The pizza tastes absolutely delicious! I'll definitely eat there again.

I've truly never experienced anything so bad and unfriendly. I went there with friends, hoping for a pleasant evening with good food, but it was immediately clear from the first impression that this wasn't going to be the case. My tuna pizza was so small it seemed more like a child's portion, and on top of that, it was served completely cold. The crust was soft and sloppy, the cheese was tough, and there was barely any sign of the tuna itself. I then spoke to the manager in person at the store, thinking the situation could be resolved amicably. Unfortunately, that was far from the case. Instead of showing understanding or offering a solution, he was extremely unfriendly, dismissive, and simply ended the conversation when he apparently ran out of arguments. I've truly never encountered such behavior in a restaurant setting. The side dishes were also a complete disappointment. The salad wasn't washed properly, was sandy in places, and even contained small insects, which was simply disgusting. The mozzarella sticks were soft, tasteless, and seemed like they'd been taken straight from the freezer, prepared without effort or care. None of the remaining pizzas we ordered were truly edible. They were all cold, soggy, and completely flavorless. We ordered a total of three pizzas, a salad, and a portion of mozzarella sticks, paid more than 40 euros for them, and in the end, almost everything ended up in the trash. The only edible thing was the aioli, but even that couldn't save the disappointment. After this experience, I'm certain I won't go there again. Honestly, I'd rather go to Vittoria.

I can't recommend it just for hygiene reasons, the cook wipes his sweat and then makes the pizza without washing his hands

I came here from Düsseldorf for work reasons, just to grab a bite to eat before heading off to my next meeting. It seems to be a small family restaurant—very small, but very nice people! And the food is delicious. The restaurant looks unassuming, but it's worth a visit.

Top-notch service and super delicious. I had a special request and asked for a spaghetti pizza. Naturally, the waitresses were wide-eyed at first—you wouldn't normally eat that kind of thing—but after a brief explanation, the pizza was prepared exactly as requested! We love service like that and will definitely be coming here more often from now on.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Initially, I was promised a delivery time of 40 minutes over the phone. After 40 minutes, there was nothing, and after my call, it was said to take another 15 minutes. Even after that, there was no delivery, even though they were at least friendly and polite on the phone. Ultimately, I had to cancel the order on principle; the service was disappointing. However, I will order again and try the food, as there seems to be a new owner. I will update my review accordingly after that.

Apparently, the owner has changed; you can immediately tell that something's changed here. Everything seems more modern, cozy, and much more inviting than before. The pizza is truly delicious, with fresh ingredients and a great dough. The service is also friendly and attentive. A truly great improvement; I'll definitely be back!

We were particularly impressed by the pizzas and pasta dishes – fresh, delicious, and prepared with love. We haven't had such good pizza in a long time! The pizza rolls were also simply fantastic. The service was very quick, so we didn't have to wait long for our food. The ambiance is pleasant and cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening. You can immediately tell that the food here is made with passion, and this is reflected in both the service and the food. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Riva Azzurra pizzeria!

The pizzeria isn't particularly big, but the quality of the food and the service are really great. Unfortunately, I live in Neuss and can't visit the place very often, but when I'm in Meerbusch for work, I like to treat my colleagues to a pizza.

Delivery time and quality are great, but anyone using the online app will be ripped off – they ordered a Capricciosa with lots of garlic and spices plus spinach, see photo! They charged an extra €2 for this, which isn't cheap, but it's OK! But it was delivered without "spinach," which you have to check online! This has already happened twice, so it's a waste of €4, and because of this, you have to call and have your order confirmed again. What's the point of the online app then??? This is how the next store will go bankrupt!! Keep it up, or maybe give the staff some proper training!

The food is delicious, but unfortunately the staff is unfriendly and a bit aggressive when you point out a mistake on their part. I have never experienced a situation where, as a guest, you are fobbed off with pat defensive phrases and no apology follows. Unfortunately, looking at other reviews, it seems we aren't the only ones who have had this experience. It's a shame because the food is really okay.

Ordered online, paid via PayPal, no confirmation, no one answers the phone. The store is closed. That's completely unacceptable.

Actually, I've always ordered from this pizzeria...until today. I received the wrong food (it can happen) and let me know. After about 30 minutes I got the new food. According to the boss, the driver should take the wrong food back with him. No problem; When I asked what happened to it, I couldn't close my mouth anymore. "Maybe someone else will eat it." Then it turned out that I had received the wrong food again. Called again and explained to the boss that I had received the wrong food again. The boss said that I had kept the other food. Now he has to do it again. A customer is waiting. I asked him if he was serious about passing on food that was with the customer. I would rather not order there again. The boss reacted irritably and said: Then you won't order from us anymore; and hung up. I doubt whether this behavior is appropriate in the food industry. “Customer unfriendliness” when pointing out a problem should also not be appropriate for a business. Today was definitely the last time I ordered something there.

Very good pizza and very good price. We've been there 3 or 4 times now and haven't had them sent to us. You can still sit there well for a delivery service. Overall, highly recommended.

We were always thrilled with the food and the service. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically recently: orders arrive 1 1/2 to 2 hours later, things are missing or not carried out at all; You wait and orders are forgotten or not written down at all and therefore do not exist. No compensation for anything. It's really sad because we really loved the food. Unfortunately, it will probably no longer be an option in the future, as you can't rely on anything. Maybe the ownership or management has changed…. Too bad!

Hello dear Riva Azzura team. So far I've always ordered pizza from you. It's really really tasty. Yesterday we ordered pasta for the first time. Spaghetti Bolognese was it. To be honest, they weren't that good. I think you have to accept constructive criticism. There was hardly any sauce to be seen. You can definitely do better. In any case, we will continue to order from you and next time we hope that the quality of pasta will be as good as your pizza.

We ordered several pizzas. Delivery took over an hour even though the order was placed outside of peak hours. The pizzas were only lukewarm and very poorly topped. A telephone complaint was loudly rejected. There was no apology or refund of the money.

This was my second time there since the management changed. The first time was borderline, the second time was terrible. I received a very dry, tasteless pizza. The service was very bad. It's a shame, I've loved eating pizza there for years but this time was the last.

Seldom eaten so badly. Since the change of ownership, the pizzeria is no longer recommended. Waited over an hour for delivery, food cold. Pizza Frutti de Mare hardly occupied.

For the lunch break the most delicious pizza restaurant is finally found in Meerbusch! I ordered chicken,broccoli and hollandaise souce + vegetarian pizza. It was so delicious and the dough is so crispy. You can get two different flavours in one pizza and try both at the same time. The staff is also extremely friendly and welcoming. For dessert tiramisu is a must-try. Overall i will definitely try Riva Azura whenever I want pizza👍

Heute das erste mal dort Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. (Tagliatelle Pollo und Sucuk Pizzabrötchen) Bin vor allem von den Nudeln positiv überrascht. Schmecken sehr frisch und das Rezept ist gut ausgewogen. Belegschaft scheint auch sehr nett und freundlich zu sein. Einem kleinen Smalltalk auch nicht abgeneigt. :) Da komme ich wohl öfter vorbei

Pizza immer super, schön dünn und kross. Lieferzeit in der Regel auch immer eingehalten und beim öffnen des Kartons nie böse überrascht worden. Alle super nett, sei es am Telefon oder an der Haustür. Seid paar Monaten Stammgast und kann ich als Pizza Lieferservice absolut empfehlen.
