Today I placed a large order via WhatsApp with a few extra requests...The owner responded quickly and very friendly. The food was delivered on time and was tip top in terms of quality and all my wishes were taken into account. I can't understand why some people write bad reviews here. Me and the girls were very satisfied and I will continue to order here.

Hands off!! We have never had such bad food in a kebab shop. The baguette is declared to have ham but we got shaped meat and the topping is a joke, it doesn't even taste like the Hawaiian baguette we ordered and you only feel like you can taste the bread itself. The kebab meat is warmed up in the pizza oven and tastes strange. There are no kebab skewers to be seen either, I have no idea where the meat comes from. At 1 p.m. there was no more tzatziki but a garlic sauce that tasted bad. The staff didn't know their own menu but they were nice. We have never experienced anything like this before and it was the first and last time.

We just picked up 2 kebabs and a croque. We've never experienced such poor quality. It's a shame for the money

We didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Ordered food at 9:11 p.m. and should be delivered within 15-20 minutes. At 9:47 p.m. the driver calls and says he is standing in front of our house. He didn't stand. He wasn't in the right town or on a street that sounds anything like ours. But apparently he is correct. He was also able to give us our address correctly. After several messages and a location, he admits that he is wrong after all and in a completely wrong direction. Are there no navigation systems in the cars? He gets there at 10:20 p.m., opens his trunk and realizes that he has forgotten our food. He wanted to be back 10 minutes later. Spoiler: we waited another 30 minutes and finally got food, but it was cold. We were given a waiver of travel costs but we weren't even given at least a drink or anything to apologize for. I've never experienced anything like that and I'll say only once and never again. This couldn't be surpassed in terms of ridiculousness.

My comment about delicious food in the restaurant: The food in the restaurant was simply excellent! The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes, all freshly prepared and artfully presented. The taste was particularly impressive - every component was perfectly seasoned and harmoniously balanced. The service was also first class and contributed to a visit is highly recommended!

I ordered a pizza for a family celebration. The pizza arrived 30 minutes after the stated delivery time. When the lady brought the pizza to the door she said: "actually we should charge more for the route", even though it was shown within the delivery radius! The children and adults tried the pizza and some had hair and green spots in the pizza. The two family pizzas were not delivered as they were supposed to arrive, despite comments about how the pizza should be! The children had stomach ache from disgust! I tried to call in advance, but couldn't reach anyone! I then drove to the store and returned the pizzas and explained my situation! The reaction to this was very outrageous and the mood on their part was irritable, after which I also strengthened my position! I was made out to be a liar and not taken seriously. The statements the lady made were disrespectful! At the end she said: "Have a nice bowel movement" Since it was about my children, I found the statement very disrespectful!! I will never order there again!!!

Landed here by chance yesterday and were not disappointed, delicious pizza and delicious kebab, very nice staff, everything freshly prepared. We were served at the table and were even allowed to take our little pug with us while we ate. The price-performance ratio is also unbeatable and the speed in preparing the food. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Heiligenstadt.

We often order in the evenings during the week or on weekends. The food has always been great so far. Food is always delivered warm and it is super tasty. Pizzas, casseroles always perfect. We love the pizzas, they have a really good base, the pizzas always have enough toppings and are totally fresh. We like to order from Pizzeria Roma.

Disgusting! Hands off! The food is bland, half-cold and there is NO spinach in the Pasta Spinaci. 3/4 of the food went in the trash. Driver extremely unfriendly and I regret giving a tip in advance via Lieferando. I've never eaten so badly.

Die Qualität der Produkte ist frisch und knackig, habe in der letzten Zeit öfters Salat 🥗 dort gegessen, oder es mir nach Hause liefern lassen. Wie gesagt, Produkte frisch, das Personal sehr kompetent und freundlich. Danke Babamir & Belal für den köstlichen Salat den ich heute zum Mittagessen genießen dürfte. Und DANKE für Eure Gastfreundlichkeit. Gerne werde ich immer wieder bei euch bestellen.

Super leckeres Essen, Preise noch normal. Service stimmt, schnelle Bedienung, Preis Leistung einfach top. Immer wieder gerne.

Das Essen war ok. Ich hab schon bessere Pizzen gegessen. Das Ambiente ist wie eine typische Pizzabude...

Kann nur von mein ersten eindrücken berichten. Und die 1-3 mal die ich dort war hat alles seinen ordentlichen netten und zügigen Ablauf gehabt ✌️😉

Freundliches Personal, Pizza ist sehr gut, schade dass es nur Hähnchen im Döner gibt ich selbst würde Lamm vorziehen. Dies ist aber der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten alles Klasse.
