If pizza were a crime, this delivery would deserve life imprisonment. Honestly, what arrived as a "pizza order" was more like a culinary crime scene than a dinner. Let's start with the salami pizza: Five (!) slices of salami. Five. And they looked like someone had panicked and ripped them out of the packaging at the last second and thrown them onto the pizza afterward – probably in the delivery truck. No sign of crispy crust. The crust was so soft and wobbly, I was briefly afraid the pizza would slide off my plate in a huff. And the onions? All in a pile like a group cuddle – roughly chopped with a precision you only get when you're blindfolded and cutting with a spoon. The corn, at least, was plentiful – presumably because he was the only one who already knew the rest would fail. It's just a shame that it was apparently thrown in raw after baking. Super firm to the bite – in the sense of "chew until your jaw cramps." Let's get to the Pirata Speciale—or as I call it: the "Spaghetti Illusion." Spaghetti? Maybe five noodles, if you count generously. They probably just accidentally photographed a pot of spaghetti next to the pizza and thought that was enough marketing. But there was plenty of sauce! The pizza floated in it like a sad dinghy on a sea of ​​tomatoes. The dough? Wobbly again—this time so much so that I had a wet washcloth in my hand when I picked up a slice. And because the whole thing dripped so wonderfully, after two bites I not only had greasy hands, but also felt like my couch needed a professional cleaning. The bottom line: If you like pizza, order somewhere else. If you need a sad lesson in food physics—this is the place for you!

We were customers for years, today we ordered through Lieferando, the wrong one arrived, and the error was blamed on us and Lieferando. Didn't accept the food, should be happy with the money. All I can say is bad behavior. We won't be ordering from him anymore.

When I wanted to place my order for COLLECTION by phone on New Year's Eve, the boss personally told me IN AN INAPPROPRIATE tone that I should come in person for stuffed pizza rolls because he didn't have time to take such orders. When I emphasized that I wanted to order 2 filled pizza rolls and 2 pizzas, he still said that he didn't have time for that, then I said that I didn't have time to wait in the store either and his answer was, you have to or wait like that. Yes, it's good that I could have waited at home and done some errands for New Year's Eve in that time, but he probably didn't think so. Oh well. We then enjoyed the pizza from Pinnochio Juniur.

I ordered pizza there via Lieferando. After the estimated delivery time had already been exceeded by a long time, I dared to ask there. During the conversation it turned out that the pizzas hadn't even made it into the oven yet and another delivery time of around 30 minutes would be required. I then checked again to see whether the pizza had actually not been baked after waiting 45 minutes. This would be confirmed, the cancellation of the delivery announced and simply hung up. I don't think this behavior is okay or anti-social and I won't be ordering anything there again. Of course I can't recommend doing business with this pizzeria. I can't judge whether the food is good.

We ordered two pizzas at around 5:10 p.m. When they still hadn't arrived at 7:10 p.m., I called again. I was told that the driver was there, but that a man from the 2nd floor had told him that he hadn't ordered a pizza (I stated ground floor plus TEL when ordering). But you would want to deliver the order again. 50 minutes later (8:00 p.m.) I called again because there was still no one there. They said that the driver was on the way (journey time 5 minutes). Now I'm writing these lines at 8:23 p.m. and have decided to eat something else.

So I can't confirm that quickly, it always took a long time, we often and happily ordered there. Not since TODAY! Waited for over 1 1/2 hours, then asked when it would arrive. The answer hasn't even started yet, it takes at least 45 minutes longer. When we replied that it was taking too long and we wanted to cancel it, they simply said they were asking for it and hung up: D

We ordered pizza with broccoli and hollandaise sauce and pasta with cream sauce and broccoli to be delivered. Hollandaise wasn't on pizza and broccoli wasn't in pasta. Food very dry and not professionally made. Then service was great. Very nice employees and drivers.

Best pizzeria in all of Mönchengladbach since I lived at Steinberg 60 in 1993 and got to know this pizzeria. If it delivers just as good pizzas 🍕 today in 2024 as it did before, other pizzerias can take a leaf out of it. Kind regards Volker

Ein echter Italiener und daher auch richtig gute Pizza und Nudelgerichte. Etwas anderes haben wir bisher nicht bestellt 😅

Kapiere manche Bewertungen nicht. Bestelle/esse da bestimmt schon seit über 10 Jahren. Klar, war mal vllt nicht so gut aber overall immer zufrieden gewesen und kein Fake Käse oder son Müll. Originaler Italiener. Kann beim bestellen zu Stoßzeiten nur leider echt dauern aber das muss man vorher wissen wenn man da zur Hauptzeit bestellt.

Der Service war ganz OK. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Leider keine Tische um dort zu essen. Ich hatte eine Pizza bestellt. Der Belag war gut und da wurde auch nicht gespart. Was nicht ganz so toll war, die Pizza war am Rand schon stark dunkel und für die Größe war die Recht teuer. Die Größe der Pizza waren so ca 24 cm und hat 6,50 € gekostet. Mir ist schon bewusst dass alles teurer wird aber ich kenne es tatsächlich anders.

Seit Jahren Kunden, immer lecker, freundlich . Das Gesamtpaket stimmt. Lieferdienst auch sehr zuvorkommend und Nett. In Stoßzeiten kann es schonmal zu etwas längeren Wartezeiten kommen aber das ist der ausgezeichneten Qualitat des Essens geschuldet sonst würden nicht so viele dort bestellen. Und wenn man keine "vollkommen normale " Wartezeit eingehen möchte, kurz anrufen und selbstvorbeifahren dann geht es in Stoßzeiten auch schneller. Alles in allem: Wer Lust auf leckere Pizza oder Nudeln/Salate etc hat wendet sich in MG am besten an die Pizzaria Bella Napoli.

Durchschnittliche Pizza. Vorbestellen lohnt sich nicht. Die Zubereitung wurde erst angefangen als ich nach meinem Anruf und der angegebenen 15 minütigen Wartezeit im Laden stand.

Bin langjähriger und zufriedener Kunde (Lieferung von Pizza, Nudelgerichten und Salaten), daher kommt nun auch endlich mal die wohlverdiente Bewertung! Die gelegentlichen, vorangegangenen Negativbewertungen kann ich weder nachvollziehen noch bestätigen. Als einziger möglicher Kritikpunkt wäre vielleicht die zuvor bereits erwähnte , teilweise recht lange Lieferzeit zu nennen. Allerdings beschränkt sich dieses „Problem“ auf Stoßzeiten und lässt sich leicht durch rechtzeitige Bestellaufgabe beheben. Zugleich spricht es ja auch für sich und zeigt, dass viele weitere Kunden Bella Napoli ebenfalls zum „Pizzalieferanten ihres Vertrauens“ auserwählt haben. Das Auftreten und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist, auch an stressigen Tagen, immer einwandfrei. Daher mein positives Feedback an diese Stelle verbunden mit der Bitte, so weiterzumachen wie bisher!

Seit ich einige Zeit auf der Lindenstr. gewohnt habe, gehört Bella Napoli noch immer zu meinem Stammlieferant. Der Inhaber ist bei Abholung meistens für ein kurzes Gespräch zu haben und steht IMMER am Ofen und weiß, wie man seine Pizza möchte (ich bin wirklich oft dort). Dies erklärt auch die immer gleich bleibende Qualität des Essens. Hier hat es noch nie unterschiedlich geschmeckt.

Eher eine typische Pizzeria die sich auf die Auslieferung spezialisiert hat. An 3 Tischen kann man aber auch die Speisen vor Ort verzehren. Alles Speisen sehr schmackhaft. Der Inhaber immer zu einem kleinen Plausch aufgelegt.
