Pizzeria Napoli Mannheim in Mannheim

So I really tried. The salad was forgotten on my first order and the pizza was absolutely soggy and the topping (tuna) dried out. I then let myself be persuaded to order there again and “give the store another chance”. This time I decided on spaghetti. An insult to an Italian restaurant in my opinion. The noodles were so overcooked that they already dissolved on the tongue. The sauce was totally lumpy. Given the quality, I can just drive into a McDrive. Just a shame.

Ordered for the first time today. The schnitzel was normally OK, the lasagne was a bit strange. Either that's their recipe or something went wrong. The lasagna tasted awful when it was bathed in some cheap vegetable broth or something like that... my partner then had a terrible toilet break 😐 and there was mozzarella in the Italian salad? Well, something different but surprising...maybe they ran out of cheese or they want to be different. The pizza was okay, although the crust and dough were a bit hard.

So we ordered pizza from Napoli every week. But in the last 1-2 months they have either changed something in the recipe or have a new pizza baker . Before that it was a 5 out of 5 Unfortunately the pizza is just okay But the pizza used to be one of the best you could find. I hope it will be the same again so that we can order pizza for a party more often

Hello, I haven't been there yet. Ordered for delivery only. BUT!!! I didn't receive 3 orders even after waiting for hours. Nobody can be reached on the phone. So go to bed hungry🥶.

I don't know what you have. I didn't like it that much, I didn't try anything either. My colleague has had diarrhea since ordering, but otherwise the 2.5 hour delivery time was within reasonable limits

It's better not to use the app, as you'll unfortunately get three wrong orders out of four. It works great on site, even if you unfortunately don't get the saver menus.

I ordered there for the first time today, super nice employees, very friendly and the best pizza delivery service in all of Mannheim, fast, fresh ingredients, fresh, delicious yeast dough, every time! Unfortunately I just didn't take a picture of it!

I'm really not picky. I've been ordering from Napoli for many years, but I've never had such bad food. Don't know if the chef had a bad day but the food was even worse. Pizza completely soft and soggy. Spaghetti Carbonara was ordered with spaghetti, it came with linguini, the sauce was completely dark and didn't taste like anything and was also soggy. The croquettes were more like briquettes. And the chicken nuggets were in the deep fryer for too long and the fries were very soft and mushy. It was really a disaster. Food ended up in the trash and no one in my family liked it. It's a shame, I'm used to better things from Napoli.

A long time ago I ordered pizza sucuk here. They said they have sucuk and the best is delivered pizza salami! Also pork salami. Then a little man behind the counter was quite unfriendly

Pizza wie Pizza sein sollte. Lecker, frisch und genau richtig belegt! Leckerer Teig gute Soße! Hammer Burger mit frischem Salat und leckerer Soße!! Alles perfekt!

Bei einer Pizza, die offensichtlich auf jegliche tierische Produkte verzichtet und man dies auch nochmal explizit anmerkt, wird das aber verwendet. Ich ernähre mich vegan und hab bei Käse schon mehrmals eine Ausnahme gemacht. Wenn aber ohne jegliche Wünsche Salami auf der Pizza landet, ist auch meine Grenze erreicht. Ich werde hier nie wieder was bestellen.

Wir hatten eine Pizza und eine canzone über Lieferando bestellt daher können wir zu Service und Ambiente wenig sagen Lieferando eben. Zum Essen muss man leider sagen dass sowohl die Pizza als auch die Calzone durchschnittlich waren was erstmal nicht schlecht ist allerdings fehlte bei beiden Teig das Salz. Das würde zu einem recht fadengeschmack des Teig und somit einer recht negativen Bewertung des Essens.

Sehr beeindruckend wie schnell die liferanten sind bin nur ūberzeugt von der Pizza nur gutes zu beurteilen eine 10:10 beste Pizzeria wo ich kenne🥂👌🏻 sehr delikates

Hervorragende Pizza und herzlicher Service! Die Pizzeria ist hauptsächlich Lieferdienst, hat aber einige Tische im Freien. Die Pizza, die ich bestellte, war nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern auch von Qualität, aber das Beste war der herzliche Service. Der Angestellte und der Chef waren außergewöhnlich nett und aufmerksam. Sie sorgten dafür, dass ich alles hatte, was ich brauchte. So muss man sich um seine Gäste kümmern! Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen (oder mal ordern)!

Mit die beste Pizza die ich hier in Deutschland gegessen habe. Ich kann das sagen, wir kommen selbst aus dem Süden Italiens. Die Pizza hat ihre ganz eigene Art und für mich ist es eine Mischung aus Pizza und Pinsa. Fluffig, saftig und qualitativ. Qualität wird belohnt, gerne wieder.

Die Margherita-Pizza, die ich bei der Pizzeria Napoli bestellt habe, war einfach fantastisch - der Teig war perfekt gebacken, die Tomatensauce war frisch und die Mozzarella-Käsemenge war großzügig. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder dorthin zu gehen!

Sehr gute Auswahl und das Essen ist auch sehr frisch und lecker. Nur zum weiterempfehlen !!!

Wir haben zum Abendessen Pizza auf Lieferung bestellt. Es ging ziemlich flott. Auf der einen Pizza hat ein Belag gefehlt, doch sehr kulante Mitarbeiter!! Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Auf jedenfall zu empfehlen!!
