Beste Pizza in Mülheim! Super lecker, frisch und preiswert. Noch beeindruckender als das Essen ist der Service: Bei einer Bestellung wurde versehentlich die falsche Pizza geliefert. Das kann passieren. Die richtige Pizza wurde jedoch kostenlos nachgeliefert – eine sehr kulante und unerwartete Reaktion, die man heutzutage selten erlebt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich, engagiert und kundenorientiert. Klare Empfehlung, ich bestelle jederzeit wieder dort!

Eine sehr gute Pizzeria mit einem engagierten und freundlichen Inhaber sowie Personal. Wir haben bereits dreimal bestellt, und dieses Mal haben sie uns wirklich damit überrascht, wie viel Gutes in einem Menschen stecken kann. Das Essen hat uns bisher sehr gut geschmeckt, und wir werden das Restaurant auch weiterhin unterstützen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Früher war er mal richtig gut. Jetzt gibt es nur noch Dreck bei euch zu essen. Man bestellt eine Pizza mit frischen Tomaten und dann bekommt man so eine Krankheit sehr enttäuschend.

Pizza ist immer sehr lecker. Besonders die Pizzabrötchen sind extrem lecker - außen kross und innen weich! Der Service ist super lieb. Auch nach „Problemchen“ wird hier super Kundenorientiert gehandelt!

Die Pizza ist richtig lecker und dazu noch günstig. Ich bestelle immer mit Lieferung und es kommt jedes Mal pünktlich an und manchmal sogar früher als angekündigt. Ein kleiner Hinweis noch zum Tiramisu. Bitte friert es nicht so stark ein. Ich musste erst warten bis es aufgetaut war. Ansonsten ist der Service top, kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

In Mülheim gibt es wenig Pizzen auf dem gleichen Level. Die Pizza hat dünnen, kross gebackenen Teig mit Farbe. Es ist klar erkennbar, dass es sich um kein Tiefkühl- oder Fertigprodukt handelt. Weiterhin wird der Teig durch Maismehl gewendet. Hierdurch entsteht ein fantastisches Mund- und Handgefühl. All das ohne Extrakosten. Man hat tatsächlich das Gefühl die Kundenzufriedenheit steht im Fokus. Heute absolut nicht mehr üblich.

Einfach super leckeres Essen, Service ist besser als bei manchen 5sterne Restaurants. Der Chef und seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und mega freundlich. Das ist die beste Pizzeria, die ich kenne.

Die Pizza bolo ist ein Reinfall! Kaum Hackfleisch drauf nur eine andere Tomatensauce als auf der Margarita Pizza.

Hier schmeckt alles und die Qualität ist auch gleichbleibend. Vor allem der Teig der Pizzen und Brötchen ist 1a, einfach genial 🔥👍

Wir haben schon häufiger bei L'Orso bestellt und waren eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität ist frisch und gut. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis daher sehr in Ordnung. Besonders die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen und die Aioli sind hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lieferung dauert meist nur 15-20 Minuten. Bei Abholung sogar noch schneller. Lediglich an den Wochenenden kann es mal etwas länger dauern. Mehr als eine Stunde haben wir aber noch nie gewartet. Einmal haben wir das Jägerschnitzel bestellt. Das war leider nicht so gut und es hat uns geschmacklich nicht überzeugt. Die Pizzen sind aber immer lecker und heiß.

Nie wieder! In meinem ganzen Leben habe ich noch nie eine vollkommen geschmacklose Pizza gegessen, über eine Stunde gewartet, auf Nachfrage wurde ich ziemlich unfreundlich hingewiesen, es sei Samstag, Pizza kam fast kalt an, lieblos belegt in Zutaten aufgeteilt statt gemischt, Sauce war im Teig eingetrocknet und das. Leute, dann lässt man den Quatsch mit Lieferando sein. Man kennt euch jetzt, ich habe auf Empfehlung bestellt, scheinbar ist es an Wochenenden nicht zu schaffen. Es wäre nett, es den Kunden am Telefon wenigstens mitzuteilen, damit man immer noch entscheiden kann,ob man bestellt oder nicht. Qualität statt Quantität, aber so geht der Schuss nach hinten los.

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal hier bestellt. Pizza kam zu spät an und war bereits kalt. Zudem war kaum Käse drauf und die Soße war auch super eingetrocknet. Das war dann wohl unsere erste und auch letzte Bestellung dort.

Wir haben auch lange Zeit bei LÒrso bestellt. Nun hat es aber einen Mindestbestellwert von 30,- Euro und über 4,- Lieferkosten. Fazit: Nein Danke, das ist nicht Marktüblich und vollkommen überzogen. Aus diesem Grund nur 1 statt 5 Sterne!

Haben am Wochenende erstmalig was liefern lassen. Pizza, Salat und auch die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen waren sehr lecker.Qualität sehr gut. Genau so wünscht es sich. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort bestellen. Auch das Personal sehr freundlich.

Wir bestellen regelmäßig bei L'Orso. Die Fahrer sind immer freundlich. Das Essen immer pünktlich und die Qualität ist gleichbleibend hoch. Auch bei Großen Bestellungen kommt alles Heiß an. Die gefüllten Pizzabrötchen mit Aioli sind auch sehr lecker. Immer wieder gerne.

Der Pizzateig ist schön dünn, jedoch oft viel zu trocken und geschmacksneutral. Punktabzug gibts ebenfalls für eine zu wenig gewürzte Tomatensoße. Bestellmöglichkeit per Homepage funktioniert hingegen gut und ist komfortabel.

A truly delicious taste experience! The dough was wonderfully crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, just as you'd hope. The tomato sauce tasted fresh and fruity, with a subtle spice.

Absolutely outrageous! I order online, get a confirmation with a delivery time of 40 minutes, and after over an hour, nothing has arrived. I call, and what happens? An unfriendly employee simply tells me that my order hasn't even been processed. Customer service = 0. Never again!

Never again! We ordered because we had coupons in the mailbox and wanted to try it out. That was a step in the toilet. We ordered 4 dishes, a salad and dessert. Nothing tasted good. In the carbonara, the bacon is much too big and the sauce is much too thick, the calzone is just flat, the pizzas have no spices (you can only taste the toppings), the dessert was frozen tiramisu from the box. I definitely do NOT recommend this store.

Because of the new coupon promotion, we wanted to try this place - but it was definitely the first and last time. To be on the safe side, we ordered via WhatsApp to avoid misunderstandings. Unfortunately, our questions were completely ignored and parts of the order were still missing. We ordered a pizza, a salad, a pasta bake and pizza rolls. The pizza was bland, the salad was carelessly put together and the pasta casserole was completely unseasoned - apparently spices are a well-kept secret here. Only the pizza rolls that we had to have delivered were really good. It's a shame, we had hoped for more.

Honestly! The pizzas only look like pizzas, they definitely don't taste good. Unfortunately, there is no control over this and everyone out there wants to play chef. Shipping and handling was TOP, but everything else wasn't worth eating!!! They were by far the worst pizzas we have ever eaten. And 3 different pizzas were ordered.
