Pizzeria da Aldo in Mönchengladbach

I visited my stepson today and ordered pizza for around 7 p.m. It was delivered quickly, and I have to admit, this pizza reminds me of my youth. The crust was great, crispy, and not soggy. The taste was amazing, too. Just like I remember from back in the day, I topped it with salami after baking. The spiciness was just right. The garlic could be a bit more intense, but everyone's perception is different. It deserves 5 stars from me. I might go back to my stepson's in two days ;)

So far, I've only ordered food and never eaten there. Delivery or pickup has always been within the specified timeframe, and they sometimes even give you free pizza rolls. Both the pasta and pizza offer absolutely unbeatable value for money.

The pizza was delicious, but the delivery man was extremely rude and yelled at us. On top of that, the pizza wasn't sliced, even though we specifically asked for it to be sliced. All in all, the pizza was great, but it was delivered with too many complications.

The food was excellent. The place is very small, but the food was decent. The service there wasn't so good. The people there ripped me off for 2 euros and my boyfriend almost 10 euros. They never write down the price you give them, which can be confusing. I also found it pretty disrespectful that he thought we were trying to rip him off, even though we order from him often. If you want to eat at that place, you should look closely at your bill and give him exactly what he asks for. Disappointing owner.

We order regularly from our trusted pizzeria and have never been disappointed! Delivery times are always faster than stated, the food always arrives piping hot, it tastes amazing every time, and the service is top-notch! Super friendly people who know what they're doing! Even with large orders, nothing gets mixed up.

This pizza tastes simply fabulous! Fresh ingredients, rich toppings and hot upon delivery. Owner and service always very warm and friendly. We are regular customers and wouldn't order anywhere else.

We ordered 4 Pizza Familia. The boxes were soggy. The pizza itself was lukewarm and not crispy at all. All this for 90 euros. disaster

Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 of which were completely burned, the bottom and all the toppings on top. How can the pizza maker miss something like that? And that twice? We have been ordering there for years and have always been satisfied. The last 3-4 times we were always disappointed, but this time we had to complain. They apologized over the phone and two new pizzas were brought over. Actually 0 stars, but for apologizing and re-delivering there are at least 2 points

My order was a complete disappointment. First the wrong pizza was delivered, and after 20 minutes of waiting the right one finally arrived. Unfortunately, it was totally greasy and obviously just warmed up. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, the incorrectly delivered pizza was simply taken away without comment. The poor service and poor quality of the pizza completely ruined the evening. I will definitely never order here again!

I ordered a small pizza mista with double cheese and lasagna with double cheese 😉 both really tasty and all under €18 4 pizza rolls and herb butter were included. Everything was delivered fresh and quickly and, above all, hot. I haven't eaten such delicious lasagne in a long time. I ordered double cheese because from experience the pizza is always pretty thinly topped, here everything is top and really lavishly topped. It's the first time I've ordered but I'm sure it won't be the last time. I'll call again and order something delicious.

Ordered food on Sunday. Two pasta dishes and a schnitzel. The side salad for the schnitzel was simply packed into the packaging of the schnitzel. This made it absolutely inedible because it was warm. The only response to the telephone complaint was the statement that this was completely normal and that no customer had ever complained about it. Unfortunately, the pasta sauce had completely run out, so that the pizza rolls were drowned in fat. Otherwise I would have liked to order here. We will refrain from these quality and service failures in the future.

We are regular customers here and order here on average two to three times a month. We especially like the great selection of pizzas and the short delivery time. Every now and then something goes wrong, but overall we are happy.

Ordered pizza to the hotel. Arrived 13 minutes later. Pizza was very tasty. But I don't like tearing pizza apart. So it would be good if the pizzas (especially orders to hotels) were delivered sliced. By default. 👍🏻

Half of the toppings on the scampi pizza, including the cheese, fell off like water. After calling back, the second pizza arrived, which also failed. Liefernat was also very rude with the second delivery. To be fair, I have to say the margarita was still in the green area

Ich bestelle oder holen immer die Spinat Pizza. Am Ende kommt immer ein Ei drauf und etwas Knoblauch ,beste Pizza ,sehr lecker ,sehr frisch .

Heute das erste mal bestellt, die Pizza war super lecker 😋 😋 😋 nur etwas knuspriger wäre perfekt, aber sehr sehr Schmackhaft und netter Fahrer. Ab heute Stammkundin, so soll eine Pizza schmecken. Belag war reichlich. Denn wo ich sonst bestellt habe, ich habe immer mit knoblauch bestellt war nie welche drauf, dann muss man sich nicht wundern, wenn man nicht mehr bestellt, aber diese Pizzeria ist nur weiter zu empfehlen ich hatte sogar KNOFI drauf . Einfach alles top. Fehler passieren halt es ist menschlich. Trotzdem hat das Team von der Pizzeria da aldo immer eine Lösung, so dass die Kunden bei der Pizzeria immer zu Frieden gestellt werden. Ich kann einige Kommentare hier nicht nachvollziehen.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Die Pizza war hervorragend und sogar der Salat ( der ja mittlerweile teuer überall als eine Pizza ist ) war entgegen vieler anderer Konkurrenten sehr gut, frisch und nicht nur mit üblicher Lieblosigkeit hergestellt. Pizzabrötchen waren auch dabei. Ein Fehler im Dressing wurde selbständig, selbstverständlich und anstandslos behoben. Das macht nicht jeder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Bis jetzt nur Pizza und Nudeln dort gegessen, war beides sehr lecker und sehr nette Leute.

2019: Die besten Pizzen kaufe ich bei da Aldo! Tat heute nach dem Schwimmbadbesuch wieder sehr gut. Margherita viel Knobloch bisschen scharf! 2023: Auch 4 Jahre später gibt es die besten Pizzen bei da Aldo!

Die Pizzen waren geschmacklich sehr gut, doch leider nicht mehr wirklich heiß als sie angekommen sind. Vielleicht mal drüber nachdenken mehr Fahrer zu beschäftigen, damit nicht nur ein Fahrer alle Lieferungen ausführt und die Pizzen zum Ende hin kalt sind oder neue Transportboxen anschaffen, steht der Taschen von Lieferando. Außerdem hätte ich es schön gefunden, wenn man mich schon bei Bestellung auf zusätzliche Lieferkosten hingewiesen hätte! Mit den Fahrern ist nur eine Vermutung, da die Lieferzeiten sehr lange sind.
