Pizza Salsa in Plauen

Today I ordered 3 Cokes and 2 Sprites. I got 4 Cokes and 1 Sprite. At first, I thought it was no problem, but after I realized it was Netto's own brand, instead of Coca-Cola and Sprite like the pictures show, I was shocked. Personally, I think it's a rip-off. I paid €16.80 for that, by the way!

The pizza was a bit burnt and there was no garlic. I paid €1.50 for garlic, which was free.

We've ordered from Salsa Pizza many times. Usually, we get the pizza we want, and we've always been satisfied. The food was hot and arrived well ahead of schedule. We can't complain. We always enjoy ordering from there.

I ordered food and a drink an hour ago. I opened the Coke, and it had been shaken beforehand, and now the charging cable doesn't work. Terrible.

I once delivered there myself when the owner was different. Now the staff is just terrible. Just like the food. Last time we ordered a Hawaiian schnitzel, and they replaced it with a chicken schnitzel without asking. If nothing else is specified, I assume you'll ask. A Hawaiian schnitzel tastes awful with chicken schnitzel. I was hungry enough to overlook that, but when I cut into the schnitzel, a smell of rottenness hit me, and my meal was over. Today we went there again. Normally, if you weren't satisfied, you got something for free. I spoke to the owner about the problem, and he shrugged. Today the wife had a pizza doner kebab with meat, onions, and egg. The meat was nowhere to be found. My order included doner meat topped with cheese. I was given a regular doner kebab wrapped in a flatbread with everything and grated cold cheese. Okay, I'll just warm it up in the microwave. It was already ice cold, but what I ended up with was anything but nice. The flatbread tasted of yeast, and the meat tasted like it was from the day before yesterday. No seasoning at all. If a yeast pastry tastes of yeast, it's either underbaked or overcooked. The former could be ruled out because the flatbread was burnt. And another regular customer lost.

It was my first time ordering there and I had to wait a leisurely 1.5 hours for my food. Then, upon delivery, I immediately noticed that they hadn't sent me the promised Coca-Cola, but a cheap one from a discount store. When I got upstairs, I also realized they had made me the wrong meal. After an initial call to clarify, I was told to wait 10 minutes for the driver to pick up the wrong meal, but I waited in vain. So, after I asked again 10 minutes later about my problem, the same guy had no idea and tried to remotely diagnose me, saying the meal I'd chosen was too spicy and therefore I didn't want it. Anyway, I was put off again and now I have to wait another 30 minutes for the correct meal... I ordered the rump steak with pepper sauce, but got one with Gorgonzola sauce.

A very unique shop. As a group, we ordered three Dürüms, with no particular requests. In the end, we had three soggy Dürüms with, be careful: just meat and sauce. The Dürüm was about as thick as a cigar. If you're looking for variety, I highly recommend this shop.

Very poor number, delivery took far too long, so the food was cold. They forgot half of the order, the vegetables weren't peeled properly and they didn't taste good either.

No delivery, no response to messages, stay away

We ordered at 10:45 p.m. We then received a call saying the driver was apparently stuck somewhere. We offered to pick up the food. There was a brief silence on the phone, and then we were told that they were closing time and would no longer deliver and would deliver to us the next day. So, we were ripped off at first. Unfortunately, I had paid via PayPal, otherwise we would have dropped the order. They promised a 30-minute preparation time. After 20 minutes, we left to pick up the order. During this time, we received several calls (some with a harsh tone) asking us to finally pick up the order because it was closing time... The food wasn't good either. The pizza dough was only half cooked, and the salad was missing dressing. Never again!

Pizza ordered, without tomato sauce, dry, instead of pepperoni, minced meat, it was more of an onion pizza, plus the onion tasted old in some pieces, we ordered there last time, you can also throw your money out the window.

Bad food, the pizza is just like if you buy a cheap frozen pizza and bake it yourself. Very disappointing. I got food poisoning there. The health department says please don't eat there. It will save you a lot of trouble

I ordered spaghetti with seafood and got rigatoni with tomato sauce and peas…. Which, mind you, isn't even on the menu. And that wasn't the first time that the completely wrong food came Absolutely not recommended

Ordered Pom-Kebab there several times WITHOUT SAUCE and it always has SAUCE ON IT. When I call he also asks me what he should do since they have a lot to do. I also have a lot to do to earn the €9 for the garbage can because the sauce simply tastes ******.

Es kam eine ganz andere Pizza als bestellt, und dann wird am Telefon gesagt das die andere auch schmeckt. Undfreundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon. Da gibt es preiswertere Läden, wo die Mitarbeiter nett sind, man das richtige Essen bekommt, und das Essen auch schmeckt!!

Pizza Salsa, Mr. Asia und Mr. Pizza sind alles dasselbe Restaurant und auf Lieferando sind alle einzeln eingetragen, um schlechte Bewertungen im Gesamtbild nicht so schlecht aussehen zu lassen. Haben bei "Salsa Pizza" bestellt und das Essen kam nie an :) Es wurde sogar richtig nett ausgewählt vom Restaurant, dass die Lieferung ankam. Nie mals hier bestellen, danke.

NORMALER Döner kostest 8€, beim bezahlen wird gesagt das es sich um einen Jumbo Döner handelt. Es ist aber ein Döner in normaler Größe. Geschmack ist gut aber nicht das Geld wert. 100m weiter ist Amad, er macht ein besseren Döner für 5€ (Dönerpreis in Plauen) Pizza usw. Kann ich nicht bewerten.

Haben das erste mal hier bestellt und wohl auch das letzte mal. Viel zu Teuer, für das was man bekommt. Wir hatten einen Döner für 8€ bestellt.. aber das was wir bekamen, war kein Döner der 8€ wert ist. Etwas Fleisch, ein Salatblatt und paar Gurken. Er war kalt und hatte überhaupt keinen Geschmack. Bei den indischen Gerichten ist bei den Preisen kein Brot oder Reis dabei man muss es dazu bestellen. Lieferung hatte sich um mehr als 45 Minuten verspätet. Der Fahrer wer sehr nett, jedoch ändert es nichts daran das Preis - Leistung hier nicht passt.

Ich kann die ganze Hater nicht verstehen. Essen war auf die Minute pünktlich! War heiß und sehr lecker. Nur bissl wenig im Döner. Aber für 4,50€ passt schon. Weiter so und bissl mehr Fleisch!

Essen kam viel zu spät an aber das ist nicht das schlimmste. Das Essen war nicht nur kalt sondern Auch nicht mal fertig gekocht.wohlgemerkt war es nicht mal das Essen was wir bestellt haben. Nebenbei war das Essen total versalzen und es befanden sich Haare im Essen. Das schlimmste an der Sache ist das der Käse schon schimmelig war und ich dadurch mega die Magen Probleme bekomme habe. Ruft man dort an um sein Geld zurückzubekommen wird man nur darauf hingewiesen das Essen in die Mikrowelle zu tun. Nach sehr langer Diskussion (wo man nicht mal aussprechen darf) soll man laut Salsa Pizza schlechtes Essen einfach in die Mikrowelle stecken damit es nicht mehr schlecht ist. Nachdem man etwas lauter geworden ist wird einfach aufgelegt. Also ACHTUNG NIEMALS DORT BESTELLEN!!!!

6,50€ für einen Dürüm Döner mit 400g der nichtmal meiner Bestellung entspricht wo mann bei manch anderen für 5,50€ 500 - 900g bekommt. Geschmack war… mittelmäßig, gibt schlimmere.

Liefert das Falsche und beleidigt dann am Telefon.

Einen Stern für die schnelle Lieferung aber das Essen kann man vergessen bekam einen kalten Dürum und einen kalten Döner dann hatte ich beim Döner Käse bestellt extra gezahlt dafür und bekam keinen stattdessen auf meinem Dürum was ich nicht wollte da ich auf Käse eine Allergie habe durch lactose. Dann war ein Haar im Dürum zu finden. Das war das letzte mal das ich da bestellt hab sorry aber ich bin sehr enttäuscht wollte eigentlich schon bei euch anrufen mein Geld zurück verlangen da das nicht das war was ich bestellte aber ich habe es gelassen.

2 stunden aufs essen gewartet, pizza ist trockener als toastbrot. Der preis ist definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt

Schlechtester Laden Überhaupt. Essen 3/5 Freundlichkeit 1/5 Kompetenz 0/5 Ich hatte hier eine Bestellung aufgegeben und wollte diese mit Karte bezahlen, Bloß war der Typ an der Kasse nicht in der Lage den Richtigen Betrag in sein Gerät einzugeben und hat deswegen zu wenig abgebucht. 20 Minuten Später, bekomm ich 4 Anrufe und 1 SMS wo, obwohl ich sofort zu gesagt hab das ich nochmal vorbei komme, direkt mit irgendwelchen Mahngeldern gedroht wird. Dazu hat der Typ sogar noch gelogen und gemeint das die gar nichts abgebucht hätten, das heißt hätte ich nicht nachgeschaut hätten die erneut den Vollen Betrag abgebucht. Dazu kommt noch, er meinte ich hätte 15 min um vorbei zu kommen um den Mahngeld zu entgehen, heißt ich konnte nicht mal in Ruhe essen davor. Und als ich dann das zweite mal da war, war der Typ immer noch nicht in der Lage den richtigen Betrag einzutippen, Ich musste dem das aus der Hand nehmen damit das da endlich voran ging. Und logischerweise war das Essen nach diesen ganzen Drama auch noch Kalt. So Unfreundlich gegenüber ihrer Kundschaft wegen ihrer eigenen Inkompetenz, ich war noch nie so Sauer nachdem ich essen geholt hatte.

Noch nie so schlechten Dürüm gegessen. Für 5€ hätte ich einen Dürüm erwartet der normal groß ist aber das war ja garnichts. Nicht mehr bestellen

Keine Ahnung ob da der Chef oder der Koch gewechselt hat. Habe seit mehreren Jahren dort bestellt nie Probleme. Heute zum Hochzeitstag gedacht bestellen wir uns was. Pünktlich war es (Auch 1 Stunde vorbestellt). Bei den Schnitzel stand nicht dabei das es mit Käse überbacken wird. Noch war das keine Pfeffersoße sondern Sahne Soße. Dann dazu gab es Kroketten und keine Pommes. Laut Überschrift alle Schnitzelgerichte mit Pommes und gem. Salat. Keins von beiden kam überhaupt an. Nächstes Gericht war zwar richtig aber wieder mit Kroketten und nicht wie gewünscht mit Pommes. Mein Essen war lieblos das war weder überbacken. Einfach eine dicke Scheibe Schafskäse draufgeklatscht. Damals war es besser. Als Sprite beworben und ne billige Freeway bekommen. Rate jeden ab!
