We ordered food home here with friends at the weekend. The food for 7 people was delivered relatively quickly, after about 45 minutes, and even to one of the neighboring towns of Odenkirchen. All dishes were freshly prepared and still hot when delivered. We enjoyed it very much and can definitely recommend “Pizza Royal” in Odenkirchen.

The pizza had no flavor. The dough was bland, and the ingredients had no flavor of their own. I'm disappointed!

Ordered at 6:15 p.m., nothing delivered until 8:00 p.m. The person on the phone could hardly speak German, but was put off several times for just a few minutes. This is not a service.

Ordered from Lieferando today, paid with PayPal, no delivery, couldn't be reached by phone for clarification. Never again. I haven't been able to eat, nor have I been able to order anywhere else, nor have the matter been resolved, nor have I got my money back. ETA: after more than 2 hours delivery still took place, even hot and correct. Nevertheless, cancellation was already in the works at that point, all work for nothing. It would have saved a lot of work and bad reviews if we could have at least been reached by phone. According to the pizza delivery driver, both vehicles were down, hence the delay. No problem, but then I expect a call to clarify whether I want to wait or cancel.

Everything is a disaster. It can happen if the wrong delivery was made. I then called them and before I could explain my concerns I was interrupted in every attempt. “Order is on the way.” When I then mentioned that I had received the wrong order, I was contacted “don’t you like that?” When I thought I had consciously chosen something, our problem, the driver, didn't come straight away. 20 minutes later and food was cold.. Be careful with them, something like that is unbelievable. Never experienced anything like that

Called after 1:30 hours to ask when the order would arrive. Answer: oh dear, it's done straight away now. No excuse because she was forgotten. I then said you could cancel it. Arrogant answer, they can't cancel we'll do it now and bad luck. So the woman on the phone is very rude at her job. Maybe she should look for a new one. Will never order from there again.

The lady on the call couldn't speak German. Had to write on WhatsApp, didn't answer and had to watch Bayern Leverkusen without eating. Ssftladen

It's cheeky to ask for €1.50 for corn and then only get a "price" of corn.

When I ordered I was served very unfriendly - looked at rather askance along the lines of "we would be something better". There were only 3 women in the house/kitchen. I ordered a salad and asked for herb butter to go with the pizza rolls, but I was rudely refused and said "it's in it". When we got home, of course there was nothing inside, apparently it was too much to ask for the unfriendly service to check the order once more (it's not like there was nothing going on anyway). Of course, herb butter was calculated. Unfortunately, the second lady who was responsible for the cash register didn't understand a word of German.

I ate there today and it was very tasty and reasonably priced 😀. gladly again

I had only been there once to pick up my food but it looked very cozy. Otherwise the food is very tasty and the price is right. Service is always very courteous.

There's just incredible plastic in the food and then the driver comes and says I don't have any change to change, which is really sad

Finally a way to order food in Wickrathberg! We usually picked it up ourselves, but also had it delivered and in our case both went quickly to very quickly. The quality of the castles and pizza has impressed us so far - the American-style pizzas are especially great. We haven't eaten in the restaurant yet, but it looks much nicer than expected at first glance. Update: Prices have now been increased again and so each “normal” pizza costs at least €8.90. Sorry, I find that really harsh. In addition, the burgers from back then are no longer available and the menu has generally been slimmed down.

I'll start with the good things, the star is only available for the noodles, they are really tasty but in my opinion this is the greediest shop in Mönchengladbach for the money there are really hungry portions with really very little inside. The pizza tastes really strange, like the sauce is no longer good or the dough just doesn't taste like the classic pizza that looks like pizza but doesn't taste like pizza. The rest is overpriced and rip off. Extras like broccoli and spinach simply cost 5 euros, or 4.90 euros to be exact. It will be the last time for me and my family there. There are really better shops in mg that also make delicious food and don't want to rip off customers.

After a phone call with the pizza courier, we found us, because we were standing at the motorhome parking space at Wickrath Castle. Everything was still hot and very tasty 😋

I was disappointed for the first time today. Have ordered for delivery. Food also came relatively quickly. Unfortunately, I ordered pizza rolls with spinach and feta. Unfortunately, pizza rolls with sucuk arrived. Then we ordered Hawaiian pizza with double cheese. If that has to be twice, then we'd better save it for next time.

The food I just ordered came in just under 20 minutes. The taste was absolutely tip top and I would definitely order there again. Worth recommending

Salad “with artichokes” was just delivered… look at the picture for yourself: just a few transparent leaves on it 😂

I've been a customer for a long time, but everything has been getting worse for some time...From the taste/quality to the delivery time. The delivery time was initially always 30 minutes as specified, but now you wait an hour to an hour and a half. Then there is also the fact that something was always missing from the last orders. That wasn't the case at first either. It's best to close if things continue to develop like they are now.

Great boss and employees. Price performance is right and I like it there.

Das Falsche Essen geliefert bekommen. 2 mal das bestellt nie wieder !

Leider wurde die Pizza schlecht ausgeliefert und der Belag hat sich am Karton festgesetzt. Geschmacklich war es auch keine Wiederholung wert. Lieferzeit betrug über 70min. Keine Empfehlung für diesen Lieferservice.

Über 2 Stunden Lieferzeit an einem Dienstag…. Angekündigt 20:00 Lieferzeit. Um 21:00 immer noch nicht geliefert.

Einmal bestellt und nie wieder. Die Pizza war auch nicht besonders überragend. Habe die Pizza online bezahlt, aber wollte Trinkgeld geben. Der Fahrer ist ohne ein Danke und ohne Verabschiedung gegangen. Würde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Mit diesen Pizzen spielt Royal in der ersten Liga. Wirklich unfassbar lecker. Lieferservice steht 30 min. nach dem Anruf vor der Tür. Vielen Dank. Ihr seid SPITZE.

Die Pizzen sind für den verlangten Preis eher unterdurchschnittlich. Wenn man zur Abholung bestellt und zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit erscheint, steht das Essen bereit. Zuhause merkt man dann, dass es dort wohl schon länger gestanden haben muss, weil es mittlerweile kalt ist.

Bis jetzt nie Probleme mit der Lieferung gehabt das einzige was war siebwaren früher da als angegeben was in meinen Augen ein Plus Punkt ist der einzige Kritikpunkt für mich ist eher meckern auf hohem Niveau da ich tatsächlich noch nie knusprige Pommes bekomme haben wenn ich etwas liefern habe lassen aber ich denke das ist auch ganz normal je nachdem an welcher Stelle man steht bis die Lieferung eintrifft an für sich sehr zu empfehlen👌

Habe noch nie so leckere Pommes gegessen! Knackig und doch luftig Wie schafft man das, obwohl es geliefert wurde? FANTASTISCH!

Paprikaschnitzel und ein Pastagericht , sehr frisch und lecker , nur die Pastaportion war etwas überschaubar ( neue Mitarbeiterin?) . Dies beim Chef erwähnt, ich bekam das gleiche Pastagericht noch mal .... kostenlos . Das nenn ich Service .

Super lecker, nettes Personal, wo man auch wunderbar und gemütlich sein Essen im Restaurant verzehren kann . Lokation sogar für größere Festlichkeiten vorhanden. Kommen gerne wieder bei euch im Lokal was essen 👍🤗

Habe heute das erste Mal Nudeln hier bestellt Spaghetti mit Lachstreifen in Sahne Sauce . Mein Fazit Geschmack und auch frische Niveau top of the top ich kann dies mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen❤️ ich habe ein neues lieblings Restaurant gefunden 👍

Haben am Sonntagabend bestellt und trotzdem kam das Essen sehr schnell, sogar noch weit vor der angekündigten Zeit. Die Pizza hatte einen dünnen Boden und einen sehr knusprigen Rand. Ich würde dazu einen Dip empfehlen, da der Rand sonst ein bisschen trocken ist. Ich hatte Hähnchenfleisch auf der Pizza und das wirkte auf mich wie fertige Streifen für den Salat, die man im Supermarkt kaufen kann. Insgesamt war das Essen trotzdem lecker und wurde heiß geliefert.

Zum ersten mal bestellt , Pizza kam früher als angegeben und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt .😋 immer wieder gern 😋

Ich gebe hier einen Kondenstrockner von Bosch ab. Er stammt aus einem Single-Haushalt. Er ist voll funktionsfähig und wird nur abgegeben wegen Umstellung auf Waschtrockner. Der Kondenstrockner ist ca 7 Jahre alt und wurde einmal wöchentlich benutzt Preis ist VB Nur an Selbstabholer kann beim Tragen nicht helfen daher mit 2 Mann abholen! bestelle dort immer und es ist mega lecker 🤤 Lieferung kommt immer pünktlich und auch wen man eine kleine Bestellung hat kommt die Lieferung an. Die Pizza Kartons ist auch mal was anderes sieht man nicht immer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ + ⭐️ 😉

Es ist einfach beste Pizza die ich gegessen habe, schmeckt sehr lecker, Pizza wird von denen immer bestellt 🤍🤍.

Das Essen schmeckt Top und kann dieses Restaurant nur jeden empfehlen. Würde aber auf 4 anhalb Sterne runtergehen, da die Preise meiner Meinung nach ein wenig teuer sind.

Unsere Lieblingspizzeria! Dünner, knuspriger Pizzateig - fluffige, gut gefüllte Pizzabrötchen. Schnitzel und Bratkartoffeln auch sehr empfehlenswert! Die Fahrer sind stets freundlich und zügig Weiter so!<3

Eine sehr leckere Pizzeria. Die Pizzen schmecken super und man hat die Auswahl zwischen drei Größen.

Also ich muss sagen das es viele Gerichte gibt die einfach sehr lecker waren. Salat ist eins A. Und die Behälter dazu sind auch echt top. Fleischgerichte kann ich auch echt nur empfehlen mit den Soßen und auch Pommes. Ich liebe die Bratkortoffeln. Ich könnte noch so einiges sagen, aber probiert selbst. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Und es kommt immer zeitnah und heiss an. Sehr gut.

Gestern zum ersten Mal hier bestellt. Und wir waren alle zufrieden. Pizzabrötchen, Chickenwings, Pommes, Bratkartoffeln und vor allem der Gemüseauflauf waren wirklich lecker! Wir bestellen hier gerne wieder!

Wow, heute das erste Mal bestellt und positiv überrascht. Bestellung und Lieferung liefen professionell, super freundlich und schnell. Aber unsere Pizzen waren der absolute Knaller: noch richtig heiß und frisch und genau passend belegt. Yammi!!!! Wir werden definitiv Stammkunden.

7 Pizzen bestellt Lieferzeit war mit 45 min angegeben essen war in 30 min da sehr heiß und super lecker kann man nur weiter empfehlen wir haben ab jetzt neuen lieblings Italiener gefunden suuuuper Pizzeria 👍👍👍👍👍
