It was a lovely evening with my two girlfriends. The service was very nice and friendly. The food was simply delicious. I haven't had such a tasty pizza in a long time. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

This has been a great place since I was a child. The food is always top-notch and the prices are top-notch! They even deliver anywhere—even to Wallachia if necessary.

We usually order food for delivery. It always tastes good and usually arrives quickly. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

Normally, the food and service are always perfect, at least when we order (we've never been there). I often order the fried noodles because I really enjoy them. Today I ordered them again and was unfortunately a bit disappointed. The noodles tasted almost completely unseasoned/with very little or almost no sauce at all, and the egg wasn't salted at all. The fried noodles are usually really great, but unfortunately, something went wrong with the preparation today. I hope this was just an isolated incident and I can continue to order here without hesitation in the future.

It's a shame that now (9:50 p.m.) I can't get anything as a pick-up person. I'm told the kitchen is closed, which I understand, but in the same breath I'm told I can make you pizza. Maybe new cards should be released with updated kitchen times. And you weren't asked what you were supposed to do as a pick-up! would like to order... Ordered yesterday, an hour earlier, got everything I wanted and was really tasty!!! And today THIS!!!

Guys, it wasn't just good, the food was more than perfect! Freshly prepared, very well seasoned and delivered hot - what more could you want. We have eaten with you several times and it has always been very tasty and cannot be topped. Keep it up and we'll be eating with you again next week!!!!

Delivery is usually OK and quick. Not fast, not slow, just OK. Food used to be better, but it can also be worse, but it can also be better. Price wise ok, not good, not bad but not too expensive either. Reliability works like that. Often the order is correct, but sometimes it is not. Special features, money is still required even if they make the mistake. No apology and no accommodation. Not getting any goodies when you order over 100 is also a bit cheeky, back then there was still a good Lambrusco. Fun fact. We've had nails or pinboard pins in our food several times. The lack of alternatives didn't stop us from ordering here. That will change. Thank you for your loyalty, we will not be loyal anymore. Recently ordered a pizza Bolognese and it was absolutely disgusting. Even on the phone they had no idea what it was (it's on the menu for specialty pizzas). What I got was a margherita with a dollop of bolognese sauce slapped on it after it was out of the oven. There was a bit of scattered cheese on top, which wasn't really melted. (See picture in comment below) Inedible. Otherwise it always worked. Supplier was very nice

Bad !! Point!! We ordered three pizzas and one pasta for our birthday on November 1st, 2024! The pasta was OK The pizza dough was still 80 raw! The topping was so thin that you could hardly see anything on the pizzas. The quality is unsatisfactory! We called the store directly and communicated this clearly. The answer was, Sorry, it's busy today. No suggestion for new food, no apologies other than excuses Not again, we won't order here again. The company's response was surprising and yet very surprising! There was no talk of any reparation at all, sorry, it's full was the answer, nothing more and nothing less Please stick to the truth.

We ordered there for the first time yesterday with friends after we had the new flyer in the mailbox. Placed the order via WhatsApp and the answer was “hour”, a bit unprofessional. When the pizza arrived (the driver was very friendly though), we didn't know whether to laugh or cry (see picture). It was supposed to be a bolognese pizza that looked like... well, I'll spare you the details. When I asked in writing why a pizza looked like that, I was called to have it explained to me (which I think is good for clarification). The reason was completely banal, but I had no desire for discussion or confrontation. Conclusion of all pizzas - no taste and unfortunately it will be the last time

Are disappointed. We ordered there yesterday because we remembered the pizzeria as different and better. At first we had to wait 2 hours for the order, which was probably due to the European Championships because everyone apparently placed orders during the game. Okay, not to change. We ordered pizza rolls filled with cheese and a tuna pizza and a salami pizza. What happened next, however, was more than unsavory. Instead of pizza rolls, which I was really looking forward to, there was bruschetta like I've never seen before. These weren't red tomatoes, they were indefinably grayish diced stuff. It tasted like that too. However, the money was refunded for the incorrect delivery. You couldn't tell the two pizzas apart, both were hidden under a lot of plain cheese. Unfortunately the pizzas were also very dry and somehow rubbery. Any supermarket pizza is better than what we got yesterday. Very unfortunate. What should be highlighted, however, is the driver, very friendly, despite the stress. Dear owner, I didn't complain about the waiting time. That couldn't be changed. But gray bruschetta... etc. But thank you for your answer, you have taken the decision of where I'm going to eat away from me.

Wir bestellen immer wieder gerne und sind jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Einmal ist durch ein Missverständnis eine Pizza falsch geliefert worden. Nachdem ich angerufen und das Problem geschildert hatte, bekamen wir umgehend eine neue Pizza umsonst. Die Fahrer sowie die Leute im Lokal sind super freundlich und die Lieferung erfolgt in der Regel ziemlich schnell. Fazit: Beide Daumen hoch und immer wieder gern.

Gefüllte Pizzabrötchen sind Unschlagbar. Preis ist super und mega Mitarbeiter. Is ne Empfehlung

Leider schon das zweite mal im Lieferdienst die falsche Lieferung erhalten. Letzte mal waren es Nudeln diesmal Pizza welche falsch geliefert wurden. Pizza schmeckt sehr lecker sowie Nudeln auch.

Tolle Pizzeria. Pizzen, Salate und Nudelgerichte sind 1a. Wir bestellen sogar aus Datteln/Dümmer und die Gerichte kommen richtig heiss an. Wie sie das machen ist mir schleierhaft. Die Beschäftigten sind ausnahmslos nett und freundlich. Das bestellen per Telefon und anschließendes abholen klappt perfekt. Für mich die zur Zeit beste Pizza in der Umgebung.

Wir bestellen hier gerne unsere Pizzen und wurden noch nie enttäuscht! Die Qualität ist sehr gut, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist stimmig (sehr günstig), die Lieferung ist immer schnell, das Team ist überaus freundlich. Also: Alles stimmig! Volle Empfehlung!

Leckeres Imbiss-Restaurant mit sehr freunlichem Service. Schwerpunkt liegt auf Abholung und Lieferung, aber auch das Redtaurant ist bequem. Heute haben wir statt Pizzen zur Abwechselung Schnitzel bestellt. Leckerer frischer Salat, dicke Pommes, große Schnitzel. Alles Top zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Gerne wieder.

Gute Pizza, nette Truppe. Verpeilen zwar regelmäßig die Bestellung und liefern einen irgendwas anderes, aber nach einem Anruf würde bis jetzt immer anstandslos ausbessert.

Bella Roma ist zur Zeit die beste Pizzeria in Olfen. Habe nun ein paar Mal dort gegessen, in der Regel vorab telefonisch bestellt und die Pizzen dann abgeholt. Bella Roma liefert auch, ist allerdings so beliebt, dass es mitunter zu laengeren Wartezeiten kommen kann. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, der Laden selbst nicht unbedingt hochklassik, aber nett eingerichtet und man kann auch draussen sitzen. Die Pizza ist jedoch das Highlight. Sehr ordentlich belegt, der Teig nicht zu duenn und nicht zu dick - fuer mich derzeit die beste Pizza weit und breit.
