Pizza Pic in Gelsenkirchen

For years, this was the best pizza place in Buer for me. Unfortunately, the owner has changed. The pizza is completely different than before. Not bad, but nowhere near as good as the original. Sad. I hadn't even realized the old owner was no longer there.

Disrespectful how small the portions are for the price and the food doesn't taste good

We actually order from there quite often. However, the delivery time this time is unclear. We ordered it at 6:35 p.m., then we called the place where the order was at 8:10 p.m. He said on the phone that it would be prepared immediately, but by 9:00 p.m., nothing had arrived. I find it sad that we're let down like this. Before writing this review, I called again to give them a chance. However, no one answered this time. Unfortunately, I had to cancel. We were regular customers there, but we won't be ordering from there again for the time being!

The gentleman is incredibly rude. I was in the city for a few days and wanted to go back. I used to go there regularly a few years ago and it was always okay. Opening times are from 11 a.m. He opened shortly after 12, put up his sign outside and I just looked at the board to see what I wanted to order when I was looked at completely stupid and then straight away I said "as you can see I'm just opening" but in a tone that was impossible. I hadn't said or asked anything. I should come back in 20 minutes. No, sorry, I don't value your little burnt pizza, which is totally overpriced, and especially not in the unfriendly way. There are plenty of other pizza stalls in Buer. Here's a tip: maybe work on your punctuality and demeanor, otherwise just leave the business to someone else. I'll never go there again.

I've been coming to Pizza Pic since I was a child. As usual, there is always fresh pizza. The quality of the food is outstanding and always fresh and tasty. I can only recommend this 100%.

I would prefer not to give a star at all! Waited 1 1/2 hours for the food, called there and supposedly our house and name didn't exist. Never ordering there again. And then unfriendly and uncooperative on the phone

I used to get a pizza there several times. But the pizza was never that bad there. If the owner has changed, then you should think about friendliness, punctuality and taste. Opening time is 11 a.m. I was in town yesterday morning and wanted to pick up some pizza. At 11:30 a.m. the store was still closed. I'll be there later. I politely asked why it still wasn't open at 11:30 a.m. The reaction: I'm self-employed and can open whenever I want. Then they asked me if I was having a bad day and if I wanted to take the pizza with me. Sorry, doesn't work at all. Ordered ham pizza completely salty, tuna pizza with onions and opened the box at home and what was missing was the onions. That was the last time!!!!!!!!

Ordered 3x... GOT FUCKED THREE TIMES! Cold pizza - long wait! All good things come in threes. Delivered so late 3 times that it's outrageous! Every time I had to wait 2 hours for ONE PIZZA AND A PORTION OF PIZZA BOLLS! TWO HOURS in three attempts! Despite tips etc.! Promise... NEVER AGAIN!

You can eat it on site but having it delivered to your home is not that great. Pizza and also the pizza rolls were not cooked properly. The toppings of the pizza were not on the pizza but next to it and yes the box was beyond crap

Last night we ordered 2 tortellini with spinach and garlic. Callback: There wasn't enough tortellini left. My wife then agreed that half of her portion could consist of rigatoni. We were also told that for some unknown reason the oven could only prepare perfect food WITH cheese. We should please order the pasta with cheese next time, it's also much tastier, he would put cheese on it to prove it. All right... Fast delivery, but that was it... the cheese (which we hadn't actually ordered!) was charged for. Okay, that could have been a misunderstanding. Tip the friendly driver and then look forward to the meal. The first disappointment: my wife's portion did not consist of 50% rigatoni as discussed, but rather 100% rigatoni. As a reminder, she was actually looking forward to tortellini. Then the shock: Despite the quick delivery, the food was only lukewarm at most and had an extremely fishy aftertaste. My wife then complained about this over the phone. An 8 euro voucher was offered, but when only lame excuses followed, we made it clear that this was our first and last order and we certainly wouldn't need a voucher. The icing on the cake came today with another call back from the company, in which my wife was insultingly informed that she simply had no taste. So much for the facts... otherwise I'm just at a loss for words.

One of the best pizzas ever. The dough is great and crispy, the tomato sauce is super spicy and the people are super nice! We're going into town just for this pizza

Gerade Essen bestellt für nur 1 Person. Habe keine halbe Stunde gewartet. Pizza schmeckt sehr gut, Aioli anders als sonst aber sehr lecker nur etwas salzig, Pizzabrötchen auch anders als sonst gefällt mir sehr gut. Sehr sehr freundlicher Lieferservice und richtig gute Preise.

Sehr liebe Mitarbeiter Ich wurde sogar extra zurückgerufen, weil ich vergessen hatte bei meiner Bestellung den Käse anzugeben, ausgezeichnet und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur empfehlen ;)

Pizza Pic liefert nun endlich auch über Lieferando! Auf Empfehlung, dass Pizza Pic die beste Pizzeria der Stadt ist, habe ich online bestellt und was soll ich sagen: Die beste Pizza der Stadt! Unglaublich lecker! Wir werden definitiv öfter bestellen, aber bitte arbeitet noch ein wenig an den Nudeln! Ansonsten wirklich super!

Pizza ust git Aber zu viel fett

Keine Rechnung/Quittung bei Lieferung. Pizza war leider sehr labberig und fettig. Der Fahrer war zwar nett, hat aber gleich das Kleingeld was ich einzeln hinlegte ins Portemonnaie gesteckt. Ich bin mir sicher zuviel gezahlt zu haben. Nochmals bestellen? Bezüglich des Geschmacks und der Festigkeit der Pizza, NEIN. Es mag durchaus sein das die Pizzen vor Ort besser sind, als Lieferservice allerdings nicht.

Schon als Jugendliche hier in den Freistunden eine Pizza geholt. Immer noch sehr, sehr lecker. :) Weiter so.
