Delivered at 6:01 PM, more punctual than I am after work. Quality: four out of five stars, because otherwise perfection would be boring. Delivery: faster than my hunger could escalate. Food was delicious. Girlfriend happy. Boyfriend automatically happy too. When my girlfriend smiles, there's peace in the house. When there's peace in the house, life is beautiful. In short: Pizza saved. Evening saved. I'll definitely order again. 🍕😄

That was awful. I ordered two cheeseburger pizzas for takeout. The interior was very messy, not to mention dirty. The pizzas were overloaded with sauce, and the tomatoes were already rancid. And before you get the idea to have the review deleted: I have the receipt, and the order can be verified.

Please what is this supposed to mean how can something like this happen in a delivery company to sell moldy food I eat it and then I notice that the next piece is almost falling apart I barely look at it from the side my pizza piece opens up to me with colors that you know from nature if this will have health consequences we will talk to each other again

Regarding the "missing note": The note was definitely included in my Lieferando order – with the exact details "half tuna and onion, half Margherita" and a note about the broken doorbell. The fact that this information didn't reach you is either a technical problem or an internal error – but not my fault. To then indirectly accuse me, as a customer, of lying is completely inappropriate. 2. Regarding the issue of goodwill: We asked the driver if they could make a small Margherita as a gesture of goodwill, as five hungry children were waiting for a pizza without tuna. They refused and told us we would have to pay for it ourselves. This has nothing to do with goodwill – every proposed solution on our part was rejected. 3. Discriminatory Statement: It is unacceptable that you deny discrimination even though the sentence "Are we in Colombia? Speak normally" was used. My last name or my origins were directly devalued. This kind of behavior is disrespectful, hurtful—and legally questionable. 4. Regarding your behavior toward the driver: You ordered your driver to simply place the pizza on the floor, saying, "That's not our problem." I even offered the driver the pizza, but he wasn't allowed to—out of respect for me, he also refused the tip. The driver was the only one who behaved correctly in this situation. 5. Not a misunderstanding—but misconduct: I didn't blame myself "after the fact" for an incorrect order—that's a fabrication. I only felt emotionally affected afterward because I was treated disrespectfully, even though I had been a loyal customer for years—and remained tolerant even when mistakes had happened in the past. Conclusion: This isn't about a pizza—it's about decency, respect, and how to treat regular customers. Instead of taking responsibility, you're distorting the facts and trying to portray yourself as the victim. That's not only disappointing—it's unprofessional and inhumane. I won't put any more energy into this case—because everything will come back eventually. With this experience, you've not only lost a customer, but also a piece of your credibility.

So if you're a delivery person complaining about having to wait five minutes for someone to answer the doorbell, even though you've been told often enough that the doorbell doesn't work! Instead of leaving it at the front door (the food has already been paid for online) and arguing after you answer the doorbell, then don't work as a delivery person – it's that simple.

We've ordered party pizzas from Pizza Pronta several times for birthday parties. The pizzas were always delivered almost exactly on time! They were still hot and tasted absolutely delicious! We've also tried various pasta dishes, which were also very good. 5 stars from us!

The pizza is delicious, the dough is light and perfectly baked. Delivery is fast, and they sometimes offer free drinks on special occasions. You can order whatever you want from a burger with fresh meat, or pasta with white sauce and chicken. The place is clean and the service is excellent. An honest review from experience.

Delivery took 1 minute. Absolutely perfect, as agreed. The driver was very friendly. The pizza and calzone were well-filled and delicious. The price was more than fair.

Lieferando had a problem with my selected menu because it couldn't be completed, but everything I wanted was delivered after I described the problem in the order info box. The gentleman who called me was super friendly, and the driver was also very nice. I can highly recommend it. 👍

We had pre-ordered 16 pizzas as we were celebrating a birthday. All 16 arrived warm and on time and tasted really good. All employees are always friendly. We would be happy to order again.

We ordered burgers and in terms of price-performance they were perfectly fine. The order arrived on time and warm.

The pizza arrived after over two hours. The pizza box was completely soggy and the pizza was completely cold. When I asked why it took so long, the pizza delivery driver said he couldn't find the other address! The delivery time was catastrophic.

Never before very tasty and juicy that's why 5 stars

We had food delivered and haven't been disappointed in a long time. The pizza was amazing and hot. The noodles were piping hot and also great. I had a salad in a pizza dough pocket that was very tasty. The pepperoni and olives were great and there wasn't too much or too little of anything. So there is no excess of tuna as you often find. Supplier was very friendly. The mixed salad isn't run of the mill either, but has everything possible in it and is very fresh...we will order here again.

What's the point of eating for me if you can't even deliver a Diet Coke without drinking? Unfortunately, eating is of no use either. We had to make a special trip to the gas station to get Diet Coke, well, of course the food is cold. The food is OK. Unfortunately, the service is not, even if the money is refunded. Fahrer sind extrem rücksichtslos und missachten sämtliche Tempolimits. Neulich von einem blauen Liederfahrzeug in einer 30er Zone (!!!) überholt worden.

Das Essen hat eine solide Qualität. Aber die Wartezeit ist extrem lang, unter eine Stunde kommt kein Essen an. Obwohl wir im gleichen Ort sind. Da hast du bald kein Appetit mehr.

Eigentlich sehr gutes Essen, Haben jz über 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet obwohl und ein Zeitfenster von max. 45 min. Genannt wurde. Nach mehrmaligem anrufen wo auch dauernd gesagt wurde der Fahrer fährt jz los oder es dauert nur noch 5 min kam er trotzdem nicht. Werden das nächste Mal wo anders bestellen, obwohl das Essen top ist waren auch immer sehr zufrieden, Aber das man so verarscht wird und hingehalten/vertröstet wird geht nicht, mann kann ja offen sagen wenn mann zuviel bestellungen hat und es dauert.

Essen war okay. Der Fahrer hatte kein Rückgeld dabei deshalb musste ich 5€ mehr bezahlen

Beste Pizza in der Umgebung, würde mir nur selbstgemachtes Salat Dressing wünschen.

Qualität der Speisen ist super und Lieferzeit wird eingehalten wie telefonisch angegeben. Wurde bisher nie enttäuscht, alles immer richtig geliefert

Also, haben ein Mal Panini mit Feta bestellt, es kam mit Schinken und als extra Zutat noch weiße Haare 😖 und das nicht nur eins sondern mehrere. Das war nicht gerade Appetitlicht. Haben sie nicht essen können. Der Rest war okay.

Sehr leckere Pizza und auch Burger. 180g Fleisch auf dem Burger, sehr saftig. Pizza sieht aus wie gemalt und genau so gut schmeckt sie auch :) immer wieder gern

Hab mir heute erstmalig ne Pizza und einen Salat abgeholt.... Pizza war gut der Salat auch....Nur..was ist das mit der Fertigsoße im Beutel für den Salat.??? Dann doch lieber nur Essig und Öl. Aber sonst ok. Komme vermutlich wieder.

Das Essen schmeckt immer gut, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Leider haben wir bisher absolut keine Lieferung korrekt erhalten. Statt Tiramisu und Cookie gab es mal nur Cookies, mal wurden die Desserts komplett vergessen. Zwei mal wurde extra Rucola bestellt und auch bezahlt- jedoch war auf dem Essen kein Rucola zu finden. Schade...geschmacklich top aber die Umsetzung ist nicht optimal.

Pizza war gut,beim Salat war ein fertig Dressing dabei gelegen. Würde mir wünschen ein hausgemachtes Dressing zu machen. Und bei der Bestellung hat der Beilagen Salat gefehlt.

Der Pizzateig schmeckt mir nur bei Pronta! Ich hab schon etliche Male hier bestellt und war immer lecker. Immer schnell und freundlich! Danke!

Die Pizzen kamen schneller an als gedacht und schmeckten sehr gut. Der Fahrer war auch sehr nett und freundlich, bloß der Salat macht einen Punkt Abzug, da er aus dem Supermarkt ist und nacht fast nichts schmeckte.

Schmeckt gut aber Service null!! 17.20 Uhr würde die Bestellung mit einer Lieferzeit mit 50 Minuten bestätigt... Bis jetzt ist ohne eine Information die Bestellung immer noch nicht da! Bei telefonischer Nachfrage keine Entschuldigung oder ähnliches nur "müsste bald da sein, ist unterwegs"

Habe heute das erste mal bestellt. Pasta und Burger sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Preise sind auch gut. Werde auf jeden Fall öfter öfter da bestellen!
