Pizzaexpress in Bochum

According to his opening hours, he's open until 2:30 a.m. I call and every time I'm told he's closed, even though I call at 10:30 p.m. If that's the case, then change your opening hours – sometimes you're open, sometimes you're closed. How is your business supposed to run like that? Think about it.

Never again!! The food was tasty, BUT: - I had to place my order three times because they didn't understand me, and correct it three times because they forgot it again. - I waited over 30 minutes for two small dishes (doner kebab and doner fries), even though the place was otherwise empty (the doner kebab spit and fryer were off and had to be reheated). - The doner kebab was, at best, a slightly larger bread roll. - The sauces came from a tube. - The cocktail sauce was just remoulade (almost the same thing). - And the worst part: the food was handled with bare fingers without gloves. Meat that fell off was simply thrown back into the doner with bare fingers, and the "salad" (if you can call it that) was also placed on top individually with bare fingers. This really should be reported to the health department.

We were very happy with the pizzeria for a long time. Unfortunately, the quality and service have declined significantly. After ordering tortellini several times and always receiving the wrong pasta, we complained on the third occasion. On the phone, they told us that the sauce we ordered was included and that it was fine. When we disagreed, they reluctantly prepared and brought us a new portion with tortellini. We also ordered a Pizza Sicilia, which was dripping with grease. On the phone, they said it was olive oil. Unfortunately, this wasn't mentioned in the description or anywhere else. The pizza was inedible.

No self-service kiosks; after a long wait, we were informed at 5:00 PM that they were out of plant-based nuggets. Of course, on a Saturday during the pre-Christmas season, nobody could expect any demand. The food was probably standard McDonald's fare, so that wasn't considered a negative.

Never deliver food on time, been waiting for 2 hours, very disappointed
