Well, you probably don't go there because of the ambience. We got a party pizza and it was really great - except for the artichokes (pretty woody), but whatever. We ate until we couldn't eat any more.

Their pizza is really bad, smells bad and tastes weird.

I've been ordering from Pizza Pazza for almost a year now, I have to say the food is always first class. I especially love the tiramisu 👍👍. Please keep it up.

Taste always great! Service always top! There are few tables outside and it is cold in winter.

Good food, abysmally bad customer service. I specifically ordered a pizza without any cheese in the online system, but the system apparently didn't forward this comment. Pizza was delivered with cheese, that can happen - I had it returned. I specifically ordered the new pizza over the phone without any cheese, but I was not believed that the error was in the ordering system. The new one was delivered very quickly in about 15 minutes, but I was told that I would have to pay for the next pizza that I sent back. After the driver left, I looked again and noticed that there was cheese on the pizza again under the toppings. When I called back, the pizzaria reacted extremely irritably and annoyed and claimed that I hadn't mentioned any cheese on the phone. Dear Pizza Pazza, statements like “are you kidding me?” and threatening customers to make them pay for an incorrect order through no fault of their own is not an option, no matter how much stress you may have.

After waiting 1.5 hours I called. The food wasn't even prepared or on the way. The phone call wasn't very friendly either.

Food was significantly better in the past. But still ok. Delivery time 2:20 minutes. Bad-tempered driver. Communication was: A little more than 45 minutes. My impression is that they are simply overwhelmed.

We've never had any problems with pizza pazza and the pizza was always fresh and tasty and delivered relatively quickly. A clear recommendation Just not the fries😅, but having fries delivered is always a bad idea

Homemade pasta is advertised and ready-made products are delivered that are dripping with fat - tiramisu is cake base filled with cream without the typical tiramisu taste, let alone mascarpone or coffee taste - never again - you can save yourself this rip-off, especially if you are over 90 Had to wait minutes for delivery and then the lid of the packaging was dipped in the food and was already completely soaked in oil - disgusting

The food always comes quickly. In my opinion, the noodle dishes are the best in Bruck. My go-to when I'm in the mood for pasta. I particularly like your Halloween specialties, the Pizza di Halloween and the Tagliatelle di Halloween. Freshened up October and cheered up this Halloween evening. I hope they'll be available at this time next year too! Top 👍🏻

Best pizza from FFB!!! We regularly order pizzas from Pizza Pazza. The delivery is always more than on time and the employees are always very friendly. The pizzas are generously topped and have a very tasty crust. The 5 stars are more than deserved.

Top pizzas and mozzarella sticks. Always order there for us. The BBQ chicken pizza is highly recommended.

I recently ordered a pizza and had it delivered. The waiting time of approx. 60 minutes. They scared me, but for the price I was able to ignore them. Unfortunately, the pizza was taken out of the oven far too early, the base was still light and the cheese had barely melted. Everyone should make up their own mind, but I wouldn't like to order again after this experience. I can't say anything negative about the service, it was fine.

Really good pizzas and the pasta dishes are also recommended. We and our guests have never been disappointed. Delivery is much faster than announced. Fine!

This used to be the best pizzeria in town. I've given it another chance for the last year but it doesn't taste good anymore. Pizza and pasta are bland and greasy. Ordering is now even better and easier with your app. Very friendly staff, driver and kitchen. The boss is always very nice no matter what others write. I have never experienced a single unkind word. But you should also keep in mind that he is Italian and they always have a lot of temperament. :D

WOW! Best pizza in all of FFB! We also ordered arancinos at the weekend and I almost cried! I was immediately reminded of my childhood in Sicily, the arancinos were more than just authentic!! Everything is just perfect, keep it up! ❤️

We were very satisfied for years and ordered often and with pleasure. The drivers were always happy to receive a generous tip. However, we once made a mistake in the Lieferando app and the driver drove to Olching instead of near Pizza Pazza. Everything was fine until then, we took the blame from the start and already had a 20 euro tip ready for the driver. But the fact that we then received a call from the boss and had to listen to him being insulted in such an aggressive tone was very customer-friendly, you have to say. Mistakes happen, we wanted to and admitted that, but that was the last order from us. Apparently you're already doing too well to allow yourself to do something like that. At least the driver had a little joy despite the circumstances. Edit: your answer confirms the whole thing even more😉

We have ordered from Pizza Pazza several times and the food has always been great. After months we thought we would order there again. When we got the pizza I was very surprised. Hard, cold, burnt and everything slammed carelessly in the middle. We were always happy that it surprised me. Of course, there can always be something wrong, which is why we called. The lady promised a new pizza. All well and good, but then I got a call back. The gentleman almost didn't let me get a word in edgewise and said that the pizza was cold because the lettuce was cold on it. Problem, we had ordered the pizza several times, even in cold weather, and it was never so cold. I understand that the pizza isn't hot when it has salad on top, I'm not stupid, but so far it's never been ice cold. You can describe them as perfectly warm to eat. Of course I got a new pizza that had wonderful toppings and tasted great. If it hadn't been for the call, this review wouldn't exist. I find the phone call to be disgraceful. You discuss with the customer who had a complaint and express it in a friendly and humane way, since something can always go wrong, and you almost don't let them have a say, which I find absolutely disrespectful and outrageous. The pizza wasn't good, you can't sugarcoat that. Why wasn't pizza 2 ice cold when it came with cool lettuce? She was exactly right. I can make a fool of myself on my own. Unfortunately this is the last order for us.

Beste Pizza außerhalb Italiens!! Grazie mille - eine echte neapolitanische Pizza mit leckerem Rand und perfektem Teig, hochwertig belegt, findet man nicht mal in Italien so leicht. Wir waren völlig begeistert und kommen ab jetzt immer hier her zum Pizza holen. Ein Traum! Danke

Qualität hat nach gelassen, das erste Mal wo ich bestellt habe war es sehr gut die Pizza aber 2mal kastrophe auf der Pizza es war statt Büffel Mozzarella war normaler Mozzarella drauf trotzdem voll abgerechnet

Beste Pizza, beste Pasta im Landkreis!!! Der Lieferservice klappt perfekt, die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und haben Freude an der Arbeit. Auch die Abholung vor Ort klappt so, wie es sein soll. Ein Restaurant im herkömmlichen Sinn gibt es leider nicht. Muss auch nicht zwingend sein. Zwei, drei Biergarnituren sind vorhanden. Das reicht allemal für den Hunger zwischendurch. Also... ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!

Hatten heute bei Pizza Pazza Bestellt essen kam zwar schnell und auch warm nur hat die Qualität im Gegensatz zu früher sehr nachgelassen . Die salamipizza unseres Sohnes eher ein Ei wie ne Pizza lieblos belegt . Beide Salate sehr sehr Essigsauer

Einfach ein netter Laden, bei dem man gut abends rumhängen kann. Der Besitzer ist ultimativ sympathisch, es waren auch sonst nette Leute da und ich habe mich immer wohlgefühlt. Als Münchener bin ich mit gutem Bier verwöhnt und war unglaublich überrascht, dass er hier Augustiner Edelstoff, das heimlich vermutlich beste Bier Münchens (und damit der Welt), gab. Super Laden, Essen war auch top! Komme sofort wieder, falls ich mal wieder in Jena bin! Viele liebe Grüße aus München.

Das Pizza Pazza eigentlich ein Pizzaservice, kein Restaurant. Allerdings gibt es ein paar überdachte Tische vor dem Geschäft, so dass man auch direkt vor Ort Essen kann. Die Speisen sind ausgezeichnet, egal ob Pizza, Pasta oder Nachspeisen, da merkt man einfach, dass hier echte italienische Küche gelebt wird. Leider kommt die glutenfreie Küche nicht zum Zuge, was Allergiker außen vor lässt. Auf Grund der relativ kleinen Küche aber nachvollziehbar. Wir holen uns immer wieder gerne dort etwas direkt ab, Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Bei Bestellung am besten den Zeitraum von 19:30 - 20:30 meiden, hier muss man mit Liefer- bzw. Wartezeiten von einer Stunde und mehr rechnen! Aber eben kein Wunder, wenn's doch so gut schmeckt. 🙂

Die Pizza ist an für sich recht gut nur was die Fahrer anbetrifft eine Katastrophe. Nie Wechselgeld einstecken so das wir schon 2 mal gezwungen waren fast 10€ Trinkgeld zu zahlen weil kein Geld raus gegeben werden konnte und das ist ein unverschämtes No Go! Wer nicht über Paypal zahlt sollte es immer passend haben

Bester Pizza & Pasta-Bringservice in FFb

Pizza Pazza war mal wirklich gut. Wir haben nach der letzten Bestellung, welche nicht gut war ein paar Monate gewartet und wieder dort bestellt. Leider war das Essen (Rigatoni Alforno und Spagetti Bolognese) auch dieses Mal fast ungenießbar. Schade war mal wirklich gut. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und nett.

Ich hab viele Lieferservices probiert, aber Pizza Pazza ist mit abstand, besser als jeder Lieferservice und auch besser als die meisten Restaurants. Pizza ist selbst gemacht, schöner dicker rand und die Pasta ist unglaublich lecker. 40 Euro mindestbestellwert nach olching finde ich sehr schade, sonst würde ich sicherlich öfter bestellen. wer hier nicht gegessen hat.. hat etwas verpasst!

Pizza ist immer sehr lecker! Heute habe ich eine Wunschpizza bestellt was auch kein Problem war - wurde sich viel Mühe gegeben, die Pizza nach meinen Wünschen zuzubereiten und sie war köstlich!

Habe mir eine Quadro Stagioni Single Pizza bestellt.Wurde nach Hause geliefert.Sie war saulecker.Der Lieferdienst war sehr pünktlich.Immer wieder gerne.

Leider heute zum zweiten Mal innerhalb kurzer Zeit die Extra gewählten und bezahlten Zusatzzutaten nicht erhalten. Pizza schmeckt gut, aber das nervt!
