Pizza Point in Frankenthal (Pfalz)

Hello , I ordered a party pizza for €33 and only pizza dough was delivered that wasn't even close to being baked! Terrible!!!! After I had a very unfriendly and also rude employee (man) on the phone, it was clear to me that it was a huge mistake to have ordered there!!! Never againrrrrr!!!! Instead of doing something well, I was insulted with insults! That still leads to an ad!!!!

I don't recommend. Rude!!!!!Pizza was awesome!!!! Too expensive!!!!! Never again !!!!!!!

Delivering the wrong food then saying that you ordered wrong and not apologizing for what went wrong and that you should still eat what you got and not act like that

Never again. The person who took the order on the phone sent us the wrong order. When I called and said it. Came the statement. They eat what they get. I don't make mistakes, they're wrong. Please hire people who can take orders sensibly and aren't so rude. I wanted the order I ordered. Have lactose. Now I can throw everything in the trash. Will never order there again. And my companies don't eat either.

I had pre-ordered 3 party pizzas for my birthday with 12 people, they were delivered on time and hot on the agreed date, there were plenty of toppings and you could have them half/half finished, we were all very excited and would do it exactly the same way again.

I've been ordering there for years, but the quality has noticeably deteriorated. You also notice that different people top the pizzas. Sometimes really lavish, sometimes really stingy. But what upsets me the most is that in 6 out of 10 orders, extra ingredients are "forgotten" on pizzas, which can easily be hidden under the cheese. So always check!

Today I ordered a party pizza which was very tasty Pizza Point 👍🏻

Ordered for years and never had anything to complain about, but what was delivered yesterday was subpar. Calzone was burnt and the Gordonbleu consisted of two schnitzels swimming in sauce. After enjoying it, I was a permanent guest on the toilet. We will refrain from placing any further orders

I was never a fan of households wanting to order here, but what I got today for my almost 10€ is bordering on outrageous. A really microscopic portion of pasta that should actually taste like Aglio Olio. I'm sure it wasn't even 150g of pasta. Unfortunately, the half tablespoon of oil that was over the pasta didn't deserve the name Aglio Olio. I had to season it again properly so that the "dish" actually tasted like something. 2 stars because delivery was very fast. However, I would have liked to have waited longer for the 3 seconds it would have taken to add a little salt and garlic to the noodles.

Pasta Carbonara, never again, just spaghetti with cream and salami (I think from pizza, and very little)

The driver honks his horn late in the evening in the village of Rum and complains to the customers that they shouldn't order so late. Very unprofessional, if you don't want to deliver you should configure it online

Very disappointing experience - food arrived cold and late I recently ordered from this restaurant and have to say it was one of the most disappointing experiences. After a wait of 1.5 hours the food finally arrived and to my horror it was cold. The meat in my dish was even undercooked, which is unacceptable. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired and in no way met my expectations. It is unfortunate that the service was so poor and delivery took so long. I was deeply disappointed by the carelessness in the preparation and delivery of the food. I will definitely not order from this restaurant again and would strongly advise others not to do the same.

Tiramisu was ordered and ice cream arrived, when we called they said this was the tiramisu. Disgusting!!

We ordered food for 4 people today. My husband and I's food was OK. We dumped our children's two spaghetti bolognese straight into the trash. As soon as you opened the packaging you were met with a very sour smell. The food was not edible. 20€ for 2 portions of spaghetti simply for the trash. Very annoying!

My kebab yesterday was burnt, hard and very little toppings, and the kebab plate consisted of a little meat, garlic sauce and fries... think about the price/performance ratio. It was the last time we ordered there.

Ich habe um 12:00 Uhr Essen bestellt und mir wurde gesagt das Essen kommt um 15:45 bei an. Der Fahrer ist erst um 16:30 gekommen und das Essen war echt schlecht. Ich werde nie wieder was bei Pizza Point bestellen.

War bis jetzt eigentlich immer zufrieden aber in letzter Zeit wird die Wartezeit extrem lange und man soll trotzdem noch den vollen Preis zahlen kommen einem nicht mal entgegen wenn man über 1 Stunde aufs essen warten muss

Haben kurz vor Ladenschluss über Lieferando bestellt. Einen Dönerteller und einen gemischten Salat. Beides Super Lecker und optisch sehr schön. Essen kam sehr schnell. Lieferant war sehr freundlich. Preis - Leistung ist akzeptabel. Gerne wieder!

Pizzas wie immer gut. Gyrosteller war für den Preis ziemlich wenig und Tzatziki wurde vergessen, war früher besser.

Pizza's sind super schmecken generell sehr gut . Ich persönlich finde dort nur die Pizzas gut aber jeder hat seinen eigenen Geschmack

Ich wurde am Telefon einfach abgewimmelt mit respektlosen Antworten, das Essen mag gut sein aber der Service auf keinen Fall

Bestelle dort schon seit einigen Jahren. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Essen kommt schnell und ist lecker (vor allem Pizza kann ich dort empfehlen). Super Lieferdienst! *****

Bestelle jetzt das fünfte mal. Wurde immer besser. Erst Peperoni ohne Knoblauch und nicht genug gegrillt, bei der nächsten Bestellung habe ich es angegeben und es wurde berücksichtigt. Indisch schmeckt dort auch super, gut gewürzt. Nette Lieferanten in der angegebenen Zeit. Essen kam sehr warm an.

Die Pizza finde ich hier sehr gut und diese bestelle ich immer wieder. Schnitzel hatte ich 1x, das war okay, aber kein Vergleich zur Pizza. Das Essen ist meistens schneller da als kalkuliert und die Überbringer sind immer sehr nett. Ich kann nicht meckern und die Preise sind echt okay.

Pizza schmeckt sehr gut. Bei den Salaten kann man das Dressing nur im Warenkorb auswählen, daran muss man denken. Sehr nette Fahrer beim Lieferdienst.

Die Pizza war total trocken und der Rand nicht knusprig. 2 Sterne nur wegen der schnellen Lieferung (30min)

Bestellung kam viel zu spät an. Meine Hausnummer würde es angeblich nicht geben. Geschmacklich okay aber nichts weltbewegendes. Muss nicht nochmal sein

I don't know why some people are reviewing bad about the restaurant , On my personal base i will seriously suggest everyone to try the restaurant , and then you will crave for the taste of their dishes . The taste is delicious of pizza n kebab , n i just love it . ❤️

Rundum zufrieden ! Immer lecker und schnell geliefert. Es gab noch nie Beschwerden oder Sonstiges. Preis / Leistung auch überdurchschnittlich gut. Breites Angebot an diversen Speisen. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Also ich bin ein lkw Fahrer und hab bestellt und ich muss sagen es is richtig lecker. Top weiter so. Super indisches Essen kann ich nur sagen.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Mir schmeckt vor allem die Pizza hier sehr gut. Die Preise sind günstig und sogar noch ein bisschen billiger wenn man das Essen selbst abholt. Und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich

Also ich finde Pizza Point klasse vorallem was die Pasta angeht. Außerdem tut den Läden mal alle einen Gefallen und holt mal euer Essen selber ab, etwas frische Luft und Bewegung tut gut. Für die Umwelt ist auch was getan und das Essen ist dann auch viel schneller und frischer zubereitet (Brauchen für Nudelnzubereitung für 2 Personen ca 15 Minuten). So nimmt ihr denen auch die Last weg, euer Essen unnötig um die ganze Weltgeschichte zu fahren und das Risiko ist dann geringer, dass das Essen kalt wird. Könnt euch bestimmt noch an die schöne Zeit vor Lieferservice erinnern. Und das beste ist (ab 6-€) bekommen Selbstabholer 1,- € Rabatt. (Besser als nix). Also nicht immer meckern, sondern selbst was zur Problemlösung beitragen. Danke!

Ich weiß nicht was die anderen hier für Probleme mit diesem Lieferanten haben das Personal ist immer nett die Lieferung immer sehr zügig und wenn Mal etwas schief läuft gibt es beim nächsten Mal etwas gratis Ich Feier euch einfach macht weiter so ❤️

Keine Ahnung was alle hier haben, für mich die beste Adresse wenn man gut und günstig Essen will. Das Personal ist immer freundlich, und das Essen immer sehr zügig da, weiter so ihr seit Top...

Geschmacklich sind die Pasta Gerichte wirklich gut. Pizzen hingegen sind ungenießbar. Jedoch sind sie generell zu spät und man wartet ewig auf seine Bestellung. Wenn man anruft und nachfragt heisst es immer der Fahrer sei unterwegs. Frechheit.

Trotz unmissverständlicher Online-Bestellung die falsche Pizza geliefert bekommen... Schade, denn die Qualität war an sich gut.
