Limited. I paid almost €12 for a small pizza with three toppings. That's not cheap.

We occasionally go to Dormagen. One evening we always go to Pizza Royal. The food there is highly recommended, whether it's pizza, pasta, or anything else. The service is attentive and friendly. The restaurant has a pleasant and inviting decor. We'll be eating there again soon.

The pizza is really not good, that the "Royal Jumbo" pizza and the "Mexi" pizza, which is even larger and more expensive, make no difference, and it's basically a rip-off. You could also point out that the "Capp" pizza is much better and that for the same money, you could also order a large double cheeseburger with a meal at Pizza Kapp.

I can't comment on the ambiance, but we pre-ordered a lot of trays with the Schützenzug (shooting club) for a date and time of 6 p.m. today. They arrived exactly 15 seconds early, hot, and as ordered. Thanks for supporting us and making the holidays a wonderful one ;)

Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the reviews here! The quality has declined drastically, the portions are getting smaller and smaller, and they're forgetting to include something you paid for. On top of that, the prices have already increased several times! I was a regular customer, ordering at least 1-2 a week. Usually a salad, which was always really good, but even here, paid-for ingredients are regularly forgotten.

The pizzas didn't taste bad, they were just very salty! But the service was terrible! First, very unfriendly, second, very unmotivated, and then he was absent the entire time! We had to shout loudly several times to order another drink! When we wanted to pay, he couldn't hear us either! I had to call the shop to get him to come! After paying, and the tip was appropriate, there wasn't even a thank you, let alone a goodbye! Conclusion: Not recommended!!

I've ordered via Liferando...many times at Pizza Royal. I've never been asked "tip?" when closing the door, and that was my first time. It was very awkward...since he was also waiting.

They let the young driver in the Smart drive with a spare tire. This is evident from the accident. Photos: In Germany, it's illegal to drive with a spare tire unless you drive it directly to the nearest garage, but the vehicle had been driving with the spare tire on the right rear for weeks. For years, their drivers have been speeding through every intersection. They're usually young drivers, who then get a scolding from their boss. Word has already spread that there's constant pressure to drive faster, faster, faster!

A plea to the owner: How can it be that you employ drivers who clearly just got their driver's license? I repeatedly observe your vehicles traveling at high speeds – sometimes they literally "whizz around corners." I realize that your customers expect hot or warm meals, but this shouldn't come at the expense of road safety. I would therefore like to encourage you to think about this: Fast delivery is important – no question – but road safety should always be the top priority. Perhaps there are ways to organize this more responsibly!

Ordered pizza today April 2025 for €50 for 3 people. I have to say unfortunately this store has gone downhill massively. The pizza was only lukewarm and had minimal toppings. Will not order here again.

I've received advertising even though I have a clear label on my mailbox. This is the fourth time.

I used to always love ordering from Pizza Royal. The food has gone down quite a bit for a while now. Yesterday I tried it again and was disappointed again. The pizza was lukewarm and completely dry. It didn't taste good at all and I paid almost €10 for it. They also wrote down the name incorrectly and the driver didn't know where to ring the bell. The food and service have deteriorated greatly.

Ordered there today, despite it being a Saturday evening (2 pizzas), the food was there within half an hour, warm and super tasty. Very fair prices and super friendly!

It went really badly, didn't it? I ordered normally. The food arrived normally. Except that the side dishes and other things were missing when ordering. The driver then said they would be there in a few minutes. Of course he paid the full price. At some point after about an hour he came with the side dishes. I feel really embarrassed, sorry.

Unfortunately only. ⭐️⭐️ I recently ordered from Pizza Royal and would like to share my experience. The delivery was really quick and the food arrived still warm. The pizza rolls were delicious, especially with the aioli. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't what I expected. I was hoping for fresh basil and mozzarella, but unfortunately I didn't find it. The pizza dough was thin, but unfortunately also soggy and floury, which spoiled the enjoyment. The pizza was rather disappointing in terms of taste for me. It's a shame, because the basis was actually promising. I hope there are improvements in the future.

Forgot aioli, told me they would deliver it later, didn't do it. I still wanted to tip €2. The driver apparently didn't have a euro to change. Then I stupidly forego change and give €3. I see it as an idiot tax. Will never order anything there again!

We ordered food, once tortellini spinaci, stuffed pizza rolls with mozzarella and basil, stuffed tuna pizza rolls and potato hollondaise casserole. When the food arrived There was a hair in the aioli sauce, the mozzarella basil pizza rolls had no basil and the tortellini spinaci with tomato cream sauce had carrots and something spicy in it. When we called and let them know, we were spoken to in an unfriendly and annoyed manner. When we said that there were carrots in the tortellini spinaci (large pieces), we couldn't tolerate them and there was no mention of carrot pieces anywhere, they told us so It is normal because they make the TOMATO CREAM SAUCE themselves with carrots and onions, but this is not specified anywhere and only tomato cream sauce, spinaci and tortellini are specified there. Nowhere does it say anything about (large) carrot pieces!!! There was no basil in the filled pizza rolls with mozzarella and basil that we ordered, so there was only cheese. The hair in the aioli sauce was not discussed at all. We were then told that we wouldn't get any new tortellini, they would only get that Send new pizza rolls or we would get 15% on the next order.. When we were just talking briefly and then wanted to say that we would like the pizza rolls to be new, they simply hung up.. I have never experienced anything so incompetent and customer-unfriendly.. we will not be ordering anything there again!!! It can happen sometimes and it's only human that something goes wrong or something arrives incorrectly. But then you react so unfriendly and annoyed, don't respond to the customer at all and then say that the carrot pieces are normal, even though it isn't stated anywhere and they also said that they couldn't tolerate it and then just hung up, it doesn't work at all and is simply incompetent, not customer-oriented and simply unfriendly!!!!

I was there just before closing time and wanted a pizza to take away. No problem! Super friendly staff, delicious pizza and it was ready really quickly. The store is very clean and stylishly decorated. If I'm in Dormagen again, I'll definitely eat pizza there!

We were always satisfied, everything was delicious. However, we ordered this evening and were unfortunately really disappointed. The pizza was no longer warm and tasted really strange, so we probably won't be ordering pizza there anymore. It's a shame :( In addition, the driver didn't get out and didn't greet you properly. I have ordered from Pizza Royal very often, the pizzas have always tasted good, but the last time I ordered, the edge was always burnt, which is why unfortunately only 4 stars.

We ordered pizza for the second time today and it won't be the last time. The delivery person was very nice and the pizzas were, like the first order, very tasty. After about 30 minutes our food arrived. Everything great!

I can't say much about the food, but if you throw flyer garbage in people's mailboxes with clear instructions that it's not welcome, they get 2*5 stars. @Pizzaroyal you should have this under control.. it's not good advertising if advertising ends up where advertising is unwanted.

I ordered a pizza and a tiramisu this evening and the delivery was on time. The delivery person accepted the money a bit annoyed, I don't take it personally because it's not every day that you feel good. The pizza was warm but lacked flavor and the dough was slightly burnt, which was a pity for no pizza. But the tiramisu was amazing frozen and also a cheap product for just under €4. I don't know how the store got 4 stars. Never again.

I've been a Pizza Royal customer for a long time and order very often and I've had a few problems with deliveries from time to time. But today Pizza Royal has surpassed itself. I ordered a schnitzel with fries and a pizza roll with herb butter as well as a salami pizza with onions. The schnitzel was delivered correctly. The herb butter was also correct but the rolls were not there and instead of a salami pizza a Hawaiian pizza was delivered. I can only recommend everyone to check immediately when it is delivered. I am looking forward to making amends next time!!!!

In an empty restaurant, wait 15 minutes and you weren't even asked for drinks. The service was overwhelmed with 5 guests. It doesn't work at all, the other waitress went out to smoke. Rauchen im Lokal erlaubt,hab gedacht das darf doch nicht war sein!!! Für kranke Menschen geht gar nicht,auch für uns als nicht Raucher ekelhaft konnten das Essen nicht genießen . Hoffen das es verboten wird!!!!

Also Pizza Royal ist nicht Royal. In Neuss ist der Service Top, Dormagen ein Flop. Anruf folgte um 21:51. Man sagte in 30 Minuten wäre man da. Wir schön am warten, es passierte nichts! Um 22:39 Nachfrage wo die Pizza bleibt. Die Antwort, es hätte keiner geöffnet. NATÜRLICH warten ja gerne umsonst. Dann meine Frage: warum denn uns niemand angerufen hat, Nummer wurde ja notiert! 🤣 dann die Antwort: er hat gerade den Fahrer angerufen und gesagt er soll umdrehen. Wir erneut am warten. Nach 15 Minuten rief ich erneut an ob man und veralbern möchte und ich nun wirklich keine Pizza mehr haben wollte und dass das erste und letzte mal in Dormagen bestellt haben. 2 Minuten später Klingelt es und ich habe dann die kalte Pizza entgegen genommen. Bei der Nachfrage des Fahrers ob er schon mal hier war, verneinte er es. Die Vermutung unsere Pizza wurde gemacht und lag da wohl ein bissel rum. Erste und letzte mal in Dormagen bestellt. Da lobe ich Pizza Royal in Neuss. Immer perfekt und pünktlich mit warmer Pizza, Dormagen ist ein no Go!...

Wir bestellen regelmäßig und von 10 Bestellungen waren wir vielleicht 1x unzufrieden. Das Essen wird immer warm geliefert und die Fahrer sind auch stets freundlich.

Zwei mal bestellt und 2 mal fehlte etwas. Nach 30 Minuten kam dann der Rest der Lieferung... Beim ersten Mal gab es eine Flasche Wein, beim zweiten Mal noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Wir werden nicht mehr bestellen.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, sehr lecker, und sehr schöner neuer Umbau, so daß man auch gemütlich drinnen oder im Wintergarten sitzen kann. Seit es in Dormagen ist sind wir Kunden und immer zufrieden gewesen. Parken kann man hinterm Haus, links neben dem Laden rein fahren. Kunden werden anhand der Telefonnummer erkannt und die Adresse so gespeichert. Ich schätze es sehr, daß bisher immer ein ehrlich freundlicher Service war....bitte weiter so

frech was hier den ofen verlässt (extra käse bedeutet an manchen stellen gar kein käse) und der rand der pizza ist auch nicht überall vorhanden es kam leider überhaubt nicht an was man erwartet wenn man eine pizza bestellt.

Wir hatten heute bestellt nur leider war die Bowl die man selber mischen kann, nicht wie bestellt geliefert worden. Es fehlten die ananas und der vorderschinken

.Lieferzeit nach Wunsch Perfekt.Geschmacklich war OK nachdem ich noch Oregano drauf gemacht habe.Bei dem Preis von 5,60 für die gefüllten paar Brötchen hätte ich mir noch gerne etwas Kräuterbutter dabei gewünscht..aber leider alles kalt geliefert worden.

2 Pizza bestellt 30 cm.. Lieferung Mini Pizza 20 cm.. Fahrer meinte falsch bestellt..mit 2 mal Pizza Brötchen 30 € bezahlt ☹️

Leckere Pizza, sowohl für großen als auch kleinen Hunger. Preise korrekt. Sauber, netter Service und gemütlich. Kölsch gibt es auch 😁

Sehr leckere Pizza einer meiner Favoriten hier in Dormagen.

Kurzfassung: Der Pizzalieferant findet trotz genauer Anweisung die Klingel nicht. Pizza wurde mit Knoblauch und nicht geschnitten bestellt. Kam geschnitten, lau warm und ohne Knoblauch an. Der Pizzaboden war gut, aber die Zutaten oben drauf leider ohne jeglichen Geschmack. Die bestellten Tortellini alla Panna waren eine Frechheit. Mehlige völlig ungewürzte Tortellini, ein Klecks Sahnesauce mit beliebig zusammen geworfenem "Formvorderschinken" haben das Gesamtbild dann kulinarisch abgerundet. Für das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ein absolutes No Go. Jeder soll sich gerne sein eigenes Bild machen, aber ich kann und werde diese "Pizzeria" definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen und auch nie wieder dort bestellen!

Für mich ist Pizza Royal in Dormagen einer der besten Lieferdienste im Umkreis. Die Pizza schmeckt hervorragend, genauso wie sie sein soll, schön dünn und absolut lecker. Der Salat ist frisch und knackig, keine verwelkten Blätter wie bei anderen Lieferdiensten. Das Dressing schmeckt hervorragend, ebenso die Kräuterbutter zu den Pizzabrötchen. Außerdem wartet man nicht wie bei anderen Lieferdiensten, stundenlang auf das Essen. Und freundlich sind die Mitarbeiter auch noch. Ein ganz dickes Lob. Außerdem finde ich es toll, dass auch für eine kleine Bestellsumme mehrere Kilometer gefahren wird, ohne dass ein Aufpreis berechnet wird. Immer wieder gerne.

Früher sehr gut, die letzten Bestellungen waren unterirdisch. Vor allem von den gefüllten Pizzabrötchen sollte man Abstand halt, der Teig war mehrmals roh und ich habe Magendarm bekommen.

Das 2 mal bestellt, leider nicht mehr so lecker wie die anderen male. Bauchschmerzen, Übelkeit nach dem Essen.

Schnell geliefert...schmeckte toll

Die Pizzaboten fahren wie die irren! Die fahren entgegengesetzt der Einbahnstraße, überholen Linksabbieger links beim abbiegen in der 30 Zone und halten sich nicht an Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen. Bei so welchen bestelle ich definitiv keine Pizza! WENN ICH EIN GROSSES SCHILD KEINE REKLAME AUF MEINEM BRIEFKASTEN HABE, MÖCHTE ICH AUCH VON EUCH KEINE REKLAME IN MEINEM BRIEFKASTEN HABEN!
