I've been a regular there for 2 months now. Ugur the new owner is a very nice man who makes a lot of effort to always see his customers go home happy. The first time I ordered a kebab and I liked it so much that I asked his employee to call the boss. He came straight away and I noticed straight away that he was expecting negative criticism. I was able to take away the feeling he felt that something bad was about to happen and when I told him that this kebab was by far the best thing I had eaten recently. His face lit up and I realized how happy I was making him. We were both happy. Conclusion. The bread is so delicious and crispy, not too hard that it hurts the palate if it is toasted for too long. The meat is simply incredible, as if you were biting into a cloud full of flavor and then it exploded. The salad is also hearty. There are kebab shops that are so stingy that they save money on everything. Ugur Abi doesn't. He even puts some meat on it at the end when he's done. I only get my kebab from here. I hope he stays like this forever and doesn't change. Ugur Abi please keep it up. You are the best. I'll come right away and destroy the kebab. 😂😂😂😂😂👌

I was in the kebab shop and I'm really impressed! Not only was the food excellent – ​​fresh, juicy and super tasty – the cleanliness was also great here! Even the toilet facilities are sparkling clean, which unfortunately you can't always expect in many other snack bars. The operators here obviously attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness, and you can tell that straight away. The other shops in the area could definitely learn a lesson here. Absolutely recommended and I will definitely come back

mega mega mega!!!! Went there with a lot of people today and received a service that you can't get anywhere else. Someone was there at all times to look after us, bring us drinks and take new orders, but in no way intrusive so it was perfect! The food and the ambience were also perfect, great portions, everything was fresh and there was really something for everyone. I can't say a bad word, everything is hygienic, clean and as soon as something falls down it is cleaned up, just great☺️ There is enough parking space so this isn't a problem either☺️ All in all, great and just the right thing for an evening when you don't know what to do or what to eat👏👏👏

There are many kebab shops, but here the quality, ambience and service are really on a higher level.... The new owner and his team know how to make guests happy. It is very clean, has lovely accents on the tables and the sanitary facilities are very well maintained. Completely different from Ufuk. You don't have to wait as long for your food either. Very friendly staff and the food was also very tasty. Ambiance is simple but very clean, really okay for a snack. Prices are also very fair. Got a pizza there yesterday, extra cheese as always... it was just super great! My new favorite pizza here! Price is also great. For currywurst fries and the pizza €16. I don't think you'll find anything cheaper here in terms of quality.

Last time I picked something up there today. I have been a regular customer there for over 20 years. And since Ufuk sold the store, the quality is no longer the same. The new owner said the old employees were still there and the recipes were the same. But sorry... the staff are very friendly, but I don't know any of them. My Hawaiian pizza didn't taste good at all. The meat was visible and was overwhelmed by the cheese. Today we decided to look for a new snack bar. If Ufuk also follows the reviews... You could have given your close regular customers a word. And to the new owner...please respond to the comments and suggestions from old customers and good luck with continued success. Addendum... I went there again today after a long day at work. Then I found out that a new operator had taken over the business since June 1st. And I have to say that food tastes good again. The team is extremely accommodating. And he hopes that all the customers the old operator scared away will come back. We're at it again. LG and keep it up

The taste is really okay. If you're waiting for the kebab you can sit outside and watch people or count the rubbish that's lying on the square.. No shop to take your (new) girlfriend out nicely.. But food four stars.

I was in this kebab shop recently and absolutely loved it! The food was super tasty – freshly prepared and really well seasoned. But what really makes this place special is the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Additionally very clean! A real highlight was the free chai that we were offered. Such a nice gesture! You can really tell that the guests are taken care of here. Overall it was a great experience and I'll definitely be back. Highly Recommended!

Since the owner changed things have gotten very, very bad. Been a satisfied customer since day 1. But I won't eat there anymore.

Unfortunately I have to say, it tasted better with the previous owner. The bread, which is no longer home-baked, is very missing and even if it was denied in the previous comments, something must have changed in the recipe for the skewer, I was too concerned with the taste and preparation of the dishes from the previous owner. It's not interesting that everyone who says it was better with the previous owner is only criticized and basically called stupid. Very unfortunate. If you change something, you can stand by it but not deny everything. I didn't see any of the old staff anymore. All in all a disappointment and I will definitely refrain from visiting again.

We have been eating there regularly for years. The portions are good and everything is always very fresh. The shop invites you to have a leisurely meal and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be... the kebab itself with the sauces still tastes good. The ingredients are fresh and also well dosed. However, I just miss the freshly baked bread. That has always been what defines the store. Instead there is bought bread... Therefore unfortunately only 3 stars.

Best kebab meat in Hamm by far. The only problem is that most of the employees only add the sauce at the end, but the meat is 999/1000 You play a big part in my non-vegetarian lifestyle.

Better find the former owner. Dürüm was filled with red cabbage and a few other greens and yes, a little bit of chicken that wasn't even fully cooked. Doner kebab also has hardly any meat and is filled with salad. The hot sauce that was always perfect no longer tastes good at all.

Update after change of ownership...a ​​significant improvement in taste compared to the old one and the best thing is the service is now on point. Fast and friendly. Before update: Super tasty and very good portions......... at a reasonable price.......unfortunately when you order in advance by telephone you have to repeat everything often and hope that everything worked out. Lecker und ordentliche Portion, angemessene Preise. Der Kalbsdöner ist aber leider offensichtlich billiger Hackfleischdöner.

Diese Dönerbude gibt es nun seit 30 jahren. Von diesen 30 jahren esse ich seit sage und schreibe 24 jahren dort meine döner. Ich habe schon viele döner in Hamm, deutschland und der Welt gegessen aber die döner von Ufuk war für mich immer die BESTE döner die ich jemals gegessen habe. Das Fleisch war unverkennlich gut und das brot war stets selbst gebacken weil der gute Ufuk sich schon morgens um 9 in den Laden gestellt hat um das Brot für den Tag selbst zu backen!! Das war echte leidenschaft und handwerkskunst! Nun, viel mir seit einigen wochen auf das irgendwas anders war. Zunächst wusste ich garnicht vom besitzerwechsel. Aber als langjähriger stammkunde merkt man sofort wenn etwas nicht stimmt. Das Fleisch schmeckt anders. Das Brot ist ein anderes und gleichzeitig sind manche gerichte auch direkt nochmal 50cent teurer geworden obwohl gleichzeitig an der qualität gespart wird. Für ein kunden wie mich, der seit 24 jahren dort seinen döner isst, ist das sehr sehr enttäuschend und das gleiche habe ich auch schon von vielen anderen gehört. Ich möchte mir ungern einen neuen Stammdönerladen suchen müssen, daher ist mein apell an die neuen besitzer: Bitte bleibt bei den alten lieferanten und methoden von ufuk! Er hat sich über jahren einen namen aufgebaut und stand stets für qualität und guten geschmack! Macht das bitte nicht kaputt! Danke Ufuk für den besten döner der welt!!

Seit dem Besitzerwechsel, nicht mehr das selbe! Döner Fleisch, bzw Hackspieß, schmeckt überhaupt nicht mehr!

Hat etwas nachgelassen, finde ich. Fleisch war sehr fettig und wabbelig. Hoffe, dass das nur was Einmaliges war.

Top Essen, Super nettes Personal!! Immer wieder gerne, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Essen ist hier sehr lecker 😋 kann ich sehr empfehlen, Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

Essen lecker, die Bedienung am besten durch ein Faultier tauschen, ist sehr wahrscheinlich schneller. Auch bei mehreren Bestellungen wird weiter geschleicht.

Heute haben wir ein Haar in der Pizzeria gefunden und die Kassiererin fragte uns dreimal, was wir bestellten und sagte uns auch, wir sollten an der Kasse auf das Essen warten

Absolut lustig gemütlich und verdammt lecker

Ich habe bereits oft hier gegessen. Leider musste ich mit der Zeit feststellen das der Dönerteller keine Gebratene Paprika / Tomate mehr enthält. Zudem sind einige Mitarbeiter vom Personal wirklich sehr langsam & teilweise auch nicht am lächeln, was für mich als Kunde einen nicht so guten Eindruck hinterlässt. Als ich da war, war niemand, wirklich niemand vor mir ich habe 30 Minuten für meinen Teller gewartet... Wieso??

Der herstellt sein Döner selbst. Ein erfahrene Mann. Es schmeckt auch was er bietet. Man kann auch mit der Familie vor Ort Platz finden.

SEHR LANGE WARTE ZEITEN Die Mitarbeiter sind entweder am Rum Eiern oder sind total überfordert. Ein absolut langsames Team was viele Fehler macht. Mehrfach wurde meine Pommes zu lange frittiert und was somit nicht lecker. Pommes können die nicht frittieren. Ansonsten schmeckt der Döner gut.

Ich habe ein Lahmacun mit Salat gegessen. Die Portion war reichlich, es hat gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war freundlich, das Lokal sauber. Mein Eindruck war durchweg positiv.

Nettes Personal, leckeres Essen auch die Pizza schmeckt sehr gut kann ich nur empfehlen. Einzige Nachteil manchmal ist es etwas unorganisiert und es dauert dadurch etwas länger. Aber sonst ist alles super

Food was good, but we waited 1hr 30 min. Pathetic service.

Das Essen ist wirklich gut aber die Wartezeit ist nicht normal. Wir waren die einzigen, die im Lokal saßen unsere Bestellung hat über 40 min gedauert. Ich will mir gar nicht ausmalen wie lange es gedauert hätte wenn mehr Kundschaft da wäre.

Im Rahmen einer Dönerbude alles soweit top. Das Essen war frisch, knusprig und lecker.

Die Produkte sind sehr lecker. Die Kundenorientierung leider nicht vorhanden. 40 Minuten Wartezeit, trotz fast leerem Verkaufsraum und keinen Großbestellungen, die währenddessen abgeholt wurden, sind nicht mehr unter fast food tragbar. Motivierte Mitarbeiter mit Kenntnissen in der Gastronomie, könnten davor bewahren, dass da bald 1992-2022 an der Tafel steht.

Sehr lecker, und die Mitarbeiterinen hatten ihre Haare zu , und sogar Kopfbedeckung. Sehr vorbildlich, sogar alle Mitarbeiter hatten einweghandschuhe an.Ja und sauber war es auch. Weiter so.
