We were there with our 4-month-old baby, and everyone was really nice, even though she was very loud. We were allowed to walk around the restaurant to calm her down, and the wait staff also did their best. The food was incredibly good, and all the dishes were hot. Highly recommended. 👍🏽

I was a little disappointed. Not a typical Italian stone-baked pizza. The pizza had a very hard crust. Not much seasoning. I wanted Gorgonzola instead of ham, which wouldn't have been possible with the system and would have required extra payment. The atmosphere wasn't very inviting; everything took place in the beer garden. Very loud and crowded! The chairs were uncomfortable. Right next to the sports field. The staff were nice.

I had one of the best pizzas I've had here in recent times. A wide selection. The outdoor seating area is well-ventilated, as the roof can be opened. The staff is occasionally overwhelmed, but friendly.

In summer, only the beer garden is open. Not a pleasant atmosphere. Even though there were six tables occupied, one in three people still forgot their food.

The food is great. Yesterday I got two pizzas: a Bolognese and a Pizza Toni. They were really delicious. But the price shocked me and left me speechless. I paid €29 for the two pizzas. That's too expensive for me.

The pizza here tastes delicious because the pizza dough is very special, nice and soft and fluffy. The service is very friendly and communicative, and you're always drawn into a friendly conversation. My first visit was crowned by the delicious Pizza Toni.

Da Toni is definitely the best restaurant for miles around. A huge beer garden with a view of the sunset. The service is exceptional. You're greeted personally and greeted with a very friendly handshake, as if you've known each other for a long time. That's truly special. The food is excellent! There's no long wait. You can just drop in spontaneously. A walk in the nearby forest rounds off the whole evening. This restaurant is perfect for young and old. Little kids, big kids, everyone has fun. You can play right on the soccer field next door. It's also a meeting place for groups. So, if you haven't been here yet, you're really missing out 😉

Unfortunately, the taste wasn't my cup of tea. Too bland, fairly flavorless, nothing special. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't something I'd go back for. The ambiance inside is very nice and modern. The service was okay. A smile from the waitresses would have been nice. I thought €4.50 for a glass of Coke was quite steep. I skipped dessert.

Delicious food, friendly and fast service. We stopped by spontaneously and had the opportunity to eat and drink for almost two hours before the guests arrived for the reserved table. From the restaurant you have a view of the sports field and the surrounding area. Lots of parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant.

The spaghetti aglio e olio tasted really good and was quite spicy, and the portion was generous. Unfortunately, the spaghetti wasn't al dente. A culinary sacrilege in Italy. Maybe they have simply adapted to the non-Italian and ignorant customer. As someone with Italian blood, I am permitted to make this comment. I would also have expected some olives and perhaps dried tomatoes on the Italian appetizer platter; also Italian cheese, no feta. Perhaps this will be taken as constructive criticism, as intended. The extremely friendly service was also positive.

We visited the “Restoran da toni” as part of our hotel stay in Kirchheimbolanden and it was a real pleasure. The food was first class. In combination with the very nice and hospitable owners and the modern atmosphere, we had a lovely evening. A visit to the restaurant rounded off our stay. Absolute recommendation!

Because of the positive reviews, we visited the restaurant during our vacation. Since it was a Saturday evening and the two of us are quite sensitive to noise, we first wanted to get a picture of the place. However, after entering the restaurant we noticed an extremely high noise level. At that moment we were greeted by a waiter or perhaps the boss? When we were asked to sit at the last free table, we kindly told him that we were sorry but that it was a bit too crowded and noisy for us. We added that we might like to come back at another time. We then received a quick response: “If you would like a recommendation, go to Friedhofstrasse 1. This is a restaurant.” Explanation of the rating: Food: No rating possible Service: Absolutely unacceptable Ambiance: Nice, but unbearably loud (see also other reviews about volume)

Here too, five stars are not enough. We happened to drop by a private party today and were greeted with an incredibly warm and friendly welcome. We were handed prosecco straight away and a small plate was made ready to try while we stood outside. And we were offered, as an exception, that we could make a dining choice for Ringo. We are guests from the hotel opposite and were here for the first time. The food is great, the boss and his brother too. Many greetings from us and a big thank you - we will definitely be back. Very inconspicuously located as a clubhouse at the sports field, but a real insider tip! Very friendly service and really tasty food. We had two pasta dishes with salmon and a small pizza. There is no skimping on the fish and the portions are a very good size. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. We were here about 2 years ago and the quality hasn't changed, keep it up! All in all, highly recommended. If you've been walking next door in Schillerhain, a visit here is definitely a good idea. Card payment possible. Dogs welcome.

I heard from friends that the restaurant was very good and they weren't exaggerating! My companion and I chose seafood dishes and both were very good, which not every restaurant manages to do! The waiting time for the food was also reasonable and the service was just as pleasant and friendly, very familiar! However, it is better to reserve a table in advance, even if there are only two of you, as the restaurant was very fully booked at the weekend.

Sunday, 2 p.m., we're hungry and don't have a table reserved. If we're lucky, we try to get a place at Da Toni. The restaurant has a good reputation and was recommended to us. When we come in the door every table is occupied, we make long faces and despair sets in. A - very friendly and competent - gentleman comes up to us and explains that a table will be available in about five minutes and that he would then come and get us. Relieved, we go outside and watch track and field athletes race around the track. In fact, after five minutes it starts and what follows is a first-class culinary experience!!! Very, very rarely have I ever eaten something so delicious! Never, without exaggeration, never eaten at such an excellent price-performance ratio. Linguine, on a bed of parmesan with truffle oil and fresh porcini mushrooms! It's a shame that there are only five stars to give out ;-). I couldn't believe the portion size, it was more than enough, I was really full. We were also served super friendly. However, there is a serious disadvantage that the restaurant is almost 100 kilometers away from our home ;-) Thank you very much, it was great!

Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The beer garden is nicely set up and clean. Training on the sports field can be used as free entertainment. Sometimes very funny. Sometimes you have to think about the missed shots. Starter plate really great. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Everything has its own individual taste. The pizza dough was ok, but not my thing. I had the impression there was oil or something in there. The amount of topping is ok, but unfortunately the pre-cut pepperoni have a strong vinegar taste. Unfortunately the peppers too. Otherwise recommended. Next time we'll have steak and schnitzel. It all looked very good. We'll be back.

Sat in the beer garden and ate delicious pizza 🍕 and salad 🥗. The food and service were good and we are glad that there is still a beer garden in Kirchheimbolanden. Update four years later: it took a long time to get the menu yesterday. Pizza could have been better, it lacked spices or the typical herbs. It was very loud in the beer garden. About 100 people fit into the “tent”. The tables in the middle row are quite slanted/on the hill. Price stop: Primitivo red wine in a glass of 0.2 l for five euros is much cheaper than the 0.75 l bottle for 25 €…

The absolute best Italian around! If you haven't been there yet, go there quickly and try it out. The food is always simply delicious and everyone is friendly, the ambience is especially great when you can sit outside. Feels like a little vacation when the weather is nice :)

Die Fassade des Gebäudes täuscht, innen ist es sehr schick. Netter Service. Die Pizzen sind gute, "deutsche" Pizzen, aber nichts besonderes.

Very tasty food, salads, pizza, pasta dishes, schnitzel, all recommended, nice service, the restaurant is not very big and when it is full there is a lot of noise. Like everywhere else, prices have increased.

Gutes italienisches Essen. Der Service ist super lieb und locker. Selbst wenn man noch spät die letzten im Restaurant sind, bekommt man da Gefühl von Willkommen Sein. Preise sind etwas hochpreisiger.

Waren da zum ersten, aber bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal.Sehr netter Chef und sehr leckeres Essen. Man kann auch wenn das Wetter mitspielt sehr gut im freien sitzen .

Sehr gutes Essen. Chef sowie Angestellte stets freundlich. Das einzige Manko weswegen 1 Stern Abzug : wenn die Türe zur Küche aufsteht, wird es sehr schnell kalt im Gastraum.

Wir kamen ohne Reservierung und bekamen einen Platz im Wintergarten. Die Heizstrahler wurden direkt eingeschaltet so dass wir gut sitzen konnten. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Personal freundlich. Was nicht gut war, war der Beilagensalat. Nicht angemachter Blattsalat mir reichlich braunen Stellen. Darauf eine Scheibe!!! Zwiebel, ein Löffel Kaspelkarotten und ein Klecks Dressing. Alles sehr lieblos. Als Hauptgang hatte ich ein Champion Rahmschnitzel mit Nudeln. Zumindest war das bestellt. Normal Nudeln ohne Soße. Sogar vom Personal nochmal gefragt und bestätigt. Bekommen hab ich Spaghetti aglio e olio. Passte halt garnicht zur Championsoße. Und dann wurde das auch noch mit 4Euro Aufpreis abgerechnet. Das hab ich auch so zum ersten Mal gehabt und muss sagen, dass das nicht geht. Entweder muss dann eben gesagt werden, dass man die Gerichte nicht mit Pasta haben kann (was normal immer geht wennein Restaurant Spätzle, Penner, Tagliatelle, ... auf der Karte hat) oder eben darauf hinweisen. Zu guter Letzt bezahlte ich und habe nur einen Notizzettelbeleg bekommen. Sowas hat halt immer einen Geschmack ... Wir gehen in Zukunft wieder beim Italiener an der Verbandsgemeine essen.

Wir waren eine Woche vorher in Italien am Gardasee. Haben dort einige Pizzen gegessen und haben festgestellt das die Pizzen hier bei DaToni viel besser schmecken und besser belegt sind wie in Italien!! Weiter so. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu Euch.
