Never deliver food on time, been waiting for 2 hours, very disappointed

Okay for a quick bite. Good value for money. The portions are decent. The atmosphere is typical of a fast-food joint. The staff could smile more often. That's just my impression. But we would come back.

No self-service kiosks; after a long wait, we were informed at 5:00 PM that they were out of plant-based nuggets. Of course, on a Saturday during the pre-Christmas season, nobody could expect any demand. The food was probably standard McDonald's fare, so that wasn't considered a negative.

According to his opening hours, he's open until 2:30 a.m. I call and every time I'm told he's closed, even though I call at 10:30 p.m. If that's the case, then change your opening hours – sometimes you're open, sometimes you're closed. How is your business supposed to run like that? Think about it.
