Essen ist sehr lecker. Aber der Service ist leider schlecht. Es dauert alles lange bis sehr lange. Pizza zum Abholen wird wohl vorgezogen, denn die Gäste die Pizza abholte., sagten auch noch "zja geht halt schneller" und der Lieferfahre kommt halt auch noch dazwischen. Das ist leider schlecht organisiert.

Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe am Samstag zu Gast. Es war alles super toll: Bei bestem Wetter haben wir auf der sehr schönen Terrasse gesessen. Wir wurden sehr sympathisch bedient und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Abend!

Ein absolutes Highlight: die Spaghetti Puttanesca – mit Abstand die besten, die wir je gegessen haben! Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mehr als fair und rundet das Gesamterlebnis perfekt ab. Es ist sooooo toll dort habe mich direkt aufgenommen gefühlt und das Essen ist einfach super wer Hunger auf eine leckere Speisen hat geht am besten dorthin und der Service man kann sich super unterhalten und die Stimmung ist auch einfach großartig.

Wir hatten gestern einen wunderbaren Abend mit meinen Eltern und meinem Mann im La Torre da Angelo. Von der Pasta und Pizza bis zum hausgemachten Eis war alles unglaublich lecker. Auch der Service und das Ambiente haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Der Antipasti-Teller war großzügig und abwechslungsreich, und die Nudeln mit Garnelen haben hervorragend geschmeckt und waren sehr schön angerichtet. Dazu ein super freundliches und herzliches Personal, absolut empfehlenswert, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen, außergewöhnliche Location. Ein Stern Abzug für die Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen. Wenn man Mittags der erste Gast ist, kann man erwarten, dass die Mülleimer geleert sind und anstelle einer Zewa Rolle der Papierhandtuchspender gefüllt ist. Zum Dessert das beste Eis seit langer Zeit.

Das La Torre Da Angelo ist eine gute Anlaufstelle für private und geschäftliche Essen. Es handelt sich um ein italienisches Restaurant in den Überresten einer im zweiten Weltkrieg zerbombten Kirche. Im Sommer kann man im Freibereich, dem ehemaligen Kirchenschiff, sitzen und dem großen Brunnen zuschaun. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken. Das Essen kommt schnell und das Personal ist freundlich. Als Gruppe sollte man vorher reservieren. Fazit: Gute Entscheidung um lecker Essen zu gehen, wir hatten hier auch schon unsere Weihnachtsessen vom Team aus gemacht, oder man geht einfach lecker Pizzaessen.

Nettes italienisches Lokal..Preis Leistung stimmt, Pizza ist sehr gut, Antipasti waren ausbaufähig. Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Ambiente - könnte man mehr daraus machen. Insgesamt aber ein Lokal zum wohlfühlen.

Today was our first visit to la Torre da Angelo. The good reviews didn't overwhelm us. It was the best pizza I've ever eaten. The mixed appetizer platter also left nothing to be desired. It's been a while since my companions urged me to write a review, and I thought of Marek. This restaurant is rather lackluster. While the location is nice, it's in/at an old church. There are water features and fountains. Unfortunately, everything is a bit neglected. Service is friendly but slow. Piles of dirty dishes at the kitchen window – very unappealing. Pasta al dente tasted OK, but was noticeably lacking salt. Bruschetta, strangely, served with sesame bread, had relatively few tomatoes. Arugula salad had too many tough stems. The prices are fair. I can't fathom why this restaurant is supposed to be top-notch in Ludwigshafen – I wouldn't want to eat at lower-rated restaurants in Ludwigshafen, so I'll stick to Wanne Eickel.

It's really delicious, and the waiter is super nice and it's the most beautiful place in Ludwigshafen. It's really great and perfect in the summer anyway.

Stumbled into Angelo's by chance. We were in luck. The outdoor seating area is a lovely atmosphere. Good food, top-notch service. The menu design alone is worth a visit. The rest of the church, where the restaurant is located, also creates a very unique atmosphere. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are clearly marked on the menu... everything was delicious. The furniture and decor could certainly be improved, but that didn't detract from the other positive aspects.

We went to La Torre Da Angelo for dinner with a group of seven adults and two children. The exterior impression isn't exactly inviting. Surrounded by construction fences, you initially struggle to find the right entrance to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the impression you got from the outside continues there. Everything seems in need of renovation. Worn steps, carelessly thrown-together decorative elements, etc. The restaurant scores points for the friendliness of its staff. However, friendliness doesn't always help if the service isn't satisfactory. First, a dish was missing (unfortunately, it didn't arrive until the rest was almost ready), and then a cappuccino was forgotten for dessert. Ultimately, we paid about €25-30 per person, which is more than okay. We wouldn't visit the restaurant again.

Really great Italian IN a church tower with delicious food and very friendly service.

A special Italian restaurant in the church tower. In front of it there is a nice big place to sit outside. The food is very tasty there, very friendly and courteous service. We were there once in the summer when almost all the places outside were occupied. We were kindly informed that the meal would take about an hour because it was very busy at the moment. You don't experience this much sincerity everywhere. We were there with a group of 9 people and everyone was very happy.

All in all I was satisfied. I had a bit of trouble finding the entrance because there were construction fences at the front of the church that blocked the way and the view have taken away. But then the door was found on the side. The food and service were okay, the price-performance ratio was definitely right. In short: no euphoria, but if the path takes me there again, then I'll come back.

I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff. The waiters were very warm and made us feel welcome. The restaurant is also very child-friendly, which is a big plus for families. There is enough space and the atmosphere is relaxed, so even the little ones can feel comfortable. Overall, a good place for a cozy pizza evening, especially if you value friendly service.

The menu alone is extraordinary - not just to read but also the dishes themselves. Everything is homemade and there is something for every taste. A family business with heart. And only the homemade ice cream tops it off - very often there are new creations. And if I just want delicious ice cream during the day - street sales make it possible. Always a highlight!!!
