There's absolutely nothing wrong with the pizza. I ordered it three times in total, and each time it was delicious. Of course, I shouldn't expect THE authentic Italian pizza here. The burger, however, was a complete disaster.

Amazing delivery and their burgers are so big and delicious. Order from them almost every month!

Apparently you can't read orders! You order a pesto burger and it arrives with pasta!!! Then the delivery guy calls the store and keeps shouting on the phone in the evening, even though I've told him several times to give me my money and leave right now. My child is asleep. He keeps the money the whole time, ignores me, and keeps shouting! Over 5 minutes! An absolute no-go!!! Can't recommend it to anyone!

Regardless of the quality: The delivery driver crumpled up the receipt and threw it onto the street. It didn't just fall out when it was rolled into a ball. ;) The flyer was also lying next to it. Despite essentially being the same chain restaurant, Pizzaboy Dormagen is much higher quality and friendlier.

These gentlemen know their stuff. For red curry (spicy) on cold days, I recommend Panang.

The pizza itself might not have been bad, but the box had apparently been on its side during delivery, so the toppings had completely slipped to one side. That's completely unacceptable, of course, and so there won't be a second attempt. What a waste of money.

Parts of my order are missing again and again. The first time, they said the amount would be credited, but that never happened. Today, the dip is missing again, even though it was supposed to be delivered over 40 minutes ago. The pizza is cold now, and the dip is still not here. The employee on the phone was extremely rude. We've ordered from here often, but the service is getting worse and worse, not to mention that the pizza isn't even nearly as good as it used to be. To be honest, even the margarita isn't as tasty anymore. We definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the other reviews here – somehow the service has gotten worse and worse, and with my recent orders, something was always delivered incorrectly or forgotten. This has happened so often and left such a negative impression on me that I won't be ordering again for the time being.

Taste pizzas and friendly staff.

I'm really sick of it now. The prices are already beyond hefty. But if I have to pay a €3 delivery fee, even though I live 500 meters away as the crow flies, and the person next to me only has to pay €1.50 for the same order, which is still outrageous considering the prices, then I'm really done. I won't order anything else... the app will be uninstalled.

I ordered a pizza over the phone for 19.90 euros instead of the person on the phone honestly and correctly saying hey, 10 cents more and you save 4 euros. No matter, customer loyalty is something different. Either the boss doesn't get enough or employees don't take the job seriously.

Always friendly staff. The dough is very tasty and crispy. The pizza is always tasty and juicy. Never oversalted. You can create your own pizza using certain ingredients. In general, I recommend it 👍

Always enjoyed ordering here. Quality is okay for delivery service, it's quick and they're mostly friendly. But after I paid a whopping 22.90 euros today for a 36cm pizza with chicken breast, Gouda, corn and pineapple, I've now finished the topic. Inflation and rising costs or not, it's not even remotely worth the pizza. And 1.50 euros for a delivery distance of 300m is cheeky.

So I don't understand what's wrong with these shops. I ordered food regularly and every time the chocolate soufle was either overcooked or ice cold. I pay 6 euros for something like that or what? Then I called once and asked what was going on, everything was fine, they were nice on the phone and they sent me a new one. And now I'm calling because I'm really angry because for the last 5 orders it's been a problem to use a microwave! I then get laughed at by the woman on the phone! What kind of way is that to deal with customers? I will definitely never order here again!!!

Unfortunately it was a disaster, we ordered at 5 p.m. and received our food at 7:15 p.m., the pizza was ice cold and soggy, when we called the lady was very unfriendly, she said the colleague was on the way, but we still waited 35 minutes after the call . Service and food a disaster. Never again.

There have already been enough posts about the quality of the food. We think it's ok for a delivery service. The dining room is very spartan but the service is always very friendly.

Fast 90 Min. auf Pizza gewartet. Pizza fast kalt und labberig. Sorry...echt schwach - 1x und nie wieder.

Leider eine total labberige Pizza, dicker, pappiger Teig, hat nicht gut geschmeckt. Der Salat Nizza war ebenfalls eine große Enttäuschung: Er bestand zu einem Viertel aus Dosenmais und zu einem Viertel aus roher roter Zwiebel, in fingerdicken Stücken, inklusive Strunk, die zwei Teelöffelchen Thunfisch musste man suchen, dazu ein Fertigdressing. Einmal ausprobiert, nie wieder. Auf der Startseite bekommt man die Mindestbestellwerte angezeigt, aber nicht, dass trotzdem noch Liefergebühren berechnet werden. Andere Pizzerias liefern auf die Distanz kostenlos.

Lieferung in angemessener Zeit, jedoch etwas länger. Von veganen Gerichten keine Spur. Das Essen ist von gleichbleibender Qualität, die Portionsgröße ist in Ordnung. Die Lieferanten bei uns in den letzten Jahren waren immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Pizzadienst… wir sind immer sehr zufrieden. Bestellungen erfolgen bei uns online und auch das klappt sehr gut. Alle Fahrer waren bisher nett und zuverlässig. Die Pizza selbst hat mehr Teig als bei der neapolitanischen Variante.

Wir hatten Schnitzel Francaise und Pizza Döner. Die Soße war in einem extra Schälchen und das Schnitzel schmeckte, wie die Döner Pizza einfach hervorragend 😃👍🏻 Können wir nur empfehlen! Top!!!

Die selbst gemachten Schnitzel sind richtig lecker - kam schnell & warm an netter zuvorkommender Fahrer . Für einen Pizzalieferservice einfach super!

Lecker Pizza und Asia Essen, habe schon öfter bestellt und es war immer warm geliefert worden und der Fahrer war auch super freundlich.

Bei Lieferando bestellt. 2€ teurer als in der dabei gelieferten Karte.. Schnitzel war Formfleisch, dass 3 mal gebraten wurde.. 1 Stern plus für fertige Kroketten und 1 Stern für die Hollandaise Soße.. war zum Glück reichlich da zu ertrinken des miserablen Schnitzel..

Verbesserungspotenzial im Lieferdienst Obwohl ich bisher keine Gelegenheit hatte, das Essen dieses Lieferdienstes zu probieren, möchte ich gerne meine Beobachtungen zum Lieferdienst selbst teilen. Heute habe ich einen Lieferwagen dieses Services, einen VW Up, gesehen und dabei eine etwas unangenehme Situation bemerkt. Es scheint so, als würde der Fahrer im Lieferwagen rauchen, während frisch zubereitetes Essen transportiert wird. Ich persönlich finde es bedauerlich, dass in einem Fahrzeug, das dazu dient, Mahlzeiten auszuliefern, geraucht wird. Diese Praxis könnte die Qualität und Frische der Speisen beeinträchtigen, und es ist durchaus verständlich, dass Kunden wie ich sich darüber Sorgen machen. Ich würde es sehr begrüßen, wenn der Lieferdienst darauf achten würde, dass in den Fahrzeugen, die für den Transport von Essen verwendet werden, nicht geraucht wird. Dies würde nicht nur die Qualität der Mahlzeiten wahren, sondern auch ein positives Image des Unternehmens fördern. Insgesamt hoffe ich, dass dieser Hinweis konstruktiv aufgenommen wird und dazu führt, dass der Lieferdienst seine Praktikanten überdenkt, um weiterhin zufriedene Kunden zu gewinnen und zu halten.

Die Pizza hier geht immer! Auch wenn man sie mal nicht mitnehmen will sondern direkt vor Ort ist. Alles geht schnell, die Pizza schmeckt und das Personal ist super freundlich.

Immer super schnelle Lieferung und netter Kontakt, selbst wenn man doch nachträglich mit Paypal und nicht bar zahlen will, ist das kein Problem. Die Pizza ist vor allem auch immer heiß. Auch andere Gerichte wie asiatische Gerichte, Burger oder checken Wings sind mega lecker.

Bestelle seit 2 Tagen hier und kann nur sagen, dass ich die schlechten Rezensionen nicht wirklich nachvollziehen kann :( Burger und Pasta 100/10 einfach lecker 🤤

Die Hauptgerichte sind lecker, aber die Beilagen (Pommes, Kroketten und Wedges) sind bei unseren Bestellungen bisher nie sonderlich gut gewesen. Pluspunkte gibt's aber in der Lieferzeit. Diese wurde stets mit warmem Essen eingehalten 😉

Keine Ahnung wie sie es machen, denn ich wohne etwas weiter vom Restaurant entfernt, aber mein Essen ist immer in 20min heiß und lecker geliefert. Die Fahrer sind auch immer sehr freundlich, gefällt mir echt gut.

eigentlich richtig gute Pizzen, nur etwas wenig vom bestellten Belag drauf

Heute wieder einmal bestellt und jetzt was dritte mal hintereinander nicht zeitig geliefert. Über 80 min ist definitiv zu langsam. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen wurde dann endlich zugegeben das die Bestellung vergessen wurde. Leider interessiert das im Restaurant niemanden. Man kann nur hoffen das es besser wird. Für uns war das jetzt nach über 10 Jahren das letzte mal.

Vielen dank für nix, einfach so in den weg geworfen. Auf der Vorgebirsstr. Neben bei in dem haus sind nur Wohnungen...

Als der Lieferfahrer das Essen lieferte war er schon unfreundlich . Kein Guten Tag oder sonstiges. Als er das Wechselgeld zurückgeben wollte fiel es ihm hin und er ließ es liegen. Danach ging er zum Auto und warf die Quittung auf den Boden in der Einfahrt. Das Verhalten des Fahrers hat mich so geärgert, dass ich wohl dort nicht mehr bestellen werde.

Gute Pizzen und Pasta-Gerichte. Man kann auch vor Ort essen.

Wir haben an einem Sonntag Nachmittag zwei Pizzen bestellt, innerhalb einer halben Stunde war alles da. Die Lieferung war korrekt, die Pizza war heiß und super lecker! Wir werden hier definitiv öfter bestellen. Die Preise sind im Vergleich eventuell etwas gehoben, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Das Essen ist gar nicht schlecht. Das wirkliche Problem ist der absolut miese Service! Wir warten aktuell bereits seit 1,5 Stunden auf unsere Bestellung und wissen nichtmal, ob die überhaupt noch kommt, weil wenn man anruft, wird das Telefonat zwar angenommen, aber daraufhin direkt wieder aufgelegt. Danke für nichts.

Wir haben heute abgeholt und es war richtig lecker. Keine verbrannten Zwiebeln und leckere Sauce beim Kun Bao. Immer gerne wieder!!

Los precios son económicos, la calidad es acorde a lo que se paga. En el caso de las pastas, muy bien el Penne Arrabiata. Lo retiré yo mismo y fueron muy atentos. También pedí a domicilio en otras ocasiones.

Lieferant war asozial! Ich habe ihn drum gebeten dass er meine Pizza auf der Ablage abstellen soll, dann stellt er da wo es schön regnet, anstatt dahin zustellen wo ich ihn gesagt habe! Es gibt Leute die Aufgrund Pandemie nicht rausdürfen, aber von solch Analphabeten ist nicht viel zu erwarten! Ich bestelle bei euch nichts mehr! !!!!

2 Pizzen bestellt, eine sollte ohne Oregano sein (haben wir schriftlich angemerkt & zusätzlich nochmal angerufen) trotzdem kam die Pizza mit Oregano.. Dazu noch 75 Minuten gewartet. Geschmacklich ok aber eiskalt. Nicht zu empfehlen.
