Lovely people. There was a small mistake – the wrong product was delivered – but it was immediately corrected, and they even included a free gift. I've never experienced such friendly customer service in a German restaurant before. Excellent, and thank you so much!

Best place in Herten. I order my food there practically every Thursday. It's always on time, and whether it's pizza, pasta, or kebab, it always tastes great.

The food tastes good and is reasonably priced. The delivery service is friendly, as is the service. The atmosphere is nice for a fast-food restaurant.

We ordered through the pizzeria's own app; delivery was on time, the food was delicious, and still warm. Unfortunately, the service was not up to scratch. A product was missing – we called the pizzeria less than two minutes after the food was delivered to report the missing item. We were promised a replacement delivery, after all, we had paid for the product. Nothing was subsequently delivered. What a shame!

It was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend Pizza Herten. :))

Good snack bar, very good pizza in a stone oven, but the pizza boxes always smell of chlorine/cleaning products. The boxes are actually on the shelf, so nothing can go wrong, but it still smells like cleaning products to me when you get pizza in a box. Maybe you can check it out, otherwise you're great, keep it up!

I'm very satisfied; I always get my special Bologna with cream. It's always perfect. I can't say anything bad about the pizza either.

If possible, I wouldn't have even given the food a single star. We ordered the food on site. The kebab was absolutely inedible and anything but fresh.

Everything is just perfect here – from the atmosphere and the service to the food, which is truly on a whole other level. The pizza? A poem! A thin, crispy base, perfectly cooked in the wood-fired oven, a wonderfully fluffy crust with those typical little toasted notes – just as a real Italian pizza should be. Every topping is fresh, high-quality, and selected with love. Whether it's a classic Margherita, spicy salami, or sophisticated specialty pizzas – every single pizza tastes like a short vacation in Italy. The pasta is also excellent: fresh, aromatic, perfectly seasoned. You can simply taste that the people here cook with passion and heart. The service is warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. You immediately feel welcome – almost like you're with friends or family. It's child-friendly, relaxed, yet absolutely professional. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and authentic. The wood-fired oven creates a truly special ambiance. The bottom line: Once you've been here, you won't want to eat pizza anywhere else. For me, there's only La Perla – true Italian joie de vivre in the heart of Herten. 🌟🍕❤️

A complete rip-off! Prices on the "La Perla website" are different than if you simply call (let's leave Lieferando etc. out of this). I would have paid just under €20 for our order via the website, but at the door it was over €24. Why?! They couldn't explain it to us. When we called to inquire, they said, "The price is different everywhere – phone, app, flyer, Lieferando." Yeah, right. If you check the price beforehand and then suddenly have to pay €5 more without a tip just because you called, that's a rip-off. If I could have selected my extra ingredient in the app, we would have ordered there too. But unfortunately, La Perla can't guarantee the technical requirements. The taste was also absolutely not great anymore; they even forgot the herb butter – but of course, they charged for it. Conclusion: I used to order from them happily, but not anymore. If you still want to order from them, be sure to pay close attention to their pricing.

If we ever get a pizza, it's only here because there's a stone oven... Very good pizza varieties...

The pizza was delivered and it wasn't cooked properly and smelled a bit. The kebab was very tasty, but still very disappointing.

We just ordered a family pizza margarita via Uber, and I have to say it's the best we've ever had. Crispy crust, perfect texture, plenty of cheese, and not too salty 🧀 From now on, we'll only order from here 👍

The food there, whether pizza, stuffed rolls, kebabs or salad pockets or or or... were always great. The pizza is nice and crispy and juicy. Unfortunately there is no small size to choose from. The atmosphere is like a run-of-the-mill snack bar, right in Herten Mitte next to the town hall. Orders arrive hot and are usually delivered fairly quickly.

2 hours for a delivery even though we only live 5 minutes away by car. Unheard of!

I ordered there for the first time with a colleague last night. I'm thrilled, the pizza tastes great, crispy, plenty of toppings, not too much, not too little, not burnt. Great taste.

Ordered through the website because we were previously satisfied. Delivery came 20 minutes later but that's not the problem. Pizza dough is always very nice from the wood-fired oven. The broccoli was just stems and peppers came from a jar, which is better. The pizza rolls are ready, which is now also standard for competitors.

When we ordered a kebab, the skewer was cut by more than half just an hour after the fast food restaurant opened. Still ordered, ate and in the evening... Well.. The review of the gastrointestinal tract wasn't exactly satisfactory. The bag is layered, first meat then the rest. This means that when you are almost full from the salad etc. the dry meat comes. The occupancy is of course a matter of opinion. Salad was fresh, but the sauces tasted a bit bland. Things can be fresher and better.

Good value for money. Pizza Margherita was very tasty and not as greasy as we know from other pizzerias However, parked bicycles or e-scooters have no place in the dining area.

Update 2024: the owner has changed. Unfortunately. The best pizza in Herten was once available here. Now pretty average. In addition, we were delayed for over an hour several times, our food was cold, and then today the driver didn't have enough change. Very unfortunate. No longer recommended. 2022: There is without a doubt the best pizza in Herten, which is freshly baked in a wood-burning stone oven. But classics like kebabs etc. are also highly recommended.

Waited over 1.5 hours and got cold food. And then I didn't even get everything I ordered and waited another hour for it to be delivered! But delicious

Best kebab in all of Herten. Wide selection of toppings for the kebab and a large menu. I can particularly recommend pizza and kebab. The employees are friendly.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Jedyny minus : za mało soli. Mięsko pyszne , tzatzyki , frytki, pizza, sałatka bardzo świeża. Zamawiałam parę razy i zawsze jestem zadowolona. Więcej soli do mięska i będzie idealnie👌

Mega lecker. Nette Leute. Manchmal gibt es Tage an denen es nicht alles nach Plan läuft, aber es kommt immer drauf an wie man damit umgeht. Dankeschön. Leider sind wir nur im "Urlaub" hier ansonsten hätten wir euch gerne öfters besucht.

Friendly staffs and delicious meals

Ondanks dat we geen duits konden waren wij goed geholpen. Eten was goedkoop en heel lekker. Een tip neem geen groote prosie want die zijn ook echt groot.

Beste Pizzeria in Herten - mit Abstand! Das Essen schmeckt durchweg super und kam bisher immer heiß bei uns an. Außerdem sehr nette Lieferfahrer. Also insgesamt alles perfekt

Es hat etwas zu lange gedauert, für den Service vor Ort und das Essen war leider lauwarm. Bei meinem Mann war mehr Salat als Dönerfleisch in der Dönertasche. Er wollte schon mehr Fleisch,hatte er auch so geäußert.

Bestellung dauerte 1 1/2 Stunden anstatt 60 Minuten was ich persönlich sowieso schon zu lange finde. -Die Pizza war nicht wirklich heiß -Kräuterbutter fehlte Habe den Lieferant darauf angesprochen dieser wollte im Auto nach sehen und verschwand ohne Rückmeldung. Unglaublich frech ! Habe also jetzt pizzabrötchen ohne Kräuterbutter Die Pizza an sich schmeckt allerdings werden wir aufgrund der Wartezeit und des unprofessionellen Verhalten dort nicht mehr bestellen Bezahlt wurde mit Paypal Geld zurück gab es nicht
