Pizza-Xpress in Neustadt b.Coburg

No delivery received!!! When we enquired, we were first told that we had a staff shortage and then it was said that the delivery had been made to the wrong address. No apology and no replacement delivery either. Unfriendly staff. Our birthday party with 10 people failed.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!Disaster!!!!! We ordered pizza at 4:30 p.m. and were told it would be delivered between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. After the pizza wasn't there at 6:30 p.m. we called for the first time. There we were told to be patient as the driver was on the way. At 7:00 p.m. she still wasn't there. So we called a second time and this time we were told the pizza had been returned because there was no one at the address. After comparing the address, it turned out that a completely different address was written down (which doesn't exist, so the driver couldn't have been there). We were also not called to let you know that an incorrect address had been recorded (which can happen sometimes) but unfortunately it didn't happen. So we gave our address again. I was then told that the pizza, which had been there for three quarters of an hour, would be sent out again. I asked for a fresh pizza to be made for us as we don't want cold pizza. This was then confirmed to me. At around 8 p.m. there was still no pizza... a third and final call from us to ask if the pizza was being delivered unfortunately turned out to be a problem. The staff was incredibly unfriendly...told me on the phone that they would no longer send pizza and didn't need to inform us about it. The last sentence was..."they can handle not taking orders..." and people applauded. So you can only hope for the pizzeria that they don't treat other customers like that... Never again!!!

Unfortunately, the unprofessional and extremely unfriendly behavior of the pizza delivery service turned our birthday party into a disaster. Everyone admits a mistake, but such behavior cannot be excused.

Tastiest salad in Neustadt! Fresh vegetables and large portions. The combination with the pizza bread and the salad for free is perfect for me! Very friendly staff, including the drivers!! Everything hygienic and fair prices!

I've been ordering from Pizza-Xpress since I was a child. Always ready super quickly, super delicious and good value for money too. With every pizza you can choose at least one dip for free. They all taste good but my favorite is definitely Fire Magic.

Fast delivery, unfortunately the Crazy Hotdog is very badly burned at the bottom ... Not worth the money 😬

Can't be reached at any of the numbers given...Delivery times are given from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. From 8:40 p.m. onwards, no one seems to be bothered to answer the phone anymore. It's a shame, it would be completely legitimate if we stopped accepting orders today. In this case, however, you could also store on the card until when orders will be accepted. Something else is satisfactory!

I have ordered here again for years. The pizza tastes really good, much better than a few years ago. Nice and crispy and enough but not too much cheese on it, just right. A little thicker than a Neapolitan but it's fine - we're in Germany after all 👍

Me and my family drove from Coburg to Neustadt. We bought a family pizza from this pizzeria and it was worth it! This pizza was very tasty and crispy! I would recommend this pizzeria.

Last time, just outrageous!!!! According to the website, the order costs 23.50. The driver wanted 28.50 - because the prices don't match - then I say the price is from today and not an increase in 10 days, then the driver gets rude and says who will pay him for the 5 minutes that we are discussing and the other food getting cold. In addition...food was also delivered incorrectly. I don't know what else you could do wrong!!!!! Wrong food, wrong price and also outrageously unfriendly.

Despite expressly emphasizing that the pizza should not be topped with peppers (because the wrong delivery has often been made and I can't tolerate peppers), it arrived with peppers again. I'm not normally the type of person to call about something like that. But today was one too many. I call and describe my problem: What do I hear: “Just take the peppers down”. And then people try to convince me that I made a promise because the Lord wrote down something else. I know what I said. You couldn't even admit your mistake. You can't beat it in terms of audacity. Never again. Absolutely unprofessional

The staff was very nice and the pizza was really tasty. Unfortunately, we really weren't prepared for the fact that a family pizza was just a slightly larger normal pizza (and round). Unfortunately we didn't get enough of it. We would have appreciated some information about the unusual size.

Lecker an für sich aber Vorsicht ,die Dips sind auch im Sommer ungekühlt und das kann durchhauen !

PIZZA'S, waren schnell fertig, nur 15 min. Wartezeit, Geschmacklich okey, haben die Pizza's selbst mitgenommen und Zuhause war Pizza auch noch sehr Warm aber eine Latschige Pizza ging gar nicht, und daher nur 3 Sterne.

Weiß nicht was die meisten haben ist alles gut alles schmeckt lecker angeblich sollte es momentan schlecht schmecken aber ich finde es ist am besten wie immer

Eure besten Zeiten sind lange vorbei. Die Pizzen bestehen nur noch aus Käse der schon lange nichts mehr taugt. Die Oliven scheint man im Labor aus Kautschuk herzustellen und den Teig aus Silikon. Doppelt so Teuer als vor 15 Jahren und doppelt so nachgelassen. Schade

Pizza-Xpress macht sehr gute Pizzen zu fairen Preisen. Schnelle Lieferung und auch sehr zügig bei Bestellung vor Ort.

10 minuten wartezeit ( wirklich schnell / zum abholen) pizza bestand auf ca 90% käse ... gefühlt nur käse ... boden und rand verbrannt... damals wirklich top! * EDIT: 2022 mehrmals bestellt super Qualität und schnelle lieferung **** qualität hat wirklich massiv nachgelassen !!!

Ich bestelle hier immer wieder gerne, die Lieferzeit ist voll in Ordnung, es wurde bisher immer das Richtige geliefert und geschmeckt hat es dazu auch noch. Ich hoffe es bleibt auch so.

Von allen Pizza-Lieferdiensten beim liebster im Moment. Meine Empfehlung ist die 26 ( Aubergine ), die gibt es nur hier und sie ist verdammt gut, für Fastfood aufjedenfall besser als der Rest. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, das sie früher anders zubereitet wurde und die Aubergine da noch knusprig, fast schon verbrannt war, da hab ich teilweise ganze Familienpizzen bestellt und übers Wochenende verschlungen. Lieferung kam bis jetzt immer rechtzeitig und meist fehlerfrei, wie bei allen anderen Pizzadiensten eben auch.

Spezial Pizza lecker. Vegetarische zu scharf, Oliven passen nicht dazu geschmacklich (schmecken komisch). Pasta mit Gorgonzolasoße...schmeckt nach viel, aber nicht nach Gorgonzola und lecker ist es auch nicht. Gnocchi nicht richtig durch! Lieferung war schnell.

Gutes Essen, top Lieferungen und freundliches Personal

Pizza Lucifer und mit Thunfisch bestellt. Sollte 15 Minuten dauern und war pünktlich fertig. Super Pizza für den Preis lecker und nicht so fettig wie oft anderswo.

Das letzte mal hatte ich eine Pizza"Luzifer". Dieses Mal einen Salat mit Hähnchenbrust, Paprika, Gurke, Eisbergsalat, Ananas und Senfsoße. Beides sehr lecker und sehr zu empfehlen.
