After the many good reviews, I had high expectations that were not met. The pizzas arrived quite cold and both the dough and the toppings were tasteless and lacked salt and other spices. The thickness of the dough was good but it was hard (not crispy). Wouldn't order there again.

I ordered pizza online from this pizzeria and the delivery was quick and reliable. The pizza dough was nice and thin and exactly to my taste – really crispy and delicious! Overall the pizza was good, but I think it could be a little better, maybe a little more seasoning or toppings. Nevertheless, I am satisfied and will definitely order again!

Very tasty pizza and pizza rolls. Definitely one of my favorite pizzerias. The pizza has such a beautiful base, just a dream. The delivery time was a little long (60 minutes) but you're happy to wait that long for such a delicious pizza. Because I ordered on their website I even got a 15% discount. The driver even had a card reader with him. Definitely recommended.👍

Said 30-60 minutes, but only arrived after an hour and a half (of course without an “apology”). Pizza was cold, didn't taste good and there was little potato casserole in it.

I wasn't there, so I can't say anything about the atmosphere. I ordered online. The previously issued coupons were not accepted because they are not valid when ordered online. However, this was not apparent on the coupons, nor in the small print. It was not possible to clarify things with the owner because his knowledge of German was limited and he was very unfriendly, impatient and unreasonable. The explanation when asked why the cupons aren't valid when ordering online was "Because that's only possible over the phone." The food was definitely not worth the price. €8.50 for a small pizza is a lot of money, you can expect more. Other pizzerias offer the same quality at a cheaper price. I won't order here anymore.

We order there often because the food is really good and has a good price-performance ratio. But unfortunately they never manage to deliver on time. We always have to call and ask after more than an hour and then they always say the driver should be there any moment. So you have to expect a waiting time of 1.5 hours here.

Guys, I haven't been this excited about a pizzeria in a long time!! This dough is airy and juicy (I've only eaten a pizza roll like this once in my life), the salad is crisp and very fresh, the hollondaise schnitzel is super juicy and the sauce is great! Fries nice and crispy, the bell rang shortly after ordering, it was a maximum of 15 minutes and the service... What can I say, I was called because I didn't want any cabbage and asked again exactly what should be in my salad. Now you can only order there... Someone really knows their craft!

I've ordered several times on the pizzeria's website and every time there were problems. You are always held back until the driver is there. I wanted to give the pizzeria another chance, but I've been waiting for my order for over 1.5 hours. When we ordered several times, we also forgot to drink. Of course you can call the pizzeria or order via Lieferando, but it should still be possible to place the order on the website if it advertises a 15% discount. The pizzas taste very good, but it's no use if you don't get one delivered. Then I guess I'll have to look for another pizzeria

So in my 59 years of life I have eaten one or two good, very good, bad and also very bad pizzas. My highlight was always the super cool fresh pizza in Düsseldorf's old town right around the corner at Schumacher's, unfortunately I can't remember what it was called, it was always driving down there on the weekend with a full can of music in the car around 9 p.m. for the weekend high light and that was always the best thing I've eaten, but since I had the Pizzeria L'Orso in my mailbox and I gave it a chance after we've had some good pizzas here in Oberhausen too Having ordered other dishes back and forth, I really have to say that it's a completely new experience, but it's really, really well done. Everything was very fresh, even the tuna wasn't too fishy and the beef salami wasn't at all greasy or too salty and then there was the very fresh tomato sauce, which my wife also really liked, with her spaghetti, which almost tasted like it was homemade. The pizza dough is simply bombastic and very well seasoned and, after I asked, it is kneaded with semolina flour and not just with normal flour and yeast. All in all, I would have to award points here and now if these people got the highest number of points from me, all the ingredients were absolutely fresh and plentiful and the taste was a real dose of happiness when eating the food. From now on you are always welcome and please never change anything about the dough recipe. Thank you for a very good evening dinner ordered just around the corner.

I recently ordered vegetarian pizza through their WhatsApp service. It was great I even got a 15% discount plus free home delivery. They prepared the pizza nicely and added all the toppings I requested. For payment they even brought a card reader when I was short on cash. Recommended to order directly from their website or WhatsApp as give you 15% discount on each item.

Als Entschädigung wurde mir gratis eine Jumbo Pizza und eine Flasche Cola geliefert.( Vermutlich vom Chef persönlich, der sich bei mir entschuldigt hat) Die Jumbo Pizza war geschmacklich viel besser als die erste. Sowas erlebt man heute wirklich selten! Hier ist es dem Inhaber noch wichtig das die Kunden zufrieden sind! Klasse! Toller Service! Dankeschön!

Wir haben zwei Pastagerichte zur Abholung bestellt. Das Essen war innerhalb kürzester Zeit abholbereit und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Das Personal war freundlich und die Preise sehr fair. Der Bestellvorgang über die Website war ganz einfach.

Die Pizza hat einen dünnen knusprigen Boden, was wir sehr mögen. Belag könnte etwas mehr sein, speziell bei den Extrazutaten ist es meist etwas spärlich. Grundsätzlich aber leckere Pizza.
