Food disaster, delivery people unfriendly, staff on the phone more than unfriendly, including 99% of the people there do not understand German or only a few words

Ordered schnitzel with hollandaise, broccoli and ham. Looking for broccoli and ham in vain. 2 small "scraps" each found. Hollandaise "weighed", a tablespoon at most. It wasn't the first time something like this had happened. The first time I called directly on site but hardly anyone understood German. NEVER AGAIN !! The money is too good for that.

Incredibly unfriendly after confrontation about quantity and prices. Would never order a schnitzel there again. Less than half the weight, for 2 euros less than Pizza Absolut...

I ordered a lot from there for a long time and was always very satisfied. Last weekend I ordered very late and of course paid directly online. After I noticed that a different address was stored, I tried to reach someone for 1.5 hours (provable via screenshot). Nobody answered or was reachable. According to the app it was already delivered. At some point I gave up and went to sleep. Missed calls came much later (the call back came around 5:30 in the morning. Of course, I already had my cell phone on silent. But not even a pizza was left in front of the other address (I would have seen it on camera) And although I have addressed the problem with Lieferando, to date I have not received any feedback or anything customer-friendly or accommodating. It's definitely a shame to have lost a customer who has been a good customer for years

Dead pizza. Bottomless service. Never order again please. Save yourself that. Only the delivery person was nice. Horny guy. But Pizza Ricola sucks

Three orders, three direct hits into the void. Waited almost two hours the first time – for 500 meters! Forgot a drink, instead of the tagliatelle we ordered, we just had spaghetti. The second time, the jalapeños were missing from the pizza rolls. On the third attempt I even wrote: “With jalapeños this time, please.” Result? Order canceled without comment. In the end, all that remains is the realization: you don't order here to fill yourself up - but rather to have your expectations consistently disappointed. But when the food comes, it tastes good.

We ordered a pizza at night because my brother and I were returning from our night shift. The delivery man burst into the yard and shouted about why we were ordering a pizza so late. We were literally insulted. We told him in a friendly way to please lower his voice because our neighbors were sleeping. He got louder and louder, the pizza itself was okay, but never again because of this unpleasant delivery experience

Outstanding pizza, was there for the third time now and I have to say the pizza is really delicious. The people there are super reliable and very polite. Always my pleasure !!!

Ordered pizza rolls with spinach and feta and pizza rolls with sucuk. The one with supposed feta had Gouda in it and the one with sucuk only had two half slices of sucuk and so much cheese that the whole base of the pizza box was covered in dried Gouda. So when I called they told me, do you know how expensive feta is? Not to be recommended at all. Unfriendly, awkward, they hardly speak German and the food tastes really bad. I ordered from there a few weeks ago and was disappointed then too, but this time it was really a bit too cheeky, hence the rating now.

Eating on site recommended! always delicious!

Unfortunately, I think it's the last time we've ordered there... We've actually often had pizza delivered from there because we've always been happy with how the food tastes. However, the price increase here is also huge! We were always thrilled that you could order a pizza with a diameter of 40cm. Hardly any other delivery service in the area has this option. Of course, you are aware that this can quickly cost €15. But currently the price is between €22-24, which is really awesome! When we last ordered, we thought we'd scrape together a bit of money and just treat ourselves to another big pizza. We were willing to pay more money, even if we were a little shocked. After about 2 hours, a cold, very soggy pizza was delivered in a box that was completely falling apart. The delivery person held out the box to us so that we had to take out the pizza boxes ourselves. Half the pizza left the soft and wet cardboard box. The delivery man just laughed and then quickly fled. All that remained was a bad product, a bad atmosphere and a bad end to the weekend. I don't like to complain, but we didn't get much for the money we paid. Too bad!

Pizza itself was okay and edible. Unfortunately, this was only delivered after approx. 80-90 minutes; 45 minutes were stated here. In addition, part of the order was missing. My offer at the door to simply return the money for the missing part was rejected. Instead, the supplier disappeared quite quickly, referring to the boss. When I called and requested a subsequent delivery of the missing component, this was promised but not carried out. Therefore, I will unfortunately have to avoid the store in the future. Update: "Coincidentally" the lack of ingredient after the evaluation was submitted in no time. It is a side dish that would have tasted better with the food that was delivered 90 minutes ago 😉

After the delivery driver literally ripped me off and demanded cash for something I had already paid for online, I now know where I won't be ordering again. That's not how you win customers, you should look at who you hire and have delivered ;)

An absolute gem in Siegburg! This pizzeria is the epitome of enjoyment, perfect dough with authentic ingredients and an atmosphere. Each pizza is a work of art and the service is warm, attentive and passionate. If you haven't been here yet, you've missed something.

I would prefer to give zero stars. According to the delivery person, it takes 1 hour for food to arrive, and after 2.5 hours it's still not there. Then called to cancel it. Very unfriendly on the phone and money still not refunded. DISASTER never again.

I ordered 2 kebabs and 2 burgers. The food was cold and I got 3/4 of the kebab meat out of the bread because it had a terrible taste. Burger bitten off twice and thrown away! This is how you can burn your money... I paid 45 euros for the whole package! What a disgrace.....stay away!!!

Massively shocked. Ordered food for 3 people at 6 p.m. Ordered over €60. A pure disaster. The fries were limp and half raw and unseasoned on the inside. The salad had no dressing. The 32cm pizza cost €22 each, which would be ok if it had a proper topping, but there was hardly any sign of the gyro. The pizza was also extremely soggy. Now for the worst of all. The order was placed at 5:00 p.m., although the requested time would have been 6:00 p.m. We called at 6:30 p.m. because we were wondering where the food was. We were only answered that we had only given them 20 minutes and it couldn't be done that quickly. That alone was complete nonsense because it was an hour. The food arrived at 6:50 p.m. after almost an hour's delay. What was awesome about it? An entire pizza was forgotten. The driver, who of course was not at fault, said it would only take 15 minutes and he would come back with the pizza. It's now 8 p.m. and still no pizza in sight. Update: 8:23 p.m. almost 2 1/2 hours later the missing pizza arrived. We got no discount, no compensation, nothing. If we hadn't already paid via Paypal, we would have said he could get back in the car and take the pizza back with him. If this store doesn't go bankrupt, I have no words for it. Don't fall for this store.

We called, but no one could speak proper German; we had to repeat everything a thousand times. The staff were rude and we had to cancel because of the comments we'd read. Thanks for the comments, and protect yourselves from this restaurant!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, it really isn't possible. Everything's cold. Wrong delivery, and something's missing. It really wasn't tasty. And we waited over an hour. If we'd read the comments here beforehand, we wouldn't have ordered from there.

Ordered at 12.50 am and still havent received my order. Even though they're close. And they dont answer the phone, i ve been trying to reach you. Very unprofessional to take order you will deliver 2 hours later!

For a kebab and pizza rolls 16 euros, is already violent. If the kebab had been at least good.

I ordered a Dürüm and a Coke from you last night. The Dürüm only tasted like dough and sauce, and it was also cold. inedible, I felt sick when I bit into it. I don't know if it was the time because the food was delivered unusually quickly, but if you're close to the end you should say so before you deliver something like that to pocket the extra €10-15. And instead of the desired Cola, a Cola Zero was delivered. Never again !

I ordered a burger after work at this restaurant. It cost 11.80 EUR. I didn't understand the Walter form 29 40 either. He threatened me with the police and of course I paid for it and of course I gave it back to his citizens. Really rude, never again. And my citizens when cold

Food arrived 2 hours late and plus it was cold and it came with salad even though they said so, the burgers without salad, we were really disappointed, unfortunately not recommended

So far everything has always been perfect and delicious. Nice staff and the price performance was 1A for us. Chicken Korma and Gaarlic Naan are my favorite.

We ordered 2 pizzas. Delivery was quick and the driver was very nice. Pizzas were good, tasty and above all warm. Will happily order there again

Das Essen war bestellt für 18:30 und es kam pünktlich! Die Pizza war sehr lecker ganz nach meinem Geschmack! Meine Frau war auch vom butter chicken sehr überzeugt. Dazu haben wir 1x Naan bestellt, wobei man 4 große Stücke erhält. Wir sind zufrieden!

Wir haben dort bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Sachen. Ne m Salat war einwenig viel Dressing dabei, was man vielleicht damit lösen könnte das man sich das Dressing selber drauf macht.

Essen war super und das auch noch zur später Stunde.Danke!

Soooo lecker. Bin begeistert und werde immer wieder vorbei schauen. Und jedes mal was anderes probieren. Bis jetzt "first class". Pizza und vorallem das indische essen😋😋

Döner war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Erst quillte überaus extremst die Cocktailsoße überall raus, sodass ich, aus Sorge um die Couch, auf dem Boden aß, und das was an Cocktailsoße viel zu viel war, hat an Fleisch gefehlt.

Essen war super lecker. Sollte um 22:30 Uhr da sein war aber deutlich früher da. Gab ein Vorfall konnte man aber in ruhe klären dazu sehr freundlich👌🏻

Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen. Es empfiehlt sich direkt beim Anbieter zu bestellen und nicht über externe Lieferapps, da das Essen dann günstiger ist.

Fahrer kam mindestens 20 Minuten später als angekündigt, dann zwar in der richtigen Straße aber vor der falschen Hausnummer und hinter einer Absperrung sodass ich ihm noch entgegenlaufen musste. Anscheinend wurde die Adresse da falsch untereinander weitergegeben. Dazu dann lauwarmes Essen und weder Ketchup noch Mayo dabei, obwohl es mit bestellt (und bezahlt) war - trockene Nuggets und Pommes sind einfach nicht so geil. Geschmacklich insgesamt leider auch immer weiter nachgelassen. Tippfehler können vorkommen aber alles in allem eine äußerst unzufrieden stellende Essensbestellung, das Geld hätte ich mir sparen können, schade. Eine gratis 1-Liter-Flasche Softdrink gab es ebenfalls nicht, trotz Bestellwert <30€

Prima Döner und Service, meine Rettung spät in der Nacht. Essen war sehr köstlich und der Koch sehr nett.

Sehr nettes Personal und das Essen ist hammer gute Käse guter teigboden, schnell und heiß geliefert.

40 Euro für Hamburger da steht Hähnchen file 125 gram es war ein tiefkühl paddy dönerteller special nur salat war am schimmel war schon braun Fritten waren labrig und verbrannte döner höchstens 10 stk Fleisch drauf so gross wie 5 Cent Stück extra Salat dabei das war am schimmeln nie wieder wir haben gekotzt danach

Ich wurde freundlich empfangen und höflich bedient. Das indische Essen ist lecker und mal was neues, was es nicht überall gibt.

Schmeckt gut, aber 27 Euro für eine normale grösse Salami Pizza und eine kleine Spinat Pizza, echt heftig. Wird nachtzuschlag genommen, wenn man ab 24 Uhr bestellt. Unverschämt. Zudem haben wir die Salamipizza in gross und Spinat in normal bekommen.

BESTER BURGER Ich lebe seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr Troisdorf und bestelle circa einmal die Woche essen. Ich habe also mehrere Lieferservice durchprobiert. Dann habe ich irgendwann das erste Mal bei Mr. Picasso bestellt. Seither bestelle ich nirgendwo anders mehr. Ich kann mit mindestens acht anderen Restaurants vergleichen bei denen ich bestellt habe und nirgendwo war das Essen so gut. Vor allem sieht es nicht aus, als wäre es gerade einer Fabrik entsprungen. Es ist frisch und mit Liebe gemacht. Außerdem bitte ich jedes Mal beim Lieferservice, darum, dass der Fahrer nicht klingelt sondern kurz anruft wenn er da ist, was problemlos klappt. Gestern war ich das erste Mal selber im Restaurant. Das Team ist super nett. Picasso ist mein absoluter Lieblingslieferservice in Troisdorf. Kann ich einfach nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Das Essen war super schnell fertig. Es war zur angesagten Zeit fertig und war dementsprechend noch schön warm. Geschmacklich war das Essen auch Top. Sowohl Burger als auch Pizza waren sehr lecker. Sehr gerne wieder.

Das Essen war mega Gut. Es war warm und hat richtig lecker geschmeckt. Die Kroketten sind auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, solltet Ihr 10 Bestellen dann bestellt euch direkt 20 sonst bereut Ihr es, die sind so Lecker und Gut. Dazu hatte ich einen Tunfisch Salat der war auf sehr Lecker. Der einzige Grund weshalb es von mir nur 4 von 5 Sternen gibt war die extrem lange Wartezeit habe glaube ich noch nie so lange auf mein Essen gewartet habe um 00:40 Uhr bestellt und essen ist erst um 03:20 Uhr da gewesen, 2 Stunden 40 Minuten sind viel zulange bin wirklich zweimal eingeschlafen und habe das bestellen per Bank Bezahlung fast bereut da ich ja auch noch irgendwann schlafen wollte. Naja wenn Abend vor Ladenschluss 4-5 Leute bestellen oder mehr ist es allerdings nachvollziehbar. Das Personal am Telefon was ich gefragt hatte wo mein Essen bleibt war dafür umso Höflicher und hat mir ausführlich erklärt weshalb es so lange dauert. Der Fahrer schien ein bisschen verwirrt aber Trinkgeld hat er trotzdem bekommen. Kurzversion, essen war mega Lecker und gut warm. Lieferzeit viel zu lange. 4 von 5 Sternen. LG Thie

Super lecker und freundliches service und mit schön große Terrassen Sitz Platz etwas anders als anders

Wir bestellen immer noch regelmäßig hier. Super lecker, gut belegt und die Zutaten schmecken alle so frisch. Ich vertrage viele Pizzen vom Lieferservice nicht so gut. Nach eurer habe ich nie Beschwerden! Kulinarisch ist es in Spich ja eher mau, von daher Hut ab!Macht weiter so.

Wir haben heute das erstmal aufgrund der guten Bewertung bestellt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Einfach super lecker, weiter so. Und wenn die Nudelgerichte auch so super sind, wird das unser Lieferdienst schlecht hin 👍

Richtig leckere Pizzen mit frischen Zutaten. Die Salate und Pizzabrötchen schmecken auch super gut- besonders das Dressing. Sie liefern immer recht schnell. Ich würde nirgendwo anders mehr bestellen.

Pünktlichkeit gut. 40 Minuten waren angekündigt. Lecker Pizza. Freundlicher Service. Kreationen Schokopizza nicht ausprobiert. Auch Nudel und Kebap.

Alles perfekt. Die besten Pizzen, Döner, leckere Salate sowie die Nudel TOP. Alles wird frisch zubereitet, sogar die soßen sind hausgemacht, sowie das Döner Brot und die Lasagne. Fast alles durchprobiert :-) Kinderfreundlich und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Einen großen Lob, weiter so.
