Pizza ROKANO in Barsinghausen

Ordered here several times. Something has changed in the last few weeks... the quality fluctuates between bad and really good. About 40 minutes late today. Cannot be reached by telephone. Disaster… 09/22/2024 Again... too bad We called after 1.5 hours. And was offered a bottle of Coke as an apology.. After another 30 minutes the food finally arrived...unfortunately in very poor quality. The fries we ordered weren't cooked through. The boss was totally rude on the phone. We were given a discount! We waited over 2.5 hours in total.. You have lost a customer! !!Customer satisfaction :-( ZERO :-( !! Better order somewhere else. !

Very tasty pizza. I often order a Margherita with cheese crust and garlic dip. Today our order took a little longer due to the city festival. After a very nice phone call, the pizza arrived very quickly. I ate the Creamy Chicken Pizza Pockets for the first time and I have to say, they were really tasty. For me the best delivery service.

Delicious pizza. Rokano is primarily a delivery service. You can also eat there or pick up your food, but the rooms are rather spartan.

I regularly order pizza from Rokano and am absolutely satisfied every time. The quality of the pizzas is excellent - the dough is always perfectly crispy, the ingredients are fresh and tasty. I am particularly impressed by the variety of what is on offer, so that everyone in my family can always find something that suits them. The service is also first class: delivery is quick and the employees are always friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend Rokano to anyone looking for delicious pizza and excellent service. Keep it up!

Rotten salad under the burger. I had it delivered and called and asked them to bring me the money back. I could have come over and picked up the money. That's why I don't order and then leave the house hungry and angry in my stomach. No apology or insight. I ordered based on the sum of the reviews there. Unfortunately, I didn't pay attention to the individual ratings. Clearly pushed by friends and family, anyone who looks at the reviews will see it. Definitely a case for the health department if necessary. even for the trade inspectorate.

Update (04/19/2024) Unfortunately the quality has dropped again. The last few orders were disappointing. Sometimes dripping with fat, sometimes tasteless and sometimes important ingredients are forgotten that make the pizza pretty boring. This shouldn't happen with such frequency given the fairly high prices! Update (02/02/2024) The quality has now increased, so Rokano is our number 1 when we order pizza. Old post: The pizza dough is something special, really great 👍 Fluffy and crunchy at the same time. Reminiscent of a mixture of pizza, roll and croissant dough. Unfortunately, the surface is not entirely convincing. It's tasty, but it's very greasy and oily, there's hardly any tomato sauce.

Mega delicious pizza! The staff are also friendly and they are open late on weekends. Great, keep it up :)

So far I've only ordered and eaten at home and I have to say, it's really one of the best pizzas I've ordered so far here in Barsinghausen. You get what you order, the food arrives very warm to hot, I think the prices are extremely reasonable and the staff is really friendly and, above all, they understand you. I really can't say anything bad. So far we have only ordered pizza but it has always been delicious. All the extra ingredients were always there as requested.

Food was brought quickly. Nice service. Pizza was fun and good toppings. A good pizza snack bar if you want to eat something quick.

Ordered pizza rolls and delivery was quick. Unfortunately the dough wasn't baked through. Very unfortunate 😩

Very good pizza by German standards, the dough is completely different. I don't recommend burgers in this place - poor quality meat, but I will definitely come back for pizza

Einfach der Hammer, die Pizza 🍕 mit Käse Rand, Bestelle nur da weil es die beste ist in Barsinghausen. Die hatten Ca. 5-10 mi Verspätung aber als Entschuldigung bekam ich 1L Fana Flasche. ( Dankeschön )

Ich habe mehrmals bei Pizza ROKANO bestellt und wurde nicht einmal enttäuscht. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, es kommt immer warm an und die Fahrer sind sehr freundlich. Hier werde ich immer wieder gerne bestellen.
