I'm sorry to leave negative reviews as a former restaurateur, the environment and service are good...but the pizza is really really bad in my opinion, the products in my opinion are also not of quality. Sorry, but we are not there at all.

Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre and didn't quite meet our expectations. Furthermore, the service could have been improved – when we politely asked about a children's menu, the response was, "We don't have one. We're in the center." A more welcoming tone and more family-friendly approach would have benefited the service, especially in a central location.

Sorry, but the prices for drinks are simply outrageous. €6 for an espresso and €8.90 for a bottle of water.

The place was calm and very enjoyable. We loved the atmosphere. The wine recommendation was great. While waiting for the 3 cheese pizza, I tried the “Veganishe”, I really liked the taste. The tiramisu was also delicious, and their coffee was quite special. The person who helped us was very friendly and attentive. A place that makes you feel the warmth of Italy, I recommend it.

I had the gluten free pasta, the texture was great, no extra charge for gluten free pasta. The atmosphere is great, you can also sit inside or outside.

Very nice ambiance in an excellent location right between the town hall and the Frauenkirche. The pizza is good, but more German than Italian (lots of cheese, relatively thick crust). High prices for a pizzeria, appropriate for the location.

Well, the food wasn't great; it's loud and crowded. The staff is stressed by the barrage of guests in the middle of town. I don't need to go there again.

Very tasty food, the bruchette were excellent! Only downside was that I was eating by myself so I had a table for 1 person, but they kept asking me to change the table due to rezervations. Overall nice atmosphere with very enjoyable music also.

Super delicious food... the dessert was mega... see picture, service was also very nice, the only drawback... it was very cold downstairs due to the open windows... so either take a blanket or thick sweater with you or sit upstairs😊

We were eating pizza. Ambience upstairs very inviting. Unfortunately the service was only a check-in because there was so much going on. The pizzas were lukewarm when they arrived and charging 50 euros for 2 pizzas and 2 non-alcoholic drinks is probably normal for Munich standards, but I thought it was excessive.

Very small portions and the waiters talk about totally random topics quite loudly near the sitting area (eg today the waiter was talking about “erotic” clothes 🙄). The service in general is good, but the mood was a bit affected by the other things. Food wasn’t what it is made out to be and I feel like I paid so much more than I should have. Not satisfied.

Worst experience! Was pressurised to order as the kitchen was closing. Requested for just two minutes to order but that was also not okay with the waiter. Then, a simple margherita turned out to be the worst pizza ever eaten in Germany. It felt like a ready made base with just mozzarella cheese put on top of it in layers. The cheese just felt apart from the base. Horrible. Truly disappointed to pay 14€ for a bad margherita.

Sehr gut im Internet beworben. Schönes Ambiente und gute zentrale Lage. Das war aber leider auch schon alles. Service freundlich. Hatten 2 Pizza bestellt. Wasser auf der Pizza!!!!!! Die Mitte war so nass dass sie wie nasses Brot schmeckte. Ich kann nichts schön schreiben. Es war eine teure Pizza mit billigsten Zutaten. Das war eine Erfahrung wert aber auch die Letzte. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Visited with family. The place is cozy, neat, but overall there is nothing unusual that caught my eye - the interior is decorated with many artificial plants - overall it’s probably cool, but not for everyone. Prices are higher than the city average, and therefore our expectations were higher. We ordered two pizzas for the children, lasagna for ourselves, drinks, and for dessert we had coffee, tiramisu, and ice cream. All this cost just over 100 euros. The service is good, the dishes were served quite quickly, almost simultaneously. The food is good, but nothing more. Unfortunately our expectations were not met. In general, if your goal is just to eat and the price suits you, then feel free to come. And if you want something special or don’t want to overpay “for a table in the city center,” then there are plenty of places in the city that are more atmospheric and have much better food.

Pizzeria in the immediate vicinity of Marienplatz. Pizza Margherita and Diabolo were tasty and crispy, well topped and large. The 0.4 apple spritzer is refreshingly fruity, not watered down as it often happens. The price-performance ratio for a location in this tourist hotspot cannot be criticized. Visit on Sunday May 4th, 2025 around 5:00 p.m....no need to reserve in advance, spontaneous visit. My recommendation.

Two stars only for a great vegan burger. The waitress (Katarina or Katrina, I’m not sure) brought me the wrong order (chicken burger, but I’m vegeterian) and when I politely said that this is not mine, she looked at me so angry and sighed (rude). Then she has been rude for the rest of the night! I have never been treated that rude in the restaurant before.. Also my friends carbonara was terrible and lasagna had a questionable sweet sauce, so overall if you want bad service and „italian” food that should be a crime - I highly encourage…

Really the best pizza in town? We ended up here because of the good reviews and were in the mood for pizza - as the name of the restaurants suggests. We were seated straight away, received friendly service and the order came within a few minutes. But: In our opinion the pizza was too thick and not Italian style. If you like it, go there! The Aperol was mixed very mildly. Other things to say: A little more expensive, maybe tasty, but different dishes!

POOH! Visited on April 30, 2025 around 6:30 p.m. HANDS OFF! Unless you want to eat what is probably the worst pizza in all of Minga, all of Germany or the world. Anyone who is hoping that this shed will live up to its name will unfortunately have to be disappointed. In advance. Small (real) Cola in a glass bottle (0.2l) €4.50. Large cola (0.4l) €4.90. It becomes clear that the big Cola must be adulterated. And that's how it was. Cheap non-carbonated syrup. It was replaced upon request, but the new drink tasted like worn-out shoe soles. Now to the culinary delights. We are really pizza lovers and have tried many pizzas in this world around the globe. But these pizzas were really barely edible. Unfortunately, you have to be that honest. How one could serve something so bad (Pizza Formaggi and Pizza Capricciosa) remains a mystery. That had nothing to do with the fact that tastes are different. A pizza with no or hardly any tomato sauce (see pictures, they are probably (sauce) search pictures...), so that all the toppings fall off and with a dough that is as dry as Grandma Hildegard's amuse-bouche between her legs, is not something you should serve to a guest. But that's not enough. IF you as a staff ask whether the food tastes good and the guest then shows and says that it is quite dry, then you shouldn't just walk away without saying a word (many thanks to Mr. Salah at this point). It is absolutely incomprehensible that they then try to make the guest's stay pleasant. Well, anyone who goes here either hasn't read this review or is just stupid (or is looking for one of the worst pizzas on the continent)!

Nice restaurant and above all very friendly staff! We had dinner 3 times including New Year's Eve and had a great time! The owner always listened to us and helped us in choosing the dishes as well as in finding the right table to be as comfortable as possible! I recommend making a reservation because it is always full. Prices average for Munich.. The central location behind Marienplatz is phenomenal. For lovers of sweets, I recommend apple strudel with hot vanilla... it makes you feel sick 🤩

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und Freundlich. Das Essen kam innerhalb einer angemessenen Zeit und das Ambiente war wunderschön. Das Essen war durchschnittlich, wie es für ein sehr touristisches Lokal in einer sehr gut besuchten Gegend üblich ist.

The taste of the food was okay (that's the only reason it got 2 stars), but the portions were a disgrace for these exorbitant prices: Just under 20 euros for ONE ladle of pasta without bread or similar. is an impudence. Even our eight-year-old son needed a liver cheese roll afterwards to fill himself up. Criticism of this was not addressed several times. I've never spent so much money on so little food. Absolutely not recommended!!

EDIT: I have to adjust my rating and deduct a star after we ate at Ciao Napoli in Munich Schwabing that evening. What is offered here does not deserve the name “pizza”. We paid 25% less and were able to enjoy real Neapolitan pizzas. Pay an Uber and go to Ciao Napoli: it's still cheaper in the end and tastes very good. The pizzas have hardly any taste and are not recommended. Our son's veggie burger, however, was delicious. When we ordered a Cola Zero we were served a 0.4l glass of syrupy Cola. Be sure to order Coke from a glass bottle if you want to order anything at all. Typically touristy right on Marienplatz…

A hidden gem in the heart of Munich with a wonderful ambiance. A great option for dinner after exploring the city center. I had the spagetti bolognese, it was served very hot and tasted absolutely perfect.

The waiter was very unfriendly and when the bill was 8.40 I gave 10 and the waiter simply put 1.50 on the table and ran away. Otherwise, I always tip generously, but certainly not with such service and then that! Huge impudence!

Food tastes very good here. And beautifully designed too. Unfortunately there are no children's portions here, including small drinks. Nonetheless one of the better Italian restaurants.

Found this gem by accident and loved the dinner! Had Spaghetti Arrabbiata, Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli, Buffala and vegetable pizza. The service was exceptional and our dear waiter, Mimmo, made sure that our selected food options were per our liking - he was so understanding and made adjustments to our orders with our custom requests. I would highly recommend this award winning warm and cozy place, especially when you are in the safe company of Mimmo! Gracias Mimmo for making this such a worthwhile meal with my dad!

Unfortunately, more appearance than reality: Gluten-free pizzas and pasta dishes are advertised on the menu. The reality: Ordered two gluten-free pizzas at 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday. Only one came. Unfortunately you don't have a second dough. The pizza that came was horrible. The dough was obviously ready-made dough from the freezer. To charge €4.50 for this is really audacious. There are not all gluten-free pasta dishes, but there is one type: Penne. They were good with Bolognese sauce, but far too little for the price. it was only half a portion. Last but not least, the salad plate with turkey breast strips: The meat was definitely not fresh, but pre-prepared and also only lukewarm. However, the ambience and location were top. The prices are too steep and incomprehensible for the quality delivered.

Good restaurant with relatively reasonable prices. All in all okay, but the prices are very high. But it's nothing more than a mediocre pizzeria. The location in the center is certainly very advantageous. There aren't that many good Italian restaurants in the city center, but they don't offer more than anywhere else. Excellent place, in the very center next to the church, there is a quiet second floor, the food is Italian, the portions are huge, you can fill up on just salad and pizza. Prices for everything on the table are 70€. We'll come again.

It was our first and last time in the pizza shop! The best thing is the location, The rooms are relatively narrow, the tables are very close together and the noise level is high. Our waitress was in a bad mood and unfriendly and the chef obviously didn't have time to bake the pizzas crispy. The icing on the cake was the sanitary facilities. A women's and a men's toilet are far too few, the whole area was untidy and dingy!
