delivery, delivered lightning fast, hot and delicious!

Food was missing, after calling several times the delivery person arrived 1 hour later. Runs through our bed and after you ask not to walk over it you hear a “shut up”. Of course, people then ran provocatively across the bed again. The store excuses this by saying, “It’s new,” especially when you’re new you have to behave. Doesn't work at all!

A colleague told me that you can eat well there. What can I say, she was right. The boys & girls are very attentive and polite. The service is great, please keep it that way. 🫶 The food was delicious, even special requests were fulfilled. Now that means you go and see for yourself. And yes, there will always be those who say that the store doesn't work at all. I rate my own personal opinion. And luckily everyone has one. I'll be back 🫶

We were there as a family and were given a really nice welcome. Our food and drinks came super quickly and all at the same time. Our son spilled his entire Fanta right at the beginning, which wasn't a problem at all. There was a new one straight away, which wasn't even charged later. Good morning. We waited a good two hours for our pizzas. Mmmm 6 pizzas ordered 5 arrived. After the third call, the wrong pizza came....🙈 Well, we were probably unlucky. But the taste was okay. Only the bottom wasn't as crispy anymore... It was the first and last time we ordered there.

The food was great, the atmosphere was more like a snack bar. Tablecloths and or sets could give the whole thing a little more charm. The play area wasn't particularly inviting and visually contributed to the not so cozy impression. Service was ok but there was an error in the billing. Unfortunately we noticed this too late.

Sehr schöne kleine Pizzeria. Gutes Essen, sehr gute Preise Die Bedienung war manchmal etwas überfordert. Der Laden war aber auch voll und wir alleine 16 Personen

Zum ersten Mal hier und es war ein sehr positives Erlebnis: Angefangen bei der sehr herzlichen und gleichzeitig entspannten Bedienung, der netten Einrichtung und der vielfältigen Auswahl auf der Karte, hat auch die leckere Pizza mit sehr angemessener Wartezeit überzeugt. Zudem gabe es super leckere noch warme Pizzabrötchen mit 2 verschiedenen Aufstrichen als zusätzliche Vorspeise, tip top! Klare Empfehlung für einen entspannten Abend.

Nach dem Allerheiligen Markt sind wir da rein, Essen war sehr lecker, aber es war nicht nur uns SEHR KALT. Auch andere Leute saßen MIT JACKEN am Tisch. Für den Heizpilz war kein Gas da, leider!!! Der kleine Werbe-Pelletofen kann das Lokal nicht vollständig erwärmen... schade

Wir sind regelmäßig Gast in diesem Lokal. Sowohl vor Ort , wie auch als Kunde zu Hause. Die Lokalität selbst hat ein tolles Ambiente und bietet ausreichend Platz um auch als größere Gruppe dort zu speisen. Die Auswahl der Gerichte ist gut und es sollte für jeden Gast etwas zu finden sein. Das Essen ist gut und wenn man vor Ort ist bekommt man immer Pizzabrötchen mit Knoblauch und Kräuterbutter gereicht. Leider war ein die letzten 3x so dass bei den Bestellungen immer etwas schief gelaufen ist. Von 8 Gerichten wurden 4 falsch geliefert ( meist fehlten Sonderwünsche oder etwas war zu viel drauf ) Das Personal war aber freundlich und bot an dies zu ändern welches wir aber dann ablehnten, da wir gegen Lebensmittelverschwendung sind. Zur Entschuldigung gab es dann die 1/2 der Getränke kostenlos. Das Essen schmeckt aber nach wie vor gut und wir werden auch weiterhin Kunde bleiben.

Ruhige Straße, draussen unter Sonnenschirm gesessen. In der Zeit nur ein paar Autos dort langgefahren und spielende Kinder, ist normal. Das Essen war lecker - Lasagne - Bedienung war gut!

Ich bestelle hier regelmäßig und was ich super toll finde, bei meiner Calzone wird immer jeder Wunsch berücksichtigt. Auch Kundenservice ist einfach nur Top. Ich habe heute z.B. eine Bestellung aufgegeben und diese wurde aufgrund eines Mitarbeiters falsch geliefert. Als ich meine Bestellung gesehen hab und der Fahrer schon weg war, habe ich bei der Pizzeria Angerufen und die nette Junge Dame am Telefon hat sich 1000mal entschuldigt und hat mir umsonst noch eine Bestellung fertig gemacht diesmal dann richtig ohne Fehler und sogar noch eine Cola dabei. :-) 😁 Ich liebe diesen Laden wirklich, alleine die nette Junge Dame am Telefon ist immer gut drauf und super Freundlich sowas ist heutzutage eher selten. Ich kann die Pizzeria nur empfehlen und werde auch weiterhin hier bestellen. Danke für die Tolle Leistung macht weiter so :-)

Essen wurde schnell geliefert, war erstaunlich heiß und richtig lecker. Habe diese Pizzeria weiterempfohlen und auch diese Menschen waren hochzufrieden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich in Ordnung.

Wir besuchen die Pizzeria Pinocchio häufig und fühlen uns immer gut aufgehoben. Können die Lokalität vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen 👍👍

Gemütliche Atmosphäre durch den Kamin. Nett und freundliches Personal. Preis Leistung ist für uns befriedigend. Da es an Gewürzen an den Gerichten fehlte. Nachwürzen war am Tisch möglich. Gutscheinbuch Schlemmerblock (Dortmund & Umgebung) mit 2:1 benutzt.

Zuverlässige Lieferung, gute Qualität, da kann sich die Konkurrenz eine Scheibe von abschneiden.
