I ordered pizza I think it's worse pizza with respect to this restaurant

Pizzeria Mama sounds harmoniously Italian but also temperamental (as moms are). We were customers of this pizzeria for years, and despite sometimes very, very long delivery times and sometimes food that wasn't quite as hot, we enjoyed ordering here. They knew us from the moment we called and knew that the baby was sleeping and that they shouldn't ring the bell. All in all, a very good business relationship, I'd call it that. The food used to be much better and has declined somewhat in quality, but it's still been okay. If it hadn't been for that one day when we received the wrong pizza, which also included artichokes, which we absolutely refuse to eat. Since the delivery driver had already left, I called the restaurant to report the mistake and politely request that they bring a new pizza on the next trip to Rendel, but the landlady scolded me and called me a liar. I was completely shocked. Nevertheless, the replacement pizza arrived, and the old one was returned untouched. The delivery driver also confirmed to me again that "Mama" was pretty angry and preferred not to say anything more about it, which I understand, of course. So we decided not to order from there for the time being. Today, however, my mother-in-law, who lives at the same address and knew nothing about our incident with "Pizza Mama," wanted to order something. The landlady told her that they no longer deliver to that address and that she should order elsewhere. Is this how customers are treated these days? The restaurant industry is suffering everywhere, but at Pizzeria Mama, people are happy to cancel our order out of a sulky mood and an inability to admit their mistake. I can therefore only recommend that everyone check everything thoroughly and hope that a mistake never happens, because otherwise they won't deliver to us again. And mind you, the first and only time. We have definitely found our new favorite Italian restaurant. Stehpizzeria Roma in Karben is a much better and friendlier alternative.

I always order an Italian salad to take away and the salad is brilliant. Keep it up you two 👍👍

Best Italian we have eaten at. We had to wait a bit for the food, but we just had time to chat together and watch the older couple at work. Basically, it was like having food made by your Italian grandma. And it tastes best at Grandma’s.

Since the old couple has been working in the catering industry for around 50 years and there are only two of them running this kitchen, you can't expect the dishes to always be ready immediately, especially if several orders come in at the same time. But if you wait this time you will be rewarded with the best Italian food you can get in Karben. The two of them know exactly how to prepare the most delicious food from simple ingredients. It's best to call there 40 minutes before you go and order your food, then enjoy.

In my opinion, the best pizzeria in the area. I've probably already gone through the menu and can't say any of the dishes are bad. Here, the emphasis is on good food, not fancy stuff. The two are simply sweet and a really well-coordinated team. I've been coming here for years, and that won't change.

Pizza itself is very good, everything else sucks... I would like to rate everything except the points for the pizza with 0 points if I could. I sat there for 40 minutes until I was greeted by the extremely unfriendly staff.... Honestly, just like in politics and all other levels... It's enough, God take the people who don't appreciate what they have and give it into their hands who not only value the money they earn and treat customers like dirt, but give this business to people who value what they have and their customers, which is where the business lives from... I've never experienced anything like that, I'm not even treated so disrespectfully in Burger King as an executive who shows up in jogging pants on the weekend and then goes out to eat in his comfort and comfort and is thrown out after 40 minutes of waiting because I I insisted on receiving my pizza first before I ordered a drink. I was asked if I was serious... I answered yes and was thrown out. Underneath all humanity... Everyone gets what they deserve in the end... Only 95% simply don't learn to understand that in life. In our opinion one of the best pizzas in Karben. The pasta dishes are also very tasty. We can't say anything about the ambience, so far we've only ever had it delivered. Sometimes it takes a little longer during peak times, but we're happy to wait for delicious food. We are regular customers.

Very rude old lady in the restaurant. Zero customer friendliness. Very racist and unfriendly. The pasta is sweet and tastes worse than a ready meal. Very poor quality

Für uns der beste Italiener in Karben. Super nett und die Lieferung ist auch immer zügig. Essen ist sehr lecker und wünsche werden berücksichtigt und gut umgesetzt.

Super leckere Pizza. Dünner krosser Boden. Belag frisch und knackig. Scharf ist wirklich scharf. Haben uns die Pizza liefern lassen, daher kann ich zur Bedienung und dem Wirt nichts sagen. Wir bestellen gerne wieder.

Super super Restaurant, wir essen sehr oft das Gorgonzolaschnitzel, verdient einfach 5 Sterne und mehr. Die beiden sind sehr nett und sympathisch! Immer wieder gerne

Super leckere Schnitzel zu einem humanen Preis. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die gerne Gorgonzola Schnitzel essen.

Eine der besten Pizzen, die ich kenne. Aber sehr einfaches Ambiente. Lieferservice, abends sehr ausgebucht. Der Chef betreibt den Laden alleine mit seiner Frau. Die AOK Pizza kann ich sehr empfehlen. (Artischocken, Oliven, Kapern)

Nicht unbedingt der optische "Hingugger " aber dafür war man vom Essen überrascht grosse Portionen geschmacklich ok solide Pizzeria
