Pizza Service bei Hysi in Haßfurt

The spaghetti had a maximum of 5 small crumbs of ground beef in the Bolognese sauce. So I called, they told me I'd have to order somewhere else. No sooner said than done, the "shop" is gone for me and all my friends. Nobody needs it. Although that experience was a while ago, I hardly think anything will ever change for the better with that kind of attitude.

A complete disaster According to the pizzeria, the Lieferando order stated that it would take 15-35 minutes. After 1.5 hours, we finally got through on about the 20th call. No apology or anything like that. After 2 hours, the pizza finally arrived. The pizza tasted okay. Recommendation: No

So, my dears. I ordered pasta with Gorgonzola from you, I've never had to eat anything like it. No salt Slimy And they just skimmed over the Gorgonzola. Completely tasteless. I don't know how you got such a rating. Calling a Lambrusco a wine is really the last straw. If I wanted to drink fizzy water, I would have said so. Then I ordered pizza rolls and got a cold wagon wheel, as hard as a cookie. You should be ashamed of yourselves for delivering such garbage. I'll pass this on to Liferando as well. Disaster.

Original Post = After waiting 1.5 hours for delivery, we went to the store. They gave us food. Unfortunately, it was completely wrong. When we then asked for a correction in the store, we were asked to leave. Since we paid via PayPal, the money is gone. The owner told us to go and get our money back ourselves. The owner's extremely nice and friendly wife tried to defuse the situation and asked him to make us the pizzas. But she couldn't stand up to the boss; the three of us ended up being yelled at by the man. We went hungry to a real Italian restaurant that doesn't fake its national flag to appear "Italian." The owner of the reviewed store also made it known that they knowingly ignore customer calls. It's a disgrace, because these are, among other things, customers who received incorrect orders (like our actual one...) and want to complain. When the correct food is delivered, it's actually very good! But after this evening, word of mouth works better than any review here. Addendum to the owner's response, because the term "inhumane" is really inappropriate and I won't accept it. 1. The man didn't agree to anything. I asked for the correct pizzas after the lady offered them; I was just tired. We were simply hungry and haven't been disappointed by your quality so far; quite the opposite. The pizzas are always delivered warm and delicious! 2. It's not inhumane to drive to the store yourself after waiting for hours and politely ask how our order is. 3. I thanked the lady for the Coke because she treated us with real respect. The owner, on the other hand, yelled at us after saying that my salami pizza was correct. We ordered a Hawaiian with salami instead of ham. The man explained that it was my fault for ordering that way (?). Neither of us raised our voices. 4. I, too, had a stressful day and always understand, which I also told the owner. However, if the customer is blamed on the first visit and then the whole situation turns sour on the second, you can't expect the customer to put up with everything. But "inhumane" is a completely misplaced word, and I regret to say that I lack professionalism.

Fast delivery - products are hot upon delivery - tasty and well-topped pizzas, as well as delicious Italian dishes 🍕🥗 I highly recommend Hysni and his team. Keep it up...👍💪

We ordered pizza to take away, our food was ready to go on time & the special requests were taken into account. The pizza itself was delicious, but unfortunately the edge and base were inedible - that's why only 3/5 stars.

Essen schlecht ist noch sehr gut ausgedrückt. Eiskalte Pizza, Carbonara total versalzen und statt 30 min. Lieferzeit über 90 min. Gewartet. FRECHHEIT!!!

Eigentlich unsere Lieblingspizza, aber heute waren die Pizzen nicht nur eiskalt, sondern auch halbroh :( Werden sie morgen selbst "nachbacken" müssen, damit wir kein Essen in die Tonne kloppen müssen.

Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten. Lachsnudeln übersalzen evtl wurde Lachsersatz statt Lachs verwendet. Pizza könnte ein wenig länger gebacken werden, ansonsten gut.

Beim Bestellen sehr sehr unfreundlich!!! Werde da Nie wieder anrufen. Sehr schlecht!

Also... Erstmal kam die Bestellung erst knapp 2h nachdem sie aufgegeben wurde, essen war noch warm ja aber trotzdem... Mein Salat war zur Hälfte verdorben überall braune streifen, gut sah er auch net aus... Die Tortellini wurden mit einem Brühwürfel gewürzt der einfach reingeworfen und nicht umgerührt wurde...
