Last time, there were hairs and dead flies in our food! When we complained, they said they couldn't give us a refund and we'd get a credit for the entire order. The next order arrived cold, and the credit was €10, not the total for the last order as agreed!! As always, the boss wasn't in the building... We'd rather order somewhere else where we get real customer service!

Like many before me, we've been ordering for decades... The quality has declined significantly! If you want to share it, they ask for pictures and dismiss you. When I order a pizza, cheese is a must for me! Reply: On the Sophia, there's no cheese under the egg. However, there's an option for extra cheese for an additional charge. Unfortunately, there wasn't any cheese anywhere, but it was apparently recognized. It was so dry that it was almost impossible to swallow. Despite everything (smaller portion, more expensive, etc.), we kept ordering! Today, however, we were so disappointed that we're going to stop! Apparently, they can afford to lose customers. It's a shame.

The two Meat Lover pizzas with BBQ sauce and Napolitana were super delicious. And delivery was well under 70 minutes.

The pizza Magerita was stuck to the top of the lid, making the topping inedible.

The pizza base is soft and not crispy enough. The edges are very wobbly. It should have stayed in the oven longer. Quality 2 out of 10. You pay a lot of money these days... they could put more effort into it. I'd rather just put one in the oven myself. What a pity.

I've been ordering from Napoli for over 15 years and have always been satisfied. I've praised this home delivery service highly and recommended it to others, which I unfortunately can't do anymore. - The pizza wasn't cooked all the way through. - The toppings were canned mushrooms and peppers from a jar, which was previously fresh. - This time the pizza was burnt, which was a bitter pill to swallow.

I have to say that I've known Napoli for at least 35 years; my parents and we children often and happily ordered food here. Unfortunately, things have steadily declined since the new generation took over. Both the quality and quantity of the food have decreased significantly, while the prices have continued to rise! Okay, I can understand that everyone has to operate profitably, and the restaurant industry is pretty hit hard, but when the price-performance gap becomes so great that at some point, as a customer, it's almost annoying to have spent money there, that's quite worrying! And if you look at the reviews here, I'm not the only one who feels this way. We had a turkey salad and a pizza. The pizza tasted just okay, not as good as before; something has clearly changed! The salad was a sorry heap of misery compared to before, the meat wasn't even half a breast, and the lettuce was chopped up so small that it wouldn't be noticeable that the quantity had been significantly reduced. It didn't look appetizing, nor was it pleasant to eat because you had to pick around like an idiot to even get something on your fork. The boiled egg was completely missing, and the mushrooms were significantly reduced; you could count the corn... So that doesn't match the picture of the salad uploaded by the owner himself at all! My friend, who had invited me, was so sorry that there was so little that he gave me two more slices of his pizza, even though he was starving. All I can say is that when you're served something like that, it's not a bad thing that you can't afford the luxury of ordering food anymore. I do it much better myself. Whether we'll order as often as we want, I don't think so...

This was the second time we've enjoyed a takeaway pizza, as we often travel from Mainz to Landstuhl. The food was excellent, the staff very friendly—what more could we ask for? We'll be happy to come back. Best regards from Mainz.

Unfortunately, the quality is declining significantly, and the prices are getting increasingly expensive. The pizza is still the best. The schnitzel didn't come with a side salad, and when I asked the driver, he simply claimed they were out of salad for the schnitzel. Okay...?

The food is good, but having to wait two hours for a pizza and a salad is definitely too long. *** Napoli is now cutting costs to death. First, the schnitzels got smaller, then the sauce got smaller, and now the pizza toppings are getting smaller too. How can a place be run so poorly?

The pizza is delicious, and I've ordered it for pickup several times. The delivery times seem very long online, so I prefer to pick it up. Unfortunately, the opening hours on the website are incorrect, which is why I found the door locked the last time I tried. The email stating that the order would be ready for pickup shortly is automated and probably incorrect.

Waited an hour for the wrong salad, then after calling I got my Caprese with ONE tomato and ONE mozzarella with a bit of salad and balsamic sauce for 9€… I've never been so disappointed at Napoli :(

We ordered pizza by phone and had it delivered. The pizza arrived within 30-40 minutes. The pizza tasted okay, but unfortunately, they skimped on the toppings.

Pizza not cooked properly, the menu says fresh mushrooms but there are canned mushrooms on the pizza.

Good quality and delivery is pretty fast, max. 40-45 minutes. The salmon pizza is my absolute favorite; I highly recommend it!

Quicker service and amazing pasta. I order here all the time

The website stated a delivery time of 60 minutes. After almost three hours, the food finally arrived.

Never again. After many bad experiences and ever new opportunities, the barrel is now overflowing. The cordon bleu we ordered was so salty that it bordered on causing bodily harm. Better to have frozen pizza in the future than risk another near-death experience. Goodbye Napoli.

Addendum: We now enjoy the food very much again! The pizzas and schnitzels are really delicious! ............................................................. We actually always liked ordering here and it tasted good, but that wasn't the case last Sunday. The pizza dough was tough and wasn't seasoned well either. The salad was also disappointing. Unfortunately the quality drops a lot!!!

Unfortunately, the pizza I ordered arrived cold and the cheese was already dry and hard.

Rejected my order because it was too far for them to drive (Krickenbach), even though they deliver to the immediate neighboring towns and "other places on request" can be found on the website. Almost 60€ order.

Used delivery service as usual. Unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm and far from the usual quality.

Unfortunately, this is the second time in a very short space of time that there have been problems with delivery. The first time I waited almost 3 hours because the address was forgotten/couldn't be found, despite being provided (also visible in the confirmation email). Now the wrong food was delivered and after calling they said “it’s taking a while, it’s busy”. The incorrectly delivered cheaper food may not be eaten in the meantime. Sorry, but customer service and customer friendliness looks different. None of this is my problem, it's just bad and unfriendly service. In the future I'll think twice about ordering there, especially if I'm in a hurry or very hungry. I'm very disappointed!

Pizza is really tasty if it is topped as ordered! Unfortunately, that is often not the case!! Even when you're stressed, you should be friendly on the phone! You can't even say "bye" or "thank you"! In general, it's often unfriendly, depending on who answers! Updated November 22: The last 3 orders were always wrong! (What can be done wrong with "thick bottom?") Bolognese comes with ham and cream sauce!!! When you complain, you say: "At least you got something expensive"! They got enough chances, that's it!

Salad was very fresh, meat was fresh but the fries were baked twice

We ordered 2 pizzas (around €30 in total!) at 5:30 p.m. The stated delivery time was 60 minutes. At around 7:15 p.m. (1h+45min waiting time) we called to ask about our order. They said the pizza was already on the way. A blatant lie! The pizza only reached us at 8 p.m. (2h 30min waiting time!!!) In addition, the pizza was completely soggy and inedible! A complete failure! There was water on the pizza, it was totally soft and wet! And that's just outrageous for the price! We won't be ordering there again in the future! We have ordered from Napoli for years and the quality of the pizza drops every year…

Food is sometimes ok. But since I've been a regular customer for over 20 years, the price ratio isn't right at all, it's quality down and quantity up. Sad. Unfortunately only in an emergency

Great delivery service I've ordered it very often and the pizza was always delicious and hot or in rare cases at least warm, but the pizza could be in the oven a little longer from time to time, but that's complaining at a high level I definitely recommend it

You have to say that the pizza is quite okay! What doesn't work at all is the unfriendly service on the phone. Every time we call and want to order, they would like to hang up again... unfriendly, unsympathetic and uninterested in their job. The boss should hire someone else as quickly as possible. This person has absolutely no idea about gastronomy or customer service. We definitely won't be ordering there again.

Can't be beaten in terms of impudence... We would have liked to try the pizza, but the minimum order value of 90 euros put us off... For comparison, the minimum order value to the neighboring town 2 km away would have been 16.50 euros... Understand that someone who wants...

Not recommended, just not good anymore, ordered today and for the last time. The food in kebabs is better actually 0 stars. Portion only half pasta 10 euros. I ate some bread afterwards. It's a shame, it used to be really good and the portion used to be mega, unfortunately I can no longer recommend it

I've been ordering my pizza here for many years whenever I'm in Ramstein. Some drivers don't bring the pizza to your room so you have to pick it up downstairs but then there's no tip. Except for one time, the food was always perfect. The maximum delivery time of one hour isn't that bad either. The pizza always arrives hot and appetizing. I've been disappointed twice now because the pizza simply wasn't delivered. This is unprofessional!!! I'll look for another service!! Very unfortunate!!!

Lieferung war pünktlich, Pizzen verbrannt, teilweise nicht essbar. Leider nicht zum ersten Mal unzufrieden. Werden uns nach einem anderen Lieferdienst umschauen...

Pizza ist gut und schmeckt sehr gut

Wir haben die Pizza abgeholt. Bude sieht von außen etwas angeranzt aus, aber man kann vom Thresen in die Küche schauen und dort ist es sehr sauber! Auch und gerade die Dunstabzüge sehen sehr gut und gereinigt aus (ist der beste Indikator für Sauberkeit in einer Küche). Highlight: Kein (KEIN!) Dönerspieß weit und breit! Preis Leistung ist absolut okay! Ist nicht DIE Pizza, aber absolut Solide! Hat uns allen gut geschmeckt, Qualität der Zutaten war absolut okay. Kann die Pizzaria nur wärmstens empfehlen! This used to be my go to place for take out quasi-Italo-German food prior to the pandemic; however, in my humble opinion, the quality has taken a nose dive. The schnitzel sandwich is now all bread and spread with little protein. The pizza is Germanized and nothing like the restaurant’s namesake. Don’t take the great city of Napoli’s name in vain by producing an inferior pizza. Either it is or it isn’t……and the pizza here isn’t even close to what you will find in the most mediocre pizzeria in Bella Napoli. Worse yet, this establishment offers a discount for take away. Yet when I asked for the take away discount, the owner said “Only if you order online.” Well, I was feeling cheap and I asked the owner to hold on while I placed the order online….guess what…..the website didn’t work! 🤣🤣🤣 NOW THAT TRULY NEAPOLITAN! AMEX was NOT accepted but Visa, Master card and cash were accepted. Two stars are well deserved and reflects the quality for the product received.

Qualität lässt im mom stark nach. Traurig da es bisher der beste Pizza Laden war. 3 Sachen bestellt eine davon vergessen. Naja Nachtrag. Nicht nur Qualität auch der Service sinkt rapide. War für mich bisher erste Wahl. Jetzt bin ich mal Kunde gewesen. Kauf ich mir lieber Wagner Pizza.

Die Pizza ist nicht mehr das, was sie mal war und es werden ständig Zutaten vergessen. Hier werde ich so schnell nichts mehr bestellen.

It's a delivery "only" space. With that being said, the kitchen is dedicated to great pizza and a wonderful price.

Bestellung war zum Selbstabholung: 2 Schnitzel Bologna einmal mit Pommes und einmal mit Kroketten. Das Essen war warm, Reichhaltig und Geschmacklich gut. Die Schnitzel waren keine Tiefkühlkost oder Formschnitzel sondern aus richtigem Fleisch gemacht. Und das schmeckt man auch. Das Essen war fertig zum ausgemachten Zeitpunkt. Jetzt kommt leider das unangenehme: Selbstabholer bekommen 10% Rabatt die ich nicht bekam. In meinem Fall waren das 2,90€. Und man wurde aufmerksam gemacht das man Bar zahlen muss. Es gab auch keine Rechnung dazu. Ein Schelm der dabei Böses denkt ;-) Liebes Finanzamt. Würde dort aber wieder bestellen.

Lieferzeit wurde mit 80min angegeben aber es kam bereits nach 20min. Essen war ok, Pizza könnte etwas länger gebacken werden.

Bestellung über die eigene Website funktioniert einwandfrei, angegebene Lieferzeiten passen (meist geht's ein paar Minuten schneller), Pizza geschmacklich gut

Una buona pizza e delle ottime ribs con salsa barbecue. Fanno prevalentemente cibi da asporto (ci sono solo alcuni posti a sedere per consumare il cibo in loco). Consigliatissimo per una cena da consumare a casa. Molto gentili e professionali.

Basic pizza. Nothing stands out from any other pizza place. I'd suggest looking for another pizza place unless you need pizza asap.

Wir bestellen schon seit über 15 Jahren bei Napoli, aber die Qualität und Service haben in den letzten 1-2 Jahren Rapide abgenommen. Die Lieferzeiten sind schon fast unverschämt, dann bekommt man falsch belegte Pizzen, Boden verbrannt oder Pizza viel zu Hell. Weiß ja nicht was geschehen ist, früher war das der beste Pizzaservice in Landstuhl und Umgebung. Die letzten 3 Bestellungen war immer was zu bemängeln, haben da jetzt keine Lust mehr..... Sehr Schade, wir bestellen jetzt zukünftig wo anderst.....
