We received the wrong pizza when we ordered. This was complained about. We then called and requested a new one. This was delivered quickly. The result speaks for itself, the pizza is liquid. We were neither accommodated in terms of price nor were we given any compensation, which I find very unfortunate. Good service is different.

I just ordered a pizza and bruschetta and a cola then the delivery person rang the bell and just gave me the cola and the pizza and wanted the money straight away. I asked him about it straight away and then he said sorry, I just gave it to someone else and wanted it Still have the money, it was a little dark one with a cap, really outrageous and the pizza was cold and not even really ready. Of course I didn't give him all the money either

Food was great, pizza arrived warm and tasted good. I can only recommend it. (Pizza XXl with special requests) Delivery time approximately 20 minutes

Known for many years, unchanged and always friendly staff and owners. Everything the way everyone likes it. Even in Corona times everything was great. Try and enjoy.😎🍕

We are very satisfied. Salads with delicious dressings, baked vegetables and pasta dishes are tasty and plentiful. Special requests will be accommodated. We haven't tried pizza yet. Delivery time has shortened.

We have actually ordered here again and again and have always been satisfied. Recently the delivery service has become worse. Last week we waited 2 hours for delivery. We were put off several times on the phone and told that we should understand that it was an exception. It would have been nice if the delivery time had been realistically stated from the start, then we wouldn't have ordered there in the first place. Unfortunately, the pizzeria lost a customer. We'll order somewhere else next time.

We have ordered many times, but recently we have repeatedly had problems with delivery. Things have been missing lately (e.g. garlic cream, pizza rolls, drinks). We had accepted this until now because Mondo has a good price-performance ratio. However, with our last order, the driver wanted the full price for the incomplete delivery and told us that it was our job to complain about this to the boss. How and whether we would get the money for the missing items could not be answered.

Food came quite quickly. Salad dressing is not supplied separately. Unfortunately, salad drowns in dressing and otherwise doesn't seem appetizing. Pizza was average at best and unfortunately not cut. I think an extra charge of €1.50 for an egg is sporty - it was definitely organic quality... Five stars from Lieferando is absolutely incomprehensible to me.

Ordered 2 pizzas and delivered quickly but please take your time and put cheese on the pizza.

What have you done? You used to be the best pizzeria in town! I think it's such a shame 😢! I know it's hard to find good staff, but spend a few more euros and become a good, solid pizzeria again!

Better order in Hochneukirch! A little more expensive, but 100x better!!!

I'm sorry but this pizzeria is not recommended in terms of taste. Lasagna with cooked ham??? absolute no-go Pizza completely oily and unfortunately everything tasted more like it wasn't completely fresh. Unfortunately, I would also say that the 4.7 stars on Lieferando are fake. Because Google doesn't allow fake reviews that easily.

My friends and I ordered from mondo via Lieferando on Friday last week. Since I don't eat meat, I ordered tortellini with shrimps and curry cream sauce because there was nothing about meat in the description. The description was: Contains grains/products containing gluten • Wheat • Contains crustaceans/products • Contains milk/products (including lactose) -Tortellini curry with crabs and curry cream sauce. Today I found out that they are filled with beef. I think it's an absolute disgrace not to include something like that! I've now eaten meat because they can't remember to write down the ingredients. I will also contact Lieferando about this.

In the last few weeks I have ordered something to pick up several times via Lieferando. Pizza, pasta and casseroles were always tasty and still at the right temperature even after a short journey. The planned pickup time was correct. What I find extremely annoying is that every time you are asked why you ordered through Lieferando. Of course Lieferando charges commission, but why do you use these intermediary services?

Ordered pasta and pizza rolls via Lieferando Mönchengladbach. Both were inedible and tasted terrible. We have always been satisfied customers. Now nothing will ever be ordered again. The quality is decreasing more and more, the portions are shrinking tremendously and people don't even want to talk about the prices.

I just ordered a pizza, the worst pizza I've ever seen, the turkey breast was barely cooked through, absolutely not made with love. Broccoli, almost raw terrible...

Super poorly organized. Just give pizzas out to other people and don't write down their names or phone numbers. Unfortunately they didn't care. Not recommended. Stay away from unreliable shops!

Pizza hat genau meinen Geschmack getroffen. Kann ich weiterempfehlen 👍 Vorallem dass sie schnell zubereitet wurde ist ein Pluspunkt - geschmacklich ist auch top 😎👍

Größter Ranzladen Kriegen es nichtmal hin, eine Fanta von einer Sprite zu unterscheiden & werden dann auch noch beleidigend & ausfallend, wenn man sie auf ihren Fehler hinweist. War übrigens nicht das erste mal. Cola statt Sprite gabs auch schon. 10x Cordon bleu bestellt, 10x falsch angekommen. Nie wieder werde ich dort Essen bestellen. Fazit: Kotzen von dem Essen musste ich auch noch. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Leider heute enttäuscht, Pizza schon fertig, wurde uns erst mit Verzögerung ausgehändigt und war leider nicht mehr so heiß, wie sonst gewohnt, Bestellung nicht korrekt, Oregano trotz Abbestellung auf der Pizza, Baguette mit Mais, obwohl Käse anstatt Mais gewünscht, schade

Essen könnte man bei Mondo aber es ist sehr wenig Platz. Was ich bisher bestellt habe war immer Top.

Die Qualität hängt davon ab, wer gerade am Ofen bzw in der kueche steht. Vieles bleibt dem Zufall ueberlassen. Hatte ein haehnchenbaguette bestellt. Kaum zu genießen. Niemals mehr

Pizza leider verkohlt und das Baguette Pollo war enttäuschend. Etwas Mayo, gegrilltes Huhn und dazu grüner Salat. Ziemlich lieblos ohne Tomaten oder sonstwas. Nie wieder

Sehr leckeres Essen, wir hatten einen Salat pollo und Nudeln mit Champignons. Frisch und lecker. Lieferung war sehr schnell da, wir hatten direkt angerufen.

Hallo, leider schafft es die Pizzeria nicht, sich die Bestellung richtig zu merken. 3x in Folge falsches Essen erhalten obwohl ich jedesmal die gleiche Bestellung aufgebe. Geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich.

Essen gut, Bedienung freundlich und flexibel. Ladenlokal ist etwas klein. Von daher besser bestellen und Liefern lassen.😁😁

Sehr lecker und das Essen ist schnell fertig, das Personal ist freundlich und die Preise angemessen.

Wir bestellen seit einigen Jahren immer mal wieder Pizza und kommen immer wieder auf unsere Mondo zurück. Es wird immer geliefert was wir bestellen in der angekündigten Zeit und es macht immer einen frischen Eindruck und die Pizzen sind warm! Wir mögen besonders die Frutti di Mare.

Leider entsprach die gestrige Bestellung erneut nicht der Qualität, wie sie seinerzeit einmal war. Nach all den guten Jahren hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen - relativ hoher Preis, kalte Pizza, trockener Teig und überschaubar belegt. Die drei Sterne gibt es nur für die zügige und richtige Lieferung - wir werden in Zukunft unsere Pizza woanders bestellen, Schade.
