The restaurant has a new owner and is now called Pan & Pizza.

We ordered at 9:11 PM. After almost two hours, we went to bed hungry. It was almost 11:30 PM when the doorbell rang. I was almost asleep! Of course, I didn't eat anything else...😤🤬 Never again!!!

We ordered at 5:25 p.m., and now at 7:20 p.m., the food still hasn't been delivered. When we call, we just get a message saying "this number is temporarily unavailable." I highly doubt we'll even get the food today.

Just don't order from there. The order came in at 7:30 p.m. And then an hour and a half later we got the first call saying that the ordering system had apparently failed and the order had only just been transmitted. That's understandable and can certainly happen from time to time. We were assured that the order would be prepared immediately. We called again at a quarter to 10, the restaurant was curt and said they would call back right away. There was no call back. The cold food arrived at 10:00 p.m. The driver had his girlfriend with him and apparently doesn't understand German. He probably can't speak in general either; the order was handed over without a word; at least a verbal apology would have been appropriate. In addition, rubbish was left in our courtyard. We had ordered from Pizza World several times in the last few weeks (back then via Lieferando, which no longer works). This was definitely our last order. A two and a half hour wait for a small pizza and mozzarella sticks is unacceptable. All in all, I would not recommend it. If there had been alternatives at that time of day, the driver could have taken the delivery back. The other bad reviews show that this is unfortunately not an isolated case.

No delivery! The phone system must have been broken, and no one could be reached. It worked once, and I was assured the driver was on his way. Then, after 40 minutes, there was no delivery again. I waited a total of almost 2 hours and nothing to eat. Never again.

What a crappy place. The food arrives way too late, there's hair in the pizza, and the driver makes you walk a mile.

If you want to save money, you can order here with confidence. Food wasn't delivered! When nothing arrived after 1.5 hours, I called and, of course, it went to voicemail. Of course, all the other delivery services were already closed by then. PS: The phone number is a cell phone number!?!? Does the store even exist...?

Ordered at 12:30, still nothing at 2 pm. Called 5 times, no one answered.
