Terrible service. They take order and money and lie about delivering it, refuse to answer, refuse to deliver. Reported.

Very disappointing - never again! I ordered from this restaurant via Lieferando on December 29th, 2024 at 11:24 p.m. What happened next was a complete disaster, and I can only strongly advise against ever ordering here. An order: • Pizza Quattro Formaggi (€10.50) – with comment: “Please spicy” (this comment was ignored). • Mozzarella sticks (€8.00). • Coca Cola 0.33L (€2.50). Total cost: €24.29. The delivery time was stated as 20 minutes. This means it probably wasn't busy and my order was probably the only one at that time. Unfortunately, everything turned out very differently. Delivery time: • 12:25 a.m.: I called the restaurant and asked for my order. I was told she would be there “in 5-10 minutes.” • 12:40 a.m.: The driver called me and said he had arrived. That wasn't true. Instead, he was somewhere in a construction site at the airport. • For a full 10 minutes I tried to explain to him how to get to my location - to no avail. Then he wanted my live location which I sent him. That didn't help either. • Finally I had his location sent to me: it was only 4 minutes away! I sent him a Google Maps route, but it took him another 10 minutes to even get going. • 1:15 a.m.: After almost 2 hours he finally arrived. Quality of the food: 1. Packaging: • The food came in a normal plastic bag and not in a thermos box. At -2°C outside temperature, the food was of course completely cold. 2. Pizza Quattro Formaggi: • The pizza was cold, unappetizing and simply inedible. • Gorgonzola, a key ingredient in Quattro Formaggi, was completely forgotten. • The comment “Spicy please” was ignored. • After one bite, I put it away. 3. Mozzarella Sticks: • These were frozen, hard and also inedible. 4. Coca Cola: • The only product that was edible - but with a bottle of Coke that's not really hard. Customer service: While I was waiting, I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. It seems like customer service doesn't matter here. Conclusion: For just under €25 I have: • A false, • cold, • and partially inedible order received. The entire experience was a disgrace - from the delivery time to the communication to the quality of the food. My recommendation: This place is a complete disappointment. Normally I would ask for my money back, but I couldn't reach anyone. If you're smart, don't order here. 1 star – and that only because 0 stars is not possible.

The name is just a pure deception. It has absolutely nothing to do with Italian cuisine and certainly nothing to do with "Napoli". If you want to pretend to be an Italian pizzeria, you have to take the local cuisine and recipes into account. Advertising with a traditional ham pizza, which is not actually ham, but a "halal turkey", is a joke. Turkey is not ham and Halal has nothing to do with Italy or pizza.

Pizza Margherita was charred and burnt at the bottom. That doesn't work. The pizza was for my son. Please pay attention to things like this. Delivery time was okay.

Everything is really delicious! So far I've eaten pizza, pasta and burgers. The pizza has a nice thin base, the bolognese also tastes very good, which is not a given. Today I had a cheeseburger and I was pleasantly surprised again: delicious sauce and the meat didn't taste like frozen food, even though it looks like frozen food, that's something special. The tiramisu tastes more like cream puffs, but that is also very tasty! I'm also glad that someone is finally open until night just a few minutes away, because I often get hungry again at night

Order received after 1.5 hours after calling and asking. Fries cold and soggy, pizza without tomato sauce.

Wir haben von der Arbeit aus Essen bestellt. Die Lieferung hat länger als angegeben gedauert (ok-kann passieren!) was aber garnicht geht ist Erde im Salat!

Nach einem freundlichen Telefonat klingelte es nach kurzer Zeit an der Tür und ein freundlicher Lieferant brachte das Abendessen. Spaghetti Bolognese war unerwartet heiß und die Nudeln aldente. Das Ragout hätte etwas Pfiff vertragen. Die Panini sind positiv hervorzuheben. Der Insalata Caprese war gelungen und auch die Pizza hat geschmeckt. Alles in allem: Liefern klapt!

Der Rand der Pizza Mozzarella war knusprig, der Boden dünn. Es hätte gerne mehr Tomatensauce sein dürfen. Der Käse war zäh. Basilikum hätte der Sache gut getan.

Außenplätze meist etwas ungepfelgt, innen aber sehr nett. Essen ist super, Lieferung schnell

Ich habe festgestellt, dass in dem Restaurant die Ausstattung jetzt nicht unbedingt die Beste ist. Zum Essen habe ich mir Spaghetti mit Meeresfrüchten bestellt. Das hat mir tatsächlich echt gut geschmeckt und das Personal ist in meinen Augen mega freundlich und höflich. Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine große bestellung und es wurde komplett angeliefert ohne das was fehlte . Pizza's waren wirklich lecker ,sandwich ebenso . Bestellung kam in time . Weiter so!

Die besten was gebtes im Umgebung goldstein und schwanheim und die Nähe bei lieferando Essen kommt immer wärmer. Und lecker. Sauber.
