Pizza Pronto in Östringen

We have ordered several times now and have always been very satisfied. Today we had to wait a little longer as stated, but the food (pizza rolls, salad and rigatoni) was again very tasty.

We used to order very often and were actually always satisfied, we always thought the pizza rolls and the garlic sauce were pretty good (100% honest review) and after a very long time we thought we would order again. Delivery time was short so very good, the taco was delicious 👌 unfortunately now we come to the stupid part and to be fair it happened for the first time because I don't want to take away anyone's hassle and I just want to be honest. Unfortunately the pizza rolls were bad. I don't mean the taste, but there was something expired in the dough! I know my way around and even if you don't know your way around you'll notice that after the first bite... I know exactly when dough is bad and when it's not!! I called and specifically mentioned that I don't want my money back, I just want to point out to you that I don't give a shit about this €10. I said very politely, I hate to criticize but maybe you should know better before you supply more people with it, at the end of the day you could sue Pronto for food poisoning and then the place will be turned upside down. Because I meant well, I said, pay attention, everything is great, only the dough for the pizza rolls has expired. Unfortunately, as I expected, people are talking out of it here: "We always make our dough again because it's not even enough." So they probably have to make the dough again more often a day, he said maybe it wasn't done, we have a lot of stress blah blah blah. I'm not interested in whether you have a lot of stress, I understand that because I come from the catering industry and still have a shisha bar and a restaurant!! But we focus on quality and when a guest tells me something like that, I take it seriously!! Unfortunately, I knew that such an answer would come and answered straight away: No! The dough is bad at the end even if you think it can't be. I repeated that I don't mean any harm, but unfortunately restaurateurs often think their restaurant is running smoothly! Never see or consider mistakes. Just check for yourself before you tell a customer who knows exactly that the dough is bad, no, that can't be right.. well as I said, I'm serious that I don't care about this paltry 10€, but I would still have expected something Whether it was the money back or new pizza rolls, I would have politely declined anyway, but since he said “shit” in good German, it shows me that he didn't take what I politely tried to tell him seriously , he has so much to do that he probably doesn't care about this one guest, I will definitely never order from there again and I certainly don't recommend such unsympathetic people who don't give a fuck about their guests. By the way, here's a picture of how I tried 2 different pizza rolls and had to spit it on my plate, unfortunately it's all ending up in the trash now ✌️😅 If I had been more forthcoming and understood, this review wouldn't exist ✌️✌️

It's really unbelievable what the boss will do. He was extremely unfriendly on the phone, the waiting times were long, and then he also told me that I should be happy that he was coming to Rohrbach at all! It's not my job to resolve problems with Lieferando! The food arrived soggy and lukewarm - a complete disappointment.

Delivery took over an hour, the food was cold, the dough wasn't cooked through and it didn't taste good at all, and it was also unfriendly because you didn't give a tip.

The food was very disgusting and the dough was undercooked for the price it wasn't worth it And the food wasn't on time, they said 30-45 minutes and the food didn't come for an hour

Not recommended. We had a larger order of 11 dishes and it said online it would take 30-50 minutes. When there was no food after more than an hour, I called and received an unfriendly message saying, "It's a larger order, so it could take a while" and then they just hung up on me. No apology or anything like that. In the end it took almost 2 hours. Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the wait either. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

I usually order here often. But I don't understand what arrived today and makes me think negatively. A bill where I pay €1.50 extra for less cheese. Where does that make sense?

Absolute juice shop. According to Lieferando, we offer delivery according to Sinsheim series. After ordering, I received a call saying it was outside the delivery area. People are probably too incapable of using a PC. Also extremely rude on the phone.

Since we were hungry, we ordered there yesterday night. It was called 60 minutes! However, Essen was there 30 minutes earlier :) There were even two delicious salads ;) Gladly again

The burgers here are much more convincing than the pizzas, as the pizza dough is rather "schlonzig". Burger top!

Über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen kam über 1 Stunde zu spät. Die Pizza sollte laut Beschreibung Tomaten, Pilze und Mais enthalten. Der Boden war ohne Deklaration übervoll mit Zwiebeln bedeckt. Für Menschen mit Allergie eine Katastrophe. Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, somit kann man einer Reklamation auch entgehen. Wir werden jedenfalls nie wieder dort bestellen.

ich mag euer Chicken Curry.. aber holt bitte die großen Gewürze raus bevor ihr serviert.. ist echt nicht schön auf ne ganze Nelke oder Kardamonkapsel zu beißen. Versaut den ganzen leckeren Geschmack, Danke. Hab Euch lieb...

Der ältere ( gut aussehende ) Herr sollte überlegen ob er nicht in der falschen Branche arbeitet. Ich würde ihm ein Berufswechsel zum Komiker empfehlen. Gebt dem man einen Orden. 10/10

Essen war gut. Der Lieferant sollte Bundeskanzler werden. Super nett und hat gute tipps fürs leben gegeben. Ich hoffe beim nächsten mal angeln fängt er nur die dicksten und längsten Fische.👍🏼

Royal Burger ist sehr gut. Pizza 60x40 finden wir als Familie immer sehr gut

Pizza pronto ist ein lieferdienst, daher keine Sterne für dass Ambiente. Dass Essen ist sehr lecker und vom Preis unschlagbar. Es gibt da nicht Pizza und Pasta, es gibt auch Putenschnitzel, Gyros, Hamburger und und und. Alles in allem ein super lieferdienst für Essen aller Art!

Essen ist supi aber pizzeria zum bestellen und liefern. Keine Möglichkeit dort zu essen.

Bestellen fast immer bei Pizza Pronto. Die Pizzen sind ein Gedicht. Absolut empfehlenswert. Am besten direkt bei Pronto bestellen und nicht über Lieferando. Dann bekommt man auch einen kleinen Bonus.

Immer schnell da, große Auswahl auch ein paar vegetarische Sachen, sehr günstig und sehr freundliches Personal.

Moin erstmal, wir haben über lieferando bestellt, darüber haben wir einen Rabatt von 6.50,- bekommen & "Barzahlung" angegeben. Nach kurzer Zeit hat uns der Chef angerufen & ohne Angabe eines Grundes unsere Adresse abgefragt, sprich Sie kommen von hier, ... Sie wohnen in dieser Straße... & in der recht zügigen Abfolge von Fragen kam auch die Frage "Preis so & so" ohne Angabe eines Grundes etc pp. Der Lieferant kam, er war super freundlich, hat uns die Rechnung aber ohne den besagten Rabatt vorgelegt. Ergo hatte ich ein Telefonat mit dem Verantwortlichen gefordert & dieses kam auch sofort zustande. In diesem Gespräch habe ich den Rabatt zur Sprache gebracht, der Chef ist direkt an die Decke "keine ahnung warum die das machen (Lieferando)" & "wir arbeiten nicht mit denen..." Mein Kommentar war nur "Ihr arbeitet mit ihnen, also müsst Ihr auch entsprechende Leistung bringen" Mein Gesprächspartner, alias Chef, war dann sehr ungehalten & ziemlich unverschämt, also auf gut deutsch ein ziemliches.... Nach 10min. War ich es leid zu diskutieren, habe den Betrag gezahlt... Es hätte vermutlich keinen Sinn gemacht mit so einem beratungsresistenen Menschen weiter darüber zu reden, dass der Service, bei dem er aktiv ist, mir einen Rabatt gibt, den er vor Ort aber nicht geltend macht. Sinn vorhanden ? Nein. P.S. Die Tortellini waren nichtmal durch, überdenken Sie doch bitte Ihr Konzept. Schönen Abend noch ..

Zweimal bestellt, beidemale zur Wunsch-Uhrzeit genau auf die Minute pünktlich geliefert. Die Pizza schmeckt super gut. Alles bestens!!

Lecker essen, freundliches Personal, Gerne wieder

Bestellen hier gern unsere Pizza. Schmeckt sehr gut und hat viel Belag so wie es sein muss! Vorallem die Partypizzen finde ich sehr gut. Von der Zeit der Lieferung gibt es immer ein kleines × / - von der Zeit her finde das aber nicht schlimm. Lieferant immer nett.

Jedesmal, wenn ich dort bestell habe, kam das Essen IMMER zu spät jedesmal. Das Essen an sich ist gut, aber Zeit Gefühl kennen sie nicht. Dort steht 30-40 min alles akzeptabel, aber das Essen, kommt jedesmal 1/2 Stunden oder 2 zu spät. Dicker minus Punkt und das kommt nicht nur einmal vor, sondern jedesmal.
