I ordered Pasta and it was indeed really tasty. The waiters were friendly and the atmosphere was happy.

Food was forgotten to be delivered for over an hour. Only after several calls did the driver finally arrive and give us a pizza that cost €15 per piece - completely cold. Plus, the pizza looked like it had already been sitting next to the oven for an hour. In addition, the mushrooms were forgotten, even though we even paid extra for them.

Nice owners, especially the boss who looked after us in a friendly manner. I always enjoy coming here when I'm nearby.

This Saturday I ordered two pizzas and was quite disappointed!!! Quality was better: After 30 minutes they were rock hard and ice cold. Other than that, the Diavolo pizza was not seasoned at all.

Friendly reception and friendly service. Very well attended. Very tasty tomato soup. Excellent entrecote from the grill. Since almost all seats were occupied, the volume was correspondingly high. Of course, this made normal table conversations more difficult. No card payment possible! However, this is expressly pointed out at the entrance! And the parking problem in front of the house! It's really difficult to get one of the few parking spaces in front of the house. Even if it could be solved, you probably wouldn't be able to avoid a 5-star rating.

Rustic Italian pizzeria, great wood-fired pizza.

Freundlicher Empfang, freundliche Bedienung. Sehr gut besucht. Fast ausgebucht. Sehr schmackhafte Tomatensuppe. Entrecote vom Grill hervorragend. Da fast alle Plätze besetzt waren, war die Lautstärke entsprechend hoch. Normale Tischgespräche wurden dadurch natürlich erschwert. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Es wird schon am Eingang ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen! Und das Parkplatzproblem vor dem Hause. Es ist wirklich mühsam, einen der wenigen Parkplätze vor dem Hause zu ergattern. Wenn auch das gelöst wäre, käme man einer 5-Sternebewertung nicht vorbei.

The pizza was excellent, it wasn't my first time there and I was never disappointed. I don't even need to talk about the staff, everyone is friendly and accommodating and doesn't complain if the guests get annoying. Over and over again with pleasure

Yesterday we had a meal here with 5 people for the first time and were very disappointed. We ordered 4 pizzas and 1 pasta. The pizzas came one after the other after about 20 minutes and the pasta took another that long. I ordered a pizza without anchovies and got one with anchovies. When I complained about this, the pizza I had cut with one slice was taken away. After about 10 minutes I received the same pizza, now cold and with anchovies scraped off. I then tried these, but the anchovy taste was already on the pizza. Only then was the pizza replaced. Very disappointing. It should also be noted that the friendliness of the boss can be compared to freezer level. So once and never again!!!

One of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. The food was amazing and the service as well. It is a calm place, relaxing. I suggest you try their pizzas. The brick oven they use makes a clear difference from other places.

Guests at the Bergwirt for 30 years. It's never been this bad. Loveless outdoor ambience. Small portion for a child requested. Answer: There isn't. Salami pizza: Salami didn't convince us. In general, the pizzas used to be great. Now just mediocre. Service difficult to improve.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating - unfortunately the light draft beer was warm and stale - when I pointed it out to the Signore in black, he said: This happens sometimes and put it down to the bar with no further response - when I then ordered 2 pilsners that were cold I also asked no one left at the table after the meal was full and had to pay for it. Everything was astonishing. The staff were super friendly, the small Biergarten was awesome and the food was great. I was constantly being frustrated by the Caesar salad at other Italian restaurants in Freising and Munich, but here it was great. The portion size was just right and the taste was exactly what I wanted. I also loved my drink and Tiramisu. Overall 10/10.

We ordered some pizzas and some pasta for dinner. The pizzas arrived after about 15 to 20 minutes, the pasta was a long time coming. After another 20 minutes, we politely asked when the noodles would arrive or whether they had been forgotten. We received the urgent reply in a very unfriendly manner that the chef was busy with another table. Another 15 minutes later the noodles arrived. Pizzas and pasta were delicious. We took the rest of the pizza with us. The next unpleasant surprise came on the bill: we had to pay for the pizza box. The next day I wanted to eat the rest of my pizza for lunch. Unfortunately, the tomatoes were completely moldy, so the pizza just ended up in the trash. All in all a really unpleasant experience and I won't be coming back.

Great service, delicious food and great drinks. We felt completely at home and it certainly wasn't the last time. Good and down-to-earth Italian food like a piece of vacation at home 🤗

Very good, somewhat hidden pizzeria, just as you would expect. This is where Italian joie de vivre comes from. Essen war o.k., obwohl ich um 19.30 Uhr noch gerne draußen gesessen hätte. War nicht möglich. Ein absolutes Ärgernis war, dass ich nicht mit EC-Karte zahlen konnte. Da ich nur wenige Münzen in der Tasche hatte, musste ich einen 800m-Marsch inn die Sadt machen um mir Bargeld zu besorgen. Geregnet hat es auch noch, Kein gelungener Abend.

Waiters are way too flirty for me! Italian flair or not. As a woman, I consciously want to eat alone and in peace - and I'm not looking for a man! The consistency of the mushrooms in the truffle dish was inedible. The rest was okay - but only okay. This was my second time there and I won't be coming back. Both times I was literally forced to come in to pay because several waiters ignored my request. Things suddenly happened very quickly inside and of course they had to give me a drink, take my hand and ask for my name and relationship status. No thanks! To be honest, the meal wasn't worth €40 to me either.

I've known the 'Bergwirt' for years. We used to go there with the company, for example the extremely tasty frozen limoncello was legendary. When we arrived there was a big hello and how are you and please find a table. The service was top and friendly. I miss all of that when I try again this week. Ordered pizza by phone, but still waited longer. 5 pizzas were quickly pushed through by the baker and then it was our turn to order, even though there really wasn't much going on. No consolation grappa like before, but we were asked repeatedly what we had ordered. Tone rather unfriendly, even when cashing out. All in all very expensive. Only the pizza maker was very welcoming and gave us a pinch of oregano. The calzone was picture perfect and very tasty. The only reason we won't become regular customers again is because of the lack of friendliness/warmth. I can understand similar reviews because we have now experienced it ourselves. I'm happy to tip generously, but I'd be happy to tip somewhere else in the future. One star for the process, four stars for the pizza.

They used to be much better. The pizza was better and made with more love. We also ordered gnocchi for €16, which unfortunately looked like cafeteria food. Additionally, no card payment possible. No longer recommended, there is better Italian food in Freising.

Never again. The service is a disgrace and the food is substandard. When I was picking it up, some of the other people who picked it up had the wrong pizza. (Coincidence?) There was no apology or discount. Complaint pointless. Our pizzas were completely soggy that day. They didn't taste good either. Quality looks different.

But if people often try to aggressively sell you something you don't want, then the food can still be good. When I wanted to take the receipt with me when I picked it up, the pizzas first had to be entered into the cash register with an annoyed face and rudeness towards me. Unfair to all the other honest restaurateurs out there!

Rude staff. They try to force you to sell you more food and talk to you stupidly when you politely refuse. I have never experienced something like that! The good reviews are obviously bought or written by yourself.

The service was friendly and relatively quick, and the food came pretty quickly. There were eight of us, four of them children. Food came pretty much at the same time. The waiter did not ask about the children's portion, and in my opinion there were no children's portions on the menu. The pizzas were okay, but I've had better ones in the area. Spaghetti Bolognese didn't really convince us, not even the children. The grilled veal schnitzel with potatoes (not on the menu, ordered separately for allergy sufferers) was very good, tender meat and a nice portion.

Very tasty pizza, I would also give six stars for the service. Parking can be a bit tricky. Otherwise recommended!

I ate lasagna with salad there today! It definitely wasn't fresh! Everything in the bottom part of the lasagna was black - burnt. Unfortunately I was only able to eat two-thirds of it. The waiter said it happens sometimes😕.

Update February 15, 2024: this is what the pizzas of two women at the neighboring table looked like. Brilliant.

We were there at 2pm and they were not ready to serve us even though the opening time is until 2:30pm.

Without exception, the owners are always unfriendly and grumpy. The quality of the food is very poor. You can order different types of wine, but they are simply presented to you with a greeting from the boss: “It doesn’t matter which wine is which”. Invoices should always be checked, as people often charge too much and if no tip is given, the man of the house likes to beg for it himself with his usual grumpy attitude. Ambiance is reminiscent of the post-war period. I have something underground like that and I don't want to have to experience it anymore.

It is the oldest pizzeria in Freising and is family-run. From the service to the food, everything was great. There were three of us and we each ate a starter and main course. Plus a bottle of very good red wine, which the junior recommended to us. We'll definitely be back!!!

My favorite pizzeria. Excellent food and you feel like you are in Italy. There is also fresh pasta, fish and always new seasonal dishes. A super friendly family business. In summer you can sit outside. Attention: Cash payment only! Parking is difficult.

Very very tasty pizzas. Nice and crispy from the stone oven. Authenticity is also present, you feel it like you are on vacation in Italy. A small drawback for those unfamiliar with the area is the location and the confusing parking situation on the first block. We would still like to come back if we get the chance.

The pizza was really tasty! Clear recommendation! Especially the Pizza Lupo. But last time the daily menu also had really tasty dishes that you'll want to go back to the next day. The ambience is nice and harmonious, you feel very comfortable. The service actually deserves 5 stars because the staff is very friendly and attentive, but I have to deduct a few stars because the restaurant's son takes orders and then forgets to bring them. This happened twice at our table that evening :-( But this was immediately compensated with attention from the house. For dessert I can highly recommend the tiramisu and the creme brulee.

Im „Bergwirt“ aka „La Fattoria“ bekommt man gutes italienisches Essen in einer netten Location in Freising Neustift. ABER: Wenn für das Teilen einer Pizza satte zwei Euro extra berechnet werden (bei zwei Pizzen kamen somit 4 Euro on top) und eine Handvoll Rucola ebenfalls mit zwei Euronen extra tarifiert wird, ist das ein echtes „No-Go“! Das ist Halsabschneiderei und hat mit echter italienischer Gastfreundlichkeit nichts mehr zu tun. Wir kommen deshalb auch nicht wieder.

Pizza super, aber 1 Punk Abzug weil für einen 2. Teller wenn man die Pizza teilt, 2 € berechnet werden. Keine schöne Geste. Vielleicht eine kleine Pizza anbieten wäre eine charmantere Lösung.

Update: ich würde euch raten immer bei größeren Mengen eine Liste zu schreiben und die Quittung mitnehmen. Uns wurden gestern paar Getränke berechnet die wir nicht bestellt haben. Gezahlt haben wir trotzdem. Wir waren unter der Woche da, und der Schuppen war voll. Haben nicht damit gerechnet. Anscheinend ist das hier ein richtig beliebter Italiener. Aber zurecht! Gute Speißen, große Auswahl an Getränken und sehr netter Service. Keine langen Wartezeiten, es war alles super! Ich freue mich auf schönes Wetter, dann können wir uns dann auch raussetzen :)

Ich glaube diese Pizzaria braucht keine Werbung mehr.... Seit 1988 ist dieses Restaurant in Freising und wurde immer wieder erweitert. Das sieht man und dieser langen Tradition ist die Einrichtung geschuldet. Die Speisen sind hervorragend und auch wenn Ihr schon satt seit, probiert die Nachspeisen nur so als Tipp 😉

Pizza ist so delicious. The chef made a pizza heart shaped for our little daughter. It was excellent gift for her. The atmosphere there is very pleasant. We got a table without reservation. For sure we will come back again.

Beste Pizzeria in Freising! Sehr sehr gute Pizza, mit knusprigem Rand, leckerer Soße und top Zutaten. Wir testen immer wieder andere Pizzerien in Freising und seit 10 Jahren ist die Fattoria bei der ganzen Familie die Nummer 1. Preis/Leistung ist angemessen. Die Besitzer und das Personal sind typisch italienisch und freundlich. Das Ambiente ist urgemühtlich und passt zu jedem Anlaß: erster Schultag, Betriebsessen oder romantisches Candle-light-dinner. Immer wieder gerne :-)

Das Pärchen, das mit uns Essen war, wollte den Salat gleichzeitig mit dem Hauptgericht essen. Wir nicht. Dennoch wurde uns auch, noch bevor das Vorspeise Bruschetta weg war der Tisch mit den Hauptgerichten vollgestellt, als hätte man uns schnell wieder loshaben wolle. Essen war gut, aber echt nichts besonderes. Dessertvatiation für über 16 €war überschaubar. Von Tiramisu hat der Koch leider keine Ahnung. Es war ein Sahnebisquitkuchen. Auf der Creme Brulee war nur ein Teil des Zuckers geflämmt, der andere lag als Zuckerhaufen im Glas und daneben aufm Dekoobst. 1/2 Tartufo und etwas Eis mit Sprühsahne. Uns hat es keinen Spaß gemacht. Schade denn die Terrasse hätte uns für nächsten Sommer gut gefallen.

5 Personen mit Reservierung. War wirklich toll, das Essen ausgezeichnet und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Holzofen Pizzen sehr zum empfehlen oder die hausgemachte pasta - hmmn lecker!

Vorspeise mit Rigatoni Arrabiata und Quattro stagioni ohne Salami mit Getränken. Sehr gute Qualität und sehr guter Geschmack.

Nice Italian place. They have very nice selection of Pizza’s. As you can see menu is quite good . Strongly recommended to take desert after and espresso. Grilled meat is salat is something that you need to try . Prices are fine despite all. Service is also quite good. No reservations needed for this place although sometimes Is full, usually weekends or Friday‘s afternoons. If you are living close came walking because there is not so much parking space in front. This small family Italian restaurant located at Freising would be perfect for family lunch or dinner. Lovely terrace build around old tree is something that you need to see. Strongly recommend for everyone. I give it only 4 stars because I have traveled around Italy and I have saw Bette unique Italian places. Netter italienischer Ort. Keine Reservierung erforderlich für diesen Ort, obwohl manchmal ist voll, in der Regel Wochenenden oder Freitag Nachmittag. Wenn Sie in der Nähe wohnen, sollten Sie zu Fuß gehen, denn es gibt nicht so viele Parkplätze vor dem Lokal. Dieses kleine italienische Familienrestaurant in Freising ist perfekt für ein Mittag- oder Abendessen mit der Familie. Die schöne Terrasse, die um einen alten Baum herum gebaut wurde, ist etwas, das man gesehen haben muss.

Besser bei der Steinofen Pizza bleiben. Das teure Fischgerichte war schlecht. Der intensive Geruch ist sogar meinem Tischnachbarn aufgefallen. Es gab nicht einmal ein "tut mir leid".

Also geschmacklich unschlagbar, ehrlich alles war total lecker und auch das Ambiente ist schön. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es allerdings das wir ,obwohl wir einen Tisch reserviert haben wohl gemerkt für 5 Personen,einen Tisch für 4 bekommen haben. Ausserdem fand ich es ziemlich komisch das man die Rechnung einfach so vor die Nase geschmissen bekommt und der Kellner erstmal wieder geht. Leider geht dort auch keine Kartenzahlung,also wenn man dort essen möchte,was ich ansonsten klar empfehle unbedingt genug Bargeld mitnehmen.

Das war leider nix. Penne Arrabiata und Lasagne zum mitnehmen bestellt. Essen versalzen, und fettig. Ich war schon jahrelang nicht mehr dort beim Essen, weil der letzte Besuch auch schon nicht gut war.

Amazing! Incredibly authentic italian food and the family that took care of us was wonderful! Their patio seating was beautiful and intimate, surrounded by marvelous greenery (including olive trees). They really set the ambience for you! The atmosphere indoors was cozy and you could watch them pull the freshly stone fired pizzas and calzones from the brick oven (we had to go inside because a storm came in). I could have been at my (a) grandpas house in Sicily! Highly encourage a visit… you will definitely want to come back for more! I know we will! The Hauswein was phenomenal and beer traditionally Bavarian! Try the limoncello as well! One of the pictures is a piece of wood the couple who own the restaurant continue to save from their wedding year and the time at which they took over the family run restaurant. Recommend 100%. Please bring cash as they do not take cards!

Friendly, familiar team but unfortunately the food is average and far from authentic Italian. Pasta and pizza could rather be expected in an Italian restaurant in Germany.

Ey, also wirklich der beste Italiener in Freising und Umgebung. Immer wieder gerne da. Waren jetzt schon öfters da, zum

der vorbestellte Tisch war wie gewünscht. Die Bedienung leider nicht, bis zur Getränkebestellung dauerte es ca.15min, dabei wurden in der Eile 2 Personen übersehen (nicht nach ihren Wünschen gefragt). Andere Gäste die nach uns kamen (wir waren die ersten im Restaurant) bekamen Ihr Essen lange vor uns. Die bestellte Pizza (Parma) extrem dünn, kaum Käse, ein wenig Schinken, kein Rukola wie sonst und etwas zu lange im Ofen (sehr viele verkohlte Stellen), eine zweite Pizza mit Parmesan und Rukola verbrannt, und kaum genießbar.Es wurde nicht nachgefragt ob alles OK ist. Um Getränke nachzubestellen, musste der Ober mehrfach angerufen werden. Eine Bezahlung per Bankkarte wurde abgelehnt. Das hat uns alle sehr enttäuscht ganz besonders, weil das früher nie passiert ist, schade, aber ihr habt schon sehr nachgelassen.

Wir waren schon lange nicht mehr hier, coronabedingt. Die Bedienung war flott unterwegs und freundlich. Es gibt nach wie vor saisonale und Sondergerichte außerhalb der Speisekarte. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Leider ist es hier nicht mehr möglich mit Girocard zu bezahlen, warum auch immer.

Guter Service und sehr gutes Essen. Man fühlt sich immer wie im Italien Urlaub. Mit Abstand die besten Pizzen in ganz Freising.
