Pizzaexpress in Bochum

If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars. The service was a total disaster, very unfriendly, and the food was even worse. The chicken teriyaki was like rubber—it tasted exactly like that, and the noodles were extremely soft. If you have a choice, go somewhere else to get your noodles if you don't want an upset stomach.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The service was unfriendly and seemed annoyed; questions were answered briefly or not at all. The wait was also unusually long, even though it was barely busy. Overall, I didn't feel welcome. This is not how I imagine a visit to Burger King should be. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! The older lady, in particular, has long, disgusting nails—not at all hygienic and disgusting!

We were here at 10 p.m., an hour before official closing time. Unfortunately, almost everything had been cleared away, and there were hardly any seats left. It's very warm inside, and the overall ambiance isn't very nice. The place also feels quite old—almost like it's from the 19th century. There are no modern ordering kiosks; you have to order everything the old-fashioned way at the counter. The outdoor area is positive: modern, well-maintained, and really nice for sitting outside. The outdoor playground, on the other hand, is poor—there's no slide at all, and there's only a staircase leading up. There's also no indoor play area. The restrooms are very small and uncomfortable. The food was hot, but the chicken nuggets were soft and mushy instead of crispy. They also ran out of Fuze Tea. My cousin was very impressed with the McFlurry, and the rest of the family also thought the food was okay overall—quite okay for McDonald's standards, even if it wasn't anything special. The staff were very friendly, and you could do some great pull-ups outside! All in all: A McDonald's that unfortunately falls far short of the standards of other branches.
