Pizza Pazza in Bielefeld

An absolutely disappointing experience! We ordered two beef Mühneburgers, but the meat simply tasted awful—it had an unpleasant flavor that was definitely not normal. We immediately addressed this and politely asked for a solution, for example, to swap the meat or give us chicken instead. Instead of understanding or consideration, we were met with arrogance. The employee (or owner) repeatedly told us that his food was good and that his restaurant had many good reviews—as if that automatically meant we were imagining the whole thing. No understanding, no apology, no professional response. My wife then suggested that he could at least give us some more fries—which he eventually did, but when we paid, we were hit with another blow: In a rude and condescending tone, he simply said, "The fries are on the house," as if that would make up for everything. He emphasized several times that he's been working in the restaurant industry for over 25 years—but honestly, after 25 years, he should have finally learned how to treat guests respectfully. I've rarely experienced such a lack of insight, lack of customer focus, and poor communication. Bad food, poor handling of criticism, and zero customer service. We definitely won't be back and can't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The waiter was nice at first. My boyfriend and I ordered a burger. We didn't get many fries at first, but I thought it didn't matter. Then I tried the beef, and to be honest, I've never eaten such bad meat. It just didn't taste right to me and my boyfriend. We brought it up. And we asked for a solution, but we didn't get an alternative. I had to tell him to take the meat away and give us more fries instead. He did. Later, when we were paying, he said I wasn't counting the extra portion of fries!! And I just thought, well, that's the whole point. I think it's rude to be like that to the customer. And when I ordered an uludağ, he said he didn't have any, even though he did! If you don't offer it, you shouldn't write it on the menu either!! I won't go there anymore. Sad for both sides.

2019: Not very big, but still comfortably furnished. Delicious pasta and lasagna, and the pizzas also seem to be very good (our pizza bread was). Friendly and attentive staff, what more could you want? 2025: Finally, a Bolognese sauce worthy of the name. Pizzas are topped with mozzarella, not Gouda or something like that as usual. Simply great.

The pizza had a nice, thin crust. I like that, but the taste was rather bland. It was definitely lacking in seasoning. The ambiance wasn't so great. There were cigarettes lying around outside, and everything was generally rather careless. The parasol had completely ripped holes. I even had to go back inside to order because there was no one around after I got the menu, and then the staff were smoking outside. It's a shame, really, but I don't need to have that again. There are definitely better options. The man who served me was friendly.

Unfortunately, the quality is average at best. The tuna salad had a maximum of 10 grams of tuna. It was more like a green salad. The toppings were pizza-like. This was my first and therefore last attempt.

Don't order through UberEats. It's a complete rip-off, as they apparently don't accept online payments, but the money was deducted and I still asked to pay in cash.

Zer, zer good with the food, we're not lubricated either. Then the waiter is good, and the atmosphere is a revelation for you. Thank you very much.

I love this restaurant! It's super close and I think it's great to sit outside, especially in summer! The pizza is always delicious too! Highly recommended. I also hope that they last until the construction site is gone, so if you want to go, you better do it soon!

I came across this little restaurant via a gourmet block. I was very surprised. I ordered a citizen menu, which is simply amazing to look at and very tasty. Price performance is really great, in my opinion. I would definitely like to come back.

I ordered 7 pizzas through Lieferando, 3 of which had additives that cost an additional €2 each. However, these additives were not included on the pizzas delivered. I couldn't get an invoice printed out either because the order was placed via Lieferando. Therefore, I cannot recommend ordering here via Lieferando. Otherwise the pizzas tasted great for the price.

Pizza was very tasty, friendly service, although she wasn't seen for a while. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken, no dessert, I would have liked to have ordered something else. We found it cold and the ambience wasn't great as there were cables hanging from the ceiling... But maybe they're renovating. As I said, the food was great.

I really enjoyed ordering here, but the food has been a complete disaster for the past few days. Unfortunately the chef is no longer there and the new chef has absolutely no experience. Wrong department After the last order I called the boss. He told me it's very busy. He forgot to warm up the pasta and mix the right sauce on top, that's what I was told. And the citizen's bread wasn't warmed up because there were so many orders on site that day. I had visitors and ordered a little more. A bill for more than 65 € was simply thrown into the bin because the boss wanted to cook for himself and there were too many orders, so he had to send out the delivery quickly. The main thing was not to miss an order, just not to deviate from an order. Money, money, money The customer only gets dirt in the end And on top of that, bribing the customer, please please give me a good rating, please don't forget, don't leave a tip, please rate it, that's so pathetic and outrageous. Everything has already become expensive enough and if you want to treat yourself to something weekly, then it should be sensible and not just think about the money, we work very hard for our money. It's a very nice, smaller restaurant and the service is also very nice. Unfortunately we dropped a glass and they kindly gave us a new drink without any charge. You can also easily unsubscribe from things you don't like, so that wasn't a problem here either. So I had my cabonara without eggs. Furthermore, you will definitely be full as the portions are relatively large.

We were in Brackwede for the flea market, unfortunately too early. So we spontaneously went to a bar to have a drink and a bite to eat. What a stroke of luck! First we drank tea with fresh mint and a dash of mango syrup. That may sound unspectacular, but it was a taste revelation. My wife had a salad and loved the freshness and taste. Her special request for extra garlic was happily fulfilled with the advice to try the yoghurt dressing. Full marks! I had the Luigi burger and it was so good that we had to stop by again before we left. Somehow the burger was gone in 3 minutes, I'm still mourning it. 😅 There are also home-made lemonades that are so cleverly flavored that they stand out from the rest of the rest! We are thrilled by the quality and freshness of the food, and of course the friendliness of the operator. And all of this at absolutely fair prices! Our visit to this pizza and pasta restaurant was a spontaneous decision, as the city festival in Bielefeld was not yet open - and it turned out to be the best idea ever! We were thrilled from the very first drink: the tea we were served is simply the best tea we have ever drunk. But it got even better: the homemade lemonade that was served to us afterwards was refreshing, perfectly balanced and a real treat. The food was also an absolute highlight! Each dish was prepared right in front of us by the host, creating great transparency in the kitchen and confidence in the freshness of the ingredients. The use of exclusively natural ingredients is not only a promise, but can also be felt in every bite. The dishes were not only delicious, but also prepared with attention to detail - you can really taste the difference! The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and friendly, which made our spontaneous visit a completely successful experience. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back! So far we have only tested the delivery service. Really recommended. Very nice service. If you are late, call us, or if you have an extra request at the last second, they will accommodate it. Definitely recommended. Price and performance are also in a good relationship. Quality was good. We had a pizza pazza, a ham with tuna and a tuna salad. Unfortunately it was delivered without herder cheese, peppers and artichokes. But to make up for the waiting time, there was a portion of potato wedges. The forgotten things were probably the stress. Will continue to order from there.

We ordered a larger order a little in advance. Everything was as ordered and delivered on time. The pizzas tasted great and weren't too salty (which often happens with delivery services). Super nice service. We would be happy to order again.

My absolute favorite store! I've only been there once, but I order there almost weekly. The pizzas are not greasy at all, but still well topped, fresh and delicious! The pizza bruscetta is great. But the best, in my opinion, are the Gnoggi Napolitana. Can't get enough of it. The delivery is always hot, relatively fast and the delivery person is friendly! The price is also okay for today's standards at around €9-12 on average for a large meal. Hopefully the store never closes!

Had it delivered via Lieferando. Delivery time approx. 45 minutes, okay for a Sunday evening. The Pollo Burger is on the menu with corn flake breading, chili mango dip and rosemary potatoes. None of that was there! The meat was breaded normally, the dip was similar to a honey mustard dip and the rosemary potatoes were plain wedges... It seems to me as if people were being lured into ordering the product with "better" information. Unfortunately not what I expected.

Leckeres Essen zu günstigen Preisen, Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Penne Speziale ist hier mein Lieblingsgericht.

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Restaurant. Ich war nun schon einige Male dort essen und wirklich jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Man wird immer mit einer natürlichen Freundlichkeit empfangen und diese Freundlichkeit zieht sich komplett durch und wird von einem guten, aufmerksamen Service begleitet. Am Essen gibt es nach meiner Meinung nichts zu meckern und auch das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt im Portofino. Bei schönem Wetter kann man das alles auch in einem kleinen, aber sehr schönen Außenbereich genießen.

Es hat mir sehr gefallen.Das Ambiente und das essen sind sehr gut.Ebenso die Bedienung. Empfhelenswert ist die Pizza Hollondaise.Die anderen Gerichte sind auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Update Oktober, 2023: Das Restaurant war früher sehr gut. Ich habe gerne dort gegessen. Leider geht das Restaurant bzw. die Bedienung überhaupt nicht auf die Allergien ein. So kann man hier leider nicht die Gerichte anpassen, weil dann angeblich die Qualität leidet. Schade, mich habt ihr als Kunden verloren. War 5/5 Sehr leckere Pizza! Der Boden ist schön knusprig und dünn. Die Pizza ist großzügig belegt und besteht zum Glück nicht nur aus Käse! Das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Mit ca. 25 € hat man hier zwei 32cm große Pizzen und 2 Getränke. Der Laden ist gut besucht und schön eingerichtet. Man wird zügig bedient und wartet nicht lange auf die Gerichte. Die Kellner sind anwesend und aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Neben der leckeren Pizza mit 32 bzw. 50 cm Durchmesser gibt es hier noch Burger und Pasta, welche ich jedoch noch nicht probiert habe.

In dem Salt meiner Frau war eine Große Grüne Raupe.... Ekelhaft.

Die Kellner konnten einen größtenteils nicht verstehen, wenn sie überhaupt zum Tisch kamen. Das Essen war nicht gewürzt, wer Italienisch essen möchte sollte sich lieber die Tiefkühlabteilung von Kaufland anschauen als da Essen zugehen. Sie hatten eine große Auswahl an Stühlen von Plastikstühlen bis hin zu Gartenstühlen. Im allgemeinen würde ich da nicht nochmal Essen gehen oder bestellen.

Die Pizza schmeckt echt gut , Habe bestellt die Pizza kam 1 Stunde später als abgemacht und der lieferant taat so als wen er kein Wechsel Geld mehr hat und hat sich 2 Euro ergaunert (nichts verstehen), probiere es nächstes mal wo anders

Wir wurden einfach beleidigt und der Kellner war total unhöflich. Abgezogen wurden wir auch. Der Kellner ist aufjedenfall im falschen Beruf und sollte mal mehr auf seine Wortwahl achten

Wir haben aus Versehen über Lieferando 2x dasselbe Menü bestellt und konnten es nicht rückgängig machen. Am Telefon hatte ich dann aber einen netten Mann, der uns vorschlug morgen ins Restaurant zu kommen, um für die gedoppelte Bestellung essen zu gehen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unser Essen gleich & das Ambiente morgen, auch bisherige Bestellungen waren sehr lecker!
