I received the family pizza that I ordered 2 days ago, 1 hour late on the day of delivery, even though I paid €5 for shipping, and it was still ice cold. After I called back, they didn't respond to me at all! Without understanding I should bring the pizza back and order it somewhere else.

I ordered pasta and pizza for delivery. These cost 15€. When I gave the delivery man €20, he left without giving me the change! Very tasty food, but unfortunately that's not possible!

I ordered schnitzel and unfortunately found out that they weren't homemade but were frozen goods. I don't expect that from an Italian restaurant with delivery service. Please indicate on the menu that this is a ready-made schnitzel/shaped meat!!! And then a price like that, that's not right. The owner should respond here, as he does with the positive reviews.

Salvatore makes okay pizza, delicious pasta and it's always pretty quick. Really Italian, much more of a snack bar than a restaurant, perfect as a snack, midday hunger or evening delivery service! The team is very nice, so I highly recommend it! :)

Unfortunately, we discovered that women are probably not served as optimally as possible. We sat at the table for about 20 minutes and no one had the decency to serve us. If men came, preferably fellow countrymen, they would immediately ask for their order. What a shame! Does a man always have to be there to be served? No thanks!

The food is always very tasty, whether pizza, pasta or schnitzel. That's exactly why it's happening there. The complaint about unfriendly staff etc., sorry, I can't believe that story. Anyone who was there knows that the hut is always on fire, so there's no time for hihihuhuhaha on the phone. It's a great team that works really well together. I love ordering there because the portions are actually generous, I have 2 days of it. Definitely my favorite Italian, I haven't had it in years ♥️

My parents' local Italian restaurant was closed, so we came here. Takeaway: 2 different pizzas and 1 salad. While we waited, we sat in a small, cozy winter garden with a very pleasant and good live singer (in the afternoon at 3 p.m.!!!) and the staff were in an unusually good mood and friendly. The entire meal shone with very fresh and good ingredients. EVERYTHING was extremely delicious. The food and the wait were a pleasure! My parents have a new regular Italian!

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service at Pizzaria da Salvatore. I tried to order a pizza this evening and the lady on the phone was incredibly unsympathetic and rude. Instead of helping me with my order, she dismissed me with an annoyed tone and was extremely impatient when I had questions about available toppings and delivery times. Such behavior is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. This experience spoiled my appetite and I will definitely not order from this store again. Training in customer service would be urgently needed here!

Best Italian in the whole area! Pizza, pasta, salads - no matter what - there is nothing that isn't delicious. After renovation work in the outdoor area, you now even feel invited to eat on site! You couldn't get more out of the location.

I have always enjoyed ordering here and have always been very satisfied. Yesterday I ordered 4 pizzas, but 2 of the pizzas were oval instead of round as usual and almost half the size of the other 2, which I find a disgrace. Unfortunately, the taste of the pizzas was no longer comparable to that of previous years. Apparently the pizza maker has changed, I can't explain it any other way.

I was recommended Salvatore by neighbors because I was no longer satisfied with the current pizzeria in Dansweiler. Mega pizzas! Colleagues were very happy and enjoyed the pizzas!! Addendum. We were again very satisfied with the quick delivery today. However, the Gnocchi Gorgonzola had a lot of sauce and not enough gnocchi. More gnocchi and less sauce would be great for satiety. But the taste is very good as always!

Vor etwa 7 Jahren waren wir noch sehr begeistert, aber die Qualität des Essens hat in den letzten Jahren leider stark nachgelassen. Wir hatten schon so viele Reklamationen in der Vergangenheit, das ist kein Einzelfall mehr! Oftmals haben wir die Qualitätseinbußen auch einfach mit einem Zähneknirschen hingenommen, ohne uns zu beschweren und nur in extremen Fällen wieder angerufen. Pizzen sind oft entweder nicht durchgebacken und matschig oder teils verkohlt. Pommes genauso und die Portionen werden immer kleiner. Bei Gerichten fehlen oft relevante in der Beschreibung enthaltene Bestandteile (Beispiel: Pizza mit Mozzarella und Basilikum hat kein Basilikum. Nachgeliefert bekommt man nach Reklamation eine Dose mit Basilikumblättern für die inzwischen kalte Pizza. Im Ernst?!??) Leider muss ich als langjähriger Kunde sagen, dass ich hier nicht mehr bestellen werde. Positiv ist: die Lieferzeit ist ziemlich zügig. Standardmäßig wird am Telefon idR ca. 45 Minuten als Lieferzeit angegeben, meist ist der Fahrer aber bereits nach 25-30 Minuten da. Vielleicht hängt die Schnelligkeit auch mit der Qualität des Essens zusammen... wer weiß... ich persönlich hätte allerdings lieber eine längere Wartezeit und dafür richtig gutes Essen. Alles Gute, Salvatore!

Mein absoluter Favorite ist das Bruschetta aber auch alle andere Gerichte sind vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen. Ich habe schon einige Restaurants in der Umgebung probiert aber keins davon kommt an da Salvatore.

Sehr leckere Pizza und trotz Entfernung von ca 2-3 km noch richtig heiss. Leider 2 Stunden Wartezeit wobei 90 Minuten am Telefon schon mitgeteilt.

Wir hatten am 15.07. ein Catering bei Salvatore (dem besten Italiener um Pulheim) bestellt. Es war einfach perfekt. Die Qualität des Essens ist ausgezeichnet, die Gäste haben das Essen durchweg gelobt. Die Bestellung im Vorhinein verlief unkompliziert, Salvatore ist jederzeit erreichbar, das Essen kam pünktlich und es war alles schön angerichtet. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Danke Salvatore für diesen erstklassigen Service!
