A party pizza was ordered. When the order arrived, it was a medium round pizza with 8 slices, and there were 8 people present. We called again and explained the problem. It seemed to me that they were looking for the customer's fault instead of admitting their own... or even asking the staff again if the order was correct. We were offered a party pizza delivery, which we would have to pay for in full, and a €1 discount for the incorrectly delivered pizza. We were stuck with the cost and got nothing out of it except to accept it... Of course, we declined the party pizza and found a better pizza place that also delivered a party pizza that tasted good. That was our first and last time at P&P

Can we wait another two hours for the correction? What's the point of this?????? Paper in the food? Are you still okay? Honestly, never again... Order from Dominos, the food is better. And it doesn't take long, and the food isn't spoiled.

I waited 1.5 hours for my food and the staff were rude

One star is still too much. First, the wrong pizza arrives, then you're stuck at headquarters for ages before you even get through to the branch. After waiting for over an hour, the "right" pizza finally arrived – including a free souvenir: hair. When we called, they had the absolute nerve: The guy in the "kitchen" seriously claimed it was my hair. Incredibly brazen. The staff is incredibly rude, and this place has clearly never heard of hygiene.

My pizza was dry and cold, arrived late and was really expensive

We ordered two pizzas. The delivery arrived after about 40 minutes – one of the two pizzas was completely wrong. After calling the branch, we were promised, in an unfriendly tone, a replacement delivery within 20-25 minutes. The actual wait time was over an hour. The pizza that was subsequently delivered was the correct type, but had several clearly visible whiskers on it. We called again – and the branch's response was even more outrageous, stating that they "couldn't clarify anything until the manager arrives." They denied any responsibility. The result: incorrect delivery, extremely long wait times, a disgustingly unhygienic product, and a disrespectful tone. This was definitely the last time for us. In our opinion, such behavior and such a lack of hygiene are not only unprofessional, but a case that should be of interest to the health department.

We ordered a chicken bowl, and bowls are usually rice-based, but ours felt like there were about 20 grains of rice in the bowl. The rest was 90% rotten lettuce (see pictures). And 4 chicken sticks that were almost entirely breadcrumbed. Cost €13, and I wouldn't have touched them for a euro. Filth. Chili cheese lattice potatoes. For €6.99, you get 6 half-raw potatoes with a small puddle of sauce that tastes like nothing and is topped with tons of jalapenos. Filth. The San Diego pizza tasted okay, but incredibly dry, and they skimped on every topping. Then we called them to ask why they were delivering us rotten lettuce for €13. The answer: "It was still fresh in the store." Yeah, right 💀 Below: Advertised vs. Reality

Ordered at 10:15 p.m., received a message at 11 p.m. saying "food is being delivered," only for the delivery person to call at midnight and be at the wrong address. Fifteen minutes later, he arrived at the correct address with cold food. The order wasn't correct (mozzarella sticks instead of chili cheese nuggets - why can't you call ahead and ask if that's okay?), the mozzarella sticks were cold, burnt, and more rubbery than anything else, and two Tunk Tunk dips were missing. The delivery person said it was no problem, he would deliver them. I called an hour later and was told "a colleague is already on the way" - ANOTHER hour later, there was no message, no dips, nothing. Simply ridiculous. You can understand a lot of things, but when you're promised twice that a delivery will be made and still nothing arrives, it's just disappointing.

I ordered a salad there today; it was rotten and tasted disgusting. The pizza looked like it had already been made.

I'm really not convinced. Ordered a Chicken Deluxe pizza with cheese crust and corn. I got a completely different pizza, without a cheese crust, not even the corn on it. On top of that, the delivery took 60+ minutes. At least the replacement arrived in under 30 minutes. The taste wasn't exactly amazing either. For me, that was the last time I'll order from there. Here are pictures of the wrong and the right pizza.

Really cheeky. I got the wrong food and asked what was going on: they didn't have what we ordered, so they just brought me something else. When I asked what if I didn't want it, I got the answer: they'd rather have air with nothing. Then they wouldn't need any teeth.

Solid pizza. Of course, it's not comparable to Italian stone-baked pizza, but it's not bad either. Prices are reasonable.

My food arrived 45 minutes later and was cold.

Not only did the pizza take an hour and a half to arrive, and we're talking about a distance of about 500 meters, it also arrived cold, damp, and inedible. Even three calls to the hotline couldn't clarify why we received such poor quality. No one was available at the store. €35 for nothing.

I can only give a mediocre rating. Somehow the quality seems to be like the weather. I have ordered here several times. Some of the pizzas were absolutely great, other times they were almost inedible. Maybe the kitchen should have a little more continuity here.

I placed an order via Lieferando. The driver arrived two hours late. Since I no longer wanted to accept the order at this point, the driver reacted extremely aggressively: He honked repeatedly and drove away recklessly. He disturbed the entire neighborhood at 2:00 a.m.

The fact is: we were at home and the doorbell didn't ring. When we called the branch directly, they said again that the supplier had rung the bell, which is actually not true. The pizza was great, the two people on the phone were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the driver was brutally rude and snotty. It's a shame, because the rest was really good.

Absolute impudence! We ordered for a large amount of money and then something like that? I ordered a chicken bowl with pomegranate seeds, capers and couscous - instead what came was a sad pile of rice with limp salad and a completely inappropriate balsamic sauce. No trace of the ingredients ordered! When I called I was boldly told that they had "adjusted" it without informing us! No alternative, no accommodation, just: “It has to stay that way now.” That's not how you treat customers! When you spend that much money you at least expect what was ordered. I'll never order here again

Take much longer than the stated time and then deliver the wrong pizza. One with ham and salami although a vegan one was ordered. I can't even eat alternatively. Replacement delivery took ages. So if you're really hungry, you can't order there.

Bad service and food, I was there yesterday, the food was a disaster

Terrible pizza&pasta experience ever. I have been eating out from pizza pasta in different locations because it used to be one of my favorite but Reutlingen i would never recommend. I ordered pizza rucola which had one slice of rucola salad( i am not kidding it was only one piece of leaf and i wish i had photo ) and i asked the guy from kitchen where is the rest of rucola since its rucola pizza and he aggressively took the pizza and throw rest of unclean and uncut leaves of salad. The lady on register was really helpful and friendly but male kitchen workers seems like they are forced to stay in this place if not why are they so aggressive and unhappy and rude towards customers? If you think that its not a fair review then visit it and see it how terrible the service was. I definitely recommend to get pizza from aldi or lidle at least you dont get any shitty attitude from rude people. Never ever. I dont even mention waiting time of food…

I used to be a big fan of Pizza Pasta Ost, but now the delivery service is a disaster. The food used to always arrive on time, but now I regularly wait over an hour - often even longer! If you're hungry, there's no point in ordering here because you never know when the food will actually arrive. Quality or not, if the food arrives cold, it's simply no longer fun. Unfortunately I won't be ordering here anymore. Very disappointing!

Worst place to order pizza! Food is always late and cold and no coordination between customer service team and the local store! The the team is very very rude to the customers.

We ordered two XXL pizzas for a total of €60. Two “pizzas” were also delivered. However, there is no mention of pizza here. The base of the pizzas was extremely, not thin, EXTREMELY thin! You had the feeling that you were looking at some kind of puff pastry. Called there twice... they would get back to you... nothing. We had 6 children and 5 adults who were hungry, of course we ate the pizzas. Should you wait to eat until someone calls back? That was the very last time I ordered here.

Telephone customer service at Pizza Passta is simply terrible, it has absolutely nothing to do with friendliness, it's a shame that there are no minus points.

Delivery time according to notification approx. 45 minutes. Food arrived half an hour late, Unfortunately the food was very cold and very oily and hardly edible. Quality has deteriorated a lot, PP was significantly better in terms of taste and service. Pizza rolls were burnt :)

It's the second time that we got frozen pizza together with the pizza, we ordered a Coca-Cola and a fanda, we are waiting for them to be brought to us but they hang up the phone when we try to communicate.

The pizza was cool, the cheese crust wasn't runny and the dough tasted like pancakes... wrong delivery time given and there was almost no tomato sauce on the pizza so it was completely dry.

A colleague and I each ordered a “Pizza Lovers” pizza. According to the description and the example picture, the pizza should be topped with “fresh basil”. Both pizzas had 1 rocket leaf (?) on them and no basil at all. Otherwise the pizza wasn't tasty either. The waiting time wasn't short either and the pizzas arrived almost cold. Is not recommended.

We waited more than an hour for delivery. When we called we were told the pizza would arrive in the next 15 minutes, but it kept taking longer. The pizza arrived cold and wet. Not good service.

This p+p pizza is so delicious sometimes after the gym and the price is also very good, you can't go wrong, I go there regularly and recently it was so good that it was really the best pizza in all of Reutlingen

Whole delivery ice cold. Only arrived after 1 1/2 hours. Despite calling, there was no response, as if it didn't matter that the food was inedible! Pizza was also cut even though it wasn't supposed to be cut. It's a service that wasn't fulfilled and then being so snotty and cheeky. Get full price for something like that. Never again !!!!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've been disappointed. A few weeks ago I ordered a Ruccola pizza, but a Margherita pizza was delivered to me instead. When I called, the employee was rude and only offered to swap the pizza, which I declined due to the long wait. I was not offered a replacement or refund, which I found very unprofessional. Today I ordered another pizza, this time the tuna pizza with additional garlic and rocket. Unfortunately there was neither garlic nor rocket on it, although I was charged extra for both (which I find a bit excessive). The price for the ruccola wasn't exactly fair at €2.30 either. To make matters worse, the pizza today was very cold and the dough was way too hard. Although the man who delivered was very nice, I am overall disappointed with the quality and service. Therefore unfortunately only one star. I hope that more attention will be paid to orders in the future.

Ordering online was a disaster. As a guest you can no longer track what happens with your order. Because even if you give a phone number, no one answers. The food came 1 hour after the 60 minute display. So we waited 2 hours for the food. I called the headquarters and they asked where the food was. Not even an apology... The drivers apparently don't read any information about the order where I specifically wrote where the entrance is and that they shouldn't go through the garden on the other side. He then stood in front of the garden door and wanted to go in there. The pasta was then cold. Thank you very much exceeded my low expectations.

Food is quite good. We order there almost every weekend. Today, as always, we ordered via Lieferando. When the food wasn't there after the time in the app had expired, my friend called them. He was told the driver would be here in 10 minutes...ridiculous! Now we're sitting here, the shop is closed, no one is answering the phone and we're hungry. Although we always enjoyed getting food there, this service juice shop lost us as customers. I'm pissed off!

Cold pizza, incredibly long delivery times, ringing at the wrong address instead of just knowing from the name that they are wrong. Just ordered two pizzas. Delivery on time as stated. But the food was terrible. As if the pizzas had been warmed up in the microwave. Definitely not for the price. Too bad. I used to always order from Metzingen and the food was always good.

Unfortunately all the boxes were crushed. Half of the cardboard lid was stuck to the pizza. The lattice potatoes were mushy. Generally the food was cold by the time it arrived. The ice cream ordered would be delivered again. All in all, rather a disappointment

I ordered 5 pizzas, the taste was not good. The dough was too thin and tasteless. All pizzas were cut differently, some pizza pieces were 15cm wide and some others were 4cm wide 🤷‍♂️. I will definitely not order anything there again.

Incredibly unfriendly! Unable to put together the correct delivery. First pack the wrong cola, then the wrong ice cream!! Be insulting when you complain (you're the worst customer you've ever had and the problem has happened more often today - sorry, but I didn't first deliver the wrong drink (and then have to exchange it) and then knowingly and intentionally do that without consultation wrong ice cream?!) and ultimately they don't want to refund anything for the incorrect delivery! Ridiculous shop. The owner's alleged sister is completely arrogant. The owner thinks that the wrong ice cream is actually ice cream and that the target is fulfilled. Ridiculous and disgusting. In my opinion, it borders on fraud, especially when you see some of the other reviews. Especially on Lieferando. It's better to order somewhere else if you just want to eat stress-free! At least and at least the food tastes really good. Still just one star. Because everything around it is terribly bad.

Pizza Montana was dry, lukewarm and very sparingly topped. I have since ordered this from Lederstrasse (P&P Ost), and it has always been very tasty there. Really NO recommendation at P&P West. From now on you can only order from P&P Ost....

The food was inedible, soggy and lukewarm. It made me really sick. You could only eat the two salads, but the salad dressing isn't even enough for half of them... and even though I ordered two extra dressings, only one extra arrived. Never again!!

Inkompetente Telefonmitarbeiter die ihr System nicht verstehen.

Schlechte, teure Pizza Keine konstante Qualität. Dünner,harter, schwarzer Boden, wie Pappe bei drei Bestellungen. Reklamation über Zentrale, versprochene Rückerstattung bis heute noch nicht ausgezahlt. Nie wieder P&P.

Also ich weiß nicht was da los war aber ich habe den sucuk Wrap gegessen und hatte die schlimmste Nacht meines Lebens! Mir liefs vorn und hinten zweispurig raus und es nahm kein Ende. Nie wieder wird dort bestellt.

Bin nicht so der Rezension Schreiber. Aber muss einfach mal gesagt werden.Pizza und Pizzabrötchen bestellt, mit dem Vermerk "Bitte nicht verbrannt". Siehe Bilder!!! Ist nicht das erste mal. Desweiteren mit Knoblauch bestellt aber ohne Knoblauch bekommen. Und wenn man doppelt Käse bestellt und dafür bezahlt, sollte auch doppelt Käse drauf sein. Habe schon von einigen P&P gegessen. Aber Reutlingen West hat definitiv Verbesserungspotential!!!!!!

Ich hatte Pasta Lachs bestellt leider war das mit Schinken dazu geht niemand ans Telefon !!!

Also die easy cheesie pizza is wirklich noch schlechter als beton. Schade bin eigentlich von p&p wenigstens ein bisschen besseres erwartet. 0 Sterne wären gerechtfertigt.

Online bestellt: Pizza brötchen sehr fettig und in einer wiederlichen Papiertüte geliefert. Cesar Salat war Geschmacklich OK, aber der Salat war alt und manche blätter braun und schleimig, heißt ich könnt die Hälfte wegschmeißen.😡

Für mich das letzte mal das ich bei pizzapasta bestellt habe da ich gestern wieder mal über 1,5 Std gewartet hab und dort angerufen habe um 1 Uhr nachts, sagte der Mann am Telefon nicht mehr als ich verstehe das schon das tue ich nämlich nicht und 1 Stern ist noch zuviel hätte null gegeben wenn möglich

Ich habe 1 Pizza zur Lieferung bestellt, sie kam 35 Minuten nach der geplanten Lieferzeit an und die Verpackung war völlig schmutzig, zerknittert und feucht. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service😤.

Leider meine Extras vergessen/Gorgonzola und Mais. Für mich ist das eine abzocke mit 4 Euro eo ich bezahlt habe !

Die Qualität erinnert mich an eine Tiefkühlpizza aus dem Supermarkt.

Bestelltes Essen kam falsch an, falsch belegt, falsche Information bezüglich der Größe und Menge. Preis für die Größe absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Nicht zu empfehlen
