Well, I've eaten much better frozen pizzas. We only tried this one because Geinsheim is unfortunately closed longer and Dornberg is difficult to reach due to construction, but given the standard... it's better to skip it altogether. Unfortunately, Assunta is the better option in Trebur 🙈

There is no emphasis on using the right flour or on making the dough slowly - unfortunately you can taste it. Dough is flat, hard, dry. You can also taste that the toppings are cheap, from the cheese to the salami to the canned vegetables.

I would definitely stay away from the Gorgonzola pizza. Despite a polite request to check the cheese just once, the owners immediately responded with a blocking and unfriendly attitude.

Ich habe dort eine Pizza bestellt und wollte anstelle von Oliven auf der Pizza Zwiebeln haben. Ich musste dann den Extrawunsch aufschlag bezahlen. Ich würde das ja verstehen wenn ich was zusätzlich oben drauf haben wollte, alledings nicht wenn eine Zutat durch eine ändere ersetzt wird. Die Pizzeria ist zwar um die Ecke und auch lecker aber wir werden in Zukunft woanders bestellen.

“You get, what pay for.“ Dementsprechend ein völlig akzeptables Preis-Leistungsniveau. Bei der Sahnesoße hätte ich mir etwas mehr Geschmack gewünscht, anstatt nur die Sahne überwiegend zu schmecken.
